REVIEWS OF FnB Restaurant IN Arizona

rocky tony

Outstanding service, genuine warmth from owner and staff and a most delicious meal. Can't wait to come back.

Brandon Tucker

I highly recommend anything on the menu. This is one of those places where you can order anything and always be happy with the order. The staff is great for suggestions and also does an excellent job with wine suggestions

Anthony Airdo

Charleen is world class, and the food is created and finished to perfection. Excited to go back!!

Michael Taube

5 star food. Small but excellent wine list. Located in the heart of old town. Menu changes frequently. Definitely good for foodies

Greg Dunaway

Pavle and Charleen run the best restaurant in the state. It's no longer a hidden gem, but a must visit.

Tracy Liu

I love this place! The food is amazing. More than half the dishes are vegetarian (and I'm not) but they do vegetables so well you don't even notice. I showed up during business ours that were listed on Google the other day and they were closed. Apparently they have different hours in the summer. There was even a couple looking sad sitting out front that had made a reservation online. They should update their website and google.

Colin Rasor

We have been stopping here for cocktails when visiting Phoenix. Great little bar with many specialties. Bartender is knowledgeable and personable. Appetizers from the restaurant were excellent.

Iain McNaught

Great food, especially the tasty vegetables. Interesting wine list. Friendly, attentive staff.

Maggie A

Everything from start to finish was wonderful. We were greeted very graciously at the door, Our service was wonderful, the price very fair, and we thought the food was exceptional. We were pleasantly surprised by the choice of menu items, all of which seemed very unique. All our selections were healthy, fresh and satisfying. We eat out a lot and found this unlike any other restaurant we have been to. Highly recommend!

We visited with some out of town guests. We already had reservations elsewhere but decided to pop in here for a cocktail because we heard good things about FnB. We did not try the food and will be back to try it but our bar experience was not great. We ordered a couple glasses of wine and I love mojitos so I asked how his mojito was. of course he said it was good. Well I was very disappointed. There was a sprig of mint on top which is not what makes a mojito. It should be muddled to enhance the flavor. I can deal with mediocre drinks but when I sit at the bar I expect a friendly experience. The bartender didn't say a word to us when we sat down. He just handed us a menu. He had zero personality. As a server or bartender you need to be friendly with the customers.

Jessica Keen

No matter what you choose, you can't go wrong. Intimate atmosphere and ever changing menu. Lost count of how many times I've eaten here.

Paul Harris

Excellent variety of texture and flavor combinations! Good service and lovely setting. Recommend you go as a group (4+) to really have an opportunity to try a variety of dishes!

Eveline Butler

Loved our visit st FnB!! Amazingly creative dishes!! Our waiter Paul was awesome and made fabulous recommendations!!

Cecília Bonolo

For some stupid reason they decided to go with not open Sundays or Tuesdays throughout June and July and not update their website. I've been waiting for my entire group to arrive and in these few minutes other people have also come to find a closed restaurant. It's absurd that you have to come to the door to find this information when it could be publicly available online so that clients aren't made into idiots.

David Stahl

Vegetarian friendly cuisine at the highest level, not necessarily healthy but fantastically complex in flavors, texture, visual appeal. Top class friendly service in a comfortable setting makes for an unforgettable evening in Scottsdale. The butterscotch pudding was otherworldly, taking you back in time with a smoky caramel burnt sugar married to a creamy delicious body.

Joolz Fernandez-Yonge

Eclectic deftly prepared nosh...art on a plate

A.J Hazzi

Most amazing spare ribs ever.

Bernard Villegas

Food was good and service was ok. Wine list extensive. I would go back

Dan Duane

wonderful staff, excellent creative food

Valerie Paxton

FnB is always a favorite and one of our most often recommended lunch/dinner spots. Between renowned Chef Charleen Badman's delicious braised meat and vegetable creations, and Pavle Milic's hospitality and AZ wine offerings, you're in for a great experience. We like it for groups because you'll want to taste everything on the menu. Great prices and portions. Weather permitting, sit outside. It's very charming - inside and out. The open kitchen gives you a peek at the magic and the staff is always friendly. Be sure to visit the attached market for farm veggies, local groceries and Arizona's finest wines.

