What a delightful place to eat a delicious meal. We we fortunate to be able to eat outside in a cool evening and enjoy the full moon as it came up over the gardens. My meal of seared scallops ranks as one of the top 10 meals I've ever had. Our server was an absolute treat and provided wonderful service as well as conversation. I only wish I lived closer so I could visit this restaurant more frequently. Don't forget that you are at the Arizona Biltmore and take advantage of the tour the hotel offers.
We had a special opportunity to visit an incredible place today - the Arizona Biltmore! While there, we had a delightful early dinner at Frank and Albert's. We shared a Southwest Traditional pizza, and enjoyed getting to know our wonderful server Valeria. I can't wait for breakfast in the morning!
Great little place, nice atmosphere in the bar area, comfortable. Service is great thanks to Bre for the great menu suggestions. Steak is very delicious , juicy and full of flavor. It was actually cooked to my liking. Drinks and dessert were no let down either. Definitely worth a check out!
Great food, service and ambience.
Enjoyed the breakfast buffet
Absolutely AMAZING!
Breakfast was great and there were many options to choose from.
Delicious!
Good food. Excellent and friendly service.
Chef Jason was very thoughtful to me and my team while we where there, making sure we where taken care of! Thank you chef Jason!

A beer and pizza, nice stop. Staff friendly
Absolutely amazing food. I had dinner here one night and breakfast the next. The French toast was some of the best I've ever had. Would recommend to anyone in the area.
Cool archeticture, but pretty expensive. $8 draft beers.
Good food. A little pricey, but it's in a resort so that's to be expected. Chocolate pot de creme was amazing!
Happy hour was good one good bar tender.personable the other younger one no personality!! You have to have personality to be a bar tender period.
This place is amazing, a must see
Mediocre at best
My family and I come here on special occasions and it's never disappointing. They used to have a bird problem at their outdoor patio but have since resolved the issue by employing the services of falconeers. We saw a man walking around today with a Harris Hawk on his arm keeping the birds at bay. Very fascinating. The food, of course, was also very delicious.
This place is amazing. Came here for an anniversary dinner and our server Josh, was the best! Spoiled the heck out of us, and the food was on point. Will definitely be coming back.
Food was great...service was lacking although much better for breakfast than dinner
Great service at the bar top. Southwestern Chicken salad was fantastic and filling.
Good food at a very nice resort
Get the pizza
Slow.service
Wait staff was very attentive and the pizza was excellent
We had dinner and breakfast here. Both were good. Dinner service was much better than breakfast. Recs for dinner: Brussel sprout salad, smashed avocado app, salmon entree, definitely save room for s'mores dessert. For breakfast - egg white frittata is egg-cellent! The blueberry pancakes, despite being gluten free, are pretty heavy and sweet - and huge. Rec potentially sharing that...
Quality dropped a lot. New chef? French fries were cold and soft, had to ask new batch. Took a Turkey pastor, which is a sandwich but nowhere on the menu it is listed as a sandwich. In addition it comes with french fries but nowhere on the menu it says it comes with French fries. When i ordered the Turkey Pastor + French fries from the side dishes, the waitress (Adrienne) did not mention it came with French fries, when I told her after receiving the order that she should have told me when I ordered that it came with French Fries, she did not even offer to take extra fries away and not charge for it. I was disappointed because i always loved that place and it had been perfect every time up to now.
Mediocre
Amazing building with fantastic food!
Duck wings, and the Fish and Chips added the F & A sauce. Glad I did.
Food is really good but expensive. They were going under renovations when we visited but everything was still working. Service was a little slow but workable. Nicely decorated, decent ambiance.
I have had 2 different service experiences in 2 days. The food was tasty, though.
Great breakfast
Great lunch - the best fish and chips. They used a very light tempura type batter. French fries were freshly cut potatoes with the skin on. I special ordered the exquisite aioli garlic truffle sauce. It was truly a memorable meal in an unforgettable architectural gem. My lunch companion raved about the buttermilk soaked chicken sandwich. Terrific service too! They're getting only 4 stars because the property is so difficult to access. Signage is terrible. The restaurant is equally challenging to locate.
Excellent food and service! The restaurant was very open but not loud. We went for breakfast and for lunch. Enjoyed all our meals.
Good food, friendly servers!
Went on last Saturday, late afternoon. Had reservations and they placed us in the back area next to fireplace. Nice. However many tables were dirty. We were by ourselves. Rest of restaurant was quite. Waitress was slow, with menus, drinks etc. The online menu is not the same as in restaurant. Very limited. Slow delivery of food. . Had 2 burgers both overcooked, and a turkey sandwich which was dry and overcooked as well. It pared well with the like warm fries. 1:40 minutes for lunch and $110. Super disappointing
Good food, a little slow and pricy.
