First off it was very warm inside they had a giant floor fan running I'm guessing to circulate the warm air. The majority of the food I attempted to eat was cold and oily. The"sushi"was dry and tasteless. Made an attempt to create a decent salad, poured some, what was supossed to be bleu cheese dressing on top with no surprise it was a yellowish milky substance. $55 for 3 people and we really didn't eat much. We will not be returning to this restaurant. Only gave 1 Star because I had to

It was my first time coming to Lins buffet. Not sure if it was my luck, but I was very disappointed. Food was good, just like most buffets. Nothing great, nothing special, so things just went downhill for me. There was no AC. Place was so warm it was uncomfortable to be there and eat in those conditions. I was hoping to eat my favorite food from Asian buffets, and to my surprise, no coconut shrimp, no oysters. :( First time my 2 year old gets charged at a buffet, and I get charged 10% tip at the door. I was planning to leave a higher tip, but after that I just changed my mind. I will not be coming back.

I was in town on business and came upon this place after making the wrong turn off the hwy I am glad I did. The staff at this place is awesome and my waitress sorry I didn't get her name was absolutely amazing. I had to leave after sitting down with my plate. I asked her to put it away and she stated I will toss it and when you return prepare a fresh plate. Long story short she was outstanding and if I am ever in the area again I will return. By the way the food was also very good.

Monday just before 2pm, no wait. Server quick and attentive, never wanted for drinks. Everything was fresh and cooked well. This place is super amazing. It's very well organized and clean. They even had a place where you can pick some type of meat and vegetables and tv bey grill it right there. Also they have sushi. Only thing was that the restrooms were really hot for some reason and since the place is big, your waiter takes a bit.

Selection is good, but I use to go there for the salt and pepper shrimp and now they changed it so it's a butterfly cut which affects the taste and texture. I won't go back after being a regular customer.

This is a great place to eat. They offer everything there Asian and American food. There's a sushi bar and a grill as well as a bakery where you get everything made to order in front of you. The interior design was definitely grand and there's no waiting in line but always a lot of people. Expect to pay $10+ a person, even for children.

If you enjoy Chinese buffets I'm guessing Lin's Grand buffet might be the place to go. It's definitely the biggest Chinese buffet in the Phoenix area that I know of. If American Chinese buffets are your sort of jam, then this is the place for you to be. Unfortunately this type of establishment might not be for everyone. So why the three stars instead of either four or five? Well there's a few reasons but I'll try to keep it short. First of all on one of the days I was here they seem to be having an issue with one of the warming tables leaking water everywhere. I know the staff is busy it took him quite a bit of time before anyone bothered to start cleaning up the water. Probably my biggest gripe is more with me, not particularly caring for American Chinese food or buffets, then with the restaurant. But therein lies the big prong, this is American Chinese food. Almost every other Chinese buffet restaurant is going to taste the exact same as this place. There's no standout dish that drives you to come here and try the food. It's only purpose is to allow you the opportunity to gorge yourself food.

Service was good, and food somewhat decent but......All went south when we stopped eating in the middle of our meal as we noticed 3 roaches crawling on floor right outside the bathroom on their way to the dining room next to where they make the Sushi!!! We immediately stopped eating, and asked for a refund. The manager became rude at that point, and spoke to my wife like she was an idiot saying, " well we do spray I don't why or where you say they came from. When all of a sudden the cashier next to him was like, " yeah they come out when we spray!" At that point the manager went silent and refunded our money, and probably fired the cashier.... Another Valley restaurant off the list...so sad... I wouldnt make such a big deal but as an Executive Chef myself they need a better source of sanitation! Also according to my wife when she took our 4year old to use the ladies room each stall had a trash container smothered in fecal matter and toilet paper all over the rims of the baskets to top off the review, best wishes to all who venture there....

I left this buffet about an hour ago today 11.20.18. My best friend and I were enjoying our food when I saw a roach on the table. I quickly got up and went to the cashier up front. I asked to speak to the manager and to get a refund. No manager showed up, I was handed my money back with no apologies. Safe to say I will not be back. Get someone to clean up your establishment asap!