Pascal Kam

Had a terrific meal with my wife this past week. Service was impeccable as we had our 3 month old baby and they sat us in the corner table and even if he was fussy at times, they didn't look bat us funny :).

Mike Courtney

The food was so delicious! I wish I was one to take pictures of my food because it looked as good as it tasted. If you love veggies you'll be in love and if you love meat you'll also love veggies (and the meat dishes were delicious too)! Of course the service was great as well. Make sure you visit especially if you are a local like we are. Enjoy!

Michael Bergeson

The appetizer and salad were fabulous. We should have stopped there. Drinks were definitely hit and miss as was the wait staff. We will find other places for a better experience.

Karolina Pawlak

The best place in town in my opinion for new and inventive dishes. Lots of vegetables plates that were truly delicious. Great place for vegetarians and vegans too. Still remember that place over o month later. Definitely come back if I am in Scottsdale

Milt Amery

We decided to forgo traditional entrees and order an array of veggie forward dishes, and none disappointed. We started with a ricotta apricot salad which was exactly what I wanted - subtle flavors beautifully working together, a picture perfect start.

Debora Schwartz

Always wonderful.

Kathy Hess

Fresh menu, I am amazed at the fantastic blend of taste with every bite... I highly recommend the butterscotch pudding for desert, the taste was above and beyond perfect

Carolyn Zyloney

Sat at the bar. The bartender was surprisingly knowledgeable about the menu and very attentive. Menu is very unique and food is well cooked. The lamb dumplings were delicious and very unique. I also enjoyed the chicken main course. The stuffed squash dish was ok but not a standout.

Chris Lau

Food was very good! Service was a little slow.

Chip Carlson

Veggies on a whole other level! Highly recommend. Chef Badman out did herself!!

Donald Ramirez

Top level service and great menu for steaks & seafood. Excellent wine selection. Best value is the happy hour menu in the bar during the summer months, otherwise be prepared to spend.

Gabriel Smith

One of the best veggie-serving restaurant in Scottsdale. Everything is good here. FnB has delicious food, good service and nice ambiance. It never disappoints.

kiki melz

Hahahah the name. Damn this place was delicious. EAT HERE

Rishi Satsangi

Exceptional menu, really nice and knowledgeable staff. Also, the service is just good. You know when a waiter just interrupts conversations to check up on you? They seemed tactful about that, it's great.

Amy Long

The resort was beautiful, I especially liked the fountain. My room was very clean and spacious. The food in the restaurant was delicious! The staff was extremely kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend this resort to my friends and family.

Deborah Butler

First visit to this restaurant. The service and food are excellent. It is an intimate garden to table place. I was with my niece and her boyfriend. We shared the appetizer, vegetables and entrees. Great experience.

Jon H

Fantastic. Attentive service. Creative, delicious food. Intimate without being stuffy or pretentious. We'll be back.

Autumn Miller

Congratulations Charleen Badman on winning the James Beard Best Chef for the Southwest! Our meal was amazing. A true celebration of Arizona! The beet salad was pure perfection (especially the glacier lettuce!). The two of us ordered three small plates and split an entree, which was just the right amount. We even had room for dessert. The butterscotch pudding and strawberry cornbread was a perfect end to the meal. Our server made us feel right at home and had excellent recommendations. Thank you for a great experience and for making Arizona a culinary hotspot.

Katia Ramirez

Great experience!!! All dishes are super tasty. Is like having a flavor party in your mouth

Sean Cronin

Great selection of small plates, made with some unique and unusual ingredients. Thought there was a lack of options for dishes with meat but the flavors of the food made up for it. Great, friendly service too!

olivia nicole ricafort

Very fresh local produce and the meat was aestically pleasing. Relaxing ambiance and attentive staff.

Tyson Reynoldson

Omg! Best carrots ever. Service is wonderful.

tomer yotam

Will go again. Highly recommended !

John Nail

Really enjoyed getting seated quickly and the food was amazing!

Gloria Vallieres

Amazing food and excellent service. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Thomas Martin

The menu is limited but good. French fries are made from freshly cut potatoes. For us it was a throwback to mid nineteen hundreds.

