We LOVE pfchangs but our experience yesterday 10/10 was terrible. We were sat down, got our drinks and ordered an appetizer. Our app hadn't came out yet and our waiter came to order our meals which is fine but didn't tell us a status on our food. The waiter came back TWO more times and asked what my bf ordered and didn't refill glasses. Thirty minutes later we didn't even have an appetizer so we ended up leaving. I spoke to the MOD that was standing upfront just talking away to the other employee and all we got was sorry like she didn't care what was going on in her place of business. Also, one of the cooks was obviously mad and came busting out slamming doors into the walls. We are so disappointed bc we've never had an experience this terrible!

I just loved the greeter when we walked in. She was so nice and polite. We ordered two Wonton soup and the wonton tasted like they were rolled in the flour and just thrown in the broth. They were really undone, raw, no good not cooked. The dough around them you just tasted the flour which actually tasted like paste. My husband was discussed with the soup. I could of use it on my wall as wallpaper. Now the fried dumplings I ordered was great because they were fried. This was mt first time in PE Chiang's and I really don't think I be back to any of the P E Chiang's establishments.

P.f. chang's, time we arrived 5:45, where do i start, One, u guys put a table of three in a section where there was two partys of 6+ ppl, when there was boothes in other waiters sections, Two, ppl showed up after us and have already got drinks and there appetizers and dinner, Three, it took 45 minutes to get drinks (my coke cola was flat and i mean all our sodas where flat) and place our appetizer order, Four, ur staff does even know ur menu, Five, we still havent order dinner and been here for and hour come on, time is money! Plus as i have written this ppl have come and gone that got here after we did! Time we got our meal 7:05, food was ok, looks like the kitchen does really know what they are doing. So there that was my experience at pf Chang's. If u are going to respond to this with ur stupid automated respones then i guess u have lost my business.

Where is the zero star option? My family and I have been here since 6:30 and they had all of our orders completely wrong. It is now 8:30 and we still have not received our food. Service is very slow. Manager never came over to apologize or offer any incentives. A table came an hour after us and they have already left. Will never come back or recommend this place

Wife is not a big fan of Chinese food. However, I introduced her to P.F. Chang's and she absolutely loves it. Daughter can't get enough Lo Mein. Staff is great and able to adjust entrees to family's needs. Highly recommend eating at any P.F. Chang's!

Went here for the first time today. Lettuce wraps and Mongolian beef were on point. Our waiter, Darrian, was super awesome. Gave us excellent service and we didn't really have to ask for anything. He just showed up with it. Best service we've had in awhile. Will ask for him next time.

A great atmosphere, and always fantastic food! Was disappointed that the restaurant serves straws with every glass, and their to go containers and bags are not even friendly at all. Would like to see the brand step up in reducing the environmental footprint. Otherwise you can't go wrong, it is easy to eat healthy with the calorie count on every dish.

This is one of my favorite places to eat. When we are on this side of town we always eat here. The food is always good, it's super clean, everyone is usually very friendly, and great atmosphere. I'm not a vegetarian, but sometimes I like options and they have good vegie dishes here.

I've gone to this specific location for years now and have always had a good experience. But when I went tonight, it was different. The appetizer plates were still dirty from the previous user, and still wet from the dish washer. The service was slow, we had to ask for our appetizers twice, people who had gotten there after us got their food before we did. When our appetizers did come out, our dinner came out right after. Our waitress did not come to our table to get us refills, and didn't come to check on us when she came out to her other tables. Overall it was just a bad experience.

