This place was amazing. The food was very tasteful and had my palates dancing all over the place. Love how they take their time to prepare the meal letting you know they are really cooking the food like home. Thank you for the wonderful, flavorful food. I will be back for more. My friend had the spicy seasoning be careful he left sweating, but still delicious food. I recommend this place if you're looking for good food and dont mind waiting this is the place. It's worth the wait.

Wonderful staff, amazing food! Two great things to me in a restaurant! The ladies that served me were awesome. Since it was my first time there, they had great advice on what to choose from on their menu. Food came out hot and tasted fresh! They told us if we wanted the food to be a bit spicier that they would done it no problem! 10/5 if there was a way to do that! I would recommend anyone who hasn’t had great Indian food to come to this place! Would recommend in a heartbeat!

The service here was wonderful. We ate here on December 19th, 2017, just after noon and had the lunch buffet. The food was warm and fresh. It was not at all spicy. This was above average Indian food. It was not the best Indian buffet I've ever had, but it was certainly worth going back for. I would eat here again if I were in the area, but if not, I would try other places.

The owners are really nice and care for their costumers and their business. Great food, fair price ans original flavors! We go there every Sunday and sometimes twice a week.

India Palace is a culinary heaven on earth! Each dish from channa masala to saag, curry's and all have been FABULOUS!!! Their tamarind dipping sauce for my garlic naan is the best I have had and can be hard to find that good! The chai tea is also the best I have had! Perfectly delicately balanced. I have become a regular, weekly diner for the luscious lunch buffet!!! It's my 'happy place' where my taste buds dance with delight!!!

Out of all the Indian restaurants I've tried around Phoenix, India Palace is by far my favorite. They are very quick in refilling the buffet station and your ice cold water. The food is really worth the price you're paying. Customer service is top notch! I have recommended and will continue to recommend this place to others.

When Indians eat at an Indian restaurant, you know it’s good!! Very authentic and fantastic flavors. An array of dishes to choose from and very reasonable. Service was attentive in the beginning when it was slow but as the restaurant got busy our server was less to check with us. I would recommend this place for your next evening out!!

First and only sit down customers of the evening, at 5 pm. Service was slow. 3 walk-ins for pick up while we were there. Our entrees had no coconut, nor heat. We waited for bill, which I had to go up to register to get. A $1.00 added been added to 5 of 6 items. My husband paid and I did not see bill. Veg. Samosas is $2.95. charged $3.95; Chicken Fraizee $12.95, charged $14.99; Madrasi Lamb $12.95, charged $13.95; Garlic Naan $2.00, charged $2.50; New Castle beer $4.99, charged $5.99; Indian Tea $2.50. We will never go back to this restaurant for this reason.

This was the best tasting Indian food I've had in 10 years! One of the unique things that I loved about this place was it had beef which is not something that's traditionally offered on an Indian restaurant menu. I have always wanted to eat curry beef, but never seen it offered in a restaurant. The curry beef I had here was dropdead amazing. And the rice was incredible!! Everything I ate here was an explosion in my mouth. I will be coming here as long as this place will be open!!!

Very good chicken Tikka masala and tandoori chicken. The rice was outstanding, and the garlic naan was tasty. The kheer was a little unusual in that it had a lot of almonds, but was delicious nonetheless. Portion sizes were generous and the wait staff was friendly and attentive. I always enjoy seeing what the selection will be at the buffet here, and I've never been disappointed. I have gotten to try dishes I have never had, and found out I liked them. A lot. I also find my favorites at the buffet, with delicious, distinctive sauces, and generous pieces of chicken or lamb. Garlic naan to sop up every bit of sauce along with the hot chai tea. Perfect Indian buffet.

Extremely good buffet. I wish this place was in tge Prescott/ Prescott Valley area. We would be regulars. Great food, wonderfully seasoned. Proper spices used. I'm not even talking about the heat levels which were not that high but appropriate. This place could teach the sad excuse for an "Indian restaurant" in Prescott a thing or two (I put it in quotations because it is Indian in name and appearance only).

My favorite Indian lunch buffet in Phoenix that I’ve tried thus far (I’ve been to 8-10). They have awesome selections and 4-5 are rotating, so if you dine often, you can try many different dishes. Their tikka masala is the best I’ve ever had. The saag is good but I have had better, however. The family that runs the restaurant is awesome, as well. Just good people. I like good people and so should you.