Ramsey Mitchell Sr.

Nice Ambience and food

James Stanlake

Very flavorable food cooked with layers of flavors that is sure to impress. FnB is a hit with me!

Chris Peck

Excellent service. Waiter was a sommelier and was telling us which food paired well together. He was a gem. Food was good, but nothing blew me away.

Kathleen Fowler

Always fresh and delicious AND a great wine list

Manish Patel

Great and inventive dishes with a variety of vegetables that can satisfy any carnivore, and meats and fish were skillfully done with unusual and flavorful sauces and accompaniments.

Gregory S Schneider

Beautiful ambiance, a wine menu that's easy to order from, and food that might just make you cry it's so good. Truly unique and interesting food, utterly free of pretension.

Byron Holloway

Tucked back in an unassuming building and Plaza in the middle of Old Town Scottsdale, this restaurant is an undisputed diamond-in-the-rough. Semi-rustic dishes with large herbs, various beans / lentils, and a focus on local produce dazzle from first taste to the final silky bite. Innovative combinations and classic dishes are all executed to perfection. The head chef is truly deserving of the recently awarded James Beard award!

Teresa Hays

Wonderful! Pickled beets app w ricotta toast & egg. Yum! Veggie pasta and pork chop entrees were great w/ yummy sweet corn. Cocktail was tasty and different

tery russell

We stopped in for lunch because the Italian beef sandwich was highly recommended by a friend. We weren't disappointed by the sandwich or the chocolate cake- 2 layers of moist cake with a rich chocolate frosting. For a beverage, I would recommend the ice tea

Daisy Daisy

Great service, good food

M Ivy

Food was nice. Service poor.

Michael Mandel

Quality ingredients skillfully prepared and lots of options for vegetarians.

Flynn Carey

Hands down one of the best restaurants in Arizona. Fun menu with a heavy focus on fresh and local ingredients, local wine menu, and plates great for sharing.

Nick Pirocanac

Amazing menu, lots of vegetarian options with unique sauces. Only one small complaint was that there was a lot of corn dishes on the menu so or party ended up with two very similar dishes. Great spot, I would go again!

Good services.

Camilla Sutter

Every dish tasty and unique with wonderful flavors. Very fresh local produce and meat assembled beautifully. Dishes quite large. Atmosphere cozy and romantic.

Steve Barker

It was fine.. but a TON of restaurants in Scottsdale...

Campbell Duffy

Stick with the veggies, they’re amazing. We absolutely loved everything we started with, but weren’t stoked with our entrees. Our waiter was fabulous though, and it’s such a romantic little restaurant.

HR Price

Super awesome at everything. Food is seasonal, local, and incredible. Bar side opens at three and has a great limited menu, the staff has always been knowledgeabke and friendly. The wine list is both top notch and eclectic. Wouldn't change anything.

Marc Maloney

If you like to try different flavors definitely try FnB. Its pretty charming from the decor to the waitstaff. We sat against the wall and they had magazines hanging kind of right in your face so that is a bit distracting but not terrible. We had the falafel, persimmons, langos and broccoli - everything was good but the broccoli and falafel were definitely the stand-outs. The langos was delicious but I felt the sauce was a little heavy to be served with something fried. Overall, we had a great dinner there and happy we went.

Dennis Porter

One of my favorites. Great menu and wine list. The falafel are amazing.

Joy Weaver

The owner and staff are gracious and generous hosts. The space outside is lovely. Inside can be a bit tight and loud. Wine selection is good and food tasted great. Something didn't settle quite right in my stomach, but I admittedly struggle with various allergies, some still to be identified, so that has nothing to do with the food or wine. Everything tasted great and my husband was very happy. He had no negative reactions and we shared everything. They worked to accommodate the allergies they could. Just know that this may not be the best fit for you if you struggle with unspecified reactions to what you ingest.

