REVIEWS OF Pizzeria Bianco IN Arizona

Just Nickie

The pizza is good but quite pricey. The crust is very thin and somewhat crispy, like a soft cracker. The toppings were just right. We ordered a 12" pizza half pistachio and half margherita and it was delicious. It is very cozy inside and you can watch them fire your pizza. There is a small outdoor patio which would seem more suitable if you need room for a wheelchair.

Carol Kaufman

The food was fabulous and even though they were busy, the server kept his eye on our needs. Definitely worth going back to!

Steph Smi

Fantastic service, delicious food, nice vibe. Was in and out within 45 mins. Great when stopping to head to the airport?

Doug Plath

Fourth time we have been there- whenever we are in town for a game. Food is always excellent- never had something there we didn't like. Service is always top notch - multiple people checking on us. I accidentally left my credit card on the table and the manager chased me down outside to give it back.

Morgan Benton

The bartender at Pobrecito (recommended!!!) suggested we come here and said he thought the pizza here might be the best in the world. I don't know about that but it's pretty damn good pizza. The service was fast and courteous considering we got there like half an hour before closing. I like that the menu is short so you don't have to spend a long time reading, but still feel confident that you have a solid range of quality options. I would have liked to sit out on the patio, but maybe next time...

Steffen Smolka

These guys really enjoy their jobs and you can taste it! Small menu, but everything on there is outstanding. That’s how it should be. Service at the bar was phenomenal.

Allan Jay Garcia

Aloha! Wow! What a pizza. It’s pricy but it’s worth it! Staff friendly fast and professional. Food is delicious and well made. My order came out right the first time. This location was very busy and not so big. However we were seated in a good time and the wait was worth it on a Sunday afternoon. Beer was awesome.

Evelyne Beane

Overall, we had a great dining experience. Service was quick and friendly. Pizza was hot and good. I wish they had mixed all the toppings all over the pizza instead of just putting one topping per three pieces, not a fan of that. Our crust was burnt on the bottom as well. Atmosphere was amazing, however.

Austin L

A unique and fantastic pizza experience. Very classy! And, I imagine, authentic. Great atmosphere too! A must-stop if you're a fan of pizza and in Pheonix.

Guillermo Sotupo

Over rated. Would not go back. Limited menu. Over priced

Wayne Peterson

I finally made it to Pizzeria Bianco, and I wasn't disappointed even slightly. The salad was great and the pizzas lived up to my already high expectations. They also had an excellent beer menu.

Giovanni Rodgers

Great customer service. Helped with my friend when she had a migraine.

Hosni Dene

Delicious pizza, very attentive staff, and an incredible flourless chocolate cake. The ambiance is great for a date, very quiet and romantic.

Jayme Roggenbuck

Really tasty, highly recommend. The salad was crazy good!!

Sari Custer

Always good! Not a big place, so you may have to wait, but they do have lunch hours now (years ago, they did not). Wood fired pizzas are consistently good and I highly recommend the Mozzerella Salad (AKA Caprese).

Rickles Worth

Great pizza; however, it's not worth $19 and not worth waiting hours for in my opinion. Valet parking is available. The parking attendant told me It's $5 to park and he works off of tips from there.

Velentino Diaz

Cool little hip place in Phoenix. Soft indie background music with a touch of a warehouse ambiance. May be the best oven brick pizza I’ve had in a good while.

Lexy Carranza

Yummy pizza and very fast and attentive service.

JIM FREEMAN

Excellent food all around; appetizer, wonderful salad and fast tasty crisp pizza. Wait staff very attentive. Because we needed to get our guests back to PHX we had a quick drink in Bar Bianco and had just started when our table was ready. The valet parking attendant walked over to get our car as we walked out the restaurant door.

Anthony Mustapich

Outstanding pizza. The best anywhere, including NY. Try the "Rosa". No meat or tomato sauce. White sauce, pistachio, red onions and delicious cheese..

Joel Santos

The pizza is SUPERB! The service at the pizzeria was not great. Not terrible, but certainly not great by any means. On the other hand Bar Bianco was amazing. James the bartender exceeded expectations, and was an absolute delight to be around and converse with.

