I never had Panda Express before, and I thought I'd give it a try. The food was good and low in price and the establishment was clean. It wasn't exceptional by any means and there wasn't any food item that you couldn't find anywhere else. I can see why this place is popular, though, and it's in a good location to make it easily accessible.

Everybody loves Panda Express.They were getting ready to close so the fried rice was a little dry. Fhe manager asked if she could make us some fresh food and we declined it was fine. Super great staff.

Sadly out of 10 of my visits, I only enjoyed one of them. I tend to be a late night chineese food grabber, and most of the time the people working here tell me none of the food is for sale anymore because they close in 45 minutes. I have talked to friends and it seems they have had the same issue with this place. The food is over priced, and its give or take on its quallity even in peak hours. I will not be going back.

When walking into the restaurant, the atmosphere is great. Workers greet you when you first approach the glass case, it's busy with people, and there's always fun music playing. Prices may seem a bit spendy, but for the amount of food they give you and the size of the drinks they provide you're getting your money's worth. Seating is comfortable and spacious. I love sitting at the long table close to the exit. They also provide televisions to watch the news or other channels on. Bathroom has always been clean and well kept whenever I have visited it. It's spacious and I like that it uses blow driers instead of paper towels to dry your hands with. Wonderful place to eat and I would suggest this restaurant to anyone who likes Asian cuisine and a great atmosphere. :)

Had to wait 30 min for the teriyaki chicken. But I was cool with that cuz it was a little 9pm and they closed at 10 pm. Any way they riped me off and and gave me only 2 of my 3 entrees. Literly had 2 little peices of black pepper chicken.. the rest was cellary and onions. They guy at the window was cool tho. Even the teriyaki chicken and beef was a small portion, if your going to give me close to none of the black pepper chicken you at least better load up the other to. Better luck going to the panda by JBER, they load the you plate up with food.

I went at 9:04pm (they close at 10pm). I asked for Beijing beef & was rudely interrupted by Melissa and she said we are out of it. I said I could see that but I do not mind waiting while they prepare more. She said they couldn't make any. (She was very rude in her tone and her facial expressions) And before I went "hood" on her and possibly be on Worldstar, I asked her can I order anything else that may not be there she said yes, so I said ok. I ordered 3 orders of Rangoons and went about paying for my food ($27 worth) only to be told not even 5 mins later they couldn't make the Rangoons and offered me egg rolls/spring rolls in lieu of the Rangoons. If I liked those other items I would have ordered them I was already annoyed with Melissa's lack of Customer Service. I just asked for a complete refund and left. I will NEVER go back to their location. El Con is better and they have better Customer Service!!

I order through Uber Eats often and my food is always still hot and fresh, even though it has been through a whole car ride! There are a lot of restaurants I sadly can not say this about. We order here at my office at least once a week and always enjoy the food! Today I had to call them because Uber was saying they were closed, which they weren't, and the employee who picked up (Nate maybe?) was super helpful and let me know their system was updating and about how long to expect to wait before I could order. 5 minutes later it was back up and I got to place my order! Great service, good quality, highly recommend.

I got food poisoning at this restaurant last night. I ordered at 10:30pm and woke up at 5am miserable. Puking, cold sweats, and stomach cramps that lasted over 8 hours. I was confident I was going to have to go to the hospital. Thankfully it passed after throwing up all morning. I ordered the orange chicken, sweet fire chicken, shrimp, and fried rice. Buyer beware.

Horrible customer service! I used drive thru and had to wait over 5 minutes for them to take my order and I had no one in front of me waiting to get their food. A few of their employees were outside smoking while I waited for them to take my order. When I finally got someone she told me wait on the rice would be abou 5 minutes. I immediately left. I like Panda Express, but this Northern Lights location is not good. Today at work we ordered $60 worth of food from Panda Express. They gave us cold and dry noodles, rice was not all the way cooked and had clumps of rice stuck together. Broccoli beef did not meet expectations, broccoli looked and tasted old, beef was cold. I think they used food from a day before, although we called around lunch time hours and expected fresh food. Very disappointed at this location. Muldoon location is the best!

My first visit, the noodles were horrible. Dry/with burnt bits and it was way too sweet for my liking. So my second visit I got the fried rice which was great, and the sesame chicken which... was good until I looked down and the 4 bigger pieces I had (waited to eat because they needed a knife to cut) were pink in the middle. I felt like I was going to be sick for the rest of the day. Will not be going back. I feel sick every time I think about it.