Victor Barrero

FnB is one of the most outstanding restaurants I have ever come across anywhere in the world. The way vegetables are sourced, cooked, presented, and mixed with all other ingredients is unique and trademark of this place and nowhere else. Ask 10 people who know the Phoenix culinary scene, and 10 out of 10 will place FnB in their top 3 choices in Phoenix. The menu is adventurous, innovative and every single item is outstanding. The best thing to order at FnB is several small plates rather than a main entree. The wine list features great Arizona wines and local beers. The staff is very personable and warm, and add a special touch to this gem in Old Town Scottsdale. This place is so outstanding that I recently took a friend who had a 4 hours stopover in Phoenix there for dinner and back to the airport.

Barbabas Kevan

Charleen Badman chef at FnB was just named Best Chef--Southwest by the James Beard Foundation. We waited two months for a prime time weekend reservation--before the award was announced. On Saturday, we definitely felt like we had the best table in the city.

Brad Hutchinson

Can we just say there are meat eaters and then there are THOSE people. This restaurant is NOT for meat eaters. Definitely a place to experience unique veggies and local az wine (personal yuck). I don't enjoy az wine even though I appreciate the effort to buy local but I didn't care for my az wine with my "lettuce" (a succulent to be exact)). People love this place and if vegan or vegetarian this is YOUR go to.

Luana Tapernoux

Service was great. Imaginative dishes. Fish wasn't cooked all the way., had to wait for them to cook it more. Chocolate mousse pie was yummy.

Sarah G

My husband and I rent out our home to vacationers and they always want recommendations. We always send them to FnB. The two owners are amazing. Pavle is the short brilliant friendly man who will likely meet you near the door. Charleen is the Chef, and you probably won't meet her (she's there, but busy and a bit shy I think). And what will really speak to you is the food - with a highlight on small plates and veggies. When we finally met Charleen after a year or two of coming here on the reg, we confessed that we never order entrees any more but get all the veggies and some small plates/apps. We also told her that she had almost turned some of our visitors we'd sent her way into Vegetarians "actually made me love Brocolli" said one of our renters. This place is tiny and the menu is small and changes (depends on seasons, what's fresh and available and wonderful from local farms etc). I've watched people walk up, see there are maybe three entree options and walk away. Big mistake. Check it out and prepare to love the veggies.

Jeff Bay

Great service, fantastic food with a emphasis on amazing vegetables and unique preparations. Highly recommended.

Lovely gem! Delicious, creative cuisine by the chef. Well run restaurant, cozy, unpretentious and yet very special, especially if you are a foodie! Highly recommend.

We decided to take a chance and go somewhere new for our anniversary. We came across FnB since the menu is primarily vegetarian. This may be my all time favorite for appetizers and dinner. Fresh ingredients served in ways that only an imaginative chef can congerr up. Do yourself a favor and visit FnB. Some of the best staff and food in the Scottsdale area.

Samantha Riley

The place is neat! Freshly cooked foods. Recommended!

Beverly Lopez

From the moment we arrived we felt pampered. We held hands a little tighter . Started with glasses of Champagne. Then we had the four course dinner and it was SUPERB. The wine pairing was out of this world, perfectly chosen for every course. My wife and I loved everything. The food was delicious.

Ethan Parr

Fantastic recipes, quality ingredients, knowledgeable staff, and great atmosphere. This place has everything. Very likely one of the best restaurants in the Phoenix metro area.

Darien Younger

They aren’t open at 3pm on Sundays like it says here. When we went to the restaurant at 3 they were closed and the employees sitting inside rudely shooed us away. I’d still love to try this restaurant but this left a sour taste in my mouth.

Victor Chang

Award winning chef mixing up influences from around the world (South American, French, Eastern European, Persian, Asian, American). Not many can combine all this and create an exceptional meal without it tasting like mish mash. Everything works well together. Great service. More veg focused but has meat dishes.

Johnny Gomez

Charlene and Pavle always provide an excellent experience. Two Thumbs Up!!!!!

Rick Finnegan

Maybe the best restaurant in Scottsdale! Different menu each time, they cook to season and so creative! One of my favorites

Lana Jansen

Pretty decent food. Extremely nice patio. I'd recommend it for the patio... Not the food.

Maria Vaidya

We had a blast! Great ladies night out!

