Have been to this place during the long weekend and ended up eating at this place eveyday during my stay in phoenix..I am from San Diego and wouldn't mind travelling to phoenix just to eat chicken biryani (vijayawada ) here (yes its that delicious). I was bored of all the indian restaurants in San diego ..tired of eating tasteless biryanis here and finally i got to eat a delicious mouth watering biryani in phoenix...Even the menu for buffet is huge and u will find lots of new stuff,..And a special mention about the desserts /...they are just there to die for...Don't miss the double ka meeta heree )its bloody yummy) and the mango mousse and kheeer omg just loved them....so if you want to have some yummy indian food this is the best place to go :D :D

We have ordered food few times now and I like the fish curry spicy the best here. The staff is good and the restaurant is new. I definitely thought the biriyani will be best here but I'm not a big fan of the biriyanis here. But if I want to have biriyani then will definitely order the chicken gongura biriyani which was good.

We had a Birthday party on Saturday evening. The day we confirmed the party with them there is a confusion all the time till the end.Coming to the day of the party there is no proper air conditioning in the hall and the reason they mentioned is because the food is hot with the burners on. Actually its cold near the food section there is no air at the front so the vents are not working.Suggestion:Please keep fans at least or fix the vents to circulate the air thru out the room.Food was really good you got the stars for that reason.

Food was delicious. The lunch buffet had ample varieties of appetizers, entrees and desserts. We enjoyed the restaurant quite a bit. Only downside is seating. Some tables are very close where it is difficult to get in and out without disrupting people sitting behind you.

Food is good, above average in the area! Saturday buffet was around 15$, posting it since we found hard to find their buffet pricing ahead. I don’t know what is their kids age policy but cashier was looking up & down and asking our kid age.. looks like next time I need to take birth certificate for paying kid price ( around 8$) for 5 years old :). This place is in Chandler. Tastiest Indian food I've ever tested in Phoenix area! Do try their special lunch buffet at least once! I would recommend you to visit this place on weekends when there are lots of options in the buffet. You can even have drinks by paying extra charges.

I have to Hyderabad house a few times and loved it. Food taste, quality and quantity is one of the best among Indian restaurants in Phoenix metro area. Weekend buffet is also nice where dishes served are not part of regular menu, so you get to try something new. Waiting time is minimal due to large number of tables available. Service is also good. Place is bit pricey but food is worth it.

Best buffet in the valley. Amazing spread. Biryani tastes just as take out. Downside is too much rush and waiting. Walked in at 2, an hour before they close. Finally seated after 25 mins. Some items were not replenished as their kitchen closes by 2.45. Be there almost even they open to get the best of your $17.

Ok, I think this is my 3rd review for anyone. This is my 3rd visit, wasn't going to try but was hungry for indian food. I know I can not get the lunch one time trip to buffet to go,,,which I share that meal with my husband. So I ask for a menu to order samosa appt to sit and eat with a drink. No, can not do but can take out....ok so will spend the money and it took another 30 mins. I do not understand the thinking. Our business you do what it takes to take care of your guests. In reason. So I will continue to drive to Guru Palace, miles out of my way, to get a dinner and travel to San Tan. When talking to the waiter, not management, he understood my thinking, but said management thinks different and can not accommodate a guest. Sad, no Indian food close by.

The place is usually crowded on weekends and it is too noisy. But the buffet menu is really good. You have a lot of options to choose from. If you are missing Indian desserts, they offer around 5 to 6 types of desserts in the buffet. I am giving 4 stars only because of too much crowd and naan served was cold.

This is the best buffet in Arizona. Mutton pulov and tawa fish are amazing. Desserts needs special mention. Gongura biryani and ulavacharu biryani are top notch. All the appetizers are outstanding.Staff is friendly.If you are looking for good Indian food go and try this. Highly recommend it.

If you like spicy, this is the place for you. My wife and I came for the lunch buffet which had a large assortment of dishes, some of which are native to Hyderabad the owner told me. The various rice dishes were very tasty and filled with exotic spices.

