I made a reservation for Saturday morning. When I arrived and told them I had a reservation I was led outside with my three girlfriends. When we asked to sit inside we were told that we didn't have enough people to sit inside and we would have to sit outside in the 100+ degree weather. The waitresses were extremely rude, and would not entertain the idea of seating us inside the restaurant. The restaurant was empty inside and I was never told during the reservation process we would have to sit outside for parties less than six. This behavior was very unprofessional and unwelcoming. I would not recommend visiting a place with such low interest in customer satisfaction.

Very unfortunate experience. The waiter seemed disinterested in serving me with a preseason game being on the big screen. I will choose other places to spend my money. (The bartender was very attentive to the college females. I don't fit this demographic so I didn't get the same interesr as they did.) The place gets a 2/5 stars because I sat at the bar and my interactions with the establishment were entirely with the bartender. So I would recommend RnR Gastropub retrain its bartenders on customer service.

Gastro pub? Maybe. The menu is pub fare of burgers, nachos and street tacos, all pretty good. The tacos are very small for the price. Burgers were a hit for our group. Drinks were tasty and had some nice beers to choose from.

Came here for some breakfast food and they delivered. The entire meal was amazing. Their breakfast burrito is very good. Tortilla was excellent and their breakfast potatoes are to die for. Their salsa is great, too. Other person got a pulled pork hash. The seasoning was great on the pork. The food also came out really hot. In summary, the service was amazing, the food was amazing, the atmosphere was amazing. 10/10 will return.

Stopped in for a late breakfast after visiting the farmers market. My husband and I both had breakfast tacos. They were very good. The atmosphere is very trendy & loud. We sat upstairs on the balcony & enjoyed the people watching. Our waitress, Marissa was very attentive & friendly.

Service mediocre at best.music WAY loud. So loud you could say it was loud across the street. Bloody Mary was just ok. The girl who helped me was nice but once she got my CC for the team.. service disappeared. At least 5 to 6 bartenders and they couldn't even ask if I needed anything. So I left went across to salty's and the service good and drinks were great!

TERRIBLE. The food here is not worth the price. We ordered multiple tacos and the eggs were COLD. Multiple entrees came out wrong. The cinnamon roll was completely burned. The service was also subpar. The manager offered to make up for the poor experience with a round of shots at 10am. I would save your money and go somewhere else. But if you do choose to come here get the biscuits and gravy.

Dear RnR, We need to talk. This may come as a surprise to you, but the majority of your customer base is very hung over on Sunday mornings. With this in mind, I think it is a good idea to stop blasting your patrons loud electronic music before 2PM. Aside from the conductor of this cacophony (AKA the dj) no one is dancing. This place is confused with what it wants to be, looks like a sports bar with all the TV but decor and the DJ make for a night club atmosphere. Went in on a Saturday night and it was dead which wasn’t surprising because it seems out of place in downtown Scottsdale. It’s a shame, good concept that might work for a larger city setting like a Chicago/LA/New York.

We made a reservation on a Saturday morning and when we arrived, the servers sit us outside in a 105+ degree in the summer! We tried to ask to move inside and the girl with blonde hair (wish I asked for her name!) was rude and told us no. We were told that only the 6+ people can sit inside... while the other two parties with 3 girls and 4 girls got seated inside after us! This is super unprofessional and rude! If there’s a strict rule, apply it to everybody! I will NEVER go back to this restaurant. If you want to survive in a service industry, pay a little respect to your customers or perhaps, train your people with better attitude!

VERY disappointed in the way our waitress handled our dinner tonight. We asked for certain things on the side / to be discluded from the plate - when plates came back To us wrong we were blamed for not telling her the correct order?!!?? Went there on Tuesday afternoon. The place is so trendy couldn't evan find the front door, it isn't marked. Went in and there were several customers eating. Waited for several minutes and didn't see any service people or someone to seat us so we just left. Won't go there again.

JUST DONT GO. I am 18 and I went in on a Sunday with my legal guardian to be seated at a table JUST TO EAT Already inside was a young child (13-14) seated with his parents. The security guard threw a fit and said I won’t let u in because you look like you could be 21. I spoke to the manager and he said we won’t let anyone under 21 in AFTER 11:30. Check the clock and it is 11:21.... absolutely unfair and rude staff.

The food was really good, the drinks were delicious. Very fun atmosphere. Went on a Sunday at noon, very packed. Waited two hours to get seated but we had fun with the crowd at the bar. Live DJ, we had a great waitress that made sure we were taken care of. Ps. Their shrimp tacos actually have shrimp! unlike most restaurants, RnR is not stingy with the shrimp!

