Stopped in for late lunch. I wasnt hungry enough for a steak as that is what I see the most reviews about. The good: The waitress was very welcoming and had little trouble with her service. The food was good. The price seemed fair enough. The bad: The interior needed a renovation 20 years ago. It was very dark inside. The few windows were covered over. The carpet inside was kinda gross, dark and worn and it stunk a bit.

This is an old school unpretentious steakhouse that won't blow out the budget. I had an amazing perfectly cooked Prime Rib with a baked potato, au jaus sauce, horseradish cream, and salad. The only negative was due to my poor decision to get just the 10 ounce Prime Rib and not the 16 ounce (Why settle for less yumminess when you can go the route of pure gluttony?). It was a rookie move that won't happen again. The onion rings were great as well, so definitely order them.

We have not had a bad meal here. Twin madalions with gorgonzola sauce & mashed potatoes! Fish, ribs, porkchops, prime rib, pasta. Salad bar is killer & soups. Did I mention desserts! Seriously, full bar, daily specials. Try this place. Make reservations if more than 3 peeps. Especially on the weekend.

Today was the first time me and my wife have tried this place, we had always talked about going and today we actually committed. We had no idea we would love it as much as we did. The atmosphere was amazing, the service was outstanding and we definitely felt like family as soon as we walked in. The food was excellent and plentiful. It has a strong vibe of a popular neighborhood restaurant (the owner hugged and kissed more than half the people that were eating here tonight). Our only disappointment is that we only heard about it recently, even though it’s been here for a long time!

Feeney's is an old-school steakhouse with some really good steaks, seafood, and Greek items like spanakopita and saganaki... it's pretty dark inside, with charming murals on the walls, service is amazing and Maria has been doing it right for years. My son loves the Beef Wellington - not a common menu item any more, but they nail it. My wife loves the salad bar. I've had different steaks here - all good. The "world famous" prime rib dissapoints though, never had a really tender prime rib at Feeney's. That's the only black eye for Feeneys - the rest of the food is great, service is outstanding, and prices are more than reasonable!

If you haven't been before this is a must!! Owner Maria and her son George treat you like family. The ambiance is quaint and unique and the food is unbelievable. I highly recommend the Beef Wellington, it will melt in your mouth. And the help yourself salad bar is a perfect prelude to your meal. Make sure to finish with the Cheesecake or Mud pie, and when you get the check you'll find yourself asking is this right??! The prices are very reasonably. Do yourself a favor and make sure to visit Freeney's soon!!

Service is a little slower than expected, but the food makes up for it. You can taste the effort they put in to making traditional dishes with just a little twist. Absolutely delicious little hole in the wall just waiting for Guy Fieri to feature them. Great selection of drafts. Good cocktails. Decent value. Parking can fill up pretty quickly though. And they do take reservations, so bonus points for those special occasions.

This low key spot is fire! It's so great, I'm happy that more people dont know about so it won't be spoiled by people who cant appreciate a good meal. Feeney's sets a standard by offering liver and onions, and creme brulee. I didn't order either, but the restaurant that has those on the menu, is telling you they are about their business. The owner waited on us. Maria is her name I believe. Very sweet woman. She brought us out a fried ice cream to share, and it was so good, that we measured other places that served it and how they paled in comparison. The steak was the king cut prime rib, med. well. Tender, juicy. Steak. Twice baked potato was good. Salad bar was basic and to the point, but good. There's no way you could be in a bad mood and come here, the vibe is about the food. Definitely coming back.