Today you were only making items by request. 15 minutes for anything when I only have a 30 minute lunch. I did say that there weren’t many choices- I would have gotten teriyaki chicken but all you had was one serving of shrimp and orange chicken I took what I could get but did say something about needing to put out choices. The girl behind the counter said that wasn’t an option. They had just thrown away food and were losing money. The manager girl came out from a side area and decided to tell me that she would give her opinion and then walked out. The first girl mentioned that was the manager. I said she stuck her nose in a conversation she wasn’t part of. She said you have your food what do you want now? My response was nothing and tried for the third time to pay when she said I could leave. I asked if she was kicking me out and she just stared. So I walked out. I will never walk back I. There until the worker and manager are gone. -6 months? Rude people move jobs a lot.

Not as good as when they first opened. We went later as I thought they would have the entrees ready. Always have to wait for some. Two of the ones We wanted were not up. The chicken egg rolls were not up. Had to wait. The noodles were really dry. We did take out and when we got home we didn’t have any fortune cookies. Prices had gone up too. Don’t plan on going again.

Surprised at the quality of this place. Very clean and open kitchen with freshish deli style serving. Meals are usually by bowl, dish, larger dish, etc. with each container having more of a particular item and a side. Veggies has a great wok taste and are crunchy. Not the best Chinese American food but for fast food with a touch more refinement, this is a go to place.

Went there today because of a reference. Food was too chewey overly salty and the rice was tasteless. Maybe what I had ( my old standby) has gone down hill. This used to be my favorite Panda Express to go to... but after today, I’m not so sure if it’s better than the one at northern light anymore. Karen, who has the black shirt, I assumed is the manager, couldn’t even get my order right. I had to repeat white rice three times just to have her give me fried rice. Then the chow mein was out and nobody is even cooking it in the kitchen. It was five minutes before anyone started. Not only that but after the chow mein was done, they didn’t even bring it to me like they said. I waited 20 minutes, watching them filling out new peoples chow mein order and Karen and the other cashier looked right at me as I stared them down, didn’t even care. I had to go asked for my chowmein. Worse experienced ever.

Always a favorite with 3 different sizes for all appetites. Food looks and tastes great with many option. Had both the awesome shrimp and orange chicken. Rice can be fried, white or brown. Substitute rice for excellent chop suey. Service was very good. Place is clean. Parking right outside door with 1 handicap spot.

Well long story short I ordered and paid for orange chicken and grilled chicken and got only orange chicken. They refused to give me what I asked for and then proceeded to hand me pineapple chicken just to get me to leave the drive through. Very poor customer service if u ask me.

Went to this place and waited in the longest drive through line in the history of drive throughs. Not exaggerating, I was in this line for 45 minutes. I ordered the 'bigger plate." That's 3 entrees and a side. I pay and I get some food. I get home and open up The container to find that I got the much cheaper 1 entree meal. It literally took me nearly 2 hrs from the time I left my house to the time I got back. I live downtown so driving back was just not a viable option. So I called. I'm still calling. I've been calling back to back for 30 minutes now to talk to a manager and no one has answered yet. To top it off, the incorrect food I overpaid for is terrible. Worst restaurant experience of my life. I will definitely be steering everyone I can away from this place.

You know what? I really like Panda Express or the Panda as we like to call it! The one at Campbell and Glenn is where we go. (The wife and I) their friend rice is quite good, but by far we love the orange chicken! I also crave the General Tsaos beef, spicy and just plain delicious. Everything is cooked fresh as needed and believe me they need a constant supply as "rush hour" the line can be out the door. You order what you want and move down the line twards the cash register, watching the line people fill your plate generously. If you want Chinese food and fast, my Panda is the place!

Waited in line at the drive through for 22 minutes, 15 of which were at the actual pick up window. While waiting, 2 people came over to ask if I had paid yet. A third came over to ask if I got my food yet and then a few minutes later asked what I ordered. I gave him the receipt and finally got my food but of course got home to realize the sauce was on the side even though I asked for it to be on the chicken, and there was no sweet and sour sauce even though I asked for some for my egg roll. Terrible service. Gave it a couple months and gave it another try. Same terrible service. This time no sauce at all on the chicken or with the egg roll and the supervisor argued with me when I went back in and brought it to her attention. Now i'm definitely never going back.

Smelling Weird! Pros: My order was freshly cooked. Cons: I ordered the new 5 flavor shrimp before and it was amazing at a different Panda. However, it smelled weird like it was spoiled at this location. I only had it once before so I couldn't remember if the smell was supposed to be that offensive or not, so I ate it anyway. Sure enough, I was sick that night with an awful belly ache. Be careful when you order from here. The pain and suffering is not worth it. I should have known something was wrong when my box wasn't fully assembled.

