Luci's is a great place to grab a bite to to eat or for some killer coffee. Family friendly so bring your kids along, even the four legged ones. Splash pad in the summer gives Mom and Dad a place to relax on the shaded patio while the kids wear themselves out. The food is excellent with lots of variety. Definitely the spot to be as the weather cools down.

Not a big fan of a place that is popular because it is popular. Ask people about the food and they tell you what a great place it is without telling you what you asked to hear. Went for breakfast once and had an insignificant burrito and my girls got bagels and it cost more than it should have. Went last night because my girls wanted a unicorn shake. It is an elaborate concoction for $12. Worth the price because they were so excited to get that, but I wouldn't go back for another. They do have really nice grounds to hang out, but it just doesn't appeal to me.

What a fun place! We had a big group and we were able to sit outside, and the one child with us was busy playing in the splash pad..iced mocha was great, and the avocado toast was spectacular!

Lucia's at the Irxhemard is a great place to dine with kids. They have a small splash pad and a spacious outdoor space. We have enjoyed a quick breakfast at Luci's, you order at the counter and they deliver your food to your table. We have visited Pomelo once for dinner and had pizza. It was amazing! Wood fired puzzar, thin crust and just mouth watering. I ordered a pepperoni oizza qhcuh cones with dollops of ricotta cheese and the combination is something I had never seen before but just hits all the spots. Simply delicious. We also tries the sausage pizza with caramelized onions and the kids had a cheese pizza. All three option were equally delcious! I can't really speak about costumer service since we ordered it to go so we could eat by the splash pad but everyone we interacted with was super friendly. They recently added a little library, which is a replica of their iconic water tower. You can donate books or take books for free. It will he challenging to go back to Pomelo and not order the pepperoni and ricotta pizza but I would definitely like to try something else. Everything sounds yummy!

Very disappointed. Came from far away. They pretended to make unicorn milkshake. Gives us cup half full of icecream with a lollipop inside and said its $12. When she saw our surprise she said she was new and doesnt know how to make them. Why to pretend and charge us then?

In the Phoenix/Mesa area visiting with our 2 boys and looking for a place for them to play while we relaxed eating and drinking. Found Luci’s Orchard and that they had a splash pad, figured it would be perfect. Called ahead to make sure the splash pad was open before traveling an hour to get there and was assured it was open. Arrived with 2 anxious and hungry boys to found out it wasn’t. Person who took my call either didn’t know or lied but either way it was disappointing. What a waste of time driving there for nothing! I’d say call ahead if you are looking for a place that kids can have fun at but don’t think it would matter or help. Just a disappointment and a bust!!

The patio and seating outside is great and well kept.. the whole place is tight.. great place to do brunch or even next door is a great place as well for dinner.. you'll really enjoy the ice cream shop in the corner too. It as a magical place for a young kid (girl or even boy) too because all the colors and exciting things to look at. Coffee is awesome too. Get there early parking is a bit tight during lunch hours and dinner. But there's always street parking on 12th St..

I came to this amazing place for the first time for brunch. It had me at “All Day Breakfast”!!! The food is fresh, tasty, and the servings are just perfect! I had The Farm House omelette with a cup of java. I ate the whole thing and was beyond satisfied. Next time I’m ordering the Funky Monkey French Toast - it looked delicious. And the coffee?!? Delicious and not bitter tasting. ☕️ The service was fast, and best of all - friendly! Great place for family and friends, and it’s pet friendly too!

This is a great little Eatery to Breeze into for quick coffee or snack. I ordered an espresso with croissant and was quite satisfied, service was quick expedited and I was out the door. The staff was also very friendly quick and got straight to taking care of business. I decided to walk around and there appeared to be some sort of party on the patio which was awesome. Additionally, there were kids and families hanging about so that was also very welcome and enjoyable to see.

Good variety for breakfast. You can customize any omelette you want. The sausage and bacon is delicious. Forewarning: it's crowded Saturday morning. At this place you have to stand in line to order, pick up your beverages (like at Starbucks), find a seat (inside or out), take your order number with you and wait. You have to get your own condiments at the station. There's some really cute gift shop items. But you have to get back in line to pay for them. The chefs are awesome & hard working. Good food. I will be back for sure.

