First thing is they have it so damn cold when it is cold outside. The T-bone steak was like eating on shoe leather. They must keep it cold to hurry the customers so they be happy to warm up.

My parents took me out after my graduation. We were seated right away since it was just the three of us. My dad and I ordered the same burger with a couple alterations. I don't like uncooked onions or tomatoes on my burger and my dad likes his bacon very crispy. It took forever for our food to come, and my burger wasn't right. I told our waitress and she took it back. I was so hungry at this point so my mom let me eat her fries, that weren't supposed to have come with her meal. The second burger came out and it was wrong, it had thousand island dressing on it. We asked for the manager. He came, was kind, got me a burger.....again it was wrong. By this point I was toi hungry to care. He brought me the garlic sauce/butter that was supposed to be on the garlic burger. We didn't have to pay for our meal, which was generous. I just wish that the staff was better trained to get the order to the right table.

They have pretty good breakfast food, and pretty good service. It's a nice sit down place to go when you wanna have a late meal. It's a little more expensive than I'd like, but there's not a lot of sit down food places past 9pm, and even past 12am.

By the way, there's only 3 guests in here and 4 servers.... however I had to ask for service... I used to love this place. Don't think I'll be coming back

Came in to this restaurant, ordered what I always get at IHOP, brioche French toast, with bacon, and over hard eggs. Bacon was cold and rubbery the moment the plate was set down, my has browns and eggs were swimming in grease, and my French toast was still too cold to melt butter. Spoke to my server who informed me, due to the fact I had eaten the hash browns and taken a bite of the French toast, I had the option of having a remake or paying and leaving. When I asked for a manager he went back in the kitchen and announced loud enough for the entire restaurant to hear that, “this customer let his food get cold and now he wants to complain about it.” My wife called him over and told him again that look the butter is still hard, he proceeded to tell her that that was her story and announced again to the restaurant that I had let my food get cold and wanted to complain about it. I will never return to this location. I have always given places a second chance but not here.

This IHOP has major kitchen staff problems....they just cant get it right... Our Christmas was beyond edible...and took so long we could not reorder due our schedule...2 hours at IHOP should be more that plenty time to prepare 2 burgers & 2 dinners...the manager was the one who made the decisions to actually serve us Burnt Sirloin tips , mushrooms, & onions...with deep fried shrimp so fried it was not edible. Our waitress ( Lisa M. ) was absolutely sweet about the situation...and very attentive to us. The manager, not so much. 5 out of 5 tables were comped completely of the disaster of the food coming from kitchen... Manager never appeared to assist kitchen staff.... Just an all around dissatisfying Christmas meal.

Absolutely the worst example of a failing chain restaurant. I ordered the Garden Delight omelet, which doesn't have a lot of ingredients to begin with. However, it MAY have had one entire mushroom scattered throughout. Additionally, they were out of broccoli, the other main ingredient. No offer to substitute with a different vegetable, they just hoped I wouldn't notice. When it was pointed out the waitress laughed it off without the slightest attempt at customer satisfaction. Do yourself a huge favor and do not stop, keep going. Sierra Vista has so many more viable options.

Only one server is competent. Every time we come here we wait 30 mins at table to give our orders though there are empty table and staff chatting. Check is wrong, no silverware, food is cold or all of the above. Now there was plastic on the plate, had been cooked with the food. Lisa is usually there to save the day though.

I usually love coming here... But today was awful... our waitress Diamond was amazing and worked so hard to fix All our issues. 1. it took 45 mins to cook our food 2. My sisters order was wrong 3. My mother's order has mushrooms on it ( other doesn't come with mushrooms) 4. My order came out 15 mins later than everyone else's 5. My order was wrong 6. When they're made my order the chicken was rock hard(not exaggerating) 7. Finally my order was correct after being there for 2 1/2 hours

The key to healthy eating at IHOP is flexibility. IHOP will alter ingredients and side dishes to allow you to cater to your diet. An omelet made with egg whites with a side salad is the same price of a whole egg omelet and hash browns.

Our waitress was lovely. she made sure to take care of everything and make sure we were happy. I'm giving only two stars because, the food I received was subpar at best. The chicken was chewy and fatty and had obviously been frozen and heated very quickly. My vegetable salad was missing mushroom. They did not inform me they had none if that was the case. The ticket for a meal for two children and two adults was outrageous given the quality of food we received. I'm paying my mom back for the meal just because of how terrible it was.