Excellent craft beer & supper pairing!
The prickly pear cheesecake is unique and delicious. Great service too.
Great food and atmosphere, service OK but overall great experience. 2nd experience this weekend and service was excellent
rewarded a beautiful view after a tough climb.
Fantastic service
Nice friendly service and good food
We came here to celebrate our anniversary, and the staff all went above and beyond to make us feel special. Best experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant! Highly recommend.
They were very caring. I am allergic to different foods. They were very helpful.
Nice place. Food was ok. So was the service.
Expensive restaurants but worth it.. The foods served late but worth the wait..I love the way they present foods, it was classy and presentable..
Excellent service!!
Decent food at reasonable prices
Excellent!!!
Good food....service fine although a little slow.
Food was delicious
Delicious food.
Food was good and the burger is what you expect from a nice place like this. Also they have smores soooo
The service was excellent, however the food was not that great considering the price we paid. We found there are many other choices nearby in the same price range that served very delicious food. Our recommendation is to explore the area and see what you discover.
Wonderful service and beautiful food. The meatloaf was to die for.
We've eaten here 3 times in 2 days, Different servers, different food. Consistently good all the way around.
Great food and service
Really good food but not the best. Mixed drinks were perfect! I received great service. The atmosphere is nice. Valet parking anyone? Valet parking here is FREE!! I loved that. It's a high class place that doesn't feel stuffy or pretentious. I would go there again for a special occasion.
Amazing food, atmosphere, service and staff! Everything item on the dinner menu is always on point!
Good restaurant for breakfast.
Not the best food for these high prices... Was disappointed several times.. had several billing issues .. I recommend leaving the property to eat as there is plenty of great places withing 5 min
Great place to lunch. The few days the weather is bearable outside, the terrace dining is quaint and refreshing. The food and service, excellent.
Beautiful Hotel with Outstanding Friendly Customer service
High Quality Fine Dining. Enjoyed a wonder Thanksgiving Feast here and the service was impressive
Great food nice atmosphere.
Different but good. Staff was very nice and friendly
Great place! Had lunch and dinner there. Food is delicious and service outstanding. Definitely recommend
Superb food.. superb presentation.. amzing staff.. they tweaked every dish easily... to meet my vegetarian needs. Loved the place.. the resort was very average though...
Hmmm. Will visit again soon!
Was staying at the Arizona Biltmore and went there for Happy Hour. Great Happy hour, very good value, Chicken bytes are wonderful. Service was great and recommend a great restaurant for dinner.
Nice place for breakfast and lunch
Great sports bar with very good food in a nice setting at a superb resort!
Fresh and delicious
Great food, excellent service!
Nice atmosphere and the server Megan was very nice, helpful and friendly. I had the fish and chips, chips were good but the fish was a bit over cooked. I'd eat there again but probably not the fish and chips.
Good food and service. Try the brussel sprout salad and add shrimp or a protein of your choice. It was delicious and ask for Maria our server at lunch. She has waited on us and in the past and is very good.
For the price I expected better. The service was great, the food was as expected.
Great lunch choice for after the spa! Great soups and salads. Recommend the Gazpacho!
The environment is great. The breakfast was amazing. If you get a chance to sit on the patio on a cooler night it is the best! The huevos rancheros are perfect. The prices are bit higher but worth it.
Fancy! Get the original tequila Sun rise
Great Service and food was amazing!!
Me and my guys had lunch.
Ate here for lunch. The Southwest Traditional pizza is excellent, the grilled shrimp has a slight hint of yummy smokiness to it, and Zach was polite and efficient.
Good food but very expensive for sm all portions..soup, fries, bottled water. With tip $32.
This restaurant was not impressive. The food was below average and overpriced. I was very disappointed.
Great American breakfast in a nicely natural lit open restaurant. Coffee was great, too! A bit pricey but we are at the Biltmore.
Delicious food and good service at reasonable prices at the Biltmore
Just ate the most delicious dinner I’ve tasted in many years. I had the Pablano and Cheese Arepa. It was so full of flavor it burst in my mouth! John, my fiancé had the Ribeye Steak. Both of us enjoyed their food so much. We highly recommend Frank and Albert’s.
Meat loaf was perfect, don't change a thing with that recipe. Sea Bass not very good, would not recommend this dish, no sides, no butter, no lemon, just a peice of sub par fish, plopped on a plate, well never order that again. Servious was steady and attentive. Dining room date as with the rest of the hotel. Windows in cabana rooms actually had a gap between the glass and the window frame. Bugs allowed to enter the room thru these openings plus there is a slight cooling loss due to this condition. Not sure I would stay at this hotel, spread out pretty far from lobby areas. It takes a certain clientele to enjoy this facility. I was not that clientele.