The ambiance is the prime feature of this place. I had the flapjacks (pancakes) for breakfast and they're pretty hefty, though not as fluffy as I would have preferred it to be. A bit pricey but I suppose that goes with the portion. For a large restaurant though with so many seatings, there was only one of each for the restroom to service it. The place also incorporates a small souvenir shop of knickknacks. Overall, it's a nice place to hang out for a relaxing breakfast.

This place is great! They have good vegetarian options and the food is healthy and tasty. If you need to find a gift for any occasion, their little market section won’t let you down either! The only downside is that they are on the pricier side for the type of restaurant they are.

Luci's is a charming spot for a meal. The food was fantastic. There were lots of families and several dogs showed up for lunch as well. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because of the parking situation. It required me to take several trips around the parking lot before lucking into a spot. I would take that into consideration when going, but I wouldn't let it deter you from a very enjoyable meal.

Parking was easy and available. There were quite a few people but we had seating options inside by the fireplace or outside under a heater (it was December). The whole menu was fun and the store had a lot of what my wife called "cute stuff". We were in town for the weekend and went 2 mornings in a row. We had omelettes, pancakes, coffee and fresh pressed juice.

Went here with my wife and two young kids for lunch on a weekday. Ambiance was nice. Servers were friendly and helpful. The kids enjoyed playing at the splash pad and getting ice cream at the creamery afterwards. My wife liked the salmon power bowl. The two items that stuck out were the burger lunches for me and the kids. For the price of my Luci’s burger with grass fed beef, I was surprised it had no sauce. Neither did the kids burger. I think there should be a gourmet sauce for gourmet burgers. Also, the fries my kids received were Cajun style and were too spicy for them. Thankfully the server replaced them at no charge and was apologetic about it. Overall it was a nice experience. I look forward to visiting Pomelo restaurant next door

I went there a few days ago, excited because I heard there was a splash pads for kids. When we got there it was already closed and when I asked when it closes, the girl couldn’t give me a straight answer. We went at 7pm and they closed at 8 night so maybe she was ready to go but she didn’t seem too friendly or didn’t really wanna answer our questions. It was our first time so we were kinda curious about everything. The kitchen was also closed. It just seemed like a wasted trip. We will give it another try but if everything is going to be closed at 5 or 6pm then why even stay open until 8pm? Not a good first impression. Plus online it’s very ambiguous about the splash pad for kids? I needed more info. Also, I got a vanilla latte which was ok, nothing special. They also didn’t have ANY gluten free baked goods which was a huge disappointment for someone who can’t eat gluten. I would think a place like this would have a treat or two....

This spot is super cute. There's coffee, gelato, and pizza all right there. There's a ton of cute books and personalized cards and gifts. The outdoor area is beautiful and there's a big area you can rent out for parties, company gigs, rehearsal dinners, etc. I saw alcohol being served during one such event. I would have an event there.

Friendly staff, person taking order spoke so softly and low that it was difficult to understand her. Have someone that can communicate in a clear, louder voice. Food very good flavor. Outside seating was pleasant. I'm a disabled Veteran, retired salesperson. People must know how to talk to one another and forget the phones in texting. Communication is so important. Human to human. Mangers need too listen and abserved.

The atmosphere is great. This is a place that you could easily hang at for hours. The splash pad is GREAT for the lil ones. There is a covered area with artificial grass in case all the tables are taken so taking a blanket definitely helps. The sandwiches we had were very good, and the chicken tenders were the best I've had anywhere. The burgers looked so good that I'll be going back soon just to try one.

As soon as I walked in, the set-up was so well done. The music was modern but fit the design. The prices were very reasonable given the quality of the food, which was fantastic. It has a very "home" feel to it. They even had macarons!! I haven't had those since I was little. It also has an ice cream parlor in the back so no matter what you crave, you can come here. Almost everything is local and fresh. Lastly, the outside looks pretty uniform and looks great! All in all, I'm definitely coming back here again.

While the environment here is lovely, the staff got overwhelmed by the morning rush, leaving us to find our order at the kitchen pick up. The obligatory avocado toast was at best waved at a nearby flame and soggy from sitting. Between the lack of a decent ordering queue, and the ineffective (but pleasant) service, the average food does not establish value or instill a desire to return. PS, the coffee was okay.

The food is good. Need to improve customer service skills. And need more personnel. Need a bigger place!!! I went there with my family, for breakfast, very early in the morning. The place was full. Outside was cold; long lines waiting to place the order, and due the place being packed we had to eat outside, along with other folks who opted to take their food to the car and est it in their car. If the remodel or move to a bigger place, we would have breakfast there very often. No complains about the food.