I must say that I really enjoyed my meal tonight. I really wasn't a big fan of P.F. Chang's, it was more my wife's go to place. But Michael our server made the experience. He was on top of it! Granted it was a pretty slow day, but he made it enjoyable. We had the Lettuce Wraps, Mongolian Beef, Chicken Lo Mein, and Fried Rice. All dishes were good! Oh.....had the Cheese Cake as well. Walked away paying $59.73 not including tip. Recommend :) Please like the review after viewing! :)

Went for lunch with my family. Our server, who we found out later was not even working our section. It took 45 minutes to receive our drinks and over an hour before he even asked to take our order. The food for the price was mediocre. I paid very well and have had better tasting food at Panda Express. They were not busy at all, we went o a Saturday afternoon. The restuarant was almost empty. But, because we had 2 children with us, we were seated at the back, outside of the restroom. Very unsatisfactory service and cleanliness.

Most overated Asian Food in Tucson! For $18.95 for Beef & Broccoli I was expecting something extraordinary. NOT!!! This food was EASILY beaten by Wok Fire and Grill near UofA, Wei Asian Cafe at Harrison and Golf Links, or just about ANY other Asian restaurant in Tucson! SAVE YOUR MONEY! Service was ok. We couldn't find our waitress a couple of times. The ambience with a couple of large statues of General Chang and of his horse are NOT even close to being worth paying TRIPLE for a dinner that is mediocre at best. Seriously! It was totally Mehhhh! But it's your money. Understand why they are in the foothills where people don't care what the food is like or the prices are. Would've enjoyed a drink, but the prices were outrageous. Newsflash. If your single beer prices is the same price as 1.5 six packs of the same beer, it's too high. Have fun with your friends and/or business associates. Better hope they pick up the bill.

I celebrating my birthday here with 12 adults and 2 children, and we were able to get the private room. They reserved it for us ahead of time, so I knew that we would have space for our whole party without having to wait. That was a big relief. The waitress was very friendly and super attentive to our large group. She kept our drinks filled and our food was ordered promptly and came out quickly. One person serving a large group of 14 is not an easy task, especially when you have to keep separate tabs for every couple. But our waitress did it seamlessly. The whole experience was outstanding from the reservations and seating to the food and service. I highly recommend PF Changs Arrowhead for group dinners. Thank you PF Chang's for making my birthday celebration a great event.

Worst service ever tonight, we do to go all of the time, and it’s fine. But at a table tonight it was an EPIC fail. Waiter never brought us anymore water, we were here for over an hour, all of our food came at totally random times, The kids didn’t get their rice with their meal... This store, although part of a national chain, feels like a hometown bar. We hang out here often for HH Fridays and never feel rushed. Sitting in lounge is the only way to get HH drinks and apps. TBH, food used to be better but it is not the fault of this location. Apps are generally good, and they do try to offer seasonal drink options. For entreés, I am thoroughly disappointed that the chain removed Coconut Curry Vegetables from Vegetarian options. The remaining choices are all acceptable but unremarkable. The Thai Basil curry left much to be desired, though and was mainly a topnote of peppers and lemongrass. The staff at this location are what make it shne: Dylan, a manager, has been there forever and is always super friendly and accommodating as are the aervers and bartenders. As said before, the team there make one feel like a welcome neighbor! Bottom line: average food but a cozy and comfortable place!

This place is is excellent. Not only is the food great, there is a nice atmosphere within the restaurant as well. On top of this the waiters and waitresses are very kind. The food is of excellent quality and is absolutely delicious. I was recently here with my family and we had an excellent salmon dish. The dessert of options are great as well. I strongly recommend this restaurant to those who are looking for a nice meal.

P.F. Chang's is my favorite restaurant. However, this time it was somewhat disappointing. I ordered a steak wok dinner, which wasn't what I usually get. It turned out to be a mistake as it wasn't medium rare, but really overdone to the max. The server didn't check on us right away and I ate about half of it even though I didn't enjoy it. My fault. When the server checked, I told him it wasn't great and he sent the manager. The manager apologized and asked if there was anything he could do. because my husband had almost finished his dinner and I had eaten half of mine, I didn't think it was right to send it back. However the manager should have offered to comp it or give me a drink or dessert. I don't know why I wasn't more assertive (I usually am), and I take my share of the blame. Lesson: Don't order steak in a Chinese restaurant.