Breakfast was amazing - really enjoyed this. Even if i did not stay at Hotel I would come back just for this menu offering.
Excellent food and a good Market
Not feeling well....ordered Tortilla soup...it was awesome...and they take care of you like family.
Excellent food
Head a great breakfast and lunch there.
Nice place
Nice breakfast place for our Christmas Tradition. Always busy and a slower pace, hut whose in a hurry on Christmas.
Outstanding dinner food. Service in my three visits has always been excellent. It may not be the cheapest restaurant but it is worth the price. And really, contrary to other reviewers, this is not the sort of restaurant you look for cheap eats
The pizza was fantastic
Nettes Personal. Auch gut als Frühstückslokal.
Underwhelmed. Food was mediocre especially for the price. Wait staff and chef were pleasant. Will not consider this place for future meals.
Perfect. Place to stop
Love it, the food was great. Its was a good atmosphere, and they had great drinks. Went outside the resturant, and they had live music. It was a great experience....
Frank and Alberts had the best guacamole we have ever had, and we love guacamole so that's saying a lot. We also ordered the New York steak as well as the Sorona caesar salad. Everything we ate was so delicious that we actually cancelled our dinner reservations for the following night to go back. We ordered the guacamole, steak, as well as the meatloaf and we were definitely not disappointed! Our Server Josh was very nice and accommodating. We requested him again the second night as well. We tried to go back for a quick dessert tonight but it was already closed...bummer. I can't stress how fantastic the food is at Frank and Alberts, or how wonderful Josh was our server... genuinely nice guy and went out of his way for us. PS you start with a little tasting for the chef..a nice touch!
I ordered the salad with flat iron steak, my wife ordered the Trout. Both dishes were delicious and our server was super nice. They have a full bar with several beers on tap.
Surrounded by beautiful architecture.
Awesome food great staff wonderful customer service
I couldn't get any service at the bar for quite some time. The french fries were undercooked.
Fabulous
Your roof is fixed
Good food good service this is the better choice if u r eating n at the hotel
Friendly staff, nice ambience
Breakfast buffet was excellent! Service was friendly and courteous
Dinner and breakfast were both great. Good friendly service.
We had our daughter's 3rd birthday party at the Biltmore resort yesterday (At Frank & Albert's restaurant). I never write reviews about any hotels or restaurant, but my husband and I, along with all of our guests were SO disappointed with the poor service we received at this restaurant that I thought I must share our experience with other people. If you have a medium size to a big party, I don't recommend having your party here! They only signed up ONE server for a party of 20! They had our party date wrong, our guests count wrong and so much more wrong things! They were all confused and NOT prepared at all!!!! My husband and I had to serve wine for our guests as there were NO server coming back to check on us! It left such a bad taste in our mouth! This is supposed to be a luxury brand hotel (Waldorf Astoria) but the service was so poor that we’ll never go back (at least for hosting any parties).
Passing through on the canal bike ride and the hostess let me sit and drink a lemonade. Cool mad men kind of feel, but I wouldn't go dressed In cycling gear again lol
For hotel restaurant food, it was incredible. Great portion sizes and flavor was on point. Excellent service. Great experience!
Great service and traditionally good food. I wouldn't be surprised if the tortilla soup is internationally known and awarded. Nice patio area with an open door/enclosed patio area as well
It's Frank Lloyd Wright in a Biltmore setting. What's not to love?
This Arizona Biltmore property restaurant offers some gluten free dishes which is a plus. The mixed greens salad is well executed, as is the lemon tart dessert. The other dishes we've ordered there are fair but not fantastic, including the meatloaf (dry) and the prime rib eye (underseasoned). A standouts were server Hofa (think sofa with an 'H'), who is a great conversationalist and attentive. The manager is friendly with a wonderful smile and remembered me two days later. Do try the house made pepper infused vodka either as part of a bloody Mary or to sip. Spicy and delicious ( see infusion picture).
This was great. .just like the old Houston's on Camelback... will return!.
Food was good, service...needs diversity training or some help
The food was wonderful and the waiter was excellent.
Christmas day couldn't have been more disappointing. Four of us opted for the $65 buffet and every single dish was room temperature. Selection was very poor. Brussel sprouts, vegetable medley, potatoes, salmon, prime rib and ham. That's it. The salmon was actually cold. Ham was dry. Prime rib served by a carver. Very thin slices and somehow lukewarm despite a heat lamp. We told the manager who brought a bowl of hot brussel sprouts but all the food needed to be replaced with dishes that were at the proper temp. Having restaurant experience, I knew a health inspector would shut it down for improper temperature. So we chucked the buffet food and ordered off the menu. That food was hot but not great for the price. The service was awful. Had to keep asking people to find our server. Then our check was incorrect. This was a horrible dining experience and other diners we spoke with while waiting for the valet conveyed their disappointment as well. Expected better from the Biltmore for those prices. For any prices, actually.
