First time there and we enjoyed it. Sat on the patio which was nice for people watching. I had the Reuben and my wife had the grilled chicken. Both were very good, but the Reuben was better IMO. As advertised, they have a big variety of beers, and I was happy they had one of my favorites. Will be back for sure.

We struck out with this place. Looking forward to finding a good place to drink some beer! One of us ordered one their beers. They were out of it. Then we ordered food. One of us ordered a caprese salad. They were out of it. When we finally got our meals. One of us found a bug (fly) in our meal! The only reason we would give a high 2 is the bartender was nice. Not thinking we will be visiting here again.

First time here and I like this place a lot. Our server Sandy was was great and very helpful with letting us try different beers. I had the pretzel bites, Ahi (was ok, just chewy), and the brewben, which was very good. I will definitely come back here again, might of found my new hangout spot on Saturdays.

The format is smaller with a cozier feel to it. The food menu is limited because the focus here is definitely on the beer. The available selection is expansive and highlights IPA. Sanitation shines and results in crisp, fresh tasting beer the way the brewers intend it to be experienced.

I host a networking group with some friends called “Millennials In Business” once a month at local restaurants. We had one of our meetings here back in May and we had an excellent time! The owner, the GM, and our server Arielle took fantastic care of our guests. The beer is amazing, the food is delicious, and everyone who works here is so friendly. Would highly recommend coming here with a friend, co-workers, or even just yourself for some great drinks and atmosphere. Thank you all again for letting us host here, we’d love to come back soon!

Nice, friendly staff, beer was good, wings were good. There were not many patrons, especially for a Friday night, so we were a little surprised when the servers couldn’t keep the orders straight. There were a few times that a different server would bring things that no one at our table ordered and she and our server were very confused when we all said we didn’t order what they were bringing. All in all, I’d still go back. It’s a simple, clean bar with a nice patio and misters.

We went here for my dad's birthday. The beer selection was very comprehensive and the food was delicious! We even got to try mead samples from a representative of Superstition Meadery. They also have a dog-friendly patio. My only complaint is that the service was a little slow. It was a Wednesday, so there probably weren't a lot of waiters.

Growlers is that neighborhood craft beer bar you have always been looking for but never come across it. This is probably one of the best bars I have been to in this city - not kidding. Growlers specializes in craft beer, food is not the main focus but they have an amazing food selection, with an expanding menu that is sure to please any beer enthusiasts! All the staff is extremely knowledgeable, well educated, very courteous, and just super awesome! Every one of our servers and bartenders we have had so far has been nothing short of our expectations. The Establishment is always clean and it's a very fun place to go located in the heart of City North! It's definitely a great place to get out and have friends at, because there are multiple areas for entertainment. I don't think I really need to talk much on the beer subject here, you have to go there and experience it for yourself. 100 Taps can seem a little daunting at times, but once you get comfortable, the exploration options are endless and it makes for lots of great times and new experiences. If you have yet to come to Growlers USA, you really need to check this place out! If you ever see me there feel free to come say hi!

It's so cool to have so many local beers all in one place. It's even more fun to enjoy some great food and taste tons of exotic brews from all over AZ and other places. The staff are a riot and very knowledgeable about every beer on tap. Parking can be a little iffy at times but it's worth a small walk to enjoy some of the best beers in Phoenix and have a great time with the staff. Go, drink lots of beer, forget you'd been there and go again!

What a joke this place is. Love the idea of so many guest taps from all over? I did too! Website says open until 10pm. Walk in at 9:11pm...didn't expect to stay long...you specialize in growlers. This place has a bar, and tables, and a patio. All of which were filled with people. 12 people to be exact. Sit down at said bar. Immediately are told last call was just done 10 minutes prior. Look, I get it, slow night? Close up shop early. Hitting 2am and drunks need to be evacuated? I get it, call last call and close up shop early. But when two well dressed, non-drunk patrons come in 49 minutes before your posted closing time looking for growlers to go, sell them some growlers to go. The point of last call is to ensure everyone is out by a certain time. We would have been out with our growlers long before the other 12 people (which by the way isn't a slow night if you saw the size of this place) finished their drinks. I get it, you don't wanna pour me a pint? Fine. But sell me beer to go...because...that's kind of the name of the business. Literally, Growler USA=Beer to go. You clearly don't want customers.

It is zee place to hang on High Street! The chicken wings are as mean as they get.... So good! It is an inviting sports bar very central on High Street with friendly outdoor seatings so you dont miss on the action. Pretzels and cheese fondue tasted great and l loved their beer selections. Puppy friendly patio is very nice with comfy lounge chairs and heaters. I'm giving it only three stars because this is the second time I've been there and they did not have any ciders. I'm allergic to beer so I was really hoping to get a cider. They usually have ciders but have been out both times I've been there. The only cocktail they have is margarita on tap, aka premix margarita. The food was okay so if I could have had a beer (cider in my case) it would have been a good place to chill.

