Paid $24 for a turkey bacon ranch sandwich with fries and a drink . Never got the fries after being told they would be out soon. Got a sandwich with turkey, lettuce, and tomato. No bacon. Walked away with a pact to never return. Ever. If you’re going for the wings I recommend wing stop instead. If you’re going just to get something to eat, go to literally anywhere else but here.

I've been here a few times and I think their wings are legit, service is fine, etc. I prefer the wings over BWW for sure, but the lack of beer can be a problem. But aside from that the wings, fries, and sauce types are on point, and crispy wings are where it's at.

The wings were not the best I've had. Very greasy and sat in a pool of oil. The fries where dry and the seasoning not so great. However, my ranch did have a love heart, but the prices where pretty high for what the actual meal was. However, it wasn't the worst... Just not the best. I probably won't be going back.

The king of wings! Crispy and spicy wings that you will crave. Most of their wings are a fried, dry rub style. If you're a fan of Buffalo style wings make sure you order them Crispy. Really speedy delivery and online ordering available. Awesome loyalty program as well. Blue cheese is some of the best I've ever had. Really wish they would give more celery sticks though. Edit 12/28: I keep coming back - so addicting. I end up licking the plate!

Well unfortunately this is the last time I'm ordering from here. They were my favorite despite being oily. My order was messed up, had to go back and get new wings, which tasted the same so they were too hot to feed to my kids.. and they were in a huge pool of oil! My night of ordering dinner, turned into being more work than cooking a meal. The time before this we tried a french dip and fries which were terribly dry.

I’ve been ordering wings from Wings N’ Things for over a decade and have appreciated their consistency over the years. Their wings are what they’re best at: Crispy, sauced and/or rubbed, either in Teryaki, Garlic Parm (my favorite), Mild, Hot, Extra Hot or Nuke (some of the hottest in town). Often, I find that some wings from other places are soggy and drowning in sauce, whereas these guys offer a crispy but flavorful alternative. If you are looking for something other than the same ol’ Chinese or (Sicily’s) Pizza, give these guys a shot.

i love love love this place my mom and i got scared cause we thought they were closed but they just moved their location not far from their old place on 36th.......ive had wings from all over anchorage but no place can beat wings and things. there new location is a lot bigger and the cashier was very nice. i always get 20 piece medium and they always turn out amazing!!! my mom got the Italian sub combo and there was so much meat on it she couldn't finish it most recent photo was taken as a take out/pick up on 8/8/2019 they were out of medium from what my husband tells me so I got regular. which wasnt to bad. I still LOVE wings and things

It's true, it's the real W N T recipe. We were back in ANC for our nephew's wedding and bought a bucket each of mild, med, and hot for an event. I was dubious but this is the ORIGINAL. They are on the corner of 36th and Arctic. Service was great and I ate a bunch. I never could handle "Nuked" but they have it and sandwiches and more.

Raw chicken on everyone's salad. My office loved this place for a long time but the last 4 times we ordered we got raw chicken on every salad. 10 people, 1 salad each, mountains of raw chicken. 4 times. I adore these wings. I first tried them when some coworkers ordered a bunch and I've loved them ever since. I can see why some people wouldn't like all the sauce and their small size, but they're perfect for me. One of the things that makes them my favorite is the lack of fat in their wings, which is mostly due to their small size. I hate fatty chicken wings and have never found another place besides Wings'N Things where this isn't a problem. It also helps that I love the unique sauce, so I don't consider the fact that the wings practically swim in it as being undesirable. I eat them regularly and have never gotten ill from it, and neither has anyone else I know.

Bone in Wings - extra crispy - extra hot - barbecue. Order that, they'll know. Been getting it for over 5 years and never fails. Atmosphere is good for the most part, control your a TV if its relaxed, either quiet or loud bunches depending on the game days or off days you go. I even seen some folks play board games.

Would put 0 stars but google requires 1. Placed order online, didn't even ask for delivery because it's super bowl Sunday lets just make the effort and pick up there because we figured they were slammed enough as it is. We arrived and gave the name on the order multiple times to no avail, pulled up the order number and quickly discovered that the order were had placed an hour and a half prior had not even been started we understood and waited calmly then 45 min passed by and others who order after we had were picking up left and right after an hour we were told they had started on it and it would only be 10 more minutes 5 minutes later we were informed that they didn't have half the wings we had ordered and asked us to pick something else at that point we had enough and canceled our order which I've never done. I always give the benefit of the doubt but this is by far the worst service I've ever received.

Haven't been back for a few months and was very shocked when I learned of the price hike on my visit today. I used to pay $18 for a double (20 pcs) before but now have increased to $26! That's an $8 more and about a 30% price increase. I thought it was a lot then before the price hike but since I like Wings N Things, I go there once in a while to get my fix on. Will I go back?, probably not. I think paying for about $1.30 for a piece of wing is a bit overpriced in my opinion. I kind of missed the original owners when the location was still in downtown. A little small, but very welcoming ambiance, very nice employees, and the menu was reasonably priced.

