We were regulars here.2-3 times a week on average Note we WERE. We won’t be back after tonight. Found out tonight our regular servers don’t work there any ore but no biggie ...Ordered my food the same as always. Took over 45 min for our food to come out. Mine was about 1/2 or less of the normal amount they serve. My 5 pound wiener dog gets a bigger portion of protein than what I was served legitimately.... then they put so much pepper and spice on the sweet potatoes they were inedible. They never come with it on there ever. So i asked for the manager. She came and said they would remake it... another over 45 minutes later o finally asked them to put my food in a box when it was ready. My family had been done eating a long time and the table cleared. 10 min after that it finally arrived boxed up . Then we had to wait for the bill after that. ... you would think after all that they would at least discount my meal but that didn’t happen we paid in full for it....and when I said something to the drug addict manager all I got was “sorry”

Great views of the fountain and surrounding area. If you eat outdoors, it can tend to be a bit noisy with traffic. Service was okay. Cobb Salad was excellent. Indoors is your usual pub-like atmosphere and you have to shimmy a bit to get around the chairs/tables packed in some areas. Nice for watching sports/games on TV in area.

Ordered an"American burger" and a glass of wine at happy hour. It was horrible. They cooked it a little more than I asked for but ok. But the bun was grossly awful quality and the meat was oversalted to cover up what? It was grisly and bland in meat flavor. The lettuce was shredded and they forgot tomatoes. Laura was my first server and then she was off duty and hanging out at the bar. Julian was my 2nd server. Their service? was strangely poor and unfriendly. And I had decided to stay for music and dancing. But I started feeling too tired and strange. I left just in time to get home. And it got worse. I was violently sick for over 30 hours and am still recovering. This was not typical food poisoning. When I started puking and *** it tasted and smelled like petroleum products...reminded me of the smell of radiator coolant, and the bile was blue!!Why??? Avoid this place completely. They aren't sane or well! Just pathetically desperate and willing to harm for what reasons? Cowards!

The food is great, as always, but we were there at 3 O'Clock in the afternoon, and there werent many people in there. At 1 point there were 4 employees sitting outside at a table talking.

Enjoyed the atmosphere, food and staff. Menu is pretty simple but does make for good consistency. Especially being in a town of bad and inconsistent food this place you always know what you're going to get. If you are up for trying something different order the cheese curds with a side of caramel. Salty and sweet. Large bar area with 20+ Tv's and great patio with a good view of the fountain.

first time at this place. it's your typical sports bar and grill. me personally I am not into sports but the location of the restaurant in FH is convenient. apart from the normal sports bar menu. All American have a great menu of appetizers, soups and salads, sandwiches, and your main dishes. the food was cook good and the service was even better. I enjoyed myself a quite dinner with my daughter's. also I am sure this in one of the few place that stays open till 11 PM in Fountain Hills.

After a fabulous hike with Scottsdale high friends from plenty of years ago, we chose All American Sports Grill for a late lunch. We were all pleased with our choices from spinach salad, Greek wrap & turkey burger. Service was top notch as well.

Food portions were minuscule, service was well below standard multiple times..drink orders were wrong, water was never refilled, I had to go find a fork, I had to get my own salt shaker after waiting 10 mins, they had to kill the chicken and then cook it...will go find smoked wings elsewhere...will never go back...not the first time

Fun sports grill with so many TVs your head will spin! Delicious margarita pizza and wings! Really nice service people and hostess. Outside dining as well as inside, beautiful views of the Fountain Hills Park and Lake and the fountain that is world famous. Live music during the week and a really fun place to hang out.

Overall the experience was just okay. We were told it would be 15 minutes for a table, and after about 30 minutes, I went up and asked how much longer it would be, and realized they accidentally skipped us on the list. My cheeseburger was good, but the onion rings were a little soggy and not very good.