Sanket Bacchuwar

I loved the Restaurant's ambience and the location for sure is one of the best. I would highly recommend this one as a great pizza place in downtown. Also, make sure you visit the Heritage Square as well as the Arizona Science Center which are in the same neighborhood of the Restaurant. Another reason for hitting it out, you get two cool places and main attractions in Phoenix get covered with this one.

DJ Stephens

Great food, great service. First time in Phoenix this place was highly recommended by any and everyone we asked. It did not disappoint.

bob mason

Just relocated to Phoenix and randomly wandered in to Pizzeria Bianco. 4 of us sat at the bar and only ordered appetizers and drinks. The bartender (wish I had gotten her name) was fantastic - made us feel very welcome. The appetizers we ordered were delicious and portions were more than expected. Will definitely go back to try the pizza.

Nicholas Finch

A bit overpriced but it was really good. Everyone was really friendly and the atmosphere was great.

Ashley Powell

2nd time here and wanted to be sure it was as good as I thought. Better! Who would have thought a simple salad could be such a delight. This place tucked away is a gem. Started off with bread ( amazing) with unbelievable olive oil to dip, and a side order of perfect meatballs. Top it off with a pizza that has a crust to incredible to describe and you’ve got yourself one fantastic meal. Lunch crowds are small, but food worth the drive.

Amber Gopel

Place is always crazy busy...as in a min hour wait time so don't expect to just show up and get a table. I have to say the pizza is good....very limited menu but that's ok. The crust has a nice char on the bottom. The only reason I give 4 …

Dharmpal Sharma

May be best place for people who love meat. But vegans ... no way ... in fact I asked the server to add basil leaves in my pizza . He got me raw basil leaves in the plate like you serve grass to cow.. looks like they don’t know how to prepare pizza for vegans ... please don’t waste money try something else. In fact you can’t imagine I drove 20 miles for this useless pizza out there.

Jonathan Ryan

Excellent bespoke pizzas. Good beer selection.

Bethany Simmons

Great food. Wonderful ambiance. Loved the thin crust pizza and fresh salad. My husband thought the rice pudding was delicious.

Travis Voirin

AMAZING!!! The staff, the food and back To the staff. Chef is amazing (Joey) and they use ingredients actual garden. My family has found a new spot to hang out at just based on how awesome the staff is. Great job!!!

Juan Hickman

After all the hype over all the years, we were in town and went straight from the airport. WOW! Great, friendly service. Perfect salad of greens - perfectly dressed. Then the pizza; biancoverde - white pizza with fresh arugula placed on it …

Matt White

Excellent food and service. I've been on a few business lunches here. Typically, a salad is ordered for the table and each of us gets our own pizza. It's always perfect, not too heavy, always more than enough, and I never feel like I spent too much. I can feel the quality of the food, everything is fresh and tasty. Makes me feel healthy. Pizzeria Bianco is a gem.

Rebekah Ross

We ordered wood roasted vegetables and wise guy + sunny boy half half. My favorite is the cauliflower in the roasted vegetables. They are very well flavored and cooked to a point they are soft but with textures. The pizza is good. I don't like the free bread (and the olive oil) at all. Def a good place to go for a lunch if you are in the center of Phoenix

Julie Mullinax

The entire staff worked as a team making sure we had what we needed and cleared our table as we progressed through the meal. As we left, 4 different employees (including the guys making the pizzas) thanked us for coming in! Great pizza too!

Ryan Stiles

Great food and cozy atmosphere. Best pizza I've had in AZ.

VerradoBisaya

Great tasting Margarita and Wise Guy pizzas.

Avelina Lamb

OMG, best pizza and bread in town

Gordon M

Amazing pizza. Great ambience. Very nice area. Wonderful service. We recommend the Wise Guy and the Sonny Boy.

Andrew Schawel

Great service, amazing food. Cheese and charcuterie plate is fantastic. They nail the margarita pizza, which is a great base to measure technique. Stop by their sister bar next door while waiting for a table.

