As a heads up, it is a cash only establishment, but they have a no fee atm. The wait on a Sunday morning was surprisingly not too bad given how popular it is. Definitely reccomend stopping in!

If I could give this more stars I would!! Delicious breakfast, has the hog wild omlet, kids had raspberry chocolate chip pancakes, 3egg scramble, and wife has strawberry French toast... the OJ...fresh squeezed on site (1 free refill). Coffee is free trade, vegetables and meats are locally sourced. Omlet was delicious and huge. The only negative is that it is cash only, but there is an ATM on site and it is soooo totally worth it.

This place rocks. They only take cash, so make sure you bring some bills. In case you don't realize this they have an ATM in house, lol. Me and my friend meet here regularly for food and deep discussion. we try something different every time. They are nice and do not push you off the table like some places. They may come quick with the check, but that's just so you can git if you want to git. Great atmosphere and great service. fantastic food.

We were told 40 minutes for a table but really was hour and a half Food was delicious and fast after ordering It is cash only but they do have ATM inside. Unfortunately at check out the cashier tried to add extra 10 dollars to my bill. Not sure if it was a mistake on his part or if that is normal there. Please watch closely when paying your bill.

This is the third time I come to this place and it continues to be one of my favorite breakfast places. All food is fresh as well as the freshly squized orange juice. Very busy but they turn the tables fast enough to keep the wait under 30 minutes. Just keep in mind this is a CASH ONLY place.

Good food with big portions. Definitely worth a visit, if not for the food for the surfer motif. For $15 you can take home a cute pair of VW Microbus salt and pepper shakers. You must try the homemade cinnamon rolls with the abundance of cream cheese frosting. On the weekends make sure to come early to get a seat or else you might be waiting for a seat. It is packed on Saturday and Sunday mornings. Be aware that OBH is cash only but they do have a fee-free ATM right inside the front door.

Cozy little place, they only accept cash. The hashbrowns were cooked to perfection, but the eggs on my eggs Benedict were very overdone. They're supposed to ooze out over the food and they were nearly hard boiled. There was also very little hollandaise sauce, so it was basically a dry English muffin with meat and a dry egg. My fiance liked his omelette though, and the waitress was great. I'd go again and give it another shot.

first time i went to this place. saw it on a PBS show and wanted to give it a shot. when I got there, the place was busy but the wait was 15 minutes at most. our server was friendly and efficient. the menu has many options and they have specials not on the menu. food was delicious. freshly squeezed orange juice is always great. check out how the food looked coming out of the kitchen. this is the pork green chili omelette and the banana cream crepes.

Wow! This place is so good. It's a local spot in North Phoenix that has a very laid back vibe. More than a dozen various surf boards, skateboards and an autographed Alice Cooper Guiter adorn the walls's and posts with a very beach centric theme. There is a written message / mural near the front door notifying customers of the OBH efforts to use local and organic food.

Food was excellent! It took a while coming out which is awesome as that means all the food is freshly prepared. The menu is extensive, waffles, omelettes, BLT and scramble plates. I had the Monte Cristo and it came with homemade strawberry jam, which was delicious! The service was great, went at a non peak time and had no wait. Server was prompt and helpful. We will definitely be back! Oh and it is cash only pay, but they have a $0 fee ATM on site.

Good thing I didn't. The staff was so friendly everyone helps everyone not like other restaurants where you just have one waiter and no one else looks your way. The chicken and waffles where heavenly and so was the gravy. The freshly squeezed orange juice was 4 dollars but with a free refill so very cheap for the quality of product.

This resteraunt and service was amazing aside from the wait time for a group of 7 since it is a small location. The entertainment for the customers that were waiting was descent, it was nice to see the restaurant acknowledged they are busy but still want the customers to be happy. The worst part of my visit; There was a girl scout selling her cookies in front by the entrance to the building. This little girl was such a sweetheart and no matter how rude people were, she kept asking the next person the same question with a smile on her face. Not once did she seem discouraged from the rude customers who couldn't even acknowledge the little girl telling them "good morning". We ended up purchasing some boxes and tipped the little girl extra for her remarkable drive to sell her cookies.

Every time we come to Phoenix we usually end up at OBH at least twice! Great breakfast, great lunches, great staff. Weekends are BUSY, but the staff make it work and before you know it, your served! Kudos the the hard working staff who get you in and out. No matter the time of day, try the fresh squeezed orange juice that is made right behind the counter. Wait looked like it would be long on a Sunday - it moved quickly. Four of us, all with very different tastes were all satisfied with what we ordered. Pricing was reasonable. Service was consistent, regular and helpful. They are cash only but have an ATM.

This place is a must visit spot if you are in the area. I often accidentally pass thru the area at breakfast time...haha! The chicken fried chicken with eggs and French toast is my go to meal. So good. Plus the garlic-y hot sauce they keep on the table is so yummy on everything! Stop on by and try anything on the menu. It's all good. The fresh made bread and fruit preserves are the bomb!

They nail it every time! The chicken tinga omelette was fantastic (the menu says 'Wowza' as part of the description and they aren't kidding). Service is fantastic, low staff turnover, speedy kitchen team, clean, etc. Cannot say enough. Hands down, unequivocally my favorite breakfast place anywhere. Local tip, this place is CASH ONLY and they have a no fee ATM on site.

Every order I seen served looked AMAZING. I had the pork omelette. Was very good and filling. Came out fluffy and they did not skimp on the ingredients. I have already set up breakfast dates with friends to go again, and I live 45 minutes from this spot.

The blueberry lemon curd pancakes were absolutely amazing, as were their eggs benedict, country potatoes, and other breakfast staples. All cooked very well and quick service considering how packed they were. ATM on site since they are cash only!

Every time we come to Phoenix we usually end up at OBH at least twice! Great breakfast, great lunches, great staff. Weekends are BUSY, but the staff make it work and before you know it, your served! Kudos the the hard working staff who get you in and out. No matter the time of day, try the fresh squeezed orange juice that is made right behind the counter. The French Toast, Oatmeal, Burrito's (California Style!!!!), Benedict's, Chimichangas, Pancakes, Chicken Fried Chicken, etc, all ROCK! Love this place! Also, take home some Pepper Plant Pepper Sauce! YUM!

The Best Breakfast Around! Any chance we have to eat here we do. It is a cash only establishment but have an ATM on hand. There can be a wait since the food is so good. If you havent eaten here you are missing out.

The little touches, make this place special. Eco-friendly straws, salt and pepper shakers that look like VW busses, made from scratch bakery, and freshly squeezed orange juice are all offerings chosen by the owners that are thoughtful and unique. Daisy, the server, recommended the green chili omelette and signature fried french toast. Three words: to die for. Definitely craveable. I appreciate the owners being on the floor and being a part of the service as well. Took a gigantic cinnamon roll home to put under my pillow, so I can have sweet dreams tonight