The beer selection is pretty neat but the food is terrible Tator tots taste like they come from a bag from Walmart. Short rib taco was underwhelming meat wasn't seasoned correctly. Salsa is really really bad. The establishment was super loud. Meh *~** Thanks for the response back. Goodluck with kitchen. If I were change a few things about my meal : make tots crispy, salt meat and toss it in a sauce for moisture when plating in a taco. When using corn tortillas, double the tortilla so it doesn't break as easily or wrap in foil for support. For the green salsa cut the garlic down, try adding more onion and add lime or just get rid of the salsa altogether and use a spicy BBQ sauce

George - the owner is excellent, I was very impressed to see him running orders and bussing tables introducing himself and shaking hands. Really the staff hustles to keep every customer happy and satisfied. Super clean environment, tables are picked up immediately, cleaned, again all by the incredible staff. Food was great but really came for the beer and I was not disappointed by the selection. I'm an avid beer consumer and it's difficult for me to find options that I haven't tried before but they have a great selection! Five stars all the way.

Great selection, mainly Southwest selection with some oddballs and regulars for typical craft beer. Would go again if I was on those side of town. While the staff was helpful and knowledgeable on their drafts, we found the food and the beer to be not worth their moderate prices. Our party of two each got a flight of beer as well as an appetizer and entree to split. We agreed that all of the beers we ordered in our flights tasted off. Even some of the beers we enjoy on a regular basis at other places did not taste right. The appetizer and entree we ordered were not good at all. This is the first time we have ever left a restaurant and unanimously decided that all parts of our meal was disappointing and while we thought it was worth trying we will not be returning. Growler USA avoided a lower review because of their friendly staff.

Great place to grab a beer and a quick bite to eat.. the beer selection is insane and food is your bar basics but done quickly and we'll. My biggest complaint is they do not do samples of barrel aged beers or anything that isn't sold as a growler fill. Pretty lame. Mellow mushroom across the street will give you a sample of anything.

My Family was visiting so I suggested this place for a few drinks and some dinner. Boy was I embarrassed!!! The atmosphere is nice and they do have great beer, the staff was friendly. BUT the food was so bad it was laughable. We ordered chips and salsa and were planning on dinner too. When the chips and salsa arrived it literally appeared that someone had run down to Circle K and picked up some Santita's tortilla chips. We then looked around an noticed that the food looked pretty mediocre and there were quite a few people that had not finished. So bad we left and went somewhere else for dinner. I realize that it is bar food and one cannot expect the world but don't serve me something that I could buy for less at 7-11.

100 beers on tap, decent food, and friendly bartenders. Flights vary in price as there's no deals on them, they just charge for 5oz pours which come out to about 15-20$ per flight (six 5oz pours). Nice hangout spot if you wanna kill some time with a friend or by yourself.

Waitess could not get the flights right. They were out of a lot of beers for a Friday night at 7. Service has gone down hill. They up sale with out telling you. Go as a couple and they give you separate bills. They went from service to let's make money. Been going there since they have opened and in the last year have gone down in service beer choices and food quality. It is a shame I used to love that place so did my wife

Be careful what you order when we arrived we ordered a few flights of beer samples and water. After about 30 minutes our waitress came over with one of the flights and told us a few of our choices were not available so she recommended a few for us, which was fine, and we again asked for water. She then came back about 5 minutes later and said another one of our options was not available so, again, she recommended another and again we asked for water. She finally brought out our flights in which case, once more, we needed to ask for water which she eventually brought out. After we had been drinking our flights and eating for about 20 minutes she came out and asked us to check out because her shift was ending, which seems a little rude, but we took our checks and found out that both of the beers she recommended were an extra 12 dollars each, which she absolutely did not specify, we asked if there was anything she could do and she said "there is only so much I can do as a server". We asked to speak with the manager and she came out and said she would only credit 5 dollars on the bill and that, that was the best she could do she also told us that "that's how we train our servers to up sell they need to make money " so essentially they just tell their servers to lie or retain information to increase the bill. We were regulars here and also have worked in the customer service industry for years and I can't believe the way they handled the situation, unfortunately we will not be returning due to the absolutely terrible service we received, and the blatant dishonesty this company seems to encourage.

Also the fact that he is energetic, inviting and makes conversation, it’s kept my fiancée and I going back. The place is a little sterile but they have a great selection of beers on tap at a premium price. I like the 5 ounce pour option, especially for high gravity beers.