10 pm at night placed an order to go for dinner and breakfast the next morning. Dinner order was fish n chips. Fish good. Fries tasted like they were cooked 2 or 3 hours ago - cold and disgusting. Ordered double blt and enjoyed the next morning after heating in the microwave. I had ordered the red potatoes with peppers and onions - red potato hash. I got white potato chunks. No peppers. No onions. No seasoning. Very disappointing. When ordering waitress had trouble finding the potatoes. They showed up on my receipt as "no choice" with no charge. At least these disgusting potatoes did not cost anything. I do not recommend this IHoP.

How is it when I go to the international House of pancakes I get a cold stack of pancakes on a cold plate with cold hard butter and cold syrup to pour on it? How is it that this is all delivered late, like I'm waiting for a sirloin steak to show up or something? Bad service, bad food, long wait. Been here, done - that never again.

Apparently if you want good food at IHOP you have to order a pizza as soon as you are seated. Not only will then pizza get there before your food gets out of the kitchen but it will probably be fully cooked. If you want food with flavor, like any flavor at all then I again refer you to the pizza option. The eggs in the omelette we're very raw. That's ok though because the extremely excessive amount of shredded cheese they used in an attempt to cover it up made it all better. The waitress was a sweet gal and I feel bad for her. The other waitresses also. They're the ones that have to deal with the upset customers. The mountain dew was good

We have been to this IHOP several times and never had issues until this last time! It took at least an hour to get our food which is absolutely ridiculous! Also our waitress was not very friendly and never once checked on us while we waited that hour and while we were eating. At one point she came over because I flagged her down and told her we would like the check now so we don't have to wait any longer. I always thought Denny's was the worst but IHOP took that title. We will never go back!

I like chain breakfast places in general. I have a positive view of both IHOP and Denny's in general. However, IHOP's portions are small. Too small, in my opinion. This is especially true for the coffee cups, which are tiny, and the pancakes which appear to shrink with every visit. While both are decent quality, these are also some of the cheapest items for these places to produce. The pancakes are especially baffling considering IHOP's name. Overall, you'll get a decent quality breakfast here, but things like these might annoy you.

This was one of out favorite spots in town but something probably changed. No host/hostess at the welcome stand when we arrived at 7pm on a Friday night. We was brought to the table after waiting and looking around for some servers but no one was spotted in the restaurant. No server got us our drink until 20 mins later and then we got to order our food after debating to switch restaurant. We would have if our kids weren't so tired. Thanks goodness food came out fast because we told them of all the waiting time. Food was good that's why I gave a 3 star. Probably not coming back too often anymore. If you come, pick Sat morning.

Love coming here. Clean establishment. Very friendly. Wait for sitting is usually Quick. If busy. It can be about 10- MAYBE 20 mins of a wait for seating but thats not too often. The food is ALWAYS delicious. The food is freshly made and doesnt take a whole hour to receive your meal. There is a good amount of parking and handicap parking. Its right next to a gas station and hotels in case you need or would likr to stop by any of those after or before you eat. I will continue to be a regular customer there and recommend it to whoever asks.

This Ihop location is not to bad. Dined in this afternoon i enjoyed my spinach mushroom omelette that has the offer right now unlimited pancakes with any omelette. The food was good no issues but reason being why i gave 4 stars was because we didnt get offer refills to our drink and onces we ask for another batch of pancakes took a bit longer then expected. Thats about it the server was very friendly and professional also before i forget the real cool thing about this location is if you check in they give you 15% of your order i thought that was real good of there part save a dollar or two. After 45 min we had to wave at the waitress for refills mind you she was walking all around us and ignoring everyone at our table. Still not gotten our meals. Located by I-10, and conveniently walking distance to my hotel. Restaurant was clean and bright, lots of natural light. Great staff, they were welcoming and friendly. As soon as they sit us, our server Justin was quickly taking order. My husband got a combo of steak and shrimp which he said it was excellent. It was tasteful, the meat was tender and well marinade. Shrimps were crispy and juicy, it came with 2 side orders of your choice. For me, I got a grilled tilapia which also came with 2 side orders. Tilapia was grilled to the perfect, it was tendered and juicy, its mashed potatoes was good too and the sweetness and juiciest of steamed broccoli compliments the meal. Service was attentive, Justin frequently refilled our water and checked to make sure that we have everything we need. He was polite and helpful. Would definitely recommend this restaurant.

