My burger (classic) was good. Nothing to brag about. My brother got the one with BBQ sauce, he wasn't a fan either. Ordered to go (for my wife at home) the border burger. She wasn't impressed either. Bartender was a cool dude. Service was slow for as empty as the place was. Clean bathrooms, although the soap dispensers didn't work.

Great place plus if you're staying at the Holiday Inn Express is even better because you can either walk into the restaurant or room service (an extra charge to bring to your room). You can even charge the food to your room as well. The food is great the wait staff is friendly and helpful, I had a Bloody Mary that was very good. You won't go wrong here especially if you enjoy burgers like my wife and I do.

Last night was the first time my husband and I were able to go out to a nice dinner because I had been in the hospital with my mom for 3 weeks. I kept seeing this place everyday when I drove by so I talked my husband into trying it. Worst mistake. The service was horrible and within half a hour of leaving my husband and I were both running to the bathroom. I would not recommended this place to anyone.

The burger was good. Felt a tad small for the price but the taste was there which is what matters. But the dish that really did it for me was the nacho fries. Extremely delicious. They had a blended seasoning sprinkled on all the fries and tons of toppings included. Would definantlty recommend grabbing this if you stop in. It was $13 total after we paid $4 to add on the chicken but it was plenty big enough for me and my wife to split which helped justify the price. Great job!

I enjoyed my burger and the atmosphere. The restaurant is very new and clean. The staff is friendly as well. My food was ready relatively quickly. It wasn't very busy on a weekday shortly before 12. However, the food is relatively pricey.

Burgers were decent. Had a fully loaded salad, pretty standard, quite satisfying. Slightly over priced, but that is the new normal. Staff is friendly and helpful. Would go back again.

I had the bacon burger, the flavor of the meat was amazing, I ordered it with lettuce for the bun, when it was served the lettuce was greasy and completely wilted, they did remake it for me and brought a separate plate of fresh lettuce, so cudos for that, the fries were sublime, so yummy. Overall a good place to get a burger.

Into burger shops.. I'm the only vegetarian/ sometime pescatarian in my family and friends at the moment, but that doesnt mean I dont like burger joints, lol. So I found this place in my search for q new place to try. The menu had some really interesting burgers and sides! So three of us decided to come one night. The restaurant is attached to a motel, which is nothing alarming just a comment. Our server was on top of it. She provided great suggestions, she was friendly, timely and checked on us often. I tried boursin cheese with my veggie burger. Prob will not ever get that again. I was feeling adventurous and the flavor was good, but with each bite my party went flying. Veggie burgers arent always the most stable and my hands were a mess very quickly. The buns were delish and the sides too. So my flying food was nothing more than my own selection malfunction. Will definitely be back.

Def a 5 rating: Open late, which is totally convenient for tourists and late night eats...great service, even at 1030pm... and then the food was excellent! No skimping here, with 1/2 lb patties, cooked perfectly! They were juicy, like that messy drippy juicy and had that chairbroiled flavor. Fries were well seasoned although not as crispy as I'd like...the onion rings on the other hand were crispy, stayed crispy, and you didnt pull out the onion when you bit into it! And if you have room, they have dessert options in mini mason jars!!

I stumbled upon this place a few years ago and my daughter loved it because they had these freshly breaded chicken strips. However over time the chicken strips have deteriorated in quality but the burgers remain awesome so I still go here for the burgers. The meat is fresh, fixings are as well and there is a good selection of beers along with several TVs if you like to watch the game.

Best tasting hamburger bun ive ever had. The burger was good as well as were the buffalo and sriracha wings. The fries have some kind of coating that makes them crispy and delicious. The onion rings were fried to perfection and tastes like they were marinated in butter. There are Televisions throughout the restaurant and around the bar but the atmosphere was far from that of a sports bar. The decor was modern and clean reminiscent of an upscale restaurant were it not for the televisions. The kitchen was slow despite the few (less than 20) guests in the restaurant. Maybe it was a skeleton crew on Sundays. Prices weren't bad (less than Red Robin) and the food was really good.

I have always pass this place by so many times. So I finally wanted some answers for myself. I just have to go and try it. I had a double Lonestar burger without the BBQ sauce, but instead made my own twist sauce with mayo and ketchup. I love their seasoned fries and the KGB sauce was amazing. I think the only hit I like that night was the spicy BBQ wings, fries and the KGB sauce.

