The place was very dirty!! All the shakers were NASTY, The tables had all kinds of food stuck to the table on the sides and underneath. The food was cold (might want to check the food warmer lights) not more than 4 kinds of pizza to choose from.. the salad bar did NOT HAVE fresh veggies nor did it have good dressing choices. And the BATHROOMS were so NASTY!!! I'M not sure the last time someone cleaned them. Please take time to clean this place. I would NOT recommend this place to the next person.

If flies in your food and terrible customer service is your thing then this is the place for you, If you love over priced food that is old and dry then eat here, or if your an average person who wants a good meal at a fair price then do yourself a favor and just skip this place. I've been to the buffet a few times before and each time I gave them the benefit of the doubt but their food just really really sucks. Everything is dried out and old, the employees aren't very friendly at all and seem to hate working there, and it's not even at a good price point. Today we found a fly in our cup so we decided to tell the employees to let them know and they didn't say a word and grabbed the cup and walked off and didn't even bother to talk to us, not even an apology. I'm never coming back. If you want good pizza try Marco ts, Luigi, or any of the trustworthy places like pizza hut or dominoes. Don't get pizza from here

My shoes stuck to the floor. This place needs condemned should not be serving food. Begs the question is health dept even doing inspections here?

It was very very gross. The floor in the lobby was dirty had food under tables. The food was disappointing just old like it had ben sitting not fresh even there salad lettuce was wilted. The lady who is supposed to come and get your plate when you're done just sat around staring at everybody then when I was getting ready to leave that's when she came and took my plates. And for that she got no tip I will never go back to say the least don't even get me started on the bathrooms filthy absolutely foul. I'm sad to say I wasted my money. If I could give this review a zero I would.

If you want a cheap buffet, Sicily's is certainly one of the most affordable options. But, sometimes they are slow at bringing out fresh pizza and sides, and the ones that are sitting out tend to be mushy or dried out.

Mashed potatoes taste like they're made from prepackaged dehydrated potatoes. Rice taste like it came from a box also. Chicken is dry, overcooked, bland. Soggy or rock solid fries. Pizza dough is raw, gooey. Other than, the salad is OK I guess.

I had my food delivered. One of the things I ordered was deep fried mozzarella cheese sticks. They were barely warm and they looked like store bought breaded chunks of cheese that weren't even soft or melty.

Buffet was not very appetizing. At the time of my visit, the food had not been refreshed. The cost was not worth the quality of the food offered. The salad bar had very limited items. There was fresh fruit available which was appealing. The rice pudding had a film on top as it sat out uncovered.

Immediately walking in you notice a stench that you can't quite grasp. After a few seconds it hits you...the smell is coming from the floor that hasn't been cleaned since they built this establishment. The food in a trash can looks more appealing than the food here. The pizza is as dry as the Sahara desert, the lettuce looks like rotting kimchi, and the meatballs smell like a sweaty gym socks. I hope you are up to date on your immunizations prior to coming in.....

An affordable buffet with Pizza, other Italian staples, and simple dessert options. You can even request a pizza to be added to the buffet if what's available at the time doesn't interest you. The pizza is usually good, but the rest of the buffet isn't anything to write home about and occasionally you can tell some foods have been sitting out a long time. The restaurant itself is clean and looks nice inside, if not a little spartan with the cheap feeling tables and chairs, but that's a minor nitpick. Overall, we choose to go to here because it's an affordable way to get that pizza fix with a little variety on the side.

I sent my order in as 3 orders of mozerella sticks and 2 orders of chicken tenders and a sandwich. Got the sandwich and 3 orders of chicken tenders and no mozerella sticks and when I called to try and solve the situation politely and got accused of trying to get free food and was told that I being difficult by some lady named lulu. Never doing business with this awful place again and will tell people to avoid this place if at possible.

The dude realized my mistake and immediately started making my order, despite it being my fault. While I waited, I got a chance to see the buffet which looked really delicious. My food came out pretty fast and it was, honestly, one of the best pizzas I've had in a long time. Pretty stoked to try the buffet next time.