Amazing food. I hate pears and had a dish with pears that I would eat all of the time. Amazing portion sizes! Two of us split an appetizer, veggie dish, a main, and a dessert. We had leftovers and didn’t finish all of the dessert because we were stuffed. Reasonably priced for the portion size for sure. The risotto was insanely delicious. All of the ‘best of...’ reviews and lists are correct and we will definitely be visiting here again.

David Russell

“Awesome!” Heard so much about these burgers had to try them on vacation. Did not disappoint. Food was hot and very fresh tasting. Loved them

Brad Listermann

Really delicious gourmet items served in large portions and comfortable ambience.

Marshall Stone

We experienced a wonderful anniversary dinner at F and B. The service was spot on and the food...well, it was just fantastic. No corporate menu here. It was refreshing to see and taste something created with passion and care for a craft.

Leanne Troop

Come get the best Falafal before they aren't in the menu any more. Oh my goodness maybe the best I've ever eaten in the states!

Sunshine Window & Blind Cleaning Inc. Greg Reid

We asked 3 locals where to eat when we arrived in old town Scottsdale. All said FnB. The service was A+. We didn't have a reservation bit they made room for us. The drinks were good. They carry unique wines. We had normal cocktails but they ended up being a bit expensive. Our food was SO unique and flaverfull. It was VERY good.

Erica Adams

Loved this place! I experienced very friendly and personable staff who knew their menu, wines, and beers very well.

Wendy Lopez

The soft tofu dish was amazing!! Also loved the crispy rice w/ fish. Great customer service

Pam Baer

Interesting wines and great food

Sara Cowan

Excellent food and service. Highly recommend a visit. Amazing to see what chef Charlene does with simple, pure ingredients. For the effort involved great value for money.

Darren Wright

Great little restaurant. Keep up the good work!

Yee Wong

Good service, great cocktails and unique appetizers. Strongly recommend making reservation because it's a small place, with few tables available

Matthew Walsh

The food was amazing here. Friendly service.

Tim Murphy

This place is awesome. I make it a point to come here every time I'm in Scottsdale because they always have something different on the menu. Super bright, unique, and fresh ingredients. One of my favorite places in the country.

Brad Boute

Their current Sea Bass may be the best thing on the planet.

Jayant Kumar

Very good use of locally sourced produce in cooking. Unusual combinations. Excellent selection of AZ wines.

Rom Vee

We had a reservation, and they told us to wait at the bar as they were busy(no biggie). The bartender gave us the drinks menu, and then walked past us 10+ times without acknowledging us there after, so we opted to wait outside. We finally were seated and we placed our order. We received our pre-dinner salad 20 minutes after ordering it. The salad wasn’t good- as it had to many strong flavors that didn’t pare well wth one-another. The ingredients might be high quality but didn’t add up to a good salad. We then waiting an additional 30 minutes for our entree dishes. The size of the expensive dishes are rather small. I am fine with the quantity being small of the quality is high. The dinner dishes are way to complex with strong flavors that don’t blend well(common issue). My pasta was sour, cheesy, had beans, flowers, and god knows what else. To sum it up: Very Slow service. Very cramped & Very loud. Pretentious dishes with ingredients that don’t add up to tasty dishes. Cashless business with little warning of such. We won’t be back.

Valerie Merrick

What a fantastic evening I had at FnB. This restaurant had been on my list for a while due to acclaimed chef Charleen Badman. Starting with the ease of making a reservation online, to the wonderful ambience when we first walked in, FnB delivered on all aspects of our dining experience. The waitstaff is kind and helpful, often working together to service our table. They were clearly knowledgeable of the menu, which helped as my party was comprised of lacto-ovo vegetarians. Most of the menu, in fact, was vegetarian so it was difficult for us to make our decisions! The staff also mentioned which items were vegan, or could be made vegan. Since the menu is seasonal, I won't dwell upon the food other than to mention that it was all superb. Each dish was delectable, from familiar dishes like falafel to new ones like apple sharlotka. Together, my boyfriend and I enjoyed four vegetable dishes and two desserts and spent about $85 with tip (and a coffee with dessert!). I would certainly go back to FnB again to experience some of the best dining in Old Town Scottsdale.