The food is good, the atmosphere is fun. The service is horrible. It makes me sad, this is super close to work and used to be a great place for lunch but we left having never actually gotten the drink refills we requested when our food came. We were brought silverware instead. We asked for things multiple times and still spent lunch without drinks. Even a good burger will make you thirsty.

Cool sports bar, great big screen on the wall, very cute staff and friendly atmosphere. Interesting menu. Try a pretzel bites with cheese bum and chicken lollipops for appetizer. Adding salmon to the salad was good idea, for a bar food the salmon was very tender and juicy. Good place to bring a bunch of friends.

Great sports bar. They had a DJ Saturday night the scene is lively and the music is great. If you've ever been to San Diego Gaslamp district , they have a sports bar there called Barley Mash. RnR is just as lively a must go place.

So bottomless mimosas for §25 but after having my second watered down mimosa they told me they ran out. 45 minutes before cut off (3pm). Management did nothing, " too bad". Offered me a $3.50 beer. I really feel like they scammed me... Multiply this with my girlfriend and friends.. And it's a $100 scam. Don't come it's not worth it

I'm only giving this place 2 stars because the food was good and had good beer options. The service was horrible!!!!!!!! Server never came around when needed and we had to move tables because grandma almost got knocked out by the screen that was flapping away. I wouldn't even go back for the food as the service was that bad. Also who serves liquid cheese on nachos. I have worked on hospitality for 15 years and I can tell you I would do a big fire and hire if you want this restaurant to stay open. Another big issue is the automatic gratuity I understand with bigger groups but doesn't mean you can slack off. This server did not deserve 20%. I watched multiple tables complain and I watched two different servers go up to there table and complain about there tip. I don't know any establishment that allows there servers to go up to there tables and demand more money for tip. Honestly that clearly states how bad the service is if multiple tables are complaining and aren't tipping. I will not be back and read this review to make sure your making the right choice in going to RnR. Servers work hard for there money and your servers don't work at all!!!!

I’ll never forget my experience at this place! I was visiting from Alabama and security was very rude! When I showed my I.d I was asked to show a social security card and a credit card matching the name on a Alabama State ID. Don’t like to throw up the race thing but it was very inappropriate and management who is obviously his friend said it was procedure. Didn’t want to ruin anyone’s morning and make a big deal but if you’re from out of town or of color just go elsewhere so this won’t happen to you! I didn’t order anything at that point I didn’t know what or who to trust. BTW it was 3 girls so he purposely held the line and asked for a social security card at a restaurant.

Our server upstairs was wonderful, her whole section was full and you can tell she was doing her best to make sure everyone was taken care of. I ordered fries and they did not bring them out. When I told them before I paid tab, they took it off and gave me some fries to go. Good business practice!

This is always a great place to go to when you are in the Old Town area, this place is always a great experience and the food and the drinks are always wonderful. All of the staff is always friendly and welcoming, also very social but nice too. I love this place and always will recommend to anyone and everyone that's in the area looking for a one of a kind experience that they will never forget and enjoy for the entire night. Definitely a 5 star rating for me on this one without a doubt!!!

I only go on weekends specifically for the unlimited bottomless mimosas. I've been going since 2015 & prices have went up a bit because it's become so popular overtime... still worth it! My favorite item on the menu is the Chambord French Toast!! Oh Em Gee!!! Delicious us an understatement. Pretty big serving I can never finish them. The buffalo lollipop wings are tasty as well, just too small for my liking. The healthier side of meals are the egg white omelettes for me. I don't think you can go wrong with the menu! As for the atmosphere; this is what makes it the best place to go for a "DAY PARTY" turn up/ brunch lol. The DJ keeps the vibes flowing, it's indoor/outdoor and everyone's drinking so you're not alone

Server was not very good. She forgot 2 salads in our group of 5, even after I reminded her and she said "oh I'm so sorry, I will go get those right away" this was after we all had our entrees. Felt like it was over-priced. $125 for 2 kids and 3 adults, and 2 of the 3 adults ordered nachos only. Big TV screen was really cool though.

I have only been here once. It was on Cinco De Mayo. The food I ordered honestly seemed average but the wait time to get our food and drinks was the issue for me. On a very busy day, they had one bartender making drinks for both bar customers and for the servers to take to tables. It was not at fault of the employees, but the place seemed to be terribly understaffed.

