Deliciously crafted breakfast at the Ironwood, my goodness. Really enjoyed my sopas, so tasty, with a clever mixture of colors and textures. The staff here is wonderful, too. Attentive, quick and efficient, and kind. This places knows hospitality. Their drip coffee isn’t great, so I recommend an americano instead. Beautiful resort. Really can’t go wrong here.

Came with wife for Sunday brunch, it was Awesome! At first I thought that other people may not like the DJ spinning classics... But once I was sitting down with my omelette from the custom omelette station and my Southwest Eggs Benedict - the tunes got me all pepped up and ready for a fun day! The food here is very flavorful, slightly different and unique takes on classics like the aforementioned eggs Benedict - and even buffet style everything seems fresh and handmade. And a donut wall! I highly recommend this for families too, there's a whole kid section to the buffet. My wife also had a delicious bloody Mary from the taste master mixologist cause of course they have that too. I had high expectations for the food experience on this property and they didn't disappoint!

Amazing service and the food was excellent. I had the charged broccoli and sweet potato flatbread with chicken added. Delicious!! Started with the cauliflower steak app and my husband had the deviled eggs. Great experience from the minute we walked in.

Great breakfast food. Sausage, bacon, and eggs all cooked perfectly even though buffet style. French toast is good, so is the cinnamon roll. Juices were all fresh squeezed. Good options of pastries and fresh cut fruit. Birds come around frequently to outside seating. Kids 5 and under free breakfast.

Good for a quick lunch while at Fairmont. Some nice salads. They leave doors open to outside, so had frequent guests, flies and a bird buzzing around. Service is good!

I had lunch there with a friend of mine and I was not impressed with the salad that I had. I ordered a caesar salad with a side order of their baked bread. The bread came late they lost the order in the kitchen. My salad for the price that they charge was just average. My friend had the apple salad with no meat. Total cost with two iced teas was $57.00. I gave it three stars for the atmosphere.

Christmas morning breakfast was a hit at the Ironwood. Staff upbeat and super helpful, the food presentation was tight and tasty. Standouts is the bagel and lox, breakfast sandwich, home-fries, bacon and the donuts. Yummmy.

The Chicken Cavatelli is an exposion of flavor with satisfying texture. The Burger was just okay and not worth the price. Christmas Eve & Christmas Day brunch were basically the same items, but very delicious. The Whipped Yogurt Parfait and Brulee'd Oatmeal were a couple of my personal favorites, along with the juice of the day. At $30 per person it is a bit pricey.

A wonderful restaurant with a beautiful view of the golf course and pool. Fabulous service, delicious food and excellent coffee options. There's even a guy that patrols the patio with a Harris Hawk on his arm to help with bird control. How cool is that?