I am leaving a 3 star review for one reason because if this was addressed it would be 6 stars.... staff attitude & limited outdoor seating. My partner and I needed one outside table at 11a. Lucis was totally full - so we asked the bartender/manager at the sister pizzeria if we could please utilize a table for an hour to eat our lucis food. He said NO!!! On the grounds that the tables were “chained up” - I was disappointed as it seemed like an easy fix to satisfy regular, well paying customers. Another solution, more outdoor tables in the plaza.

Pomelo The patio was hosting a private party during my most recent visit, otherwise this would be a three star review. I love this location and the use of the space. It does appear the neighbors are less impressed. Hopefully management will continue to work with the neighborhood. Food is usually very tasty. Tonight's meal was good, but not great. Tried the brussel sprouts, recommended by staff. The flavor was good but the sprouts and bacon were blackened, not just carmelized with the balsamic. Not as enjoyable as they could have been. The pork chop was much better. Cooked perfectly and served over garlic mashed potatoes and veggies (the usual cauliflower, broccoli, yellow squash mix), but the sauce, while good, was the oddest rendition of a dijon mustard sauce I have tried. Looked like apple sauce, a good plan with pork, but the flavor wasn't what it should have been, not apples anyway. Not bad, more unexpected in a way, nothing to write home about. Service wasn't up to par. I was told many times by the front of the house (Male manager?) that our waiter would be by...eventually he did. The annoyed woman in black was an interesting floor show. I have to assume that some staff didn't come to work and the large party was drawing their attention. I love the patio here so it had been a long time since I ate inside...like years. I have to say, the noise reduction panels really helped. My pal mentioned the decreased noise level. Next on the upgrades list might be something to keep the flying insect population down on the patio. Watching two otherwise composed diners frantically waving their hands over their plates cause my pal to ask to be seated inside. I will be back again.

I love the neighborhood feel of this gem! Vibe: If you haven’t been here before, the vibe is a lot like La Grand Orange. There’s a shop full of intriguing and funny gifts, the food tastes fresh and local, and you are surrounded by a vibrant, laid back vibe. We were here on a Saturday in December, and almost every table was full both inside and out. Food: I had the frittata, and the standouts in it was the creamy seasoned goat cheese, and the heartiness of the potatoes. Most places would put the potatoes on the side, but they were incorporated into the frittata itself which gave it a hearty feel. I look forward to coming back next time we are in the neighborhood!

Cute concept and very trendy. Everyone who I interacted with that worked there was very pleasant. It has a little store, ice cream, food, and coffee spot. It has a nice flow to the layout. Water area for kids outside. Just depends on the timing what you should expect. Not so great for indoor seating. Seems more like a spot to have a coffee and work on your laptop than a meeting with friends or family spot. Seating is more towards 2-3 tops but they do put tables together. Overall cute.

As an avid espresso drinker, I can safely say that their espresso is some of the most flavorful I have ever found in this city! Not overbearingly pungent, but still lets you know you're drinking a highly caffeinated beverage. I was very pleased with the service and the younger looking man, skinny, short brown hair (late teens very early 20s?) working the espresso machines was very nice and helpful when explaining their system. One word of caution, their parking is atrocious, and their seating fills up fast. This is in no way their faults though as it simply indicates that their establishment is popular, and for good reason! 5 star coffee, and their breakfast croissant sandwich wasn't half bad either!

It was ok. To me, it was a lot to do over nothing special. You stand in line, place your order and the waiter brings your food to the table. Describe the atmosphere, parking lot very busy due to several eateries on the premises, long line of people waiting for their orders to be taken. If you sit outside beware of the traffic noise except in the courtyard which is very busy.

Loved it! Neat place. Enjoyed a very fresh,delicious and quite large Cobb salad at lunch time with my mom and mother in law. Too hot to sit outside unfortunately but nice seeing the families with little children playing in the water fountain. Ice cream looked creamy and delicious will try next time. Gift shop had so many different types of trinkets and accessories you don't normally see. Bought my granddaughter an adorable pair of children's chopsticks! She's 3ys old and tries so hard to eat with a real pair that we break in half. These had a dinosaur head and will be a great and easier way for her to learn. It's a very cozy place, looking forward to going back when weather is cooler to enjoy dining outside !