Fast forward 19 years and BOY HOWDY......What was I missing ....ALOT......this place has my loyalty forever.....If I was going to have a special place in my heart for all my greatest memories wedding rehearsal baby shower romantic dinner family get-togethers or just for a REAL MEAL. Any day of the week This is it . .... My husband and I went there for the very first time here recently .we were acknowledged right away with a great smile and felt like we were in the right place. The lady that greeted us wasn't our waitress but let us chose where we felt most comfortable. This was awesome due to the fact that there was techno dance style music playing. We haven't been to Feeney's in a while and we were really looking forward to the salad bar and delicious prime rib. We took our great grandma there for her birthday. Two of us had the prime rib, one had the ribeye steak and two of us had the salmon. We All went to the salad bar. All of our meals were absolutely delicious, cooked just right. The only complaint I have is the vegetables were raw. I do not mind raw vegetables, but with my salmon I expected them to be at least steamed and a little tender. When we were ordering I had said let the Birthday girl go first, but there was no other mention of her birthday. After dinner we were full so when asked we said we did not want any dessert. We were expecting the check, but instead we were pleasantly surprised by our waitress; she delivered a cheesecake with strawberries, and a lit candle to GG and she and a couple other staff members sang Happy Birthday along with us to GG. Three of the five of us devoured that cheesecake! Ha! It was so yummy. Overall, we had a wonderful time. GG even ran into some friends who love Feeney's as much as we do. Highly recommend.

If I could give zero stars I would. Service was good...food was not. Ordered prime rib. Served cold, and tasted like it was cooked a couple of days prior. Sent it back, returned after they quickly dipped it back in the au jus, still not warm. Steamed veggies were also cold. For their prices, not even close to being any good. Extremely disappointed.

Walking distance from my home. I always see tons of cars in the parking lot, do 1 day my mom and I decided to go for dinner. It's an old spot, but service was great. Warm homely atmosphere. Food is fresh and yummy. I got fish and chips my mom got a burger. I will be going back for steaks soon!

My very pregnant SO had been craving prime rib, and this place popped up on my google search so I decided to give it a shot. Everything about the experience was amazing. The prime rib came out perfectly cooked, and was very high quality, the atmosphere of the place was fantastic (has a very neighborhood-restaurant vibe with the owner walking around and interacting with guests who were clearly regulars), staff was attentive without being overbearing... I honestly can't think of a single thing I would have changed/improved about the experience. Will absolutely be returning, most likely with friends and family.

We traveled to Phoenix for vacation. It was a surprise from my love and I'm not big on surprises. However, this place was a breath of fresh air. The atmosphere and location is unassuming but Judy and the owner, Maria went over the top with hospitality for two midwesterners. Our food was beyond delicious (beef wellington) and they were even gracious enough to surprise us with dessert for my birthday. Plus Judy snuck in a few photos. I would recommend this to anyone who wanted a fabulous meal and even better service that felt like home.

The owner, Maria is an incredibly special woman who loves her customers and you can feel it. The restaurant has a cool vibe and different rooms that helps break up the noise. Now the food.... we had a flaming cheese that literally makes my mouth water thinking about it! I ordered the ribeye and it was cooked perfectly ❤️ I could smell it being cooked (or at least I think it was mine)!! They have a salad bar that reminds me of restaurants from another era and it was full of goodies. They even have COLD plates for the salad! (How thoughtful!). I am a huge fan and will make it a point to come back anytime I’m in town. Thank you Maria for a wonderful experience! You are amazing

Best liver and onions in town. Brown gravy is rich and silky. The liver is buttery tender. The staff are amazingly friendly and it is just a true great pub type environment with awesome food, service and drink. Although I have not tried it, my wife loves her prime rib and raves over the prime rib. Definitely a must try!

This was my second visit, the last being about a year ago. My chicken soup had no chicken. When I visited 3 pieces of average fried chicken and a scoop of average mashed potatoes for 19.99 was the cheapest menu option. They were good about remedying issues with soda being flat. It was freezing in the women's bathroom, and the joint where the lid to the toilet met the seat was disgusting, like it hadn't been cleaned. Only one toilet in the women's bathroom. TLDR: Servers were polite and responsive to issues, but food was just too expensive for quality.

WATCH OUT!!!! So when you go here it looks small on the outside. But inside the place looks huge! It is a dark cave of a place with a dive bar in the middle and multiple little corridors in either which direction. They even have a small patio! The burger here was so good and it had a unique flavor I have not been able to find elsewhere. I really do think this place is a local gem!!!

