I've been there several times because my family wanted to go. Always disappointed coming out. Ice cream's great, bar is nice but I'm just not happy with the food and prices. And we never get a good table. Then today we had a little "snippy" comment by a tall male server who we had to send back twice to get stuff for our meal....only because the waitress messed up. I even said I was sorry before I made the 2nd request to get something.

This place was great. Anywhere with an Impossible Burger gets extra points, but this place would be five stars anyway. Amazing beer selection, great food, and some of the friendliest, most accommodating staff I've ever encountered. And we didn't even get dessert, which looked amazing.

I had the fish and chips. It was great, the atmosphere is really nice and over all I liked the place. However the volume of the guests can get pretty high here. I recommend going during less busy times if you really want to enjoy the place, otherwise it is only a 4/5 at peak hours. 5/5 the rest of the time.

Taste was good, but very overpriced. $4.50 for 2 tiny scoops in a cup? Also I can only have non-dairy, which they only have a few choices for, and they taste more like a sherbert than an ice cream (there are lots of non-dairy options out there that still have the creaminess of regular ice cream). The product seemed to be quality, but as I said, vastly overpriced for me.

Our server Bryon went above and beyond to provide a great experience. The cheese curds are a must and the veggie pot pie is the ultimate vegetarian comfort food! The restaurants ambience is perfect for a group outing or a date night. Will definitely be back soon!

Amazing place with a excellent atmosphere and incredible service. The food was delicious. I had the bahn mi sandwich with macaroni and cheese. For dessert, the ice cream is a must-try! Great downtown Tucson eatery. They have options to sit outside or inside. The food is always been great no matter what has been ordered. The ice cream seems to have endless options. The options also change frequently to give you something new to try. It is always busy so expect there might be a wait.

Amazing food. The HUB wings are delicious, and come served on a bed of kettle cooked potatoe chips, or you can switch them out for tater tots. The lobster Mac and cheese is phenomenal! And so is the bacon mac and cheese. I also recommend the Prime dip sandwich! For an appetizer I would definitely try the Glory Curds, Honestly the whole menu! The food is just so flavorful! The ice cream is unique and delicious! They have rotating flavors that are to kill for, the queen bee is one if my favorites! And the oat meal cookie dough, has no raisins! Lol

Wow! I went to school at U of A, and 15 years ago Congress Ave was unrecognizable! These restaurants have come in and transformed this strip into a great little place to be...wish we had more time...but all we could stop for was a quick lunch break. I had the veggie sandwich, it was great meal but I wish I had gone for the fries instead of the tater tots...I was pressured by my husband, ha! It’s okay, he shared his corn avocado salad with me, which was also great! Really cool spot, I plan to be back on a future trip, and would even consider staying downtown now because of the convenience to these restaurants and the University!

We love this place, but ... It's a problem for us that so many dishes on the current menu contain either fish or mushrooms. On the other hand, food is delicious, the service is always pleasant, they treat my kids like intelligent, independent people, and on the rare occasion that they make a mistake it is fixed promptly and politely. And the Drunken Brunch is not to be missed. :)

Two stars for trying hard to fake it. Don't think they'll make it. Ruben could have been from Denny's (& they got the order wrong), lobster pot pie tasted like they stuck Korean dried squid in a frozen one (but looked beautiful). Mac & cheese was bland & boring. Drinks are sad & nothing but sugar (but decently strong) It's probably great if fast food is your regular fare, but people who are into food should seriously look elsewhere.

Food was delicious and different. Very Clean and well kept restaurant. Well worth every penny spent. Staff and waitress were really nice and attentive. Highly recommend this place. The pork belly with cranberries and mashed potatoes were awesome!!! We also tried the steak salad that was delicious!!! Hub burger was cooked perfect. They also have an awesome selection of ice cream flavors that were also very delicious!!

Well done "modern style" restaurant in downtown Tucson. Unique that they have craft ice cream on-site and a real ice cream shop across the street with even more choices. Watch out for seating near the door. If you need backs, some don't have that and the pillows they give you don't really work for that. Pot pie good, but a little bland. People rave about Cubano, but we didn't have it.