I bought the beef and broccoli, that was good and had flavor and was soft to eat. I also bought the beef a la sichuan was very dry and the steak looked burnt and overly cooked and hard to eat and the veggies needed to be cooked a little bit more, they were crunchy, the veggies were under cooked. That is why i rated this a two star because my second dish didn't taste so great.

I gave the server $60.00 and told her to keep the change. She still took extremely long to bring my receipt. I had to call the manager to get my receipt. We eat here often. This time was a little different. And in all honesty things seem to be changing for the worst at PF Changs. Lesser portions and no more of them mixing the sauce at the beginning. That was always a delight and it was always good. They really need to do something about their tables as they are unbelievably sticky. It is the coating on the table that has broken down and needs to be removed and resealed. Or buy new tables. Server just made excuses why they were so sticky. Food was the usual for lately.

A passable dining experience. Our waitress, Allegra was AMAZING. However, my food (Crispy Honey Chicken Bowl) left a little to be desired. The glaze/chicken wasn't hot, and it appeared to be much darker than normal. Typically, it's more of a light golden color. However, I'd like to reiterate that our server was awesome. If we had more time for lunch, I'm sure I could've had my order fixed. Based on what I did eat they get a solid 3-star rating. Don't avoid the restaurant, just let them know if the food isn't cooked to your liking.

The manager was told to update this by one of his hostesses, and has not updated it. My cousin talked to the manager who said he would get us in, but then blew us off, and gave a table for six to a party of two. Very rude, and inefficient. We won’t be coming back, and will tell our local friends and family about our experience.

One of our favorite restaurants. We go there often. However, the last visit was disappointing. We took advantage of the free chicken fried rice offer with purchase of another entree. The rice was bland, all rice with maybe half dozen small pcs of chicken and no egg. Never had fried rice anywhere with no egg. Our entree was our favorite shrimp with walnuts. The chef left the tails on the shrimp then over-fried them. Tuff eating. This is the second time we have had problems when dining mid-week.

The food was great and so was everything else, except our server he kept us waiting most of the night. For instance, we got our potstickers before our drinks and the potstickers were cold. So that tells me they were sitting there for awhile. And we got our food delivered from someone else and she was really good!! When it was time for us to get our check and a to go container, we saw 3 servers walk past us like 3 times before he came back... I would say this guy needs more training. But overall this is a good restaurant, I'd go back.

PF Chang's is a very popular Chinese Bistro that we used to frequent a lot but I feel their prices have increased dramatically. Their food is no different than Panda Express. Their ingredients or taste are the same as Panda Express but much higher in price because of their name. Prople are paying for the ambiance not the food.To pay $114.00 for 5 persons to eat lunch is not worth it. People will continue to eat there because, like I said, it's the name not the food. I will not recommend it to my friends and family.

Great atmosphere and friendly efficient staff. The chop sticks they provide are polished and slick making them hard to hold and difficult to pick up food. The spring rolls were crispy outside and perfectly cooked inside. The sauce on the beef with broccoli was a bit sweet for our tastes. The Chang's spicy chicken wasn't as spicy as I would prefer. I would go again but it will not make my list of favorites.

I was extremely disappointed this was my go to dinner spot when my boyfriend visits from California unfortunately we had a horrible experience being seated on a Tuesday night they were not busy and wanted to squish us between a wall and a large group table. When I asked if we could move to a table by the window the girl said she had to Check well am I bad had no idea it was directly under air conditioner so basically we were sat at 2 worst tables on a non busy night we left and had a lovely dinner down the road.