Warren Apel

I’m not the only one who thinks that this is the best pizza in America. I’ve been eating Chris Bianco’s amazing pizzas since the 90’s before the heritage square location opened. The margarita is an excellent version of a classic pizza. But the pizza Rosa is like nothing you’re had before. Try it. It’s out of this world.

Greg Rabbitt

Extremely underwhelming. Pizza crust was tasty, but that's really the only positive I can give of the food. We got the Margherita and the Rosa (the one with crushed pistachios). The former was under-seasoned, especially the sauce. The latter was... not a taste combination that made sense. Again, under-seasoned somehow with a load of garlic, I didn't get the rosemary, the onions were way too big and the pistachios also didn't register. It was just a mess, and far too much for the thin crust to handle. The whole deal got very soggy and hard to eat very quickly.

Stephanie Yang

One of the best pizzas I've had in awhile. Try the wiseguy - you won't be disappointed!

Danielle Burke

Had our first gourmet wood fired pizza here. Heard somewhere that Pizzeria Bianco has the best pizza in the nation and New Yorkers must try the best. It was a delicious pizza. Went well with the local beer I was drinking. And we loved the open kitchen style. Enjoyed coming here for sure.

Jarred Sams

Pizzas and the atmosphere were great both of us had a great experience here!

James Delaria

I went there today with my son. Fun. The pizza was very, very good. Service was attentive and friendly. First pizzeria I have been to that had valet parking. We had a nice time.

Pamela Zager-Maya

Our friends invited us to join them, they had been before and raved about it. Their son who is 12 loves the pizza with no cheese. So we went, it's a smaller house style restaurant so seating is more limited, expect to wait - but they have a bar in the house next door which makes the time fly by! Had some moscato to drink while we waited, husband had a chocolate stout beer which he really liked. Once we were called to be seated, we had amazing service. I had the Rosa pizza which has no sauce cheeses, onion and pistachios- interesting and delicious. Boxed up the leftovers so we can enjoy tomorrow!

Kirk Mather

Wow. Believe the hype. I'd read it was best pizza in Phoenix area and even top 10 nationally on some lists... so bar was very high. Bianco vaulted over the bar. A very short and simple menu very well executed. Tip: We brought a bottle of wine from place, we waited for our table at, next door which was a good idea.

Jordan Arndt

One of the best pizzas I've ever had, local fennel sausage! Amazing atmosphere, service, quality of pizza. Delicioso!

Walid Nabhane

While the crust is very good and the ingredients are simple and fresh, this does not justify the prices! It is a Pizza! And when a lunch cost $60 per person and we have to pay $7 for valet parking it is just absurd. Nothing justifies this not even in New York! The flourless chocolate cake was very heavy and dry. A bit disappointing.

Joseph Kasal

Had great service and friendly staff. I had the Margarita Pizza and the Sonny Boy. Both were very good. The pizzas are thin crust and had the perfect amount of sauce and cheese. The cheese was good quality and was not oily at all. In fact their was hardly a drop of oil that formed on top of the pizza which was perfect! The Margarita was flavorful but nit over powering. To Sonny Boy's salami and olives were not salty and offered a perfect balance to each other. Highly recommend if you are looking for a high quality flavorful pizza.

Alan Wayne

Lives up to the bill as one of the best pizzas in America (can’t get myself to say it’s “the best”) in Phoenix of all places. Truly have never had anything like the crust which is what set apart this pie vs. the rest of the new world pizza crowd. Definitely worth a stop when in Phoenix and location makes it easy enough to visit on the way to/from the airport (I even bought a 2nd pie with me for the road)

Barbabas Kevan

Boy was I surprised just how good it was. As soon as we walked in we were greeted with a warm smile and then immediately led to the best table in the house (which imho is the corner spot to the far back right). The tables were all wooden tables and the decorum was super hampton's-esque.

Jeffrey Matson

We landed in Phoenix and went straight to Pizzeria Bianco. A week later we were on our way back to the airport and had to stop again because it was so good! Great food and the ambiance is fun. We'll definitely be back the next time we come in town.

John Wass

Cute spot on a historic street in downtown Phoenix serving quality wood fired pies. Classic selections with rustic decor and ample outdoor seating. One of the few spots I enjoyed visiting in a rather disappointing downtown experience. Keep the pie selection simple and enjoy the people watching (or the cats in the trees). If the wait is too long, there is a bar next door in a converted residence with some tasty offerings. Definitely worth the walk.