Feeny's is a) a steakhouse, or b) Greek inspired? Throw in a salad bar and a and b and voila, you've arrived at Feeny's. This is an old school place with a roadhouse vibe and some delicious simple food. The sirloin burger was perfect, and the little things like super crisp lettuce, slightly toasted bun, and a juicy tomato - made it excellent. Feeny's has been around since 1965, and I have little doubt if they keep doing the simple things right they will be around for another 55 years.

This place doesnt look like much but it's a nice lowkey neighborhood joint. First off the service may seem slow but she/they do it on purpose. They want you to enjoy your food. They take time before each meal and let you finish before moving on. The assistants were all very good and were always filling our waters, cleaning the tables, and bringing our new drinks over. They have a salad bar which is basically an option for every menu item. Feeneys has an old school feel with the salad bar, and the furniture they have on the inside. The Saganaki was amazing and I would definitly order that every time I go. Everyone was pleased with their meals, the prime rib was very tasty, liver and onions, beef medallions, and the pork shank was fall off the bone. Mudpie and creme brulee were also a fan favorite. Your not going to a 5 star steak house but you are going to a small neighborhood restaurant with some amazing food. I will definitly be going back and reccomend this to all my friends.

Food was great. Place is quaint and a throwback to 70s and 80’s. I felt like I was in the scene in Goodfellas where they were having laughs and dinner. As far as price is concern it in my opinion reasonable and actually inexpensive for Central Valley eating. Prime rib was good a little over cooked for my taste as I like mine rare and to me it was more medium than medium rare. Overall this will be in our rotation of restaurants to visit. The only negative I really have is their checkout process which they bring the actual CC machine to the table to checkout and tip in front of them. It felt a little intrusive to our experience and conversations as we had to stop our conversations to checkout.

The salad bar is good and came with everything on the menu. Almost. I went for happy hour but they had no happy hour food even though their advertisement says they did. The only drinks they offered for happy hour was beer, wine and well drinks. I ask the server if Margarita was a well drink and she said no. Service was extremely slow and the server did not come back to check on my water. I had to ask another server for rolls. I got the prime rib with a baked potato and it was just so so pretty much no flavor. The atmosphere was great. Wouldn't go there again for food.

Online said they closed at 10, we came in at 8:50, and it turns out they actually closed at 9. We apologized and went to leave and they graciously and sweetly insisted we stay and dine. Food is delicious. But aside from that, you can't beat their hospitality.

I’m so sorry to post this because the bartender was so extremely nice but I have to let you know I feel ripped off and disappointed with the food we bought a shrimp meal that looked amazing which included 4 jumbo shrimp fries and salad bar, the shrimp were tasteless and so hard you couldn’t chew through them and when you try to take a bite the breading crumbled off like it was old (not moist like it was supposed to be). The other problem is the menu online says $25.95 for this shrimp and I was charged $30.38. Morale of the story don’t get the shrimp I guarantee you will absolutely hate it! And please update your online menu for future customers.

I like Feeney's a lot. It's a simple neighborhood restaurant and bar with a home feel and a good menu. The salad bar is great. The one thing that drives me nuts is the meat rarely comes out as ordered. I like my steaks and burgers mid rare. They usually come out mid well. And yes I ask the food server to emphasize the temp when they place order but to no avail; still overcooked. So I no longer order.their prime cuts of beef.

I am not much for salad bars but I must say that this salad bar is great. Well kept, everything fresh and just a pure delight. The staff super friendly and owners were very nice. The prime rib is fantastic definitely order it and you will not be disappointed. They even have a nice patio which we will definitely check out when it cools off a bit. Been going here since the early 70s… It was a different restaurant at that time I believe it was called the hungry hunter and then the family ( Maria) took over and created feeneys… It’s like a wine cellar on the inside but very very comfortable and everybody there wants to make you at home… Every time I go there I get the prime rib and lobster, Salad bar is always good and their daily specials make you think twice about ordering from the menu… I’ll Eat here til the day I die… Love them

