Great place for drinks! Didn't try the food, but the atmosphere was awesome!! They even have a small game room in the back to challenge your friends (hoops, deer hunter, punching bag). There was a bit of a line to get in, but we didn't stand in it for more than 10 minutes.

I went here with a group of co-workers after a company retreat and had a great time! The food was good and after 9 or 10 pm they actually brought out a DJ and had a dance floor. There's also pool tables and TV's so there's something for everyone.

I went around 1am on a Saturday. Very high energy and tons of people. I ordered an AMF and the drink was alright, but the bartender was not at all personable. The music is a mixed. I've noticed it primarily has EDM type trap music and a whole lot of fist pumping. Still a decent part of Flagstaff nightlife.

Great atmosphere and food for a sports bar. It is a mix of historic arts and crafts and our modern day desire to drink and watch tv! We got salads and they were fresh and delicious. A little skimpy on the chicken, but husband loved his mushroom burger. Games are pricey but they get bonus points for having skeeball in the mix.

We went on December 25, not a lot of options open. They had a very limited menu. The food was good. Would have loved to try the food on the regular menu. We had kids 5 to 11. They were happy.

The food was fantastic :-) I really enjoyed the servers also. I thought I had left my phone in there. I called when I got to the hotel. The manager that answered the phone took the time to go back in the video to see if I had it in my hand when I walked out of the restaurant. He never did it down to me putting it in my back pocket. So helpful. I appreciate him taking the time to do that great customer service

For a place that has Irish Pub as part of the name, it has a disappointing selection of Irish whiskey. That said, the service was good and the food ok pub food.

Oh, Collins. A fun place for drinking and dancing to be sure. Has a tendency to be quite crowded, so dont go if you're anxious in crowds. A good time if you're looking to hang out and dance to some pop, but not a sit down for an after work beer.

For an Irish pub it was disappointing. Being from Kansas City this is just a regular bar. Nothing positive to say about much. I felt an old fry under my foot looking down I was surprised and appalled at the site of a fingernail clipping. There is more than enough staff here to sweep regularly. Imagine a hair salon....those of you hateraid drinkers! Two stars are for the friendliness. Fried my food in rancid oil that you can smell on fish! I would likely return, smiles go a long way in my book.

How was Collins?? We walked in for my daughters birthday dinner... was told to sit anywhere. So we picked a cool table by the window... waited 15 mins and nobody came to the table. So we left.

Sherperds pie - tasted funny! Not sure. Stopped eating since I don’t want to be sick Corned beef and cabbage was more like a soup however the corned beef was tender. Not sliced. Chunks.

Interesting place. Food is good but small. The beer is the sane price as the food basically which is unusual for an Irish pub but I had a good time! We went on a day where they were very understaffed but we just had to wait a little longer than usual nothing crazy our server was a blonde woman with a great smile who was very nice and helpful!

Thank you to a sweetheart of a server Madison for making the excellent suggestions. The nacho appetizer made with potato chips was phenomenal and both entrées...the chicken pesto pizza and the turkey melt were so tasty! Just chillin' and listening to my favorite all girl's cover band...Hell's Belles!

I really liked this bar for a first visit! We got the Irish Nachos and chicken Strips. Irish Nachos were great...personally I would like to see a lighter salsa in the middle but that's just my distaste for smoky salsas. Chicken tenders were hot and fresh (maybe a little bland but I have a salt addiction....really, it's a problem. The two/three servers they had got rocked for the US/France soccer game and NAU Orientation but they handled themselves very well. Will be back when visiting the kid. Thanks!

An alright Irish pub their food is good but not great. Their mac n' cheese bites are the only thing that really stood out. Their atmosphere just doesn't make them feel like a true Irish pub. It could just be called Collins Pub and Grill without anything being lost.

Terrible experience at this restaurant, particularly because of the management. Several staff promised that the restaurant would be playing the UFC fight and that was the expectation that was set. It was a lie. The food was cold, the beer was warm, if you're looking for the best sports bar in town visit buffalo wild wings instead

All-Star beef burger , Friday Fish Fry , Live Music Fri & Sat several big sports screen TV"s , List of IPA"s , all types of Brews . I Love it ! This 3rd home is Like #2 in Flagstaff, In my opinion.Enjoy!!

Server took our order for drinks and 20 min later came back to see if we were ready to order food. We told him we still did not have our drinks. He said sorry that it was busy while the table next to use had their drink order taken by a different server and drinks delivered within 5 min, a table of 6. We were a table of 2. Our same server was asked by a table if 2 TVs couls be changed from info commercials to football and he said no they could not. Another server walked by and same table asked for the same 2 TVs to be changed and that server said no problem and 2 min leter TVs were changed. Horrible service. Never coming back.

Collins has been our favorite restaurant in Flagstaff for years. We drove up from Phoenix yesterday, straight to Collins for a fabulous lunch. We were so disappointed to find out that the menu has been greatly reduced. Our favorite Turkey melt and Patty melts are no longer served. I ordered a blue bacon Burger medium well. When it was served to me, it was dripping blood onto my plate. It made me nauseous immediately. it took about 10 minutes to get our server's attention. Our server was horrible. She was spending more time talking with other patrons at the bar then she was intrested in taking care of us. I left without eating. Sadly to say this is our last time at Collins pub. The new manager needs to go....