Kenneth Pinna

The food is an eclectic mess. Either too sweet or too sour or too salty. The ingredients are fresh but put together so that they oddly clash. After dinner you will feel that experience was not delicious but more an amateurish attempt at being exciting or different. The staff is rushed and impersonal. The prices are very high and the wait times long. Skip this place...much better choices in Scottsdale.

Samuel Watson

We flew into Scottsdale from Ohio to celebrate our 50th Wedding Anniversary (and to get away from the cold weather). I researched an appropriate location for the celebration and EVERY expectation was met. The evening was magic! We were met and seated at an excellent table where champagne was immediately served. The interior is excellent and very conducive for a...

Lee Fisher

Perhaps the best family owned restaurant in the state of Arizona! Excellent food, great intimate atmosphere and an owner that cares about the customer's experience. I recommend FnB to everyone!

Zen Lee

If there is a strawberry compote on corn bread sort of desert you must try it. I'm sure I'll be dreaming about that desert until the next time I'm in Scottsdale to return to FnB to eat it. Very lovely service and interesting tasty drinks on the menu.

Brian Downey

Wonderful food, service and decor , a phoenix jem !

Regan City

Always a great experience. Incredible, innovative menu with local and sustainable ingredients. Staff is so well versed in the menu slections and beverages! A local gem--makes me not want to tell others about this amazing place...but here it is! :-)

Kevin Delvalle

Recent winner of the James Beard for best restaurant in the Southeast. Totally deserving. Amazing meal. We were a party of 8, which allowed us to try most of the menu—family style—around 16 plates, including can’t miss desserts. Nice wine list, including many local Arizona wineries. Great mix of ingredients and flavors. Without question, we’ll return anytime we visit the area. And wouldn’t mind going back again tonight!

Stephen Leigh

Excellent service and food. Unique menu.

Joe Corcoran

There’s probably not much I can say that hasn’t already been said, but if you want the best, most consistent restaurant offering the best local, fresh, and organic ingredients cooked in the most innovative and delectable ways, then you need to eat at FnB. Every dish is exquisitely prepared. Their kitchen flawlessly executed every single ingredient and process in the complex preparation of their main dishes as well as their simple yet elegant arrangements of their cheese offerings and drinks. Eat here. Be astonished.

Luke T

Outstanding presentation and flavor, as always. We come here as often as possible for good reason. The chef is a flavor master. This is one of the few meals where I can order nothing but the vegetarian options and not miss meat in the least. They do have a couple of meat options on the menu tho. Get the butterscotch pudding for dessert.

David Jack Meyer

A real pleasure to have FnB cook for me and my special family & friends. I have learned to trust the FnB Team to serve a unique dish at each dining, as well to suggest appropriate wine choices. Ambiance is lovely at night (I've only dined 8pm +).

Isaac Meisenheimer

Small plates that are overpriced. The dining area is extremely loud and cramped. Menu was a laudry list of ingredients not a description of the food. Would not recommend.

Jeff and Donna Ehrlich

If you like to try different flavors definitely try FnB. Its pretty charming from the decor to the waitstaff. We sat against the wall and they had magazines hanging kind of right in your face so that is a bit distracting but not terrible. We had the falafel, persimmons, langos and broccoli - everything was good but the broccoli and falafel were definitely the stand-outs. The langos was delicious but I felt the sauce was a little heavy to be served with something fried. Overall, we had a great dinner there and happy we went.

JOHN D'AMBROSIO

Charlene and Pavle always provide an excellent experience. Two Thumbs Up!!!!!

Rick Finnegan

Maybe the best restaurant in Scottsdale! Different menu each time, they cook to season and so creative! One of my favorites

Lana Jansen

Pretty decent food. Extremely nice patio. I'd recommend it for the patio... Not the food.