Kevin Delvalle

The food here is excellent. Service was great too. Loved our no-nonsense waitress. She was efficient and quick. The pizza was perfection and we love the back room with it's charming European ambiance. My childhood was spent in this Town and Country shopping area and much of it is no longer there but happy to see some relics of the past still present there.

Herb Kim

5 years later I still remember their Wiseguy pizza really distinctly. Fabulous experience. Lovely laid-back vibe though I had the luxury of going at an off-peak time. Hope I have reason to come back to Phoenix soon.

Robert Poole

A little cramped inside; I wound up eating at the bar. Selection is limited, but they're all good choices. No soft drink fountain, but you can get Coke in glass bottles. Highly recommend the fennel sausage as an addition! Located right next to the Arizona Science Center.

Philip Dawsey

Very good personal Italian style pizza. Really thin crust that's perfect, great quality toppings, amazing sauce. Just really good pizza that is worth the wait. Staff want so attentive but pizza was so good it still gets 5 stars. Bread with olive oil to start was also great. We got there at 2pm on a Saturday and it was a 30min wait

Zack Norton

Best pizza in downtown Phoenix!! Service is always quick and efficient. The menu is small, which has meant for us it's a only a few items but done really well. We ask for their chili oil too and it's a great addition to the pizza. Margherita pizza is a must!!!!

Daniel Fieldstone

Yes they serve amazing pizza... the world knows...

Carter Humphrey

We heard Pizzeria Bianco was the #1 pizza place in the US so of course we had to try it! The wait was about an hour on a late Saturday night. We started with their antipasto salad which was fantastic. The grilled vegetables were perfection. The pizza was pretty good - the crust was the right amount of crispy and the toppings were flavorful. However, we are "sauce on the pizza" kind of folks - even though we asked for red sauce, it was sparsely spread on the pie. Atmosphere is great & the drinks at Bar Bianco were tasty.

Brian Stormo

I honestly was very impressed with the pizza quality and the beer selection. I would absolutely come again if I were to be back in the Phoenix area. This is the type of pizza you go a little out of your way for. The outdoor patio was great, the interior of the spot was great too. Definitely worth going to if you're in the area.

Scott

So this place was pretty cool. Fast service and friendly. Was great pizza. Definitely worth a stop.if you are in the area. Hot to walk far if your staying downtown but this wasn't a bad walk at all.

Dave Allen

Before I found this gem outside of The Arizona Science Center there was only 1 pizza place in Az that I'd be willing to drive 45 just to have a slice of pizza pie and now I must say, there are 2 pizza places in Az that I'll be driving 45 min to just to have a slice of delicious pie. Staff gave a very authentic Italian family vibe, the atmosphere was great, and the restrooms were clean. Certainly, we will be back...

José Tafla

Great food, environment, and service.

Melanie Buchanan

I loved this place! Great ambiance! I had a very interesting pizza - the Rosa. It had pistachios and I added sauteed mushrooms. It turned out to be the best pizza I have ever had in my life. Definitely will return if I'm ever in Phoenix again.

Justin Lane

Great food. Great service. We went for lunch on a Saturday and we were seated right away. I don't think I could recommend waiting an hour or more for a table when they are busier. There are plenty of very good pizza places around the valley as quick alternatives, but the high quality of ingredients and toppings make Pizzeria Bianco worth a try.

Erika Wine

Pizza place is the best pizza place I’ve ever been to in Phoenix. The service is amazing and the pizza is out of this world. I love it.

Dustin Warren

Great service awesome pizza!

Debbie Malone

The crust on these pizzas is amazing. I also really appreciate any place that offers white sauce pizzas. The combinations of toppings are unique and delicious. The location has really nice ambiance as well. Perfect for a date night. The servers were really friendly, and the food came out extra fast. So glad I got a chance to try their world-famous pizza!