Went here for new years eve with my friends. Waitress yelled in my face to move along while snapping at me while I was waiting talking to another waitress to buy a shot. Wasn’t even in the way. Told her I was buying a shot and she and the security guard told me “f you” and called me names then flipped me off in my face. I’m a bartender and would never speak like that. Disgusting. Great music which is why I wanted to stay but after that we all left. Workers/service suck

As a Brit I cant turn down Irish food when its offered. Had the beef and cabbage, and it was great. Beef was tender. The garlic toast was nice touch. The mixed drinks were great. The pool tables were appreciated. Would come again.

Beer was not cold also served in plastic cups and flat???? Then the food arrived just a simple cascadia the was soggy and oily. The chicken strips were wayyyy over cooked and tough then the $60 bill arrived.... the manager should be fired.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Service was prompt even though they were packed and apparently weren't expecting it. Their drinks were not watered down and my scotch was poured with a heavy hand. Now for the food...Holy S***, My burger was so F ing packed it was held together by a giant toothpick. I asked for med. Well and she came out med. Well ( remember they were packed and the kitchen didn't F up the meat, that's f ing rare). I got about half way through it and had to tap out, and believe me yo boy can eat. When the bill came for 2 drinks, 2 sodas, and 2 meals I was expecting 70-80s, but bill was only mid 50s. They will definitely be seeing my red beard back in there the next time I'm in Flagstaff.

Went there with my family for dinner. We were seated with in minutes . We waited for for 25 minutes without a single server to announce us or give drinks. I tried to get someone's attention but was ignored. If I wanted to play the race card I would, but I'm not going to stoop that low. We are locals in Flagstaff and I'll pass around the HORRIBLE service and lack of attention to me and my family.

Was told to seat ourselves after we stood at the door for a few minutes waiting, at which time which we then sat ourselves in the large corner booth by the front door near the door. My family waited over 25 minutes and no one acknowledged us. 2:30pm not majorly busy, not one waiteress acknowledged us even though they kept walking right by us. I was fed up, so we walked out. I love Irish food and wanted to try them out, but seeing how much that team of waitresses sucked at knowing who was coming in and sitting down, makes me never want to go back. If I ever decide to go back then I'll change my review accordingly. But based on their lack of customer service, I don't see myself trying them anytime soon.

Very poor service. Came and got seated but never did a server come by. Only Maddie the hostess kept checking on us. Maddie was great and very sweet to us. Ive seen waitress come and walk right by us and go to all the other tables and serve the people that came in. The servers never once came to take our order. Never would recommend this place for natives.

Great place loved the food! The service on the other hand was so so. The waitress was very friendly and attentive. But when she took me and my gf's order which was kind of big, she didn't write any of it down. So my gf subbed the burger for the chicken and when it arrived it was a burger. Not a great big deal but enough that we were innconvienanced. My food got cold waiting on my gf's chicken to be done so I can eat with her. And to think it all could have been avoided by writing the order down like every other waitress does.

I came as part of a large group to hang out with some friends. We ordered food, and left to go play the games. The games were awesome, there was a first person shooter game, air hockey, pool, fuseball, and many more games. After we played games, the food arrived, and it was delicious! It is a nice place to go with friends and family to relax and have some fun.

This is a greasy pit, get the college kids drunk then throw them out charge them double on their credit cards and when they want back in from smoking to get their wallets or their sister or their girlfriend they won't let them back in and then when they put up any type of tissue they call the cops this is a bad bar that bars are closed for fighting and police contact this is the number one bar with police contact why is it still open they serve two minors yes they do if I had one of my kids attend a you I would want this place closed down and yes previously one of my children went to NAU and his friend had a very bad experience and I just happened to be there picking them up as a designated driver I will never touch foot in this place and if you looked at the back kitchen how dirty it is and the girl that cooks how dirty your nails are and how greasy the tables are and how rude the bartender is I've been going there for over six years thinking they're going to get better but they get worse and they take advantage of our young kids spend their money trying to have a good time they over pour why isn't the alcohol board taking care of him also this is a bad bar City council should close it close it close it close it, I was just visiting Flagstaff in Arizona thank God I don't have to look at that place when I drive by anymore I do not live there anymore I love Flagstaff I love the beauty and most of the people but Collins bar should be shut down permanently

I really liked having lunch here. The bartander/waiter was nice and the atmosphere was enjoyable. My only complaint is the shepherds pie wasnt great, the seasoning they use was just too much. Everyone else liked their food tho, so I would say go and see for yourself!

One of the few places open on Thanksgiving, for which we were thankful. Service was ok but slow given they were fairly busy. Overall I would say it's a little bit overpriced for the quality that you get.

I love pizza but haven't been able to bring myself to try cauliflower crust. Our server suggested it with the Mediterranean pizza. It was AMAZING! She told us about some other great menu items the chef is going to try. Great service outside, delicious food and creative beverage menu!! Slainte!

This was a very cool place to go while in flagstaff. Atmosphere is that of an Irish pub (hence the name) and the staff is very kind. I would recommend this place for a great drink and an inviting atmosphere.