When I arrived at Luci's on a Saturday around 11am the parking lot was PACKED, we decided to do one quick drive around and we would head out if it was totally full, thankfully a spot opened and we were able to have lunch here. When we entered it was bustling and busy, and with two small kids in tow I was a bit nervous about the potential wait for ordering and then food arriving. However to my surprise the line moved quickly, we easily found a table inside, and our meal was delivered shortly after we start down. The food was delicious and the staff was super attentive throughout our visit. I loved all the little shopping areas. While we didn't go outside to sit, I was impressed with the outside setup and would come back to check it out. I highly recommend this place, and if the parking lot is full, still give it a chance!! It's worth the effort to find a spot!

Great place for the entire family. There is a splash pad for the kiddos (closes during winter) and a covered tented area for shade. They offer cocktails, breakfast, lunch, ice cream, candy, great gifts, and, of course, COFFEE! they cater for big events and small and the ambiance is magical at night with twinkle lights everywhere. Highly recommend. The only drawback is that it gets very crowded on the weekends during the spring after church. So go early or after the church rush.

Food is delicious! Such a nice place, indoor and outdoors. They have an all day breakfast menu and their lunch menu has great options as well. Their regular Coffee is delicious! Definitely one of my favorite spots now.

The Orchard is a place where young families and older folk gather for good food and backyard vibes. There's something for everyone. A water spouting play area for kids, a tented turf area with seating and chandeliers, a restaurant serving an American menu(Pomelo), ice cream shop (Splurge), and a breakfast and brunch spot (Lucy's). I got breakfast at Lucy's. It's a family friendly spot with an easy going open market vibe. The food is healthy-cafe food. Pastries, coffees, breakfast or lunch, there's many options that get high marks in both flavor and quality. I was actually so excited to eat, I forgot to take a picture. Avacado toast: crunchy bread, avocado smeared on, fried egg on top, garnished with cherry tomatoes, gorgonzola cheese on the side. Excellent, even though I would have preferred runnier yolks. We also enjoyed a cranberry orange muffin, very good as well. I took two cheese danishes for the kids back home. The Danish was a bit dry, but the center was delicious. The shop is filled with grab and go items, and there are so many charming and unique gifts to look at. I would have gotten back in line to buy some items, but there was a pretty constant line. The Orchard will easily become a favorite spot for many. The idea is genius and the execution is perfect.

I just came here to try the unicorn shake offered at Splurge just so I could say that I tried something ridiculous like that. Of course, I very much enjoyed my “Splurge” and that is an experience I won’t forget. Beyond that, I very much enjoyed the atmosphere, that arguably provided the best scenery that I ever had ice cream. It was a joy seeing people play with their children, get together with their friends and even catch up on work. In addition, the food offered seemed delicious, fresh and I appreciated that they use wholesome, pure and local ingredients

We really like it here. It has great coffee all the way up to fine dining. It has an ice cream shop as well. I often see large meetings being hosted in the beautiful outdoor area. In the summer time the outside has tons of families. Very kind friendly. They have a large splash pad for the kids to play

While visiting my friends that lived in Phoenix, they brought me here on my last day for breakfast. Right as you pull up, you can see that the place already has a super cute setting that would make you want to stop in and enjoy the ambiance. It was a perfect day to have breakfast here with their outdoor seating. I ordered the egg sandwich with bacon on a muffin. It was fulfilling and lightly seasoned. The bacon gave it most of the flavor, other than that I used hot sauce to add to it. I thought the sandwich was decent, but I would try another item on the menu if I ever make out here again. My friends ordered their usual, an acai bowl and said this was the best thing on their menu. I did not try it, but will have too next time if I ever make it into town again. Other than that, this place was busy and filled up with a lot of families. I can definitely can see why it's a go-to spot for breakfast.

Such a fun place but I’m shocked they charge $.59 for a cup of water when you’re ordering $15 worth of coffee and pastries. I’m also disappointed that I’m consistently being charged tax for a “for here” order when I’m obviously taking it to go. With a couple changes this place could become a regular stop for me on my way to work.

I love taking my kiddos here to play in the Spring and Fall. The splash pad is fun for them and I can relax and enjoy one of the delicious chai tea lattes or a Mimosa. Their food is fantastic and they have options for everyone, as well as many kid-friendly snacks and plates.