The place is awesome, very good food, very cozy and comfortable, you can watch at several sport games at their televisions while enjoying their amazing food. I highly recommend the Philly steak sandwich, one of the best I have ever had.

Our food was not fresh. Our waiter did not attend to us well. We sat on the porch it took 45 min to bring our food to us. Asked for fresh food and it was served in 8 min. Drinks were only filled 1 time in our hour and half stay. They were not even busy and when we were leaving we noticed like 4 or 5 of the staff sitting chatting

The food is overpriced. Our group got chicken taco salad, hamburger, cheese steak sandwich. Zero flavor on the meats. They need to create a dressing for the salad that has some flavor. I would not order these dishes again. Should have asked what the best items on the menu where. Since I have not been here before. The waiter was not very attentive. Had to stop him just to get refills on the beverages. But will give him some slack it was a busy football afternoon. I think they need more servers! First and last time!! Probably fine if your drinking beers and watching the game.

We had a very large group of seniors visit the All American Sports Grill last night, and I just wanted to thank Victor and the staff for doing a fantastic job! The kindness and service were amazing! Food was fantastic. I need to thank the local patrons outside that helped a few struggling residents down the stairs as well. It touched our hearts to witness such kindness.

Food and beverage are consistently good. Nice varied menu. More than just bar food. But the service has been consistently inconsistent. Last visit was like we were invisible. Even when we got someone's attention they never followed thru. Couldn't even get a bill. Could easily have walked without paying. But that's not us. So after 40 minutes of waiting we dropped some cash on the table for what we thought was a fair price for the experience. No one even acknowledged our departure. No "thanks for coming". No "have a good night". Nada. But then again, the food was good.

This is not your average sports bar!Service is top notch, the atmosphere is lively , the view is fabulous, the bathrooms are super well maintained and the food is hot , fresh and delicious!!I had the cajun chicken alfredo and it was awesome, my server/ tender Laura was attentive and friendly, she also makes a mean lemondrop martini!Michael the manager made sure the place running efficiently while keeping an upbeat vibe!!I ordered the hoisin sriracha wings to go and they were unique and very tasty!!Great job at the American Grill and staff!!You guys rocked it!!

Great place to chill with the puppies. Food is good and staff is very friendly. I love coming here. Plenty of TV's for any sport you want to watch. Heaters and misters on the patio so it's comfortable no matter when you come.

First of all, every person in this restaurant made me feel like a celebrity. I had a unique chance to have a brief discussion with the operators of this restaurant and again I can't say enough positive things about the service. Now for the important part, the chicken wings here are undeniably the best chicken wings I've had an all of Arizona. Cooked perfectly, and I got barbecue wings, the flavor was incredible. I can tell that I'm going to crave this place for a while and I can't wait to return. The wings were so good that I'm excited to try other menu options.

Went after landing, had some food and beers... not bad. Went for the ncaa because.. well visiting old people. Burger was great for $6 and should be a must do. The margarita pizza was very good about 12 inches, so single person. I would highly recommend this place . The server we had was running at 110% doing an amazing job when the place was packed. (Brad) request him if possible to be taken care of.

Has gone downhill over the years. Service has always been slow but could tolerate it b4 with decent bar food. Last few times burger was welldone when specifically asked med to med rare. Quicker service at bar vs tables. Thank god Oka sushi opened now in the hills as food is fantastic there. More competition nearby may be the wake up call the owner needs as she doesnt seem to give a hoot. She will when other restaurants open.

Only positive thing I can say is they have the Papago Orange Blossom beer and decent service. Otherwise... the crab cakes taste terrible and the coconut shrimp was very mediocre (especially when you only get 5 for $15). If you can find the Orange Blossom beer anywhere else go there and save your money. Overall very disappointed.

Nice atmosphere and lots of TV's inside. But today we got stuck sitting outside on the patio due to the crowd. It was a bit chilly outside and the TV was hard to see with the setting sun. Also the TV sound was muted so they gave us a wireless speaker for our table but it didn't work well and was staticy and cut in and out. We asked for a patio heater to be placed by our table and they said they were out of propane. All this combined with pretty average bar food made for this 3-star review.