Love the food and the service at this beautiful restaurant. I applaud the visionary who designed the layout as well. The outer patio is amazing with a toasty firepit and beautiful gardens. The experience at the breakfast buffet is a must! The fragrance, the presentation, the fresh food ! Ahhh! And did I say service? The GM himself stopped to help me resolve a browser problem on my cell phone! Hats off to him! Amazing dining experience... did I tell you the food was delicious??? Just go!
Enjpyre our meal. Pizza and avacado dip 1st night. Meatloaf and mashed potatoes second night. Food was delicious! Great management and staff. We will definitely be back.
Great food but a little over priced, we were here on a local get away deal for Arizona resident's. Just a little heads up THEY DO NOT HAVE BUFFET DURING THE WEEK. They don't mention that online as well as other things here and there.
Ordered breakfast at bar - eggs over easy and toast. Toast was not toasted. Bartender/server was inattentive and has made more noise than a New Year's party behind the bar, clanging dishes, cups, etc. No jam offered with dry toast . Asked server to bring no luck. Bartender finally returned and brought.
To start, the entire hotel is under construction, and signage directing guests anywhere is non-existent. But with a staff member's help, we got to the restaurant. Five of six in our party checked the website/menu to see that the weekend Buffet is served until 4pm. So getting there at 2? Plenty of time... Nope, buffet is only served until Noon! Our server was the worst ever; our drinks sat empty for 15 minutes, even though she kept filling the water glasses of her two other nearby tables. Food was good, but not good enough to make up for the service or atmosphere. Not what I was expecting from a Hilton/Waldorf-Astoria branded venue, an embarrassment to the memory/name of Frank Lloyd Wright.
My husband and I celebrated Thanksgiving dinner here for the first time and we were so pleased with our experience. The food was delicious and fresh. Sorry no pics of the food we were too busy eating! I would definitely recommend this dining experience for the holiday.
Nice place, we had good service
Went for drinks... They were pretty good, but surprised they were using commercial mixers....
good food good taste good atmosphere
Nice restaurant.
Brussels Spout salad was terrific
Nice place for lunch at Arizona Biltmore hotel. Courteous staff. Reasonable pricing. But on the tables outside pigeons were seen walking around on the table of departed diners, cleaning up their plates. That was disgusting.
Great food and service.
I ordered the Tomahawk Pork chops w/ Barley. I was not dissapointed. It was well cooked and the sauce was perfectly paired. The barley was also well cooked and was just the right amount. I can't wait to return.
Food was ok
The food and service was great
Tequila Sunrise !!
Both food and service were excellent. Prices are a bit high but it is in the Biltmore.
Good But Previous Visit Was Better. Had To Ask 4 Extra Dressing Ceasar Was So Lighty Dressed & No Parmesan Cheese At All ?? Romaine Lettuce With Caesar Dressing After Getting Entree We Remember A Bread Was Served On Previous Visit So We Asked For it Why Wasn't It Offered??? With Soup Or Salad & A $40 Entree ? Little Things Matter. My Ribeye Was in 2 Pieces And While It Was Tasty It Was Not As Appealing As It Could Have Been. Also The Desert Shrunk Last Visit Was A Piece Of Cheesecake This Time A Small Mason Jar My Husband's In A Expresspo Glass Slightly Disappointed...All Said & Done. Should Have Picked Somewhere Else For Birthday Celebration.
Not large selection but I like the pizza
Food was average breakfast food but very pricey for what you get. $20 for an omelette and slice of bread. Next time will go somewhere else for breakfast. Service was good though got it to go and didnt wait long.
We had Easter Brunch here on a trip to Spring Training. The food was very good and the breakfast buffet had some great items. Great option. Not cheap, but cheaper then the other restaurant in the Biltmore. Our main server was very inattentive. Strangely we received such great help from everyone else on the wait staff, it didn't matter at all. This is a case where everyone took responsibility and it worked out smoothly.
Bad burger, bun was stale and for 20 bucks I expect much higher quality.
Tip - Happy Hour is only available in the first area next to the bar and the host stand. The pretzel bites are really good, and the house margarita is great for $7! The pizzas were both pretty good and probably more than one person should be eating, but we didn’t try, is the s’mores that three tables around us got! Missed opportunity there! The other food looks good, we didn’t need all that food though!
Not inexpensive but not the most expensive restaurant here. Good food.
Had a good lunch thanks to Tim the chef. Good service with a "can do" attitude, will go back.
Great food