Elizabeth Montanez

The food here is excellent. Service was great too. Loved our no-nonsense waitress. She was efficient and quick. The pizza was perfection and we love the back room with it's charming European ambiance. My childhood was spent in this Town and Country shopping area and much of it is no longer there but happy to see some relics of the past still present there.

Lola Feng

Wow this was not what we expected! The hostess needs an attitude adjustment and smile. 5 people will not fit at a small table when you’re ordering 2 pizza and salad. Sorrow that we made you gout out of your way to extend the size to accommodate correctly. The price on the website and google maps do not match the price in the restaurant, really false advertisement is what I call it. The pizza that was 13$ on line actually 22$ cheese, salami, sauce. It was burnt on the edge and soggy fell apart even my children said disgusting.

Spencer Graf

It was awsome. Wonderful staff and food. P.s.give David a raise he was amazing

Elizabeth Shell

I could have just the bread and oil and leave happy. The pizza needs no introduction.

Nitara Jones

Great atmosphere; even better food. Charming little place.

Justin Henderson

Great atmosphere and the pizza is absolutely fantastic. Excellent service.

Mark Ellington

Whats the bug deal about this place?! Overpriced and service was very unfriendly!! The portions.... way too small! Yikes!

Noe De La Mora

Delicious pizza and amazing espresso! The staff was very welcoming and friendly. Beer selection is a bit light but it’ll cover most preferences. 10/10 would eat again

Mohit Chatlani

Stumbled upon this beautiful restaurant while walking around downtown. It's a really quaint spot that serves delicious pizza. They generally have a waiting for 20 minutes but you can sit at the bar next door and have a drink there. The restaurant is good for families or even if you're on a date. Great service, perfect dinner setting, nice ambience. Also, this place is apparently Oprah's favourite when in town, so you gotta check it out!

Charles Chen

It's an institution for a reason! Delicious pies, friendly staff. The bar next door isn't a bad place to wait!

Gabrielle Chung

We came from the East Valley, hearing rave reviews from everyone, so naturally we had to order every pizza on the menu! We thought we'd just take home what we didn't finish, but we ate every one! This is one place that lived up to the hype, was worth the wait, and now we know why it's considered one of the top 10 in the country! Kudos to Chris Bianco!

Nathan Stgermain

Service - 10/10 Atmosphere - 10/10 Pizza- "one bite everyone knows the rules" Thin, artsy, inventive. 10/10 Get here. Great date spot.

Deborah Forcine

I have been going to this place for years. It is great. Everything is very fresh and delicious.

Evan Magnusson

They never brought us out bread- rather odd, since they did so to most (but not all) other customers. So watch for that. Pizza was fine. I'm glad we only waited 30 minutes, it would not have been worth it otherwise. Probably overpriced for the quality- you're paying for hype. FYI, the valet they do is $5, cheaper than paying at the garage nearby.

Oumou Jeanne

Best Pizza I have ever had, and a good assortment of drinks as well. It's tucked away in a lovely little park downtown. Great date spot.

Kim Richards

We heard Pizzeria Bianco was the #1 pizza place in the US so of course we had to try it! The wait was about an hour on a late Saturday night. We started with their antipasto salad which was fantastic. The grilled vegetables were perfection. The pizza was pretty good - the crust was the right amount of crispy and the toppings were flavorful. However, we are "sauce on the pizza" kind of folks - even though we asked for red sauce, it was sparsely spread on the pie. Atmosphere is great & the drinks at Bar Bianco were tasty.

Britt-Marie Montemayor

Delicious food with great service. Pizzeria Bianco takes high quality ingredients and arranges them in the right combination to be a perfect compliment to each other. It's a intimate restaurant with great food.

Ryan Fowler

Everything was delicious: from the table bread and the wine to the fire grilled veggies and the pizza. And the service was incredible! It was almost comical how quickly every staff member rushed to help us whenever there was a chance. But it was a good thing!

Don Carlos

Off the hook pizza, wonderful crust, served at the bar. Alberto will take care of you, serves the Dragoon IPA from Tucson, and they have good red wine. We had a great time, good atmosphere.

Craig Miklencic

Food was great. But annoying to have to pay to park PLUS tip the attendant. This place is pricey to the point parking ought to be free.