Once a upon a time, this was my family’s favorite restaurants to order food from. Their pizza were delightfully fresh and tasty. The customer service was friendly. We would rave to our friends about their food and refer business their way. Well, they are open 24 hours. I have never order late at night. One night, I couldn’t sleep and was hungry. I ordered a medium pizza and spaghetti on the app around 1:15-ish. I thought well it will be here in 45 minutes around 2 am. 2 am came and no pizza. I call around 2:15 am, (one hour after I ordered) to check on the status of my order. I was told the driver was on his way. I waited and the last time I looked at the clock it was 3 am. No pizza. I fell asleep waiting and woke up at 5 am. I called and told them what happened. Mind you I just woke up still hungry and waited two hours for food after speaking to them once already. The lady was rude, interrupt me multiple times. She asked for my phone number and said their was no order. Then checked my address and said that they tried to call me twice and there was no answer. I told her no one called me and the number she gave was not my phone number. I could feel myself getting mad and almost in tears. She promptly said she would refund the money and hung up on me without a good bye. With no apologies. As a long time customer, I would think they would want to keep my business. It seems they could care less.

Meh, certainly not the best buffet I've ever had, but not the worst. Average at best. The pizzas that had on the buffet weren't bad, but they had been there for a bit. At 530 on a Sunday evening, there were only 5 or 6 tables in use.They put out a fresh dessert pizza that was tough to get through. Had to use a knife to cut it. Not much turnover on the buffet. They do have a nice variety though. The meatballs were good, although I suspect they are premade similar to those you get from Sam's. The lasagna wasn't bad, maybe 4 stars on that. They had a couple pasta dishes. Penne with alfredo sauce, and penne with a yellow, maybe cheddar sauce. Neither had much flavor. Also had some chicken, mashed potatoes, and rice sides. However I didnt have any. Desserts were good, fresh pineapple, chocolate pudding, jello, some melon, and some kind of flan. It wasn't very good. Served in a bowl, the liquid had no where to go, so kinda soupy. Small salad bar, that looked pretty fresh, my wife had no complaints about that. The staff was good, friendly, kept our table clear. And. Drinks were included, so that's a definite plus. The whole place was nice and clean, but very outdated. A remodel would do wonders for this place. Overall, staff 5 stars. Pizza, 2 stars. Variety. 4 stars. Cleanliness, 5 stars. Other food. 3 stars. And I'd say, 3 stars overall. Very average.

I can honestly say this is the worst restaurant I've ever been to. Tables were dirty and sticky and the food on the buffet had obviously been out for a long long time. Some of the food items had a crust on it from being out so long. The one employee that was "working" sat on her phone the whole time. Never picked up any dirty dishes or asked us how we we're doing. I actually left the buffet still hungry...that's how bad the food was. And I'm not a picky eater!

Ordered a vegetarian pizza with no mushrooms. Got it covered in mushrooms. Called and explained no mushrooms, none. Zero on the whole pizza. An hour later, I get a new pizza also covered in mushrooms. Probably wont order from them again.. everytime I order, the order is wrong. And when I call the lady is always very rude.

My visit was truly horrible!! Flies were flying around everywhere and landed on my food in my plate, they are flying around the buffet. I almost got sick once I saw how many flies were flying around my table and food. If there is that many flies at your table, I can only wonder how many are in the kitchen and on the food before its cooked. Also they had no ice for the ice machine. So you had warm soda and flies in your food. Will never go back to their again!!

In the middle of moving, late one evening and starving. Found Sicily's delivery 24/7 (hmmm....impressive) Ordered online, didn't take long to get it. Was ready to dive in to my meatball lasagna, portions were excellent, but when I was ready to dig in, they forgot to put a fork and napkins in the bag, got the wrong solid dressing (not what I ordered, but was still good) Then to top off the evening after a very long day of moving, I had to eat dinner with my fingers ( I had not yet boxed up my kitchen utensils) The meal was good and it just made me appreciate a good fork. LOL...... I'll eat there again!!

Decent buffet prices, cucumbers are always going bad and almost everytime we see flies there. Ice-cream doesnt even taste like icecream :( but pizzas and other foods are pretty good, I like their fruit and salad bar. Mashed potatoes taste kind of weird too. Staff is very nice and quick to clean tables and spills. In general pretty clean place

I haven't even been there YET, we were GOING to go yesterday 2 Nov 16 (a Wed.). BUT, we called (because we heard THEIR ad on the radio) and my husband asked to make sure if kids ate free on that day... the lady said no, and she acted as if she didn't even know what he was talking about AND she gave him attitude. How the hell dont you know your own damn menu or advertisement? And why would you not honor it? But seeing all of these other reviews, I'm glad we didn't even waste our time.