Bernard Kirk

After a hike up Camelback, 3 of us showed up at 5pm (thankfully) without a reservation. Seating in the bar area was open seating and had tables to sit and relax. I was delighted that even the bar menu was focused on Arizona and the goodness that the state has to offer. I love food, I love to cook, and I love to try and figure out what ingredients make up each dish that I eat. Not only did FNB’s delectable food satisfy each of us (even a picky vegetable eater) but I was completely stumped on what made up each dish. I decided that this restaurant deserves its secrets so I no longer dissected my dish and thoroughly enjoyed everything we selected. Portions are for sharing and with 5 selections off of the menu we could not finish it all. It is definitely worth another visit(s) until I try everything!

Amasa Smith

I don’t have enough great things to say about FnB, which make this review that much more challenging. For starters, the incredibly friendly, personable, and attentive owner / host makes you feel like you are eating at his private home instead of a restaurant. He was funny, informative, and always attentive to our questions and needs. Beyond that, their chef is truly an artist with the way she is able to construct complex but perfectly balanced flavor profiles with each and every dish. During our dinning experience we must have ordered at least half of the items on the menu, which were each very distinct and delightful. The wine selection at FnB is vast and perfectly compliments whichever menu items you and your party settle on. Not only is their food outstanding, but knowing that they pride themselves in finding locally sourced ingredients adds another layer to the experience. FnB will provide you with an incredible fine dinning experience, which I advise you to plan ahead and secure a reservation. I can’t wait to come back soon and see what amazing new dishes they are cooking up next.

Robert Hooper Jr.

Outstanding food, and recent James Beard award winner.

Chef Charlene is a very kind person. Best chefs in the world.

If you want to try something different when you're visiting Old Town Scottsdale, get yourself to FnB! It's a cute, quirky, & hip place that feels good and smells even better. Our meal for 4 was yummy, awesome, filling, yummy, did I say Yummy? The portions were very generous especially the warm Butternut squash with Pears, Red Onions, Jalapeno and Crispy Prosciutto..That was a winner. As were their Chicken Gizzards, their bbq shrimp. We ordered 5 different appys and 2 Entrees. We had just enough room left for dessert which was also delicious. Lots of locally sourced ingredients too! Pleasant and knowledgeable staff only added to our experience. If you like trying different, interesting and great tasting food, FnB should be on your must try list.

Paula Green

We recently dined at Franco's to celebrate my father in law's birthday. Franco and the staff did such a wonderful job of accommodating our large extended family and really made it an evening to remember.

Gabriel Chaney

This is one of the best restaurants in Phoenix. The food was exceptional in taste but also that they local and seasonal. We ordered too much food thinking it was like a tasting menu but the portions are good sized. The Mediterranean potstickers are only on the menu part of the year and were our favorite. The extensive hard cider menu was fun and delicious. The service was top-notch.

alejandra chickris

Good food and service

Kelsey Mae

If only they would up the serving size, I would give them 5 star. But other that that, they have amazing food and service.

Mark Holzwanger

Great food a hard menu to read great service.

Great little place. Incredibly friendly, and accommodating, staff. Tasty veggies, great drink selection. A bit pricey... But a nice night out.

Literally one of our very favorite places on earth to eat. Charleen is the master of creating dishes that are so unexpected and so delicious. She takes veggies to a whole new level. We can’t get enough and when we do get to eat there we are in total bliss.

Greg Burnette

Food was great but service was a bit slow initially. I think there may have been confusion on who had our table because eventually the person that took over was fantastic and very apologetic. It's a limited menu, generally only 5 or 6 things but it was all fantastic, fresh and healthy.

Jack Diaz

“Great food and friendly service!” Found this place on trip advisor when visiting the area. Great food and the service was excellent. Would definitely go back!

Juliet Henderson

Interesting plates & flavor combos. Cute little place with nice intimate setting. The falafel starter is to die for!

Tom Miller

Outstanding menu. We were late. The help was the best can not wait to go back.

Christine Thacker

What a delicious, thoughtful, quaint place to spend an evening in Scottsdale. Service was a perfect blend of personable, knowledgeable, and attentive (Marlene was the best). The local and seasonal menu was exactly what we were looking for. Masters at blending creative preparations with local flavors and ingredients. You won't pick a better place to have a meal or rather an experience of this region in Arizona.

Brian Smith

Coffee in a glass cup. So much better than ceramic coffee cup. Aslo meal was really really good.