What a find! We saw the reviews and had to give it a try. The food had so much flavor and the chef cooked everything to perfection. The service was spot on, as well as the beer selection. If you are looking for a fun environment for the whole family or a large group, this place will not disappoint.

I love the spicy chicken wings and various choices of ice cream. I like to sit outside in the evening, waiting time after taken a sit is less than 3 minutes. Very popular among university students as Hub is located with the university of Arizona Location is also good for group and family dinner

The impossible burger is awesome !!! We also had the Mac and cheese classic which was very tasty. The dining experience was really good from the delicious food to the clock work service. The waitress who served is didn't even carry around a notepad she just remembered all out our order. And astonishing super power. I would really recommend the sour 10 cucumbers beer it was simply put the best beer we every had

Hub was great as always! I always recommend getting a reservation for dinner just in case -- even on Tuesday, they were busy. (Tip: OpenTable said they had no reservations available, but a call to the restaurant proved that wasn't true.) We tried the pot pie and the red bell pepper alfredo and they were both great. For cocktails, the Sunspot was delicious. Yay Hub!

BEWARE - They lie about ingredients I have been going to The Hub for several years. Last week I went with a group of colleagues and ordered the Impossible Burger. Importantly, it's listed on the menu as an Impossible Burger, not anything else. I had it there before and it was good. When I got it, it tasted much worse than last time. I asked about it and the waiter casually said, "oh, we switched to a different veggie burger" as if it didn't matter to anyone and my pointing this out was somehow inconvenient or crazy. Now this may not seem like a big deal to you, but understand that the restaurant lied, they knew they were lying, and they didn't say anything until I noticed they were lying. Then they didn't even offer to correct it, not that I had time at a work lunch to have it corrected or the desire to make a fuss. But what if I had been allergic to an ingredient in their other veggie burger? What if I had ordered a steak and they served chicken and said, "well, our supplier changed, so we're serving that." I emailed the restaurant management that night and waited a week for a response, so now I'm posting this. It's hard enough to get good food when you know what the restaurant is serving. But when the words on the menu do not describe the food that is served, you have a customer service problem.

Went here before a show at Fox Theatre. We were 5 people and we each ordered vastly different things. I was delighted to have a choice of vegetarian options and ordered an Asian dish. One person had lobster pot pie, it was gigantic and delicious he said. One had avocado toast and another had a veggie burger, with bacon no less and she had potato puffs with it that looked amazing. They asked right away if we were going to the show. The server was good, prices were very reasonable. For dessert two ordered ice cream. I will definitely be back.

What a fun experience. This place has a phenomenal prime rib sandwich. The wait wasn't too bad. For 8 of us to sit at the tables it didnt seem to bad. I was stuffed, the family had a blast. Long story short, definitely worth the money and the drive to Tucson.

HUB is on my list for when I'm feeling like I want to indulge, hence my top three items here are the Prime fries topped with prime rib, caramelized onions and cheese sauce, The Glory cheese curds with Sriracha sauce, and ice cream. My favorite salad to order is the Roasted Corn and Avocado, served with mixed greens, grape tomatoes, pistachios, queso fresco and chili-lime vinaigrette.

The Veggie Lasagna was perfectly seasoned & Awesome!. The Salmon Dinner plate with veggies was mouth watering good! The Papago beer had just enough fruit overtones to complete one of the Best meals downtown has to offer. Make reservations on the busy weekends or just show up and sit at the classy marble counter. Either way you won't be disappointed.

On a recommendation from a friend, we decided to stop by for lunch. We were seated promptly and had time to review the menu for the first time. Although the prices were a bit different than those posted on their website, it wasn't a major issue. My three piece fish and chips ($16) was very good - fresh, hot and crispy. Cole slaw was not my style - I like mayo based but, it passed. My friend Cubano was also, very good. The draft beer selection is fine and the prices are reasonable - especially for downtown Tucson. They also have a large selection of ice cream and I opted for the pistachio - YUM, YUM! Really thick, creamy and flavorful. The only parking is on street with meters.

Let me tell you something! The best hand dipped ice cream around and I had this awesome homemade ice cream sandwich. Macadamia nut cookies with banana pudding ice cream in the middle - then they dipped half in chocolate. Not an experience I will forget soon..and I'll definitely be back for more.