Not happy with gratuity concept(they add 18% on the total bill if there is 5 or more people). Especially in buffets. When I asked the cashier he was like people use more plates in groups, which doesnt make sense at all. It’s minimum courtesy to provide sufficient plates in a buffet. Also none of the item was hot. One rating is only for the ambience.

Friday night dinner Nice ambiance , Delicious food ( be aware of the spice levels in your order , as they maintain authentic Andhra food level ) . Ordered Biryani , Guntur Chilli Dosa , sambar idli and Double ka Meta for the table. The service was dread slow , do not show up here with hungry tummy or if you are crunching on time.

I ordered two Uthappams and an Egg Biryani for takeaway(grubhub). I recieved the packet and there was only one box of sambar for two utthapams. I asked for another box of sambar (since these two utthapams were for two different persons.) I got a reply that "i have already given you too much of sambar". (he talked very rudely). This made me mad and I felt like I was asking too much from them. I said -"I will pay for it". the guy got me another box of sambar for $2.17. - on top of it I when I asked for another bag to keep the other box of sambar, that guy didn't even bothered to listen what I was asking for and he started saying - "Sir I have already put too much of everything in your order". I repeated myself - "I am asking for an extra bag, but never mind thank you for the excellent customer service." and I left that place. - I have never paid extra money for sambar anywhere in USA. Sambar is something most of the restaurants offer like water (take as much as you want). - the food was good but because of bad customer service I would give only one star.

My favorite spot to come to for some biryani cravings in the area. The service, home-cooked feel are great. The server remembers all his customers which is quite amazing. I always get the chicken biryani and they load it up with meat and make it spicy for me, just the way I like it. I have been meaning to try their Dhaba Night special for the summer, such a great deal.

Placed an order for Jumbo-Chicken Dum Biriyani to-go. Not sure if they ran out of dum chicken Biriyani but was give chicken 65 pieces mixed with biriyani rice instead :). Quantity was good and as advertised on menu. Please note Jumbo packs wont come with appetizer but family pack does. I am surprised and wish they described on menu to avoid confusion.

I ordered Chicken 65 - a dish quite popular in the city of Hyderabad after which the restaurant is named. It was the worst Chicken 65 , I have ever tasted - the chicken was rubbery, the flavor was a boatload of chilli powder. The dish was an insult to Chicken 65 and should never be put on a table. I will never visit this place again.

Worst experience with our orders of paneer dosa and chicken tikka dosa! Paneer dosa is full of huge blocks of Paneer and same with Chicken tikka dosa! I was expecting a grounded paneer and chicken like the dosa from Tempe “Chennai Express”! Same with idly as well! Total waste of $30!!!

I tried Chicken Fry Biryani today. You can't call it a Biryani if the serving contains 80% chicken and gravy and only 20% rice. And who serves Biryani with chicken gravy made of red chilies. Even if you say it's your version of Chicken fry biryani, it is a disgrace to the original chicken fry biryani.So I request you to find a different name to your version.My suggestion is Fried Chicken Entry with Basmathi rice on side. I am from West Godavari and I used to live in Hyderabad.I guess you guys never tried Chicken fry Biryani from Sri Kanya (Rajahmundry) or Kakathiya (Hyderabad) at least .And I can't even explain about your fried rice.

One of the best Indian buffet available in valley, lots of variety- vegetarian, non-vegetarian desserts, Indian Chai etc. Many variety of Hyderabad Biryani veg and non-veg. This time I went for north Indian vegetarian dinner, excellent service and food served hot and quickly and was authentic delicious Indian food. You can customize the spiciness of the food while placing your order. Hope, they will maintain this quality in Long run!!