Been here twice so far and both time food has been submitted par. Order the broccoli beef the first time, got home and found no beef at all just broccoli. Thinking it was a fluke I tried again. Ordered the plate with 2 entrees (mushroom chicken and honey walnut shrimp) and 1 side, got home and found they had left the shrimp entree out entirely and my mushroom chicken had 4 tiny pieces of chicken in it. No returning to this restaurant for me.

Only problem we ever experience is that it is best if you sample what you'd like to order (which they are great about doing samples) before getting a dish because every now and then it seems like its old, maybe because its closer to the end of the day and they don't want to refill with fresh food to be wasted, not sure exactly their reason, but we've gone when its fresh and delicious but also when its dried out and not very good. Other than that we love the food.

Ive ordered from here twice on post mates the first time the order delivered was incorrect. We were promised a free plate to make up for the mistake. We then ordered the next night and asked before hand if we would be able to receive the free plate we were told yes. When the order arrived the free plate was not in the bag. We called the store several times and were hung up on. Then when they answered they gave us the run around. How unnecessary for me to spend money to get something that was already owed to me. This store has horrible service. Its truly unfortunate because this is one of my favorite places to eat.

The worst drive thru service... ever!!! Understanding them is hard because the volume is so low or they talk so low and the wait is ridiculous!!! Line backed up across the street, I pull up after ordering and not one car in front of me at the window! I love their food but can’t stand going! This being a newer location appears to have a different motif that the others I am used to in the lower 48 which I can only describe as more comfortable. They have large TV's on the walls which I know appeal to a lot of people however I find this trend personally annoying. Food is as expected. Kids like the food however the trips starts adding up with two adults and two kids. Depending how much your kids eat it might be a better idea to forgo the kids meals and have them split a single item bowl.

Just like every location I've been to, the food was good and what I expect when visiting Panda Express. There's not a lot of seating, but people were churning through the seats fast as they were coming through the lines so it works. People complaining about the long lines need to take a chill pill. It's a brand new location. Of course the lines are going to be long. Come back in six months and update your review

I hesitate to even give them a star. The customer service was good but the food was terrible. I went to this location before a couple times but recently I had the worst experience. I ordered chow mein, orange chicken, and the teriyaki chicken ( the usual ). I had trouble digesting the food all day. About 4-5 hours later I ended up throwing it all up, noodles and all. My stomach can handle anything but the recent experience with panda and also others I know asking why I'd even go eat there turn me away from them. Wouldn't suggest

We took back 4 choose three meals within 15 minutes of purchase because the chow mein was burnt and the orange chicken tasted wrong, the supervisor told us she could only replace the food which was fine for us but what if someone got the food and had a bad taste for it??? My issue was my husband had combined all his together before tasting and the girl literally looked at us and rolled her eyes said there wasn't any left of the Beijing chicken not true, not saying he didn't take a couple bites but there was clearly product she acted like we, the people who paid 50.00 15 minutes before were taking advantage of her wth ! not okay so now after going to panda waiting in line ordering going home driving back waiting for it to be fixed... by the way the supervisor was eating at a table when we walked in carrying 4 large boxes she didn't come to us until the girl at the side station went and got her...driving back home 1 hour and a guilt trip !!!thanks

The only food selection I like here is the orange chicken, though it's a bit spicier than other Panda's. Their menu selection is smaller than other Panda's due to rumors that the owner is muslim and refuses to sell pork dishes. I miss the eggplant/tofu dish which is not served here. Didnt have mixed vegetables ready when we ordered, so they had us pay then wouldn't give us the rest of the food. They were holding it hostage till the mixed vegetables were ready. After about 10 minutes they decided they should let us eat and released our 4 orders of food. Moments later the mixed vegetables appeared at our table in a to go container. They seemed to realize it was bad to hold our food and let it get cold, so they offered an egg roll as condolences. Food was your normal panda average.

VERY INCONSISTENT- The food is sometimes overcooked (mostly eggrolls), and at times lately, the Asian Chicken is leather-like. The noodles most often are undercooked. The portions are rarely the same and the customer service falls flat. This is displayed if you go in an hour or so before closing as there is little to zero food available for sale-complete Nasty Leftovers! Oh and while we did happen to get their only egg roll they had no sweet sauce to dip it in....sad. ....perhaps the worst Panda Express ever!

