I came in at the last minute shortly before closing and they were able to accommodate. The staff were extremely friendly and the bar seemed to host a lot of locals. Prices were good. Food was good but nothing to write home about (hence the 4 stars and not 5). Clean. Fast service. A menu to accommodate everyone.

Got the recommendation from a hotel clerk to head out to Jerome, specifically for this place. It's worth it. The food is fresh and the staff are nice. Their desserts are beautiful too. Just like the views that overlook Jerome and the valley below. It was a tad pricey though, but we didn't regret stopping in, and we will probably stop on again some day

One of the best hamburgers I've had in a while since it was my first time in Jerome. Ordered up a double without knowing they were 1/2 lb patties so ended up devouring a 1 lb burger which was amazing..

I'm going to be honest here, it was ok. Not really worth the hour wait. I just assumed it was going to be great because it was so busy. Fried pickles were good, bloody Mary good, hamburger... Just ok. You don't have to wait long if you sit at the bar. Maybe next time I'll do that. You want a good burger, try the Mile high restaurant.

Well not only does this place have good service and good food, but the whole town itself is an interesting place to visit. If you ever wanted to have a day trip I would recommend going to Jerome and checking out this restaurant and all the little shops they have in the town

Ate here on a busy Saturday afternoon. Wait was a little long at about an hour but that gave us time to check out the nearby shops. Staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Large portions, food is delicious but on the more pricey side. Overall, it is a good place to bring the family.

I love this place for the amazing service we get. The food is honestly amazing. You can get a great view while eating outside or you can go inisde and see all the spokey and crazy things. It is hard to have a large group here but they work together to get you all to fit in and work out well. This is truly amazing place i come here every year.

Wonderful atmosphere and a great view from our spot. Was quite hot in the building, but they were packed to the brim. I'd go here again for the cake alone! They were very friendly and you can reserve a spot and leave to shop and enjoy the sites while you wait for a table. If you can, request a spot upstairs by the big window, it made lunch so much better.

Good food and drink, fun casual place. When there is a wait for a table (often) they will take your number and text you while you walk around. Enclosed porch has a great view of Humboldt and San Francisco mountains in Sun Valley.

The food was amazing! But the service 1s you finely got seated took a hour and a half to get your food! Never in my life have I ever gone to a place ordered my food and had to wait a hour and a half to get served. I was very disappointed in this part of my experience at this place. Yes the food was great but not good enough to go back to and wait that long for a meal..

I did the camp Verde train ride and then headed over to haunted hamburger. Food was really good, the view we had was amazing and breath taking. Everyone should take a trip to Jerome and experience this restaurant and area. Best part of haunted hamburger was, Wednesday are half off and that's makes the food even better Highly recommended

Really enjoyable experience at Haunted Hamburger. Food was really tasty. Waitresses and staff was friendly. View was great. The background story was haunting... Drinks were delicious. Gift shop for extra memories with cute designs on shirts, glasses, hat & jewelry. Definitely a place to try. Showed up 15 minutes before they opened and was first in a line of people waiting to enjoy the Haunted Hamburger.

Been coming here for years. Seems like it had just turned into a big tourist trap. Food was mediocre compared to the farm to table concept that it used to have. Ingredients used were not fresh and we even got charged .25 cents for sour cream for the baked potato.. everything came out warm not hot with cooked quickly. 14$ salad came on barely any lettuce with fatty chicke . Took over 10min to get waters. Just all around not impressed and will not be returning..

Of all the places visited the Haunted Hamburger was the highlight of the trip. They are extremely reasonably priced and their food is amazing. I am not one to eat desert at restaurants and not a fan of carrot cake, but theirs is amazing, and the slice is big enough to feed 8 people. Their beer selection is pretty good and well priced as well. Their hamburger was delicious. Looking forward to another trip to Jerome and eat at Haunted Hamburger again.