Very disappointed. Would have rated no stars but then you can't leave a review. This place recommended by a friend. Went here with my husband. After sitting down and waiting 15 minutes we asked if anyone was serving. The bus boy could only say uh...let me check. Waited another 10 minutes and on our way out the door someone finally started walking over. We told them we were leaving. I will let my friend know when I see her.

May have longer waits during cooler times of the year. Open late. Try the cookie skillet...you won't be disappointed. Good variety on the menu. Never had a bad meal.

I ve eaten at this establishment several times on weekdays at lunch only. That said, its has been moderately busy everytime, drawing locals, winter visitors and the 9-5er lunch crowd. The caveat; I feel as if the prices are high, but hey this isnt Mesa, it's Fountain Hills and if you can pull $17 for a spinach salad with chicken, good on ya. Most menu items are typical, burger, salads, sandwiches etc, however the portions and freshness standout. The Reuben, OMG Chicken, Spinach Salad with chicken are all excellent. But, I think their apps are the BEST. .Asparagus and feta, Portabella as well as shrimp with charred corn are BOMB. I also really like the Hoisin Sirracha wings! AND On my last visit, I tried a refreshing cocktail they make called Revive(?) Awesome! Good food, beautiful views, the patio seating option and attentive service make the All American one of my new favorites!

I had the gold Canyon steak sandwich and the meat was very tough. Had to ask for a steak knife just to eat it when I tried eating it like a sandwich you could not separate meet so it so it just all comes out in 1 large hard to chew piece. It's a nice atmosphere and service was good and employees were polite.

good food great service!!! But just remember if you order the Chipotle pasta, realize that "Chipotle" in Arizona is actually hot!!! I love spicy food but this was just a bit too hot. The salad was amazing the potato skins were delicious!!! Dr. Oz's grilled veggies were superb!!

I really hate to give this rating, but our party had some issues. We decided to try this restaurant off internet recommendations. The hostess staff was not friendly, helpful, knowledgeable or attentive. The hostess is usually the first impression you encounter and sets the stage for your visit. No, "Hello..." or "Welcome...", just stared at by two girls in which we had to start the conversation. It only got worse when we were asking for a table and they were acting like nothing was available except to the left of the front door. A busser was overhearing and interjected to let us know there was a table available. Thankfully, it did get better... The waiter was great, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the menu. Gave great recommendations. And the food was tasty. I would love to go back, but not sure I will. The hostess staff put a sour taste in our visit. In restaurants, I've worked as a hostess, a cashier, and a food server and understand the hospitality industry well.

The food is great. The place is often crowded and noisy. Apparently they're busy enough they don't feel they need to be concerned about how they treat their clients. They constantly change their reservation policy, servers are often rude and brusk, they often mess up orders.and then act as though it's your fault, etc. Too bad they have great cooks/chefs otherwise I would just not go back. As it is I will go a couple of times, get annoyed, then stay away for weeks before going back hoping they've gotten bety

Very nice bar/restaurant with a variety of bands that come in every Friday. The food is absolutely delicious no matter who's working the kitchen that day, especially their hamburgers. The bar has a large assortment of wine and beer, guaranteeing that you'll find the drink you want. Overall, a great place to grab friends or family and eat.

I've written good reviews in the past about this restaurant, not this time. Prices up service and cleanliness down! We were the first customers of the day. Seated at a table with soiled napkins laying on the table and dried mustard all over the mustard container. Our waited shuffles over to our table wearing a soiled apron and sloppy jeans. He delivered our beverages with his fingers over the rim of the glasses, HUGE violation of food sanitation! I nicely told him his error, he apologized yet continued to serve others in the same manner. It wasn't busy so he spent his time leaning on the bar watching TV. Wise up management!