Not the best of experiences for my visit, Reserved a table for 7pm and was asked if celebrating anything and informed the pleasant lady on the phone it was my 15th wedding anniversary. Arrived at 6.55pm and was informed I had to wait as there were people waiting in front of me, my wife said why did we bother booking and was not impressed. When we were seated waitress was pleasant and took drink orders and then returned for main order. We ordered the famous lettuce wraps as our appetizers, these arrived with pieces of lettuce just ripped off an iceberg lettuce and impossible to wrap anything in, I had to ask the waitress when I could find her, for some lettuce I could 'wrap' my appetizer in. I then was asked if I wanted my drink order of a mojito refilled and I said yes please. Main entrees arrived, kimchee fries, no kimchee on them, tempura jalapeño poppers, black pepper chicken, Brussel sprouts. The chicken was ok, good size with plenty of rice, however the tempura and fries both looked like they were from cheap takeaway and had been finished off with nacho cheese and a spicy mayo. You may be asking why didn't I complain, I would have if I could find the waitress. Her next appearance was to say 'oh your drink not arrived yet?' by this time we had finished what we could so told her not to bother, being always pleasant. She then brought the bill over, not asking if we wanted dessert, never once mentioning our anniversary and when we didn't ask for a box not enquiring if the food was ok. The experience was not good to say the least, an anniversary that will be remembered for an event that was expecting to be good and turned into a non event. I will expect the restaurant to say they were very busy etc etc, however if you have a reservation, if you ask if the visit is special, pf changs follow up on this, allocate tables for reservations and for walk ins.make waiting staff know customer is celebrating, and ensure food is as described. We left the restaurant, went home got changed back into shorts and t shirts after dressing for dinner and had ice cream at home to celebrate. This restaurant needs to raise its standards to those of a few years ago. People dress up to go here, people make an effort. I would like pf changs to do the same.

Friendly staff and gorgeous decorations. It's a bit on the pricey side but it does come with the elegance. They serve Asian cuisines like Chinese, Japanese, and Korean. It is predominantly Chinese cuisine with good portions. It's a perfect place for both family eat-out and couple's date night. I would recommend this place.

My first time eating at PF Chang and I was very disappointed. There was 4 of us and we had Kung Pa Shrimp, Magolian Beef, seafood Turf, Mongolian sticks & avocado rolls. The food was bland & simply had no flavor. No one in our party liked any of their dishes. The Mongolian Beef was chewy & pink & the king pa was not spicy at all & if your reading this don’t ever order the Seafood Turf I’m not sure what I was eating.I Was so disappointed that I will never give PF Chang a second chance & I will never recommend it to friends or family.

I love P.F. Chang's, I can't remember ever having any issues with them. Me and 3 co-workers went for lunch and ordered entrees and got the lifelong noodles for free. The lifelong noodles are my new favorite. My only complaint is it's not available all year. I don't know what happened but the lettuce wraps are not good anymore and that also makes me sad.

This is my 4th visit here and the results are the same. The service at the bar is terrible. It would be different if the place was crowded but on 4 different occasions I was one of no more 3 people sitting at the bar. Usually I was the only bar patron. I was ignored upon arrival, had to ask for a drink and a menu, then had to wave somebody down to take an order. It is unclear who is in charge at the bar as several wait staff seem to be busy taking care of their own table customer drinks and then disappear. No one was unfriendly they were just simply inattentive and appeared to be untrained beyond basic McDonalds skill level. I usually love PF Chang’s food but even that seems a little off at this place. This is not the upscale VIP experience I expect at PFC, more like a KFC. I get a better experience at Panda Express. I am a frequent traveler and visit PF Chang’s in many cities. I may have to cross this one off my list.

Ten minutes after opening and the one thing my dad has been wanting was banana spring rolls. He had throat cancer a year ago and a lot of stuff doesn't taste good or he has a hard time with food going down. Y'all were entirely way to busy to make any. Staff was really rude about it saying that the prep was to much time. I'll never be back, my parents won't be back and I'll tell anyone I know not to go. Obviously you do not care about the guests your serving.

Very impressed! I hadn’t been to PF Chang’s in years but someone told me about their farm to fork program. We had several dishes and all were excellent and fresh tasting. I had one of the best margaritas ever. The edamame was probably the best I’ve ever eaten!