We ordered a large pizza, fries and a 20 piece order of buffalo wings last night late. When the food arrived the fries were barely cooked but edible. The wings were terrible. They were soggy and were not cooked all the way. We put them up and figured we would call in the morning since it was late. Spoke to a woman who was extremely rude and wouldn’t allow me to speak to a manager. She offered us 20% off our next order but wouldn’t give us any credit for the $20.00 order of wins that we couldn’t eat. Seriously, they were awful and we thought they would make us sick. I kept asking for a manager and she said to call back in three hours. My boyfriend just called and the guy again, wouldn’t put him through to a manager and told him that we should have called last night. We’ve ordered their pizza and calzones often but we are so disappointed in they’re lack of customer service and food safety. As two people in Hospitality and the Catering industry for the North Slope we were appalled by this. We will never order from them again.

Average pizza buffet... canned, tart tomato sauce used on the pizzas, calzones and lasagna.... baked chicken was dry and stale... their dessert "flan" was porous, eggy and missing the caramelized syrup... a sorry version of this easy to make dessert. The interior was dingy and downscale , while the bathrooms were run down. Their best feature is the low price... very reasonable for Anchorage area restaurants.

AWFUL! My first clue should have been the bathrooms when I first arrived. Dirty and falling apart. People had even started using one of the two sinks as a trash can because the trash can was overfilling. On to the buffet... There was Only one pizza out and it was half gone and old. there was hardly any selection of food other wise with the exception of salad. Me and my boyfriend just stood there looking at the food that was there and didn't know what to do. The mac and cheese was old and crusting over, the mash potatoes were covered in an oily substance. Looked like it had separated and all the oil was sitting on the top. That usually means it sat for a WHILE. The beverage area was just as bad. There was no carbonation in the soda machine so all you got was syrup in your class and the lemonade just came out water. We ended up leaving so disappointed. We had been really excited for a buffet and were let down so hard. We have ordered delivery before and were always satisfied but now knowing how they keep their restaurant we will not be doing that ever again either. HIGHLY recommend you go somewhere else when craving pizza or buffet.

Saving be ordering online is sweet. The ordering process is easy and user friendly. For me, It won’t ever replace ordering a pie on the phone, but 20% is 20%. I also got an order confirmation text sent to my phone. Kinda nice to know they got the call ya know? Cause there was no call required. (I may or may not have called anyway just to double check. A medium pepperoni jalapeño pizza is nothing to just surrender to the clutches of the digital world alone!) The pizza itself is totally yum yum for my tum tum. I’ve always had a thing for Sicily’s though. Just a good classic yummy pizza. Nothing fancy. Delivery time was reasonable. Pretty much what you’d expect from any pizza delivery joint around dinner time. Order 40 minutes ahead of when you want your zza and you’ll be golden.

Delicious food!!! Delivery took over an hour, but it was worth the wait. A ton of food for a very reasonable price.

I always order online to get the 20% off and delivery is always 45minutes to an hour which isn't bad. Food is always good and it they mess up they always comp the pizza or fix order. They are my family's favorite event or weekend food choice :)

Had pizza delivered. It was delivered very fast! In the past, I considered it to be only moderately good pizza. I bought it because of price. Well, I've gotten it twice recently and have noticed they've changed their recipe a bit. The flavor now is much better! It's now my second favorite pizza in in town. I'm impressed! I'll be getting pizza from Sicily's more often now. Good job guys.

Seriously? Over 60 people in the restaurant and you put a single pizza out on the buffet?? 16 people standing around waiting and you put out one pizza. One... 5 minutes later, you put out another pizza and a half? What happened to the other half from the kitchen to the buffet? Not much else on the buffet, only a few things refilled the entire time we were here, no cups for ice cream, mushy waterlogged pasta, overflowing bathroom garbage cans, sticky floors... At least the soft drinks were good. Oh, other than NO ICE AT ALL.

Its ok.. Some items sit out too long. Very nice waitress if you want a special order pizza on the buffet she will get one made

I loved Sicily’s the first time I had it. Tonight the pizza was burnt and the cheese bread didn’t actually have any cheese on it and it was burnt as well. But it was pretty solid for being burnt lol. Anyways I would recommend it I just think tonight was one of those off nights!

After eating here with my daughter for dinner, she threw up all night. Luckily for me I didn't throw up, I just sat on the toilet the entire next day, thank god I had a sick day to use.

Pizza was ok, Seems it was better the first time we ordered it. Now not so much.

Parking was hard to find cuz the restaurant right next to it was super busy. Was dark in there so if you are into that. Bathrooms were freezing. So if you need to use it put on your coat. Food was okay. The soft serve is more like ice milk than ice cream. Other than that was decent for an all you can eat pizza place.