This is probably the best Indian food I’ve had - not just in Metro Phoenix, but anywhere. The food tastes very fresh, as opposed to some restaurants where it kind of tastes like the food may be left over from the day before. There is a lunch buffet, but I ordered the butter chicken from the menu, and it was great. The naan is warm and delicious. I live quite far from this area, and will gladly make the trip again!

To start off I found glass in my food.... Unfortunately it was take out so I couldn’t just go up and ask for a new plate. Also I asked for mild, which I normally don’t do with my food but I have before so I decently know what to expect, but this has literally no flavor (besides the glass). And to top it off my roti bread that said it was only 1.25 got rounded up to 2 ( I ordered 4 things of it so it came out to $8 rather then the $5 I was expecting) but it was all completely burnt and charred.

I have tried A LOT of Indian food places, and this one is the best BY FAR! My family doesn't like spicey food, and 'mild' is perfect for my kids and still has such rich flavors! The lamb korma is our favorite - the meat is so tender - it practically melts in your mouth! I love everything I have tried here! This is my go- to Indian place, I love it! I HIGHLY recommend!

Food was ok (currently pregnant and craving Indianfood so I was happy), but service was really bad. We sat down and there was not enough silverware on the table for 3 of us only 2 so we figured she will being us some, but that didnt happened until we asked for a fork and she literally took one from the table next to us and gave it to us just the fork not a full set I guess our fault for saying just a fork. Anyway everyone else around us got bread, but we didnt until we asked for that too. My glass was empty half of the time but never got a refill on my water or our bread either (everyone else around us did) Overall just felt unwelcomed and definitely won't be going back.

Not a place to go to for a sit in meal. Their main business seems to be take out as there is a continuous stream of drivers picking up food. Very disruptive and the personnel does not have time to take care of the guests in the restaurant. The wait staff is anything but friendly. The food is fairly good but not good enough to go back. The place looks like a train station inside.... No atmosphere whatsoever.... and we were freezing the whole time we were there.

We have been going here for years, and always love it. They completely remodeled the restaurant sometime recently, and it feels bright, fresh, and modern. They have an extensive menu, serve generous portions that can be eaten individually or family-style, and customize the spiciness (heat) of each dish to the customer's preference: mild, medium, hot, or even a range--like mild to medium. Our group ordered a variety of appetizers, chicken entrees, vegetable entrees, and rice pudding for dessert. Everything was superbly delicious, although onion bhaji (a deep-fried onion appetizer served with sweet tamarind sauce) and kheer (rice pudding with cinnamon and cardamon) will always have my heart. The complimentary flat bread, onion bhaji, kheer, and more or less all of the entrees are all gluten-free, too, although you should double-check with the server when you order. :)

They close the buffet food at exactly 2:30 PM. I arrived with my two friends at 2:15 PM, we were told to get our food. As we were eating, we were told that the buffet food will be off limits at 2:30 PM and they close their doors at 2:30 PM. You can take your food on your plate home, It was a very unpleasant experience. It was the first time for my two friends who I invited to the restaurant.

The dinner entrees are good, but the real winner is the lunch buffet, it's always great and at 10 bucks (including water and chai tea [not charging for drinks with a meal is a rarity for restaurants today]) you can't beat it. They even throw in unlimited na'an bread (Pro Tip: you can ask for different flavored na'an, my favorite is garlic). This place is my weekly treat. I'd eat it every day if I could, but I'm afraid I'd ruin it. It's seriously that good. They typically have some sports or Bollywood music video channel on the TVs which I find quite entertaining. Best Indian food I've found in town. The buffet isn't always the same stuff, but I'll grab everything offered. I've never had anything in the buffet that wasn't stellar. If you want a good lunch, go there, don't mess around.

This is literally my favorite Indian restaurant. The food is amazing, and the buffet has pakora everyday! The staff are super friendly and the whole place has a very homey atmosphere. I drive 40mins to get the buffet several times a week lol. Many vegan/vegetarian options too!

On trip advisor this place is in the top 70 restaurants in Phoenix. I don’t think so. It is however, a quaint place, with good tasting Indian food. You won’t go wrong here but it’s not the best Indian you will eat. It’s good enough and a star in the midst of a food desert area.
