The food is tasty and reasonable..how ever. What is the point in ordering o line to have to wait for them to make it 30-45mins later? The point of ordering food online is you pick it up at the register and leave, not wait extra time to have to pick it up. I'm sorry but that is ridiculous, also the woman had a bit of an attitude on her when I told he I was her to pick up an order. I find this type of behavior terrible but it is becoming the norm now and that is so not right. So I will have to debate if I come back or not if this is the kind of treatment I am going to get as a customer..

My husband and I love the food, my review is about an employee. First, thank you for accommodating those who don’t consume animal products. However, when I spend my money on food I expect to receive excellent customer service and eat exactly what I enjoy. Tonight at 9:30 my husband and I went to your store and were told our favorite two salsas were not available (mango and corn.) We debated about ordering and during our debate an employee (brunette Caucasian female) sarcastically mocked, “Oh no it’s not a burrito without corn salsa.” Neither I or my husband responded and we decided to order, while ordering I noticed my burrito wasn’t as full as usual because I didn’t have my two favorite salsas available. I proceeded to jokingly tell the girl who was preparing my burrito that I would like plenty of guacamole. Her response was “two scoops is enough.” She didn’t ask if it was enough, she didn’t inform me I had a choice in ordering more scoops for an additional charge, she told me what was enough for me. When it came to check out she also neglected to give us a receipt, she swiftly checked us out and basically forced out the words have a nice night. At no time did my husband and I give your employee an attitude. We would appreciate it if you would inform your employees what decent customer service is.

The people here are really nice and definitely know what they're doing. The place was remodeled recently as well which gave an entirely new feel to the whole place and made it an overall much better experience. The food is great and fresh, the people are awesome, and the environment is excellent. Not that it was awful before or anything, but the remodel just made it even better than it previously was.

Encountered a rude manager today! My 75 year old mother ordered water with her food and grabbed the wrong cup by mistake because the proper cup was not handed to her. The manager (who was checking her out at the register) kept yelling at her that she had the wrong cup (she is hard of hearing) and made her pay for the cup even after I explained that she is hard of hearing and did not know what cup to take. When I expressed my concerns and disgust at the situation, he rolled his eyes and said her cup was next to her plate and she should have seen it. He then gave me a dirty look and turned away. Totally blew me off! I would like to say that later another employee came to our table and apologized that we were treated so rudely and should not have been charged for the cup. Thank you to that nice employee!

Qdoba is a great stop if looking for a quick fix of Mexican food. They have awesome chips and queso and their tortilla soup, though not necessarily traditional, is also very good. You have a choice of meats to include in your soup, taco, burrito or salad including chicken and shredded or ground beef. The meals are made to order "Subway" style and the staff is very helpful with recommendations. We have been to this location many times and will continue to do so.

When I first walked in I had an opportunity to see the menu without being heckled. Some of the menu I had not tried before so the crew working was nice enough to let me sample some of the entree to help me decide what was good. Steak had a bit of spice to it, the pork and brisket we're tender and succulent and the rice was not over cooked. It was an enjoyable experience and I would recommend for lunch or a quick bite.

Thought I lost my wallet at this store on a road trip. When I called to inquire, the employee and regional manager went above and beyond, even emptying the garbage cans in the ladies restroom to look for it. Both asked for my phone number to get back to me if it was found. When I realized I had left it in Sheridan, WY instead, I called back and the store manager knew me by name before getting transferred to my call. They had even looked overnight again for it. Went in to get chips, salsa & queso. Waitress only gave me salsa & queso. When I asked for the chips they looked at me like I was crazy, said something in Spanish to her coworker & then scooped the chips. The waitress then put my containers of queso & salsa (that were sitting on the dirty counter) inside the chip bag DIRECTLY ON TOP OF CHIPS. I asked for a fresh bag of chips & for the items to be bagged separately, the waitress pretended not to speak English anymore and walked away. Another worker had to come up to the counter to fix the situation while the first girl walked away speaking to another coworker in Spanish & laughing.

My sailor is currently in CT where there are no Qdoba's near him. So finding this one on our mini vacation was probably one of the highlights of our trip. This one actually tastes so much better than the one we go to back home in MD. It was close to closing but everything was fresh, they give military discounts which is awesome, and the staff was very friendly. If we are ever back in the area we would go back in a heartbeat.

Workers were SO RUDE and obnoxious. Can't ask them questions, they respond with the nastiest attitudes. Went in around 12:45 and they had NO CHICKEN other than scraps (literally) left over from the dark meat, no steak, NOTHING was ready, so I asked the girl how long for the steak, and she looked at me with clear frustration that i asked her a question, and gave the NASTIEST attitude and said "it's not ready NOW", so I asked her how long, not if its ready??? she put my tacos down, skipped over my friend who was with me (who said NOTHING to her) and proceeded to ask the lady behind us what she wanted. I asked her if she had an issue with me asking her a question, and she stormed to the back, which I heard her saying to another co-worker, she was going to "beat the ---- out of me" Just like that!? There was no manager, nor was there anyone to hold her accountable for her behavior. Originally rated them 5 stars because the food was good the first time I visited, so I took a friend the second and this is what happens...but it barely deserves a 1/2. Hire better employees, cheap labor equals cheap service. I don't care how bad your day is, no one that walked into that restaurant did anything to her, keep your attitude somewhere else, or don't put yourself in front of people! will not be eating here again, neither do I recommend others dealing with this. GO TO IZZOS. Never had an issue there, as their employees are always kind and helpful.