Wow! This place is incredible! Late dinner with steaks and prime rib was over-the-top!! Exceptional Calamari, and Saganaki (OPA!) were our appetizers. 7 of us had the cozy, separate room to ourselves - a fantastic spot for conversation. Tina took our drink order, and made them, herself. A lovely, friendly, Greek lady (owner?) helped us decide, took our order, and brought us our amazing dinner. Rib-eyes, New York, and awesome Prime Rib -even the rice pilaf was perfect. At least as good as my best, at home. The only thing I want to change is that I've missed out on 47 years of opportunities to eat here. (Moved here in '72)

Went there for company Christmas party; thought the owner was just hanging around because of the amount of money being spent but just went last night with my husband and 2 of his friends and sure enough the waitress was the owner again. She was great. They even did a birthday call for our friend. Huge slice of ice cream cake. The hostess who booked our reservation came over to say hi and gave me a hug and said bye to us on her way out. The line cook greeted us while getting salad. It was a really wonderful and homey atmosphere. Very professional too. That's not too mention the food. Which was Perfect. From the liver and onions my husband ordered to the 16 oz prime that our friend ordered. Right on point. It's a steak House so don't expect to go cheap but it's well worth every penny.

Wow. The original neighborhood watering hole with unbeatable meat menu. The service is family feel with excellent wine and cocktail bar. I mean there aren't many places where you can have a Tomohawk steak and not get dressed up? Prime rib is superb and lamb is always on the dinner menu. A bit pricey but worth every cent!

Great top notch prime rib, calamri and shrimp cocktail! Flaming cheese a real treat! Nice old world small place charm.This place puts the effort into 1st class food don't let the plain exterior keep you from enjoying this 5 star food.

This is where you go to have a good steak! Absolutely the best service, the owner personal served us and was so friendly and sweetand. The steaks were cooked to perfection, huge baked potato and a great salad. When you first pull up to the building you're wondering if you're at a dive bar or a restaurant but once inside, the ambiance is warm and wonderful with sectioned off rooms for quiet dining. This was our first time in and we will definitely be back and recommending it! 5 stars all the way!

We ended up here by accident, I am currently half way through my meal. We started with the Saganaki (Flaming Cheese) it was so delish! Salad bar, so I could make my salad just how I wanted it! Our server was amazing, she was warm and welcoming and made it feel like home! I’m pretty sure the main course is going to be amazing! I love it here! Ooopahhhh!

It is such a great, rare asset to have a welcoming 5 star restaurant in a simple, modest neighborhood. It does get very packed in the small parking lot around dinner time, so be sure to come early. Inside is very cozy, reminds me of a castle dungeon in a good way. Give them a visit! Be sure to hit your like button for my review if you find it helpful. Amazing!!! Such a great "hidden treasure"! We found it on Google maps while staying at a nearby hotel. The atmosphere was perfect for an intimate dinner but not like we were secluded or anything. The food was great! And the service was awesome. (Thanks Amanda!) We will definitely go back to Feeney's next time we are in the area.

One of the best hidden gems in Arizona. A throw back to a 70's steakhouse with a delicious twist. Amazing staff and some of the best food around. Guaranteed. Some of the menu items might look pricey, but remember... you definitely get what you pay for. The Prime Rib was great tonight (I can't believe I've never ordered it before!), and the ossobuco, and the lamb chops, and the pork chops, and the appetizers, and the steaks, and the seafood... are all the best quality. And don't get me started about that salad bar!

Feeney's isn't quite what you expect from the outside. It's like an old school steakhouse crossed with neighborhood bar. They have an excellent burger, calamari, saganaki.. I haven't had the escargot, but it's on the menu. They have a unique Shepard's pie, limited availability. The first time I ate there I had disappointing Beef Wellington, but I would definitely give it another shot. The pastry was a bit undercooked, but that could have been a one time thing. I'm a fan of Feeney's overall!

I felt a tiny bit out of place here (being in my mid 20's, and most other patrons being much older), that being said the food was AMAZING. Loved the top sirloin and baked potato. For me and my hubby the bill was $100 (two steaks, 3 glasses of wine and dessert). Being from Seattle a comparable meal there would have been $200 easy.