I typically don't write reviews, though I would be doing everyone a disservice by not writing one for this place - do not eat here. The waiter took a few minutes to seat me, and just about fifteen to take my order. By an hour of waiting many of the other families seated were getting restless and there was a line growing in the waiting section. This was the first and hopefully the only restaurant I walked out of before I got my food. Also, please don't blame the waiter - the place is obviously understaffed and the management, especially the owner of the franchise, are incredibly terrible at running the place. There is really no excuse to not hire another waiter.

Went there for breakfast. Was going to get the all you can eat pancakes . was told prior to going that they were closed , but when we got there they were open . joking with the host I told her what we heard and she said no , they had been open . sat down ordered our drinks , got our drinks , and as we got ready to order was told that they had a problem with there grill , that only a certain couple of items couldn't be ordered . we were then told after about 10 minutes that now they couldn't cook anything . when we asked why , they told us that they had been having problems with them all morning and that we could sit and drink coffee till they tried to fix them . we asked how long that would be and was told they didn't know but they had to wait for a repairman to come in possibly from Tucson.......My problem was why did we get lied to when we were sat down. Next was are they that desperate for business that they think that anyone would be willing to possible sit there for several hours while they fix there problem and last was we asked if we needed to pay for our drinks and was told they would have to ask the manager . on this I would say NO. First off I was the only one who had drank anything and that was a half cup of coffee . now this isn't the first time or second time or even third time that something like this has happened here . we've eaten at many others around the state and out of state and never had a problem . only here. My opinion is there are plenty of other places to eat breakfast in this town . Denny's , country house , landmark , just to name a few . try them instead.

There was a total of 5 - 6 tables that were being occupied. We sat over 20 minutes to order. It seems that IHOP is taking longer and longer to get customers orders. I remember when IHOP was on top of things. Everytime I have come Sierra Vista IHOP it seems to be getting worse. I have enjoyed I IHOP in the past but I will not be supporting this business. Went here months ago, we had PCS'd to fort Huachuca and we're staying in the hotel next to it. Me and my 2 children waited almost an entire hour while 2 other couples who came in were seated immediately as they came threw the doors. Worst service, but we decided to stick it out. We order and received a horrible inattentive server. I tipped her but, honestly she didn't deserve a 15% tip. Then my youngest has to use the restroom and couldn't wait our 2 minute walk back to the hotel they told us since we had already paid we couldn't use there restroom. RIDICULOUSLY disappointed. Definitely would rather drive into Tuscon if I ever eat at an IHOP again. Though, we will probably not ever return to one.

Perfection! My friend and I arrived very late in the evening, fortunately we missed the rush. Travis, the cook, has incredible customer service skills and hes an excellent cook. Pancakes were perfect, omelettes were perfect, as was everything else we ordered. I am a true foodie, and not easy to please. Food and service by Travis and server Diamond was so perfect that I actually ordered another omelette and sandwiche to bring home to eat later. I have a pet peeve when take out is messed up, it also was perfect...not 1 detail missed. My friend and I will be making IHOP our regular late night stop. Thank you Travis & Diamond For an excellent meal and great customer service!!!

I went to IHOP for breakfast and was hoping not to have Rose for the waitress. I see her giving a survey to the next table and stated, "Fill the survey" as she walks towards my table. She wrote down my drink but I knew what was expected from her, rudeness. I asked to be seated somewhere else that she was not my waitress. The manager, Carlos, came and asked why did I request to be seated at a different table. I explained that Rose was my waitress the last time and she was rude, pushy, and in a rush. Carlos the manager apologized for her and he was very nice. The waiter, Anthony, was nice, helpful, polite, and funny. The breakfast was very good and the service was amazing. I did thank Anthony, but missed Carlos as he was being yelled at by this woman who did not know how to manage her time blaming him for her stupidity. I will return next week. Thanks to all in IHOP.