I was drawn to this place to eat because of the name. I’d not read anything about this place prior to going here. Immediately when I sat at down at my upstairs table I got an image in my minds eye of a women wearing a long white dress with blue flowers on it. Her hair was in a bun. She was showing me a particular window. When I asked my waitress about what I saw she confirmed the woman's presence. She said the window I was drawn to has shattered and other people have seen the woman in that window before. She initially thought I had already heard about the woman prior to my visit. I had not which made this experience real. Overall I thought it was a really fun place with good food, service, and positive energy in the building. I actually do energy work for a living. But its always fun to be validated. This place does not disappoint with paranormal activity. Thanks;)

Such a neat place and the food was really yummy. There's a wait most of the time but it goes by pretty quick. Wait a little longer and hold out for an outdoor seat, you wont be disappointed. Waitstaff was very friendly

We really enjoyed our early dinner here. I think we were fortunate to arrive just before the dinner rush - it was busy but we had a very brief wait. We were seated outside, and it was a great day to enjoy the view. Our meals were great - I had the Cuban sandwich special, and my wonderful fella had a cheeseburger. Each came with a choice of fries, side salad or twice-baked potato. We also shared onion rings and a milkshake. Everything was well prepared and tasted wonderful. Portion sizes were nice - not enormous but we both had some leftovers to take home. We would definitely eat here again - although it is a busy place and I imagine it can be tough to get in during the busy summer season.

Great place for a good bite to eat and some AMAZING views. Typical burger joint menu with some pretty awesome shakes and a decent cocktail menu. It's got a pretty cool story about its history and the haunting of it. The food and cocktails are good. The shakes are great. The view tops it all!! Its totally worth the stop if you're gonna be up there in Jerome.

I try to always come here anytime I'm in Jerome. Kind of a small building so it's usually packed. You can get more privacy sitting out on the patio along with a beautiful view. They also have a dressing stand inside to decorate your burger.

The best place to eat in 100 miles! Trust me, you can see 100 miles and this is the best! Great food, great view, awesome service, and super unique! Their daily specialties are great too, come on Wednesday for half price burgers and Monday for $2 margaritas! (After 5) Overall an amazing restaurant, keep it up! Great burgers! Love the haunted decor and fast, friendly service. The space is cramped, but the atmosphere and views make up for it. It's easy to get a table right when they open, otherwise it could be an hour wait. But there's a small park nearby down the stairs if you need to kill some time.

My family and I had a wonderful experience at the Haunted Hamburger. Expect a line, but only because it is worth the wait! It is a small little shop with lots of character. This restaurant is very well decorated, the staff is very kind and helpful. Everyone in the family enjoyed their food; even the little ones! If you are passing through Jerome, or even just passing anywhere near Jerome, it is worth the trip!

Ghost Burger was edible to say the least. Coleslaw room temp. Bun dry n flaky. Too hungry to complain although I mentioned to waitress. Oh well. First n last visit. Had to see what it was all about. Very nice view!!

Can't help but love this place. My favorite is their Philly Cheese Streaks and onion rings. Don't leave there without a piece of pie or cake. Absolutely wonderful deserts. The back porch offers a great view, it's small and doesn't seat a lot of people, but I like it better than sitting out on the side patio or sitting inside.

Second time in jerome. 1st time at the haunted hamburger. Imthere was a 1 hr Wait at 6.p.m. which was fine considering how busy they were. So we waited than we sat out side with some gorgeous views towards the mountains and heat lamps. It was cold outside. Beers were 3$ And half rack ribs 10$ on Thursday. Took about thirty minutes to get our food and drinks. Waitress worked a full 12hrs she disclosed to us. Ordered onion rings and they were great. And coconut creme' pie was phenomenal. All in all a pretty good experience.

Great place for lunch and the story that goes with its name. Would be a fun place at Halloween. If your really hungry they have awesome deserts and huge servings, enough for two easily. Enjoyed and worth the visit.