Erin Leigh

The pizza was delicious and I appreciated my son being treated like a customer and not a hinderance (he is young). However the valet was rude.

Amanda Burks

BEST pizza in town, very small venue so be prepared to wait but worth it.

David Barnes

Been here for the first time and have to say haven't tried better pizza anywhere else.Everything was amazing the sonny boy and biancoverde were amazing.Excellent service also. Thanks

Lynet Uttal

We have been trying to eat at this 5-star pizza restaurant for years. Either the wait was too long or the drive too far. We finally got here this week at 1 pm on Tuesday. No wait and quietly emptied by the time we were done. It was delicious thin crusted pizza, a great choice of very light salads with light dressings. Between three of us we had two pizzas (margarita red sauce and white sauce fennel sausage and grilled onions), a mixed salad with apple and cheese and hot prosciutto wrapped fontina. Totally just thin crusted pizza and light salad. Probably really expensive for what you get. Nice environment. You can hear yourself talking and wait people are friendly. Park in ramp instead of valet parking and get parking ticket validated for free parking.

Showcase Plastics

Excellent service! I thought the pizzas weren't worth the cost.

Darin Shreves

Excellent food, restaurant space, and staff. Top notch.

Mickey Murphy

The pizza was really great. The location is so cute and quaint. We got the Rosa. Who would've thought pistachios on pizza makes so much sense?? Definitely will be returning to try one of the other ones.

sheri baker

Nice cozy place. Great for couples or a small group. Try both styles of pizza (with & with out sauce) wood fire oven (pine & peacon) have a beer/glass of wine or bottle of soda. Even if your full try a dessert. We went after an event @ Talking Stick Arena & ate at the bar with Kelly. She made the experience easy & picked out a recommended 3 course meal.

trikum

Pizzeria Bianco has been a great spot to come to for the past couple years & it does not disappoint. The pizza is sold by the pie & toppings are not your typical and man are they fresh! The cheese is flavorful - the whole thing is. Each person may have their own favorite, I prefer the Sonny Boy. They serve local beers last I recall and the Moscato they have is a nice sweet wine. It can have a wait, longest we waited was 45 minutes, but spent the time at their bar right in the next building.

Jose Jimenez

One of the best pizza’s I’ve had. Perfect marghereta.

Steve Heideman

The crust is the best in Phoneix. Crispy, and baked to perfection.

Gerry F

Great pizza, horrible experience. One couple came from LA and we drove 40 miles based on the reputation. The appetizers and pizza were excellent. The wait staff were good. But one of the appears to be a thief! Unfortunately, I left my Patagonia down jacket on the chair at the table. Unfortunately, it was late Sunday night when I discovered it when I got home. They were closed Christmas Eve and Day. When I checked back with them on the next day them were open, no jacket. The guy at the door, who was checking reservations and went to look, came back and said he did not find it. Strange that he then asked for a description and talked with the waiter that served us that night. He then came back quickly and said they did not have any coats back them. He then behaved indifferent and went back to taking names. Left me with a very sour experience.

Daniele D'Accardi

I kinda of felt home. I can tell that the owner or the owners of this place are Italian, or maybe not. By the way, it was good good good. Grazie

Nicole Smith

I have been wanting to try this restaurant for years and finally have the opportunity! It did not disappoint! It has a cute, cozy atmosphere, and we were lucky enough to not have to wait for a table. The pizzas are light and crisp. I had a margherita pizza and the flavors were delicate, fresh, and blended together perfectly. My friend had the sonny boy and enjoyed every last bite. I would definitely recommend this restaurant for some great pizza in a cute place.

sdmaco123456

The pizza has real taste of Italian pizza. My son like pizza with basil leaf generally he is against such topping in pizza. It is good pricy but worth the price.

Yi-Nung Yeh

The pizza is called Wiseguy. It has onion, mozzarella, and sausage, and doesn’t have tomato sauce on it. It is very tasty.

Levi Rubin

I could certainly decipher the quality of ingredients here. However, I didn’t really think it is anything life-changing in line with the reputation it has received. In addition, it is a pretty expensive, but I suppose the price also pays for the experience and atmosphere. Service is genuine and attentive even during rush periods

Hellen Castruita

The food is excellent! It was just the right amount of portions we were able to share. Loved it definitely coming back.