Wow - we ate here as a family when we were visiting from out of town and we were so pleased! The food, drinks, atmosphere and staff here were all superb. The mac and cheese was to die for and so was the prime dip sandwich - my mouth was watering when it came to the table and I could hardly finish it...but didn't want to waste such good food! Normally a Great experience! I love the cheese curds and the salmon. I went , yesterday, and wanted something lighter, so I ordered the "Impossible burger" but they were out, so I went with the veggie sandwich. I'm not vegetarian, just wanted a light lunch. It was underwhelming, to say the least. the spread was almost non-existent and there was no flavor. I also ended up finding a piece of something that was very fibrous, white, inedible and confusing in each half of the sandwich. The bread to vegetable ratio was off...too much bread, not enough veggies. The tater tots were the highlight of the meal.

Waitress was friendly and helpful with the menu, provided selection recommendations for our appetizer and entrees. Our waters were brought out promptly, food came out shortly after orders were made. The only issue was speed of our beer order and refills. The initial order was a little slow but not too bad. The three of us that had beer ordered a second round after placing our entree orders. The second round didn't arrive at the table until our entire party had nearly finished our meals. There was no explanation for why it took so long, the restaurant was busy but not packed.

Delicious. We kept it simple, and just got some sandwiched for dinner, but the Prime Rib French Dip was genuinely and honestly one of the best French Dips I've ever had in my entire life--And it's always been my favorite sandwich. It was so incredibly flavorful. A+ for sure. Ice cream was good, and they had a lot of inventive flavors. I had the cereal milk ice cream, and while the mixed in chocolate covered Frosted Flakes were okay, the ice cream itself was something special.

Great food. Great service. Tables were not as clean as I'd like them to be but were ok. We sat near the front. The table in the front got taken up towards the end of our meal & was very annoying to have to cater to the waitress returning every 5 minutes & the customers getting up every 5 minutes so much so that I felt like I SHOULD HAVE TO MOVE PERMANENTLY away just so they could stop bumping me & my arm which held the knife to cut my food. So, that was dangerous! Prices were steep but very worth it. The quality of the food & service totally justified the prices. We will return!

Stopped to have lunch with my husband. We wanted a table on the patio but the waitress didn't even bother to ask where we wanted to be seated, instead she just guided us to the back of the restaurant and gave us the last table. The waiter that served us the food and drinks was very nice and serviceable. The food was delicious, my husband had the Cubano sandwich and I had the bahn-mi sandwich an it was a blast!!

To begin, the service I received was exceptional. The staff ensured that my every need was met. As such, they made a lot of accommodations to customize my burger exactly how I wanted it. I must say, the impossible burger is very reminiscent to an actual burger, and tastes really good on rye bread. The price is in line with other places that serve the impossible burger. After dinner, I went across the street for dessert (as they don’t have cones at the restaurant). I got the bourbon almond brittle, which was AWESOME! Despite how strong the bourbon was (and the lack of the almond), the ice cream was exceptional and in all honesty, the best I ever had

We had dinner here shortly after moving to Tucson and we had a fantastic meal (chicken pot pie and pho-men — outstanding)! We went again not too long again and were SO disappointed to see pho-men had been removed from the menu. It was the whole reason I wanted to go back and we both planned on ordering it. When I saw the menu I immediately texted a friend who also loved the pho-men to tell her the sad news. My husband and I ended up having sandwiches that night and they were fine — nothing to write home about. Sadly we haven’t been back, but I keep checking the menu hopefully....

Love love this spot it was amazing the sevice was wonderful it was a female the guy didn't look happy but wasn't serving me so...everything was amazing a little dark n cant take more then 2 kids very pricey.overall amazing every1 has 2 go at least 1x

Great place for food and drink! The bahn mi is delicious and perfectly balanced; slightly sweet, tangy, spicy and salty (in a good way). The bread was perfect as well, very light and fluffy. The ice cream, despite the fancy names, were okay. But the price was great for what it was.

Awesome place to for food, drinks, or dessert. Whether you're a first timer or veteran coming back, experience is always good. Service and atmosphere are both fantastic and upbeat. Food is always high quality and they have a very generous selection of drinks. Strongly recommend this place to anyone, especially if you've never gone or for those visiting Tucson. We will definitely make this a regular spot to eat.