I was in Jerome for a few hours with my parents and after we spent time walking around the town, it was time for dinner. After seeing all the reviews and walking past it the last time I was there we decided to head in. If possible sit out on their covered patio and take in the views of the valley below. They have a nice selection of burgers but also offer other dishes in case you are wanting something different than a hamburger. The burgers come with a nice selection of sides besides just french fries and in my case I went with the twice baked potato which was quite good. It was a great place to take a break and have a wonderful burger after a nice afternoon of exploring the town.

Food was decent, but the service left something to be desired. My wife has an allergy to all kinds of spicy pepper. When asked if her food had any kind of spice in it, the waitress went to check on it. So far so good. She came back and said that it didnt. She was wrong. My wife began to eat the fried pickles and immediately had a reaction before she swallowed the first bite. She ended up being OK, but we asked the waitress again if she was sure there was nothing in it and she said there definitely wasnt, but that the pickles were "spicy pickles". When we were on our way out, we asked another server if the pickles were spicy and they immediately said yes and explained that they were spicy pickles and the batter had chipotle in it. Moral of the story: you cant trust servers to know anything about the food they're serving or to understand what a food allergy is. We'll just chalk this one up to experience.

I finally had a chance to stop and grab a burger and brew here. It lived up to expectations - the burger was juicy and tasty. I was fortunate that it was not busy when I stopped, but it is certainly worth a wait if it’s busy. The view is also one of the best in Jerome.

Everything from the food to the atmosphere to the service was great! We were having lunch on the patio and were able to watch a heavy rainstorm come through, which only added to our wonderful experience. We had a bit of a wait, but don't let that deter you from going there because it was totally worth it!

Took a drive to up Jerome for the day just to get away and out of the house. Stopped into the Haunted Hamburger for a bite to eat. It was such a wonderful treat. I had the haunted burger. Really good... The employees there are very nice and kind. Thank you to "Spring".. our waitress who made my visit there comfortable and feeling at home. She was attentive despite the place being packed with customers. Oh yeah.. there is a bit of a wait. Around 45 minutes. They'll take your number and text you when your table is ready. It'll give you a chance to look around Jerome and build up your appetite it's really worth the wait.

Great for lunch. We got there about 15 mins before they opened on a Saturday and there was a small line forming at the door. By the time they opened there was a long line. The entire restaurant was full immediately. The staff was super friendly and quick. We got our food fast despite the large crowd. Beautiful views and delicious food.

I always stop here on the way through or even when staying in the local area. The view is absolutely wonderful and the burgers are 1st rate. Cooked to order, so nice to no be forced into an overcooked burger. Stop in and you won't regret it.

A wonderful place to visit when in Jerome. It's fun, quirky and has some of the best views overlooking the Verde Valley. They are well known for their delicious variety of hamburgers, sandwiches and drinks. If you are able to go on a Wednesday at 5pm or after, they offer 1/2 off for burgers and specialty drinks

The best 5280 foot elevation burger I ever had! Beautiful deck to sit and enjoy the views and in the spring you can still see snow on the mountain peaks that overlook the Grand Canyon. The wait staff was fantastic! Many shops and cool places to visit while there.

How do you follow up a Ghost Tour? A Hauntarita of course. Really busy, but it is a holiday weekend. Thankfully we scored a spot at the bar, which was totally worth it. Bartender was super friendly. Drinks were yummy and the food was pretty epic. Might I suggest chili cheese fries, yes please. Totally need to come back for deserts.

We set outside, except for the roof top below the view was great. We both just had the plan cheeseburger, the meet was tender and cook the way ordered. Fries were good too actually great. The lady with me is a picky eater and she ate most of hers, which should tell you how good it was.

Friendly, a but different, great tasting shakes especially the Ghirardelli Chocolate and Carmel... yummy. Decent burger, and BBQ chicken and chicken tenders were pretty good. Over all food was pretty good (not the best as others have indicated in their review) Nice views. No parking. You have to park a level below and walk up stairs. Of course all of Jerome is steep with limited parking.