Great if you want to spend $40 on a delivery for 20 piece Wings set. The wings delivered were literally comparable to a quarter and it took well over an hour to deliver. I have shared multiple pictures of it as a joke because of how small they are. I have honestly never seen such small wings in my life. When I called and complained, as I've been a patron since they were downtown, they told me if I've been eating there so long I should have expected the wings I got. I was informed I would receive a phone call the next day and of course I never did. Thoroughly disappointed as their wings do you have great flavor but the product I was given was unacceptable and the service I was given was less than courteous or could even have been considered hospitable.

The girl who answered the phone and took the order was super sweet and informed me she was learning. Totally understand a new employee learning hands on, but with someone shadowing her. It took 17 minutes to complete my order. She was obviously left alone to fend for herself and it was unacceptable for management to leave her alone like that. You could hear the defeat in her voice. It made me sad for her so I asked to speak to the manager. Said to him the same thing and his first response was "Do you still want to make an order?" I told him I already did but wanted him to know that she needs someone properly training her! Insulted, he said "Thanks for the feedback" with fake sincerity and hung up.

The food was terrible. I usually get wings for lunch while at work and it’s great. This was my first experience getting my family dinner. The boneless chicken was LITERALLY Tyson Popcorn Chicken, which I could have bought of bag of that for $7 instead of buying TWENTY PIECES of it for $20. My husband got the French dip. Sadly all it was, was meat and bread. The meat was VERY poor quality, there was no cheese on it and NO auju sauce. I thought it was supposed to be a French DIP. Unfortunately I ruined my husbands evening with this sandwich and the chicken for my kids sucked. First and LAST time wings n’ things gets my money to feed my family dinner. I would have called the restaurant and demanded a refund when we got home. my husband opened his to-go box, and he asked me to not ruin his night anymore than it was already. Sucked.

The only reason they get 2 stars is because of good service on the phone and prompt delivery. The burger I ordered was good, but the 20 piece wings were RAW in the middle. Not a little undercooked but raw! I love a rare burger or a bloody steak, however chicken is dangerous when raw. Any idiot knows this. I've saved the receipt and took a short video of the raw chicken just in case I get sick, I'll have something for my lawyer and the lawsuit. Also, that small order of food cost $38.00. Far too expensive for the amount and quality of food. Will not order from them ever again.

the food was decent, the mango habanero were slimy, the wing sizes were small, i asked for all flats and got half of my order as drumsticks, not the end of the world but maybe it was the rude lady at the register who wasn’t listening to me or my sister, the bleu cheese was just ranch with some bleu cheese thrown in, the garlic parm and teriyaki weren’t awful, only a 2 star because they at least had a good game on the tv.

1:20pm placed order. Told to arrive at 2:30 for carryout.. Friends arrive there at 2:30, but they can't find the order. 10 minutes later, order apparently found but would take another 10 minutes, no worries at this point, totally understandable on a busy day. Friends were told that every 20 minutes until after 3:30pm. Would have gladly just left and come back if they said they hadn't started...but waited until 3:30 to tell us that. Still not worth leaving a negative review, until I called to cancel the order and employee puts the phone down, (look, just put it on hold next time, hell, even hang up lol) and proceeded to belittle myself and my still-waiting-inside-friends before coming back on, saying the order would be refunded and just hanging up. Irritated (but stillll not enough to review online) I call back to verify it was cancelled, ask them to have a manager call me to verify when it was in fact cancelled because apparently nobody there could do it at the time, and of course to have them apologize about the awesome treatment over the first phone call. Waited rest of day to leave this. Luckily for me, other places in the world make chicken so was able to purchase elsewhere. Those purchases already show up online and this one hasn't, leads me to believe it was at least canceled, wouldn't know for sure because I wasn't called. So I'll make it a 2-star just for the ability to at least not charge to waste 3+ hours of peoples time and because the wings are normally pretty good here.

i love the quality chicken and the seasonings they use, the wings aren't fatty or veiny, still juicy with no cartilage. BUT the service is terrible. they're so mean i feel uncomfortable ordering there again. this was the only chicken i would order if i wasn't making chicken at home, literally i loved the quality so much. but i won't be ordering here again because of the rude service. i give them 3 stars for taste and quality of JUST the chicken. everything else here is not worth it. also, the delivery driver is really mean, older white man, was downplaying all the other chicken joints here saying i won't find better chicken anywhere else, and stormed out so quick. like, yeah i know this but now you lost a customer. for 1. making me feel very very uncomfortable and for 2. getting angry and being a poor sport because you got your orders mixed up. your chicken isn't THAT important to me. thanks pal, for showing me i should never go there again. wish they'd hire nicer people