We've been to this restaurant a few times and thought the food was good. Today was a different story. We ordered food that was suppose to be from the tandoor and it was very obvious that it wasn't freshly made but just reheated. It was dry and didn't taste right. We let the server know and sent it back. She said that she would "void" it from the check. At the end, we get the check and it still has the charge for the food we sent back. Apparently the manager said that we waited too long to send the food back and therefore we have to pay the full amount. For this behavior,I would give them one star but the food has tasted good several times before, so, I'm giving them one more star. But be careful what you order as they might just serve you reheated unfresh food.

The food was ok, not great. There is no bar service, they don't serve coke, and the lemonade was so watered down it was more like flavored water. The biryani was quite good but the gobi Manchurian was too dry. Decor is quite nice and there is ample parking. Washrooms could have been cleaner too.

We went on Friday night it was little busy we order food but the service was slowly not only we most of the tables are waiting for food. We saw only one lady serving the food and other two taking orders. Generally in the evening people come from office or mothers will be tired with kids and want to go out to have a food to fill their hunger fast but we should not get tired waiting for food in the restaurant. My husband finally walked across the restaurant to tell the waiter we never got one of our main dishes & we just wanted the check so we could leave. I didn't like it at all. Had 2 orders of Chicken Tika Masala to go. Half of the chicken pieces were so tender but the other half I couldn't even chew through. I have now idea how that happened but I decided not to finish it and sent down the disposal along with the second order that I didn't even open. Oh well. The somosas were just ok. The staff were nice and helpful though.

Few things: Mild spiced chilly paneer order tasted super hot. Special chicken biryani turned out to be boneless one when I opened the to go order at home. But tasted good! Lamb Vindalo did not have good quality meat pieces. Overall 4 out of 5 for ambience, timeliness and taste.

Not worth the 18 % mandatory gratuity, therefore.ni incentive to improve service if they force that on customers. I don't think I would go there again. Impressed with the quality of the buffet. We got done chicken 65 as well which was amazing. Want to go back for more. The biriyani in the buffet is alright, you have to get the Hyderabad special biriyani which is the best I've had in chandler till now. There were a lot of items in the buffet with a plethora of non veg and veg options and the desserts were great as well. Do go for it. The service was great as well handling the large amount of people at the buffet. Keep up the quality of the food.

Had mysore bonda today at this place..it was a proper one, taste was spot on. Served with 3 types chutneys. Peanut chutney, cocunut chutney and Red Chutney. Also had their Gobi 65 on my veggie day too good. Can't go wrong with their biryani. Am a regular for months now. Highly recommended if you are a biryani lover.

I ordered goat dum biryani’s today. And they just packed full rice with almost no meat. It is ridiculous. You are charging $15 and giving me color rice. There is no meat at all. I clearly mentioned when i placed order as this happened to me few months back. I stopped ordering biryani’s from here long back. But today thought of trying again. Samething again. Your Biryani’s are not worth for the price. There are much better places to get food worth for your money...really disappointed today.

Must say it is one of the bad establishments I have seen in 25 years in US at various,places. There are two many waiters and workers in uniform. But not a single one owns it up. It feels like they all came from some sarkari babu job on deputation here. Food quality is so so. Ambience for now ok. If u go to buffet around 1 pm on any weekday, you have to scrape the dishes to get any food. Apetizers are all gone, u can manage to get some 1/2 teaspoon of chutneys. Etc. Pathetic... This is the fastest time I have seen an Indian restaurant gone from awesome initially to 1 star. Usually it takes 6-8 months. But for this establishment it took 6 weeks.

Terrible place to go for evening meal. We went for buffet last week and things were OK but this evening for diner , no one to wait. We called a waiter who was so careless , he did not care about any thing . After long wait we placed order , food came not tasting good at all. Was cold , tasteless. We waited a lot and asked for check. Took too long for every thing and the place was not even busy. Worse experience in eating out ever !! Stay away from this place unless owner gets better wait staff . Your manager’s response to our review of your place was so inaccurate and out of line , he needs to be more responsible in accusing any customer of not paying bills and run away from your restaurant. Owner’s correct response with apology helped.