Very, very disappointed with the food here. It took an hour for them to put out a majority of the food including the beef and broccoli or orange chicken. The beef to beef and broccoli can out as one fat bonded lump of meet. They never even put out any fresh sweet and sour chicken. They didnt put out the wonton soup until after an hour and a half, the broth was a dark brown and the wontons were undercooked and tasted awful. The service was horrible, the waiter did not pick up plates or refill drinks unless called over which he was very rarely near the table. It was definitely not worth the money paid. I will never come back to this one, the one on baseline is much better!

This was the worst buffet I have ever eaten! The sushi looked and tasted like it sat out all day. The tongs (for the sushi) sat in dirty water. The food was mediocre. Worst part was I went up to get seconds and a roach crawled across the food counter by the soup area. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy! The only good thing place offered was a nice server. Save yourself the time and go somewhere else!

It had decent chinese food and sushi! Love sushi with a steak bar and Mongolian but I didnt try either. Really liked the sushi bar. Had some good pork ribs. The sweet n sour ( I think that was what it was called) ribs was too dry to eat though. Enchilandas were meh but ita a Chinese buffet so yeah. Goos chinese food. I recommend.

Hot as hell inside, apparently a/c still out - and it was 112 today! Soups (Hot n Sour, Wonton) disgusting - Maybe the water was bad. Most of the chicken dishes were covered in a cloyingly sweet, sticky sauce that resembled the goo that covered the creature that Sigourney Weaver gave birth to in Alien. I pressed my fork into a pork egg roll and it deflated like a South Phoenix rented tire, plus the cabbage/pork filling had a gross, sour taste.This buffet also serves enchiladas - they were all gone, though. The cream cheese in the crab/cheese puffs was rancid. I have no clue how this place has 4 stars.

They do not even deserve a star. The entrance is very cold so as soon as you walk in, the very rude girl demands money & insults your party. After paying, you walk into an 82 degree mess where you find more rude employees. We tried many dishes & deserts, most ended up in napkins because it's not edible. I'm embarrassed that I took my mom here for her birthday, it looked like a nice place. Wish someone could have warned me. The food is horrible, the atmosphere is worse & the employees should be ashamed of themselves.

Their crab ragoons were tasty. The Mongolian Grill was flavorable. The server was on top of everything clearong our plates getting drinks when needed and always asking. She made the experience for me thank you.

Worth a stop if you like buffet dining. Large variety and the mongolian bbq was on point. Theres even steak and ribs if youre not huge on asian cuisine. I would have liked a little more variety in the sushi. But when appealing to the masses I understand that anything more wild than a cali roll of tuna roll might not be popular. Price was what I expect for the type of dining. $30 for 2 adults with drinks. Plus a tip for the waiter. Will be hitting up again next time Im in that part of town.

food is awesome. A bit pricey for a family more than 3. we have 6 and is about $75. The staff is polite and frequents the table. They keep it clean. The sushi is good. Usually no raw stuff. They have a grill that you can add your own ingredients and they will cook it. On your way out grab as many fortune cookies as you like. Only 4 stars because of the cost.

The food is always really good. The buffet is fully stocked and regularly maintained. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Considering how many people go here, it's amazing the staff keeps up on the cleaning including floors and tables. We've been there many times, but the last time we went, their air conditioner was broken. They'd brought in coolers and tons of fans. It's summer in Phoenix, so it was a little warm with just coolers, but still a great experience and the staff was just as friendly as always even though they were working in a warmer environment than they were used to.

It's a good place to go for simple Chinese food for a crowd but It could stand to improve. The waitstaff are very polite and prompt though. The clean up quickly and thoroughly.

They had tons of different Chinese food options that are traditional, as well as a few different things such as enchiladas, hot wings, and a pretty decent solid bar!. Well all of the food I had was pretty good, the only thing I was disappointed with was the hot and sour soup. Seem like it's been sitting there too long and had it overpowering flavor that was strange. Overall the experience was excellent, and the food was fresh. The service was great.

I got through my 1st plate of food before they even took my drink order and I was in the restaurant for 40 minutes and not once was the soup I wanted restocked. The quality of food wasn't terrible, but definitely not as good as the Baseline location. I will likely not return to this location again.