Another place that is just "OK" sorta. The place is incredibly NOISY probably due to the fact that it's all brick. The service was simply BAD, the waitress didn't seem to care if we stayed or left. Party of five and we were nice to her! She didn't ask if we wanted appetizers or offer suggestions on what was good and when asked offered little to no information. She asked what we wanted to drink and before we finished just left for five minutes and then came back with water. Then she left again for another more minutes and returned with our drinks, BUT than she left AGAIN for another five minutes and then asked if we were ready to order. When the food came 15 - 20 minutes later it was Luke warm at best and soggy. It was honestly terrible. I could go on for a lot longer but suffice it to say, find something else this place is not worth your time or your money

It was a cool place to walk into! Very open with high ceilings!! A projector had the game on and it was HUGE!! Right over the DJ!! I will say if you want to talk, you might want to sit a little further from the DJ so you can hear each other but it wasn’t that bad! The DJ was good and played great music! We sat in a booth and it was big enough to fit 6 adults! The booth next to us was the same size but a little higher up and there also were some high tops in between us and the bar so it was nice seating! The nachos were delicious! I ordered the Shrimp Tacos with Street Corn! The street corn was amazing I couldn’t eat it fast though and the tacos were also delicious! I also tried a bite of my husband’s sandwich I believe it was a Turkey Club and that was also yummy!! Others at our table got the Sliders, a salad and the Reuben and it all looked yummy!!! Great service too!! Friendly staff!!

We stopped here last weekend and they had the window wall open... It was way too cold, so we left. Today we thought we'd give the place another shot. We sat at the bar and watch all of the staff socialize together while we sat waiting to be greeted. As they were opening up the window wall once again (it's currently 48°), we spoke to another group sitting at the bar. They had water and menus, but said they had been waiting 5 minutes since the water was dropped off. Major fail.

My wife and I had been wanting to try RnR for a while so we finally went. The service is downright horrible. The prices are very good for an Oldtown happy hour but our waitress was practically non-existent. Once we put our orders in, we were never asked how we would like our burgers done. Instead they defaulted to "well-done." Our waitress then spent the next 10 minutes sitting at the bar staring at her phone while my wife and I just sat there without touching our food. Good prices, nice beer selection, average food, horrible wait staff.

Had a pretty poor experience here - I went with some friends during a busy time so we expected a long wait for a table. It took about an hour and when we got to the table, no one came to serve us. We asked the girl at the front and she basically shrugged and didn’t move. We asked two more employees and they didn’t help. It wasn’t until a bartender stepped up and got us a server after nearly 30 mins after being seated...

Tonight was the re-opening and WOW. We had Emily as our waitress & it was only her second day. She knocked it out of the park with her attentiveness & service! The food came very fast, was awesome, and the place was completely full on the re-opening which we were impressed by. Amazing service, beautiful views of Camelback, great food & drinks. Highly recommend to check it out!

Excellent spot for watching sports. Great bar food and drinks. Very nice location and indoor/outdoor seating. My complaint is that it can sometimes be too loud to have a conversation with friends inside the bar. Highly recommend it if you don’t mind the loudness of the place.

Good Mimosa deals for brunch on weekends (unlimited for 30 plus 10 off your food order). Unfortunately service isnt the best. I made a reservation on Monday and they didn't have it when I came in on Saturday (had to wait 30 minutes). Given how busy they are on Saturdays they are severely understaffed. Expect to be here for a few hours if your aiming for brunch (which can be a good or bad thing depending on who you are).

A must-have is the guava mimosa. Their food is good, and it definitely was a great place to get away for the couple hours we spent there. That being said, a Cubano sandwich is always pressed, and the Cubano I ordered was not. What showed up was more of a pulled pork sandwich on a toasted hoagie. The meats and cheeses inside, however, were delicious and do not detract from the rating.

My friends and I were in town for a bachelor party this past weekend. We had a few unplanned hours to spend while waiting for our AirBnB to be available on Friday afternoon. With about 30 minutes notice, RnR pulled together tables for a group of 20 and made room for us to store our 20 pieces of luggage. The food and beer selection was great! It was a great kickoff to our weekend.

Didn’t get any service for 10 minutes while there was 6 bartenders behind the bar and multiple bartenders kept walking by and still couldn’t get anyone to serve us. Finally we got the Bar backs attention and he got someone for us. 15 bucks for a beer and rail vodka cranberry. Seems like they just make up there own pricing because the bartender was like ahhhh 15 bucks?? So then I gave him $20 and I see him put it all in the tip jar. Still have me $5 bucks back but seemed weird.... Terrible service full of snotty people definitely wouldn’t recommend. The workers are the worst!!