Decent food. Clean place. The customer service is an issue. When we asked for wifi password for their guest network the people working there had to call the owner to get it. They gave it to us near the end of our meal. We advised them of nut allergies at the time of the order and they still brought Uttappam in the same plate as chutney having nuts. We had to send it back and get a fresh new one made and brought out without the chutney. The management needs to train itself and staff on how to handle allergy requests.

We went on the opening day for buffet lunch. The place was crowded but we were seated promptly. The food selection was okay but my favourite dishes were missing (chicken tika masala, chicken Koorma). There was shorted of nan bread. Most dishes were mainly sauces and not enough meat. We noticed there were no prices listed for the buffet. Even with 15% discount (I’m not sure we really received it since we could not see any prices and we could not understand a verbal exchange between cashier and the owner) the bill for the 3 of us was nearly $39!!! Well overpriced and quality lacking comparing with New India Gate. Bottom line disappointing,

After closing the Curry bowl, This Restaurant became the Best Restaurant in this Area in Few months of its origin. People say that because of the Well establishment of this Restaurant the curry bowl eventually closed down. Anyway the Hyderabad House Arizona Restaurant is the Best Of this Area, Delicious and Tasty.

Wonderfull indian food ever had outside india. Have been to many indian restaurants around the world but this one is the one which reminded me of my fav eatery back home. Food is awesome, staff is very friendly, paneer tikka masala and chicken tikka masala is the must try dishes in the menu. Dal tadka is also 1 of the best dish to try.

Food is good , but not enough options for vegetarians. Also it doesn’t make sense to have a gratuity for buffets. We were a group of 6 people and we were charged 18% gratuity fee. I have been to most other buffet places in the areas and I haven’t seen gratuity on buffets.

I feel so bad to say this but they have "the worst and slow service ever". More than 3 times food was been forgotten and served almost after 45minutes and there is no sense of sorry in the people who work there. For food- its a 3.5 but for service and attitude of people there 2 stars are more!

Food tastes really good, biryani is good, all food good, but but dishes filthy, a guy cleans them but I see he is in a hurry, so technically not cleaning effectively, when we came there was high traffic, but that doesn't mean I can let this go, I am food critique and food has components, food itself as well as things which carry food if not sanitary can cause a cross contamination. I cleaned them with paper towels on the side and also paid full amount, for not a good experience.

I am married to an Indian, so I have been to many Indian restaurants in Arizona. We saw this one had just opened and decided to try. It was really worth it! Food was delicious and tasted very fresh. Staff was very friendly. I will definitely come back!

My first visit several months ago was wonderful. The food was great and the restaurant was spotless. Today, not so good. The chicken in all of the dishes was very grissly and chewy. My husband had to keep removing bones and pieces of fat. The place APPEARED clean, but we stuck to the floor wherever we walked. Disappointing. We will not go back.

Been here twice for lunch, although there is a lot of variety the taste isn’t quite there. Compared to other restaurants it’s just mediocre. If you would like really good south indian food like idli dosa etc., there is a very good restaurant which has been great each time we went on rural and chandler blvd in chandler Chennai fusion grill. The reason I am giving this 3 stars is because the ambiance is good.

Attended birthday party last week and it was suffocating like hell. Esp it was really tough for the kids. There was no proper response even after complaining multiple times. Management needs to fix the air conditioning. Food was good and that's the reason for 2 stars . Without that it would be zero for no air conditioning and unfriendly management.

Went there with a group of 10 members and everyone in my group loved their ambiance and especially the flavor of their food and authenticity. Too many items in Buffet, starters are really good, i love their sweets,Being from South India, I can definitely say this is more than authentic.Would recommend this place to everyone.

Been there for my nieces 1st birthday. Bad things 1st : I am not sure if AC is working in the party hall. And the reason manager/person at the counter gave is it was due to sun rays and outside heat at 7:30 PM. I know AZ climate is too hot during summer but the reason for mentioning the point is, he is so hesitant to patiently answer a question and he seems like irritated. Not sure what he is up-to. Good things: Food was good.