Dont know why they didnt give me my 2 egg rolls...did not notice til I was already home. I really wanted egg rolls, too! They werent even busy, yet I waited 30 mins after the 20 mins time they told me it would be ready! No wonder the joint wasnt busy on a Friday night...can only imagine how great the service must be inside! For what I paid, should have it done as promised and with my entire order, too! No soy sauce in bag as girl said was either....I'm going to kroger for PF Chang's next time!

It's always a relaxing experience to come here. Friendly people as soon as you come in the door. Waiters will tell you the full details of what you are ordering just in case you may or may not missed. And the prices are worth it for the quality of food. Ordering out is just as well organized as well, even from the website. My order came in time of the set time that was given for pick up. Can't really complain much

My husband and are are huge pf changs fans. It is our go to treat ourselves restaurant. we stopped here after 12 hours of driving and did a phone order for takeout. the order was read back correctly over the phone and in person... but when we got it back to our hotel the order was wrong on my husbands favorite dish in the world and it was after close before we noticed and we left town the following day. I recommend the stir fried eggplant (to everyone... its amazing) the mongolian beef, changs chicken, and changs spicy chicken noodle soup. the soup will literally help cure just about anything. I always order some whenever I feel under the weather (extra spicy to clear simuses) and it helps everytime.

Horrible customer service and communication error on their part. I called 5 days BEFORE Valentine’s Day. I tried to book a reservation online but was informed I needed to call to place a reservation for thatday. When I called I was informed they are not booking reservations v day at all between 4-8 and to show up to get a table between that time. WRONG... when we showed up at 705pm they were no longer booking reservations for the WHOLE night and turned us away. I wish I was informed correctly when I called. We made it somewhere else tonight but it was a major bummer.

This had been a reliable 'fall back' restaurant for us for many years, but after our visit yesterday, it moved way down the list. The food is still good, but the prices have increased to a level that is unjustified. $13 for a cocktail of dubious quality...during happy hour, no less. We THOUGHT we were going in for a 2 for $25 weekend special. We ended up with a bill for $70 plus because you apparently need to give them personal information and become a 'partner' to get the discount. No thanks! PF Chang's is not my 'partner,' and I don't really want to be in 'constant contact' with them. In fact, I'm going the other way, and probably won't go there again.

All of out 3 orders were very good! Service was fast abd our server was very nice and helpful when ordering.....getting a non spicy order of the spicy chicken. We got their Jasmine ice tea....this is the only place that carries it. Would have liked to have gotten a vegetable with out dinner as it was only the meat with your choice of white or brown rice. Will go again.

Great service. We had a party of 11 people. They lent us their private room. We had two servers which were also the bartenders, so we pretty much had them to ourselves. Food was delicious. Everything got passed around and devoured. Dessert was 7 layer chocolate cake which was enough for like 5 people. And cheesecake was good too.

Since I commented earlier on leaving Giordano's, I should review choice #2, PF Chang's. First the hostess was really funny when she sat us at "the best booth in the house!". We were shown a table which had dirty seating. I had to ask for them to be cleaned. The servers were nice. I think we had 2 because the first one made a mistake. I specifically asked for no spice as I cannot eat heat. The first server assured me that my order had no heat. My husband ordered way too much food, not understanding the portion sizing. This should have been better explained. We just wanted a small, light meal. Feeling sorry for the server, my husband ate my spicy meal and I was stuck with his choices. Not a good time had. I suspect the pad tai was good. It looked good. The sushi was so dry, it could not pick up any soy sauce. We had to ask for chopsticks which should be standard at any Asian restaurant. Sorry - we won't be back. This seems like a chain like restaurant without much heart or pride. The staff were nice and seemingly competent but looked tired.