IHOP's current promo is all you can eat pancakes with purchase of an omelette. My all-time favorite omelette is the country style, whis is stuffed with ham, cheese, onions and hash browns, topped with sour cream. For a small additional fee, you can make your first order of pancakes one of their flavorful varieties; I chose the triple blueberry pancakes and they are amazing! Their iced coffee is also delicious, and very refreshing now that it's warming up in Tucson.

I love their salads for my lunch break, I just wish they wouldn't skimp out on their takeout. They reduced the sizes by half, versus actually dinning in. Not a fan of being jipped everytime. Not to mention their customer service isn't that great and they're pretty slow, but I could care less since I'm there on average of about 5-10 minutes.

Our waitress was just overwhelmed with the many tables to serve. She really tried hard, even out of breathe at times. There were 3 hostesses loitering around instead of jumping in to help. The management needs to address this and have the right amount of personnel at given stations. Let's fix that so employees don't burnout.

We've eaten here several times, since it is in hotel row, just west of I-10 and Grant Rd., in Tucson. It was within walking distance of the hotel, which is attractive after driving all day.We met someone we knew there, so it was also convenient for them. We were skipped on the wait list (written on a piece of receipt paper). When seated our food was not delivered until the people next to us (who ordered at the same time) were done eating. Our food had been sitting in the window for a while (butter melted and eggs hard). Service could definitely use some help.

Dining in is fine. Nothing spectacular to mention. Ordering to go is another story. We have ordered 4 times to go and every time has been a bad experience. The first two times, food was missing. I called and the manager asked me to come back for the missing items. Although I did receive the missing food, no other "we apologize for the inconvenience" was given. This last time, my kids' happy face pancakes were undercooked and mushy in the middle. There was no "face" on the pancake. Just 2 cherries tossed in the box. Upon calling, the manager sincerely apologized and offered to replace the entire meal on our next visit. DO NOT order To Go from here. Dining in has never been a problem.

Absolutely terrible. Wait was supposed to be 15 to 20 minutes and we waited more than 30 minutes with half the tables already empty with both lobbies full of people waiting and others waiting outside. This was on Sunday. The girl orchestrating the seating was on her high horse and wouldn't allow anyone else to help with the seating. Once we finally got seated we got dumped at the table in the back room and forgotten. After another 30 minutes I asked to speak with the manager and got blown off. Finally a server not from our area took our order. When it was time to pay we got told by the same girl who was still seating people that we were not allowed to come up front to pay we had to go back to our table and wait some more. I again asked for the manager and got blown off. Worst experience ever. We will not be going back after that. I would only give them a quarter of a star if that.

Not sure what is going on here. Seems the servers aren't sure where their areas are. After 10 minutes of waiting, finally one of the three servers came over to greet and seat us, sitting us in an area for another server. That server never came over. Neither did the server who originally seated us. At least Jazmyne stepped in and covered for the other two, checking with us and then taking our order on the spot. From that point, everything went fine...for us. We watched people a couple of times during our visit come in, wait for a while and then leave because they never were acknowledged to be seated. Sierra Vista IHOP - since you've decided to cut costs by not having the checkout desk manned, you need to come up with a better plan for handling incoming customers! The servers either can't see them because of the design or need to change how often they approach to make sure no one is waiting at the entry area.

I almost gave up on IHOP from my last experience in California which wasn't great. Came here actually on Christmas and they were open. Super friendly and attentive and the pancakes were like from yesteryear. Glad I gave IHOP another try. It must just have been a bad experience at IHOP in California. Thumbs up here.

My table was forgotten. The waitress never acknowledged us, then handed us off to someone else. (IHOP wasn't busy) people who came after us left before us . Ordered food got it a hour later plus I ordered the food without onions and still got onions. Orange juice had something black in it. I know it's not the waitress fault but when you brush me off even after I wanted to pay and tip you... that's were I had a problem. I'll try back in 6 months

The food is fairly good but it seems they no longer hire a host/hostess to seat anyone. The last few times I've been there I have had to wait quite a while for a waitress to happen to finally walk by and notice the people who are waiting while a line is forming. They offer a senior discount but the computer is programmed wrong. It only takes 10% off of the beverage rather than the entire meal. I have had to point this out and have it redone the last two times. Most people apparently don't even notice or can't do simple math. It's an insult for the restaurant to not have corrected it already. When I finish using up my gift card it will likely be a long time before I want to go back.
