Cannot say enough amazing things about these French cut buffalo wings. They are the perfect balance of hotness, while enjoying their great amount of crispiness. Balanced with a salad, this lunch can’t be beat! The staff was incredibly nice and always accommodating. The desert views are breathtaking with beautiful mountains in the background.

On vacation in Scottsdale had heard about the lovely sunset from the Four Seasons Hotel's patio. We were driving around at lunchtime and stopped at their outdoor patio at the Proof Canteen Restaurant. There was 4 of us and we all had different sandwiches, spicy chicken etc. Everything was good - great atmosphere and we especially liked our beautiful server Sandra. A fun place - not at all stuffy or anything. .

Proof Canteen is an excellent place to eat and the area is surrounded by local mountains making this the best scenic area I have visited to date. This is a must place to visit and you can stay if you like.

Great food. Venue is beautiful with amazing views of the surrounding Boulder formations and the back side of Pinnacle Peak. Food was very good after having to send back hard cooked basted eggs. I will say, manager was involved as what seems to be policy, ie if customer has an issue always involve management. This is a good policy.

Nice casual restaurant at the Four Seasons resort. Great comfort food - burgers, etc. Salads were very fresh and tasty. Onion rings were fantastic. If you are in a group and have room for dessert try the big dessert to share -- giant trough of multiple scoops of ice cream and toppings - it fed 5 of us.

Incredible views in a rustic western decor. Drink menu is unique, yet pricey, but it is part of Four Seasons. Service was ok, not great, not horrible. Food was delicious. Dessert options were yummy as well. The unique bacon popcorn sounds much better than our was. The had a great take shuffleboard have to play while waiting for the food. It's a bit of a walk from the valet but they offer golf cart transport of needed.

Terrific restaurant for brunch especially with large groups. The atmosphere is laid back and cool and the decor is nicely curated. The food is very good as are the drinks. The staff is friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place for its food and ambience.

Great food, good drinks, relaxing atmosphere - exceptional service. We always forget to make reservations, but didn't have to wait long for a seat on their beautiful patio. We started and ended our meal tonight with pretzels and I wouldn't have it any other way. The pretzel knots with spicy cheese sauce are warm and yummy - a must to start out any meal. And the salted caramel pretzel chocolate cake was the perfect balance of sweet and salty. Thanks for a lovely evening, Karma!

We go to Proof atleast once a week. The food is consistently amazing. My favorites are the pretzel knots, chop salad, and watermelon mule (seasonal). Staff is always courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. Because we are regulars, they get our drinks the minute we walk in the door. Couldn't say more positI've things about Proof!

We ordered the crab legs as an app and they were lackluster at best- not fresh at all. The autumn salad was not good either. The dressing was extremely gritty. The Proof Burger was good and so were the onion rings. Overall not up to par for a Four Seasons Restaurant and I would not go back.

If you're actually hungry you will get better service at Chilis. Hopefully the food turns out okay. #NoConfidence Update: Manager Kelesey took care of us. We appreciated his understanding of the situation. Also the smoked babe sandwhich is pretty fantastic.

We went for my Dad's 80th birthday a d everyone was wonderful. Our drinks never ran dry and our food was delicious. The staff were friendly but not intrusive. We say outside, they brought over blankets and a heater, it was worth it, the views were amazing. Outside was a little quieter which was nice for such a large group - this way we could all heat each other. My 2.5 year old niece was there and they were very accommodating to her as well (there is a kids menu)

We have had Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner here, several times as we stayed at the residence resort four different times. For an onsite restaurant the quality is excellent, although you pay for that convenience! Try their signature cocktails which are very tasty! Breakfast was expertly prepared, and at 60 bucks for two it should be. For lunch we included the ice cream that reminded me of homemade, so creamy and delicious,with warm soft pieces of brownies amply mixed within! Dinners are just as good, but be careful to not blow your food budget as Scottsdale has so many fantastic restaurants to choose from!

Very good restaurant, above expectations. We tried this while staying here and really liked the offerings. We had the buffet, lunch, dinner and regular breakfast and each one was very good. While process aren't cheap, everything we tried just had that little extra touch that made it a special dish.