Went as a group of 10, making reservations beforehand. We were seated almost immediately upon showing up. The wait staff were helpful, and kind. The food was fantastic. The only reason I'm giving this review 4 stars is because, as fantastic as our waitress was, she was the only one assigned to our group and couldn't be everywhere at once, Esspecially being given other tables. Only 4 stars because a larger group should warrant more staff.

I ordered Kung pao chicken with steam rice cost $16.50 plus I paid $2.50 total with tax $20.73 for extra chicken meat online to go. When I paid & the bar tender brought me my order,I opened it to make sure I had the correct order. look for your self in the photos I have shared. Do you think the little container steam rice & what’s worse than small portion of chicken look closely how dry it looks. there’s zero sauce in the container. This chicken was so dry I couldn’t eat it. It was so disgusting. I threw away $21 in the trash.It was late about 10:30 pm when I picked up my order. The chicken entrée must have been sitting there all night & left on heat simmering to dry. I was speechless how small the food portion was. I could not Believe what I was seeing. I thought the employee made a mistake. I asked her is this mine? She replied yes. I still couldn’t Believe it. I told her the portion is so small this can’t be worth $21. I asked for the manager. When he came I opened the lid off & showed him the portion and ask him the same thing, is this the correct portion for $21? He told me you got even bigger portion then usual. I told him it’s because I paid extra $2.50 for extra meat. I asked him you mean to tell me it’s even smaller then it already is without extra meat if I didn’t pay? He said yes. I told him this is highway robbery. I told him you know how many places I could have gone and got twice as much as much food for $21? I said I could’ve dined at Olive Garden and ate till I was stuffed & still pay less then $21.or any other Chinese restaurant I would have gotten much more food portion. PF chain is robbing customers. I wish I had giving it back & asked for refund. if you dine at PF Chang’s you will be very disappointed like I was tonight. stay away from this place because you can get a lot more for your money as far as food portion any other place. 6-30-2019

Great good. We enjoyed trying something new. Our waitress Bailee introduced us to a few new things. We tried the Mongolian beef which was delicious. We also tried the dumplings which were so tender with a little crunch from the pan. Great food. A little pricey but well worth it for the quality of the food.

It's always a relaxing experience to come here. Friendly people as soon as you come in the door. Waiters will tell you the full details of what you are ordering just in case you may or may not missed. And the prices are worth it for the quality of food. Ordering out is just as well organized as well, even from the website. My order came in time of the set time that was given for pick up. Can't really complain much

A lunch with a friend I hadn't seen in almost a year. The quiet atmosphere leant itself to catching up with each other. Our server, Jesus, allowed to enjoy a leisurely lunch tending to our every need. A great afternoon with a good friend and a tasty meal. Perfect!

My husband and are are huge pf changs fans. It is our go to treat ourselves restaurant. we stopped here after 12 hours of driving and did a phone order for takeout. the order was read back correctly over the phone and in person... but when we got it back to our hotel the order was wrong on my husbands favorite dish in the world and it was after close before we noticed and we left town the following day. I recommend the stir fried eggplant (to everyone... its amazing) the mongolian beef, changs chicken, and changs spicy chicken noodle soup. the soup will literally help cure just about anything. I always order some whenever I feel under the weather (extra spicy to clear simuses) and it helps everytime.

Upscale American Chinese offerings. Busy on a Sun eve. Parking over crowded. Disabled parking almost hens' teeth. Food prepared to taste. Staff attentive. Online reservations great. Large bar for those so inclined. Dim sum offerings as well as family sized fare. Definitely worth a try.

As a picky eater, I didn't find much on the large menu that wasn't repetitive with stuff I don't like. My gracious boss took us out and I knew I'd find some chicken or something I'd like, which I did. For some reason they felt the need to have it 85 degrees in the place. Sweating thru lunch isn't pleasant. Not horrible by any means, but I won't volunteer to spend money there in the future.