So good, so so good. The food is always amazing, the staff always ensures you get something that you’ll like. The attention to detail and the local fresh food they deliver is absolutely perfect. Cannot get enough of this place!

We asked for somelier to come over to provide some recommendations. A few mins later the waiter came back to tell us that he was too busy with other tables and would get to us when he could. The chicken was also tough but the vegetables dishes were delicious.

Chef Charleen is a genius with vegetables. Come hungry and ready to share plates family-style. Eat at the bar and chat with the delightful Bill and other stellar staff.

Otto Khera

Mediocre Scottsdale stuff. Can we please get something less pricey and more unique? Nice servers and a happy place overall. Three stars because we need something more -- but good in its class.

Debra Hayes

We went last night and loved the place! You will love Pavle and staff. They are the kindest people. We tried the meat and cheese plate and crispy rock shrimp with jalapeno tartar and loved them. The cheese plate comes out with the best tasting fresh baked bread. The shrimp is very crisp and flavorful with the jalapeno dip. I don't even like jalapenos, but love this dip. We only stayed for drinks and apps The rest of the menu looked excellent. The place is a small cozy place with a bar area where you can sit and watch the chefs cook your meal. I felt like we were in a little bistro in New York. We watched the chefs prepare several of the entrees and they smelled and looked really good. I saw the roast chicken dish, braised lamb and the boneless trout go by and wanted to grab the plates out of the staffs' hands. We will go back again and I'm going to go for the entrees.

Steve Russell

Great food and bill was a great server at the bar

Diane WP

Everything was wonderful..loved the pickled beets with roasted pistachios..OMG..pasta was delightful. It is a little loud.

Larry Sherman

Unique blend of local farmed fare in a world class array of spices and flavors. Foodies won't be disappointed

Aulinha Wailani

Incredible combinations of so many local and seasonal ingredients. Love that I feel like I’m eating well, still being healthy, and supporting the local farmers. Plus the service quality is awesome, they really take care of you from beginning to end. Bonus that it’s tucked away in ots so you feel like you found a secret treasure.

Ben Dutch

Had the rabbit, lamb, quail, trout, and pork chop. Not one disappointed, everything was amazing.

Matthew Perry

How can they only have one review on Google+? This is by far my favorite restaurant in the entire world. Chef Badman has genius level creativity when it comes to vegetables. Pavle and the rest of the front room folks are beyond excellent.

Ryan Rothermund

One of my all time favorite hidden gems in old town Scottsdale. Locally sourced ingredients, excellent local wine list. Constantly changing menu and wonderful service. Highly recommended!

Jennifer Kou

Really good food. Not your usual food. It is delicious and full of flavor. Will need to come back when not full to have dessert. Make reservations. Or 1st come at the bar.

Julie bazzell

Little, quaint restaurant in old Town Scottsdale that serves up some amazing vegetables.

Kenwin Zhou

Located in a courtyard complex off Old Town. Loved the window view towards the outdoor garden. Featured local wines, had a red from Wilcox, and learned the vines get their water from the monsoons. Menu has more vegetarian options than usual. Kudos for experimenting with unusual ingredients. Celtuce is a first. Service friendly, considerate and efficient. Grandma wanted hot water to nurse her cold, offered her honey and lemon to go along.

I saw the roast chicken dish, braised lamb and the boneless trout go by and wanted to grab the plates out of the staffs' hands. We will go back again and I'm going to go for the entrees.

Had the rabbit, lamb, quail, trout, and pork chop. Not one disappointed, everything was amazing.

How can they only have one review on Google+? This is by far my favorite restaurant in the entire world. Chef Badman has genius level creativity when it comes to vegetables. Pavle and the rest of the front room folks are beyond excellent.

One of my all time favorite hidden gems in old town Scottsdale. Locally sourced ingredients, excellent local wine list. Constantly changing menu and wonderful service. Highly recommended!

Really good food. Not your usual food. It is delicious and full of flavor. Will need to come back when not full to have dessert. Make reservations. Or 1st come at the bar.

Little, quaint restaurant in old Town Scottsdale that serves up some amazing vegetables.