The food here has increased in quality over the years. The first few times I have eaten here I promised myself I would never return. Now that the quality is good I find myself wanting a lunch from here every now and then. A lot of food delivery outfits pick someone's food here as well as the stop n go people. Parking is no problem and seating is plenty. Look, sample and get your lunch the way you want it. Pricing is fair.

Employees lack communication between customers, I ordered my meal with double orange and my plate was sat on the line lid closed and I had no idea why and I'm standing there waiting and it's not busy and about 10 minutes later the chicken was added I wouldve appreciated being told there was a wait for the chicken I was fine with waiting but not being told is a disconnect between customer and employee it feels not good

First time stopping here and it is a very clean location. Like any Panda Express, service was quick. We did takeout and the portions were generous. Two reasons for the one star deduction was that the orange chicken was slightly overcooked (towards the end of what was left) and the chow mein had been chopped up. I'm not sure if this is something new Panda has started or just unique to this location, but I prefer the longer noodle strands.

I ordered online. A couple and I walked through the door at the same time, by the time I got the food for my online order, they were at the cash register beside me. The staff didn't even know my online order existed and if I didn't verbally double check I would of been given Brown instead of white rice, the line wasn't even busy until I walked out. Here's the kicker, when I got home whoever prepared my order placed my sides where my entree is supposed to go and vice versa so I had this small pathetic serving of General Tsos. Next time Ill just do walkin if I return and need to watch the employees like a hawk. The only reason I did online order was because it was lunch time I had my pet in the car with me thinking online would save time, wow was I wrong! Save your money and goto a local Chinese takeout place instead.

Some of the workers here were really rude. I usually purchase the terriaki chicken when I come through the drive through I always ask for the terriaki sauce but they never put it on top of it or on the side this happened to me four times already. YOU GUYS NEED NEW MANAGEMENT smh!

This place meets all five Fs of my dining desires. Fast, greeted immediately through the door. Friendly, everyone was smiling or at least making an attempt. While being served I was thanked and welcomed several times. Fair, the prices are honestly less then I'd expect to pay for a meal like this. Fresh, for buffet style food, nothing looks or tastes like it's been sitting out. Fantastic, the food tasted great, and was well worth every dollar. I paid 12$ for two entrees and a drink and I'm glad I did.

I live nearby, and was excited that Panda was opening somewhere within walking distance. However, after 4 seperate trips there in the last month, I've decided never to visit this branch again. Its been consistently awful. Rice undercooked; chicken undercooked; when its not overcooked its been sitting under the heatlamps so long it loses any flavor. The orange chicken is mostly breading, you can see they're trying to stretch their budget. Terrible terrible terrible.

I was disappointed with my meal, my mixed vegetables were cold, and i got only 4 pieces of shrimp, also the sierra mist was completely flavorless, carbonated water. HOWEVER... the customer service was wonderful. I was refunded for my food, given free items for my inconvenience, and treated fabulously by the manager tonight, Vicky. she was AWESOME!! I understand working in fast food, not everything goes smoothly all the time... customer service is so important. Because of Vicky, i WILL be returning. (: thanks for the great service!

Terrible customer service, went through the drive through and the guy is having a conversation with the coworkers the entire time never once making eye contact or anything with me. Food quality sucked. Dry, flavorless as if its been under a heating lamp all day long or its just a frozen dinner style meal. This is a huge let down from other panda expresses I've experienced.

Wow came back here after about a year and a half when the food was just terrible and get to wait 6 minutes to pay for my food which was hit and ready to go while people in front of me waited on their orders to be cooked and finished. Yet the elderly women in front of me but behind the others I waited for was able to pay and leave minutes before me. Multiple people behind me had orders done but had to wait as well. By the time I got home fresh food that I saw come out was barley warm and no soy sauce included in my to go order. Guess panda just isn’t what it used to be and I’ll go to local restaurants since they are the same price and when my food is hot and ready I can pay and not wait for whatever reason they have while cooking other people’s food. Attached is photo of my phones stopwatch from the time my order was complete until I could pay while those in front waited the same amount of time for their order to be completed. Not sure why I couldn’t pay and leave the line to make room in the store as that’s what I have my people do but guess panda just doesn’t care about customer service

First timer wow will be back maybe twice a week. There were things i like from chinese food that they didnt serve but they are not express items so no prob. One word of advice we have all been to marginal buffet style. Look for empty bowl and wait in my case 30 seconds bowl was full eating 30 seconds later you rock kung pow chicken. Spicey fresh yum