I am warning you all now, DO NOT buy the Happiness by the Pitcher on the newly updated Happy Hour menu. My wife and I did so thinking we would get more bang for our buck and realized how wrong we were. The picther our Asian Pear Mojitos were served in only held two glasses. The pitcher is $17 something while each glass is $6 something. You come out better just getting the glasses individually. I have always enjoyed this place. No matter what time you go you are in for a treat!

We went for a meal, were seated and we were waiting for 8 minutes. Two white females came in after us, and the waitress took their order without asking us if we had been helped. We left and the Manager wanted to give us free appetizers. That was not the issue. The issue is, teach your staff how to serve customers. It is not our job to monitor the service and tell the waitress who needs to be served. The staff should not give preference based on color or sex. It will happen again.

Well to sum it up P.F. Chang’s normally has pretty good food, went with wife and got Kung Pao chicken and forgot to tell them NO peanuts and I spent 20 minutes digging them out of the bowl and Red the server laughed thinking it was funny, two dinner one appetizer 64 dollars wife wasn’t impressed at all.

Did is really good and cooled to order. Just a slightly but upscale from Pei Wei. I went with friends and really enjoyed the ambience of the environment. Process for entrees are on par with serving size (which is very large) and I my party of 6 ended up taking half servings home. ETOH drinks are good but pricey. Still, all in all, a nice place for dinner once in a while as a special treat

Based on my first visit, I would it was pretty decent affair. I had the shrimp and lobster on rice. Too much rice too little meat but tasted fresh. Dessert was triple chocolate happiness. It was very good with three layers of chocolate - mousse, brownie, and topped off with creme. Place wasn't crowded and I had a reservation. Still it took them 10 minutes to find me a table. The server was nice. But she seemed to be in a hurry. But she provided good service. Will update once I visit more.

Jorge was an excellent server and made my experience top-notch. It had been a while since I had set foot inside a P.F. Chang's and my server was patient with me while suggesting various items based on my preferences. The hand rolled dumplings are AMAZING! I was honestly surprised by how flavorful they were, especially when complimented with the chili sauce. The mongolian beef was a little tough and chewy, but it was also late at night so perhaps it wasn't the freshest choice. Other than that, my experience was great and I look forward to returning!

Yesterday, I ordered the ginger chicken with broccoli and brown rice which I have had numerous times. This time the food was horrible and tasteless. The sauce was watery and did not have a hint of ginger flavor. Very disappointing!

I would give 0 stars if I could, worst PF Chang’s I have been too. Service was incredibly slow even though there was hardly anyone eating. She said she wasn’t sure why our food was not up but then we we got it it was cold. To get a refill took forever, even to get the receipt was grueling and when we received it it was split wrong ( she offered to fix it but at that point we just wanted to leave). What I assume was the manager just stood around and stared even though it was apparent we were getting frustrated. Don’t waste your time or money

It's a fairly common Asian-like restaurant chain. They have decent food for outrageous prices. They think much higher of themselves than is warranted. It's a fine choice for a once in a long-while visit (every few years for me, so far).

Unfortunately, the last 2 visits have been less than stellar. The service has gone downhill. One if my pet peeves is cold food, I really detest lukewarm food! Personally, there is no reason a good restaurant should ever serve less than very hot food. Serving on very hot dishes is not going to help! We should've received a visit from someone, after a dish needing to be redone, but nothing. We've been going to PF Chang's since they came to Tucson. My friend and I, a very accomplished Chef, love their vegetable dish Stir Fried Eggplant. They have a great variety of vegetable dishes. We will drive all the way across Tucson for their great lunch bowls! If there ever is any problem, they try their best to resolve it. Their prices are a little more, but the food and service is worth it.

My husband and I just moved to Peoria and we’ve been to a PF Chang’s before, but not this one. I got our dinner for takeout and the food was just as good eaten sitting on the floor of our empty apartment as it would have been in the restaurant. Not only was everything delicious, but the person who helped me (I think she was the manager?) hooked us up with extra silverware because we don’t have any yet. The inside of the restaurant looked clean and nice. We will definitely be going back.
