We came here last night for the first time. I had the Baja shrimp and my wife had PCG Pasta and I have to say the food was excellent. I would give 5 stars but the waiter seemed a little slow, outside of that the Phoenix City Grille is a great place to eat at.

I was impressed with my caesar salad. I added salmon and steak. Salad bowl was chilled so salad was perfect. Salmon and steak made the salad as the protiens were hot. We had no dessert as we had to get to a show. We will be back.

It's been several years since I've been here, and I forgot how much I enjoy it. In fact, I came back two nights in a row this week! This is a Phoenix classic, and even on a Monday (and Tuesday) there was a lively"crowd." The ambiance is nice, the staff is friendly and professional, and the food is delectable. I was with a total of 6 other people between the two nights, and my two favorite dishes were the beef stroganoff (only on special), and the Phoenix City Pasta. For dessert, don't you dare leave without having the bread pudding.

Had limited menu I had the Bethany Home salad, it was very good, it had thin sliced roasted chicken, lime vinaigrette with peanut sauce & tortilla strips but I loved the tomatoes. Friend had the burger said it wasnt anything to special about it but the chicken tortilla soup was great. Been open for 22 yrs, same local owners, uses 80% local sourced products. Parking lot in back, then walk thru kitchen entrance. I would definatly go back to try again.

The food and drinks at the Phoenix City Grille were spectacular! The flank steak was perfectly cooked and the black garlic sauce it had was so flavorful. My friend enjoyed his shrimp dinner as well. Our server, Sonia was friendly and provided excellent service. Ambiance overall in the restaurant was nice and though the tables were full, it was not too loud. I highly recommend Phoenix City Grille.

I found this restaurant on this site. I am so happy that I did! I ordered pancakes, bacon and egg whites. My friend ordered the Steak Benedict which neither of us had heard of and we love eggs Benedict. The pancakes were DELISH! I typically don’t order pancakes from restaurants I’ve never dined because they usually are not good. However, these were better than expected! My friend enjoyed the Steak Benedict but not the chipotle hollandaise. Regular hollandaise would’ve been better. I also liked the mango Bellini. Can’t go wrong with anything on this menu. Highly recommend brunch.

This place is absolutely grand. It has been around for a while and the workers that operate it are very kind people indeed. Phoenix City Grille does give of some upscale vibes. It is located in a bar hopable area so if you start your night of here you will be sure to have plenty of other places to go that are within walking distance.

I found this restaurant on this site. I am so happy that I did! I ordered pancakes, bacon and egg whites. My friend ordered the Steak Benedict which neither of us had heard of and we love eggs Benedict. The pancakes were DELISH! I typically don’t order pancakes from restaurants I’ve never dined because they usually are not good. However, these were better than expected! My friend enjoyed the Steak Benedict but not the chipotle hollandaise. Regular hollandaise would’ve been better. I also liked the mango Bellini. Can’t go wrong with anything on this menu. Highly recommend brunch.

Got there right after they opened, it was just my daughter and myself. We were seated quickly and got our menus right away but it was about 10 minutes before they offered drinks and give menus. It seemed to take around 10 minutes to ask us if we were ready to order. Time wise, the rest of our experience was good. Friendly atmosphere, good hospitality, and an overall good experience.

I was in Phoenix on a weekend trip and ended up eating here twice. The food was that good. The 2 waiters I had were helpful and efficient. I had the steakhouse burger which was a perfect combination of flavors. They have their own steak sauce blend which I enjoyed in smaller doses. My buddy had Tacos and salmon. Then the brunch tacos. He really liked the tacos. In short check them out we went there during the lunch hour time frame and the food came in an acceptable amount of time. I enjoyed the queso fundido as well.