The food here never fails always what I order is what I get ! But normally I’m an online customer who gets delivery. But I was off today so decided to stop by an eat inside . Food was cold , bottom of the pot last scraps of steak , chicken , bell peppers . But the worest part of it all seemed as if it was like a company visit from bosses . All employees had there phones out An had off putting moods with what looked like frustration. May stick to my online orders of anything from here on out .

Great Location. We go often. Food is great!! Staff is nice. The only thing I would say is that they resist giving you extra guacamole when you ask for "extra guac.." They look at you like you are pressuring them, and then they hesitate and give you a little extra spoonful. They make me feel badly about asking when Qdoba boasts about extra guacamole on commercials.

The food was not that great. They didn't have fajitas and did not bother to inform me until I had already started my order. The brown rice was dried up, hard and chewy. They put very little cheese and sour cream. At the end i felt like i was just eating black beans. The black beans were fine therefore it gets 2 stars. To top this, the attitude of the employee was sluggish and he could not care less about his customers. I would recommend this place only if you don't have any other option available.

I enjoy eating here because of the huge stuffed burritos. You get to choose your things like tortilla, meats, sauces/salsa, and veggies. The pricing fair and the food is filling. Its a step up from taco bell, but not a fancy restaurant. The staff was polite and on point each time I've gone. If you're hoping for a view not gonna find it here.

This location is the absolute worst. All of their employees are dumber than a sack of rocks. They won't honor your rewards through the app. They won't ask their manager for help when they don't know how to do things, they just look at you like a deer in headlights and ignore the problem until it goes away. They can't event steam their tortillas before using them... they just give you cold chalky corn tortilla... Yuck! I will never return to this location, it is NEVER worth it, I regret it every single time. Worst Qdoba I have ever been to.

Just went to get a burrito... The cook walked up took a spoon out of the steak dish dropped it in the beans and continued to switch the dish at which point he placed the spoon into the chicken dish and walked into the back... You might just catch me going to Taco Bell from now on...

Make no mistake, this is a fast food restaurant. The quality of the food and preparation is much higher then what you will find in an average fast-food chain, it is a great place to bring families and is reasonably priced for the portions you receive. The menu selection while not extensive still offers enough of a variety we're even picky eaters should find something to eat. I have eaten at a couple different locations run by this company, the staff is always friendly, the dining area is always clean, and the food is always quickly prepared.

I love Qdobas, but this one has such a high turn around rate in employees (it's always a brand new frustrated and confused teenager that doesn't know how to make a knockout taco) that the customer service has gone down so much that I can't justify returning. It's always in the evening that I go, maybe the evening/closing manager needs to pay closer attention to the lack of quality customer service and food that each client is getting. Embarrassing.

This was my go to location because it was so close to my house, but I’ll drive somewhere else for better service and a cheaper burrito. The last three times I went in here, I’ve seen one particular employee be rude and unprofessional in front of customers. One time I came up to the counter (I was the only one in line besides he girl cashing someone out) and the other two employees (one I believe her name is Demerie) were standing there having a pretty personal conversation that doesn’t need to be overheard by customers. They continued for probably 20-30 seconds until their conversation was done, then they asked what I wanted. Which made me feel very awkward and uncomfortable. The girl continued to try to talk to her coworker about other things and would ask me what I wanted (what type of meat, rice, beans, etc) and she had to re-ask me for each item because she was so focused on what they were talking about. I was angry, but I’m not a confrontational person, so I paid for my food and left. Since then, I have seen this particular employee, Demerie, be rude and very short with other customers in her line. Almost as if she doesn’t want the paying customers to be there. Just today, she started talking about some customer that came in and complained to her, and said “she was mean to her”, which I do not deny happened. Again, another uneccessary and unprofessional conversation to have in front of your customers. 1 star is only for the size of the burrito.

Very delicious food, and have a variety of mexican dishes to choose from including a variety of meats,vegetables, sauses and etc. Just a warning this is not a formal place to go and eat....... its more like a Kellys but way smaller and different choices... shouldnt come here for dates or family gather rounds, or for other special occasions... but great place to stop the diet and grab a quick bit. I usually always have a veggie gumbo at Qdoba and the soup for the gumbo is usually a bit salty but at this location it was on a different level. The ingredients are very fresh especially the fajitas but they really need to temper down on the salt in the gumbo soup.

I went here last week for lunch. I got the chicken nachos and my food was really good. The cashier was nice and asked everyone if they wanted chips before. She asked me as well and I said yes, but she didn't give me any. I shrugged it off and figured maybe I didn't get any since I had nachos. Later I realized I did need more chips, so I asked for some. She said okay, but then rang up more people before getting them. It wasn't a big deal and overall I had a good lunch.
