WE first were deployed here about 7 months ago. We really didn't know where to eat. We had delivery and it was awesome. They messed up on our order and came right back out with the adjustment. The guy who delivered was the owner. He was running to the door and it was cute. We ordered again a few days ago and it was messed up again. We ordered at lunch and we could not understand the person answering the phone with our problem. It was so frustrating. We were told that they took our order and WE messed up. Really...who does that? Since we are new in town we will NOT return our business to that place.

Food was ok , prices were fair, the place is nice and fairly clean, however the service lacks quite a bit. Did not get a drink refill, was never even asked if we wanted any more drinks. Served us and then left us. Until they brought the check. Doubtful I will return.

Outstanding customer service and food! They had a decent variety of entree's and the Owner "Kyong" (I think her name was) took a personal interest in the quality of our food and customer service. She even knows a majority of her customers names and goes out of her way to ensure everyone of them has a great experience.

The only thing that I can say is don't go to eat there. Horrible service! Very slow kitchen staff , not a busy night either! Many mistakes on each order . Sent mine back to be taken off the check. Was highly miffed!

My husband and I went there tonight and it was a waste of our time and money. Their food and atmosphere did not meet that expectations that you'd have for a "steak house"- cook blasting rap/hard rock in the kitchen. We had to ask our server to have him turn it down and later it got turned back up. Our server took forever to grab our drinks, our food was served in burger baskets with plastic containers for our sauces and it was cold. It was just all over-priced bar food or heated up frozen food. Bartender walked into the kitchen yelling.. their salad bar items were clearly sitting there all day. It was just bad.

I've actually worked at this establishment! So, I know that the quality of service is great! It's comfortable and you are not rushed into anything and the bar is a very comfortable setting, with a friendly atmosphere! The owner is, although very classy, is very personable and welcoming to all patrons! Although, I only worked there for a very short time, I was shown that the service was to be excellent AT ALL TIMES and that ALL TYPES OF PATRONS WERE WELCOMED AND TREAT RESPECTFULLY! I, personally, plan on stopping by there SOON, so that I can treat my bestest (and most critical) friend, Colten, to a nice evening out! Hopefully, he will be able to meet my former boss! She's AMAZING!!

My friend and I were a little weary about coming here as it has lower reviews. We wanted to do karaoke and we're in town for only a few days. We grabbed a bite to eat. Not the best quality but delicious and reasonable. The server was nice and prompt. Karaoke was a good time. Friendly bartenders and people enjoying a fun night of singing..good or bad.

My husband and I used to frequent this restaurant when they were still the Last Roundup. Now they are Roundup Steakhouse. Their menu has improved, in my opinion, and the service is usually wonderful. If you go in the evening, your table is nicely set with a candle and the restaurant is beautifully lit. My favorites on the menu include the crab/artichoke dip (yummy!) and especially the Chicken Hawk sandwich. It has a grilled chicken breast, cheese, lettuce, tomato, mayo, ranch dressing & bacon. Additionally, they have amazing beer battered fries. Downsides? Occasionally they seem understaffed and the back room can be a bit chilly. Otherwise its great. To prove my point, I ate lunch and dinner there yesterday and then a business lunch was held there today as well. Each time I order the same thing... can't get sick of it.

The waiter was nice and that is the only good thing about our dinner there. I ordered cheese sticks they had none. I ordered 10oz sirloin for my daughter and 1 10oz prime rib for me. I ordered salad with mine. She came back and asked what we ordered. I told and she left. When the food was brought out we had 2 Prine ribs and mine had onion rings so she charged me for the salad. When I told her the order was wrong she said no that she came and asked me and that's what I ordered. Will NOT be going back!!! Food was not that great either!

Food took forever to come out one time we went to the saloon because they ran out of plates due to a reception or some kind of event they had upstairs! We waited over an hour for our food and they didnt even compensate us for anything. The food was cold when it came out too..

Never again. My wife and I sat at the bar where there was only one other person present and somehow still managed to get terrible service. The bartender seemed super depressed and at one point, I whispered into my wife's ear "do you think she's going to kill herself?". She acted as though we just burst into her living room and interrupted her favorite show on top of whatever deep hole of depression she was burrowing in. My wife asked her for a glass of water and she said ok and then walked around the bar and sat down next to the only other person that was there for a solid ten minutes. Finally she looked over and must have decided my wife was ready for the water and then got up and got it for her before she disappeared for an extended period of time. When our food came she acted as though every movement it took to serve the meal was painful and she kept brushing her hair in her face and pulling her sweater tighter. It was like watching some 1990s teenage angst video. Someone needs to put that girl on suicide watch and maybe not let her work with people. ...& the steak / prime rib was "mehhh"

Visited on Saturday night our server was awesome the fried cheese curds were delicious. The rest of the food ordered was good and mostly cooked as requested (larger steak was not cooked quite enough in the center, but the rest of the steak was cooked as requested). It was a nice atmosphere, but the booth seats are showing lots of use.

Everything was alright until I received my dinner... I ordered a prime rib dinner, the potato was cold but there was a HAIR wrapped in my steak! I told the staff and the owner was told and never even came to my table. The waiter ASKED me if i wanted to have it written off my ticket! OMG! really?! I took one bite and almost threw up seeing that hair wrapped in my steak... NEVER NEVER will i go there again. All the owner had to do was come and say, "Im sorry about that...." but nothing even close to customer service.... You lost two people and trust me, i will let others know as well....

The atmosphere is lacking but the food is great!. Western chicken w/ the 'gold sauce' is a favorite. The beer battered fries are yummmmyyyy. Nice place to go get a low key lunch/dinner. Had a few off visits in the past but within the past year customer service has been so much better and the cook is always on point. Although this is a steakhouse, I have not ever had a steak.

Clam chowder and ice tea were very good. The "world famous cheese steak sandwich original" was perhaps the worste thing I have ever tasted. It took 45 minutes after my chowder. Finally got what looked like specks of meat in soup. Very sour and off tasting. We took a spoon to taste it and immediately went to management. She wanted us to pay 50%. I didn't! Don't go there hungry. Even the guy sitting behind us returned his meal.

Mark another fbx restaurant off the list rude staff and horrible food. Baby shrimps as "prawns" brown soggy salad not only the lettuce but most other items at salad bar. Medium ribeye came out so over done needed a1 to saturate some moisture back in. When asked server all we got was attitude. Complete waste of time & money couldn't even choke down 1/3 of what was served. Not the first time crappy service or food it's only gotten worse. We definitely won't be back.

Food was ok but the place is old, the seats are falling apart and just seems like it needs more work to keep it clean inside then the employees can give it. Our server was nice but obviously very new and her trainer just ditched her after they greeted us. The place was quiet with only one other tavle occupied. We went on a Monday which may have contributed to my overall bad meal. First up of only 3 steak choices they didn't have the Porterhouse, then was told they were out of Rice Pilaf. When the Steak came I found a very thin piece of meat that was well over cooked. I took an out of town friend there and will never do that again! Bring up the quality or bring down the price!!