Went there for an event, really great spot. They have all you would need to have a client appreciation event, workshop, or any other party or gathering.. drinks were well made, burgers we're hella good and so were the desserts! I'm a huge chocolate fan and the brownie/cake was excellent. If you find yourself at the airport waiting, it is worth the Uber to head here for a bite or stay at the hotel for a staycation!

The turkey burgers are good! I add a few of my own ingredients to make them even better. I have to say I liked the old location better (by the Vons on California) - they had more grill flavor. I like the pressed chicken sandwich too. Sides are good. Tip: If you are in a hurry, call ahead because the wait can be long!

Very mediocre, especially for the price. Upon being seated was informed by the bartender that there's no draft beer available; website lists numerous local draft beers. No explanation was offered. Venue was loud enough that you had to shout to hold a conversation with the person sitting across from you. Waitress was attentive and friendly. I got The Classic burger which was unbelievably greasy; the greasy grilled onions did not help. Wife got the Lone Star burger and said it was very dry. Too bad our combined burgers couldn't have met in the middle. Side salad was fine, although it's hard to ruin a salad (but you'd think the same about burgers too, especially when it's in the name). Maybe we just visited on an off night? The search for a good burger in PHX continues.....

Great burgers but not a great location. Being attached and providing service to the hotel us great for guests but not for locals. Often have to talk over the crowd noise of a convention group. Food is delicious though!! Patio looks like it'll be nice in a few weeks when it cools down a bit

The service was good and friendly. As far as the food, I honestly wasn't all that impressed. When I go to a specialty burger restaurant I expect the burger patties themselves to be really tasty. This tasted like ground beef I bought from the the grocery store and just Brown in a frying pan without any seasoning. Pretty disappointing after reading on the menu about how special their meat is supposed to be. Not to mention the $20 price attached to my fully loaded burger. I only ate about a quarter of my burger after eating my salad and nacho fries appetizer, and I actually considered leaving the rest of my burger behind. On the upside, my side salad was really good! Just a little sad that it was the highlight of my meal. Wasn't the worst meal I've had but I don't think I'll be going back.

The burger was AWESOME but honestly, they have the BEST sweet potato fries I've ever had! I'm not sure which burger I got, but it had bbq sauce, onion rings, pepperjack, and bacon and I got it "wrapped" in lettuce. I think that was the only disappointing thing; I like it when places use different lettuce and wrap it with paper so you can eat it like a somewhat normal burger. But that isn't going to affect my review by any means. You need to try this place. The burger is nice, thick, and juicy. So worth it.

Went to celebrate hubby's birthday, had a great time. The service is prompt and friendly. The mango margarita was delicious. He had the Bruben sandwich and loved the combination of the two great sandwiches in one! I had their grilled fish tacos & that was a party in my mouth! Great tasting foods& drinks. Football on multiple TVs. Yeah, I'll be back very soon! You should try them out too!

Great burgers with ok service. Open seating was appreciated and there wasn't a crowd on the Wednesday night we went. That night, the tap was broken, disappointing my friend, but the beer and wine we settled on was good for the price. When we asked about the enticing special on the board, we were told that wasn't actually the special and the was, in fact, no special, disappointing us further. The food, however, came out delicious. The two burgers we had were each delicious and savory. Highlight of these burgers are actually the bun, with just the right amount of sweetness. Overall, good burger place, just not worth the pricey bill.

Another "unique" burger joint. This formula for a restaurant isn't new. Serve burgers put not traditional toppings on the burgers rinse and repeat. The service was excellent the bartender was very attentive to us kept our drinks full and made sure we were taken care of. The food was just OK. Burger was cooked to the correct temperature and the junk they served on top was there and overwhelming. I think this place would be better served with removing the junk and focus on the burger and not the boat load of non-traditional toppings. Go if this is your kind of thing, if you are looking for something unique this isn't the place for you.

Michael is an amazing server, he displays a positive attitude and a warm inviting smile for our group that comes in at 5:30am. Michelle is the same both are so nice, professional and serve with such grace and humility. Great service in every kind of way. They are both such an asset.