Randy Brown

Casual, slightly trendy, but still classic. A very pleasant experience.

Tim Burton

Bianco has been rated the #1 pizza in the U.S. I can tell you from first-hand experience, they are right. Omg, such a fabulous brick oven-fired pizza. Not greasy or oily, just flavorful. I got a Margherita with Ricotta & Mozzarella Cheeses, Basil and Fennel Sausage. Note: this is the original location.

Max Xxx

Best pizza in town, maybe even in country.

Ian Mercer

Had several people rave about the pizza, but it didn't live up to the hype. Tasty, but all three of the pizzas were overdone (very hard/crunchy base and crust). Would go again, but would be sure to ask for less time in the oven.

Kathy Petty

We heard Pizzeria Bianco was the #1 pizza place in the US so of course we had to try it! The wait was about an hour on a late Saturday night. We started with their antipasto salad which was fantastic. The grilled vegetables were perfection. The pizza was pretty good - the crust was the right amount of crispy and the toppings were flavorful. However, we are "sauce on the pizza" kind of folks - even though we asked for red sauce, it was sparsely spread on the pie. Atmosphere is great & the drinks at Bar Bianco were tasty.

Bruce Flebbe

If you like pizza this is the place to go try it you'll like it

Belinda Brooks

The Rosa is literally the best pizza I've ever had.

Amber Gray

Don't go here with the expectation of a "typical" pizza. Bianco is more of a craft pizza and has a price to match. Pizza's are thin crust. The location was within walking distance of the convention center which was nice. I had the Rosa pizza which was good. If you are looking for something different then I would highly recommend. However, if you are looking to satisfy the craving of a "typical" pizza this may not be the place for you.

Carson Tunn

This place really takes care of you. Everything on the menu is great! As a guy from New York this is down some of the best pizza out there

Ian Westcott

So good we went there twice. For a relaxed time, allocate a good two hours here, and have a cocktail at their adjacent bar while waiting for your table to be ready. Bianco has some of the best pizza crust I've ever tasted. If you're the sort of person who normally dismisses the crust and doesn't like to eat the outer rind, Pizzeria Bianco may change your mind.

Spencer Trowbridge

I really enjoyed this place. It is located in the science park in downtown Phoenix. The menu is small, but there is a good variety. We go the Antipasta salad with grilled vegetables. It was amazing the veggies, meat and cheese were perfectly balances. We also got The Sonny pizza, and I was pleased. It was really good. The prices were fair for the quality of food, and serving sizes. It is casual and they sell liquor. It would be a great date spot. The parking is not great. You will need to park on the street and walk a little bit.

Azdesertratgirl

Finally came after many years and it's great like before. Walked right in at lunchtime on a Friday. Ingredients were top quality.

Kevin Burns

It's a fine place to get a pretty standard neapolitan. There's nothing wrong with that but I don't get the hype. It's pretty tight in there so don't take a group. The service was nice though, so plus for that.

Deepak Gupta

Mrs G and I ALWAYS go this place when in Scottsdale. While there are other locations, I suggest going to the original. Go early and enjoy a drink next door - they make incredible cocktails. As for the pizza - I LOVE PIZZA - and this pizza is outstanding. A must must do.

Germain Huval

Came to test the hype. Recently I’ve been trying to check off some phx staples and as we were already across the street at the children’s museum, it was time to check this one off the list. Service was friendly and helpful, dough recipe is great and the focus on quality of water is evident in the final product. Topping were ample and well balanced. Wife and I split a pie and were both satisfied for lunch but I could easily crush one of these for dinner by myself. For that I feel the price might be 10% or so high but overall I was quite happy with my first experience.

Heather Yazzie

Absolutely delicious pizza and excellent service. Beautiful location

Paul Savage

It's all about the crust and quality toppings. Both were very well done. The atmosphere is rustic and the service was very friendly.

Ron Falk

Awesome hand made pizza. The place is well known and at many times can be very busy with lots of people.

Kyle Nevins

Very pricey for small personal pizzas, too thin for my liking
