We hadn’t eaten at frozzo’s for several years. Took my kids there and we were all disappointed. Porks chops were so tough couldn’t cut them with the steak knife provided. They were Luke warm which suggested they were reheated. Soup on salad bar was really over floured in order to thicken it. Nit very tasty. The French onion soup was old enough that the onions were really just mush. Sad. Hope it was just a bad night

Woah amazing restaurant they practically have everything for food! Greek,italian,seafood, burgers, grilled cheeses... I recommend this place for a goofy or serious date. when I was there they were playing almost all oldy love songs the atmosphere is a setting of Rome and Greece.

I felt mislead by the make your pasta menu. I chose penne in alfredo sauce and primavera as the final option for toppings I suppose which listed primavera (vegetables) so naturally I expected there to be some veggies like onions and peppers etc. It came out without a single vegetable just seasonings of basil and perhaps some dried olive but very sparsley sprinkled. The taste wasn't bad as such but I was disappointed.. The garlic bread served with it came pretty dry and without any olive oil or dip. Also the calzone ordered by my friend was pretty bad.

Been there 3 times. First time food was good. Second time mozzarella sticks were cold, spaghetti was cold and watery. Went a third time to give them another chance and mozzarella sticks were over cooked, chicken on salad seemed under cooked and unappetizing, husbands food was too greasy. Very expensive for the quality of food you get. Nice atmosphere, friendly service, but sadly the food made us sick tonight and we won't go back. Spent $68 dollars for poorly cooked food and should have just gone to Safeway or McDonalds.....food seems of poor quality, seems microwaved, inexperienced cooks

My extended family loves this place. On a good day so do I. But that's the problem. Some days, the quality really suffers. One day, the pizza will be great, and another day, it might be charred or soggy.

Horrible horrible Sushi rolls. I was expecting fresh salmon in my sushi but the amount of salmon was so less that I could barely taste it. Instead it was mostly a thick roll of rice. Never expected such bad sushi after paying such steep price.

This was my fourth visit in as many years, unfortunately I didn't write reviews from my three previous visits which were good. Today however my visit was poor at best. Four of us visited for supper, three had prime rib and one had the seafood platter. The seafood platter was good, but the three prime rib dinners were poor. I questioned the waitress and the owner about the cut of prime rib, in my opinion it was not prime rib, but some other cut, the meat was tough and had gristle. On one of the plates we found a 6+ inch strand of hair under the meat. When we brought this to the waitresses attention she talked with the owner who credited us for one of the meals and took $5 off the plate with the hair. After some haggling the owner did credit the second prime dinner. I will say the steamed vegetables and baked potato were good. I gave 2 stars because of my previous visits, if I scored just for today it would be 1 star. I have not decided if I will give Froso's another chance. Disappointed I took friends here based on past experience. I recommend the owner read and analyze the reviews and make some changes, there are too many negative reviews to be a coincidence. Strive for improvement and consistency!

Food isn't very good the salmon is labeled as king it was dog salmon that tastes waxy they are really overpriced the only things edible are the Vegetables and the salad bar do not go into this place

When to dinner tonight, I ordered the pork chops and I was told they were one of the best items on the menu. Well they were absolutely horrible. Drier than dry. It was more like pork jerky!!!!. The person who took my order never offered to replace them. When I told him they were Dry and hard as a rock, he just said I'm sorry. I will say he only charged me 1/2 price, however I only ate the potato, which was good and a little of the salary it was just iceberg lettuce and it was watery. I've have never not been told that they would replace the item at any restaurant. I left there hungry.

Service was great. Food was a let down. It was like it was the chefs first time making Alfredo sauce. It was overwhelmingly cheesy. I love cheese and when I make Alfredo I double the cheese and it is still not as cheesy as theirs. It was just too much. I of course couldn’t eat all of it in one sitting, when reheated I poured out at least 1/4 cup of butter and cheese oil. You normally have to pour some out after reheating but not that much. Garlic bread was weird. I could tell jarred minced or fresh garlic was used, but somehow it didn’t taste like garlic bread. The meatballs... definitely not worth $2 a piece. The texture was off and they were really dry.

The food was amazing. The service was speedy and the staff were very friendly. I had a BLT which despite being a bit burnt was very flavorful. My sister's gyros had the best tasting pita I've ever had and we later discovered it is baked fresh in the restaurant. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone.

First time here and I'm impressed. A large selection of foods so everyone is happy. Service was excellent, ahi tacos were delicious, sushi was fantastic. Prices are average for a decent sit down restaurant. Salad bar was nice, clean and well prepared and had a large soup selection. The chicken lemon rice was some of the best I've had. Every time we come up we're eating here now!

The owner was very rude and unfriendly and the food was terrible! The chicken marsala did not taste like marsala. The enchilada tasted like dirt and was the worse enchilada my family and I ever tasted. Also the pasta dish tasted terrible & the cheese was sour. Last but not least the pineapple juice was turning bad.

We drive pass this restaurant, so we stop here for lunch. The restaurant is clean and good location, employees nice and quick service. We pick to have buffet $17 include salad bar. The food is okay, salad bar fresh and mix drinks (Jim and coke) it cost $9.50!! That is WOW.

The fried halibut dinner was wonderful! I had a salad instead of fries, and it was generous portions. My friend had calzone that took up the whole plate. Our waitress was on task without 'hovering' (I hate that). Will go again on my next trip to the Kenai Peninsula.

The food was mediocre at best. We had a chicken parmesan and chicken marsala at $17 a piece. I ordered a margarita and my wife ordered a daiquiri. When the bill came in it turns out the Daiquiri was $12.50 and the margarita was $15. They said it's because the glasses they serve them in are larger so that's why they cost more. They are no larger than any of the glasses you would see in any other Mexican restaurant. They have no drink menu that discloses their prices of the drinks either. It's a deceptive way of charging people a hell of a lot of money for a basic drink that was not that good to begin with. If you want to go there for the food then go ahead. If you want to go there for the drink, bring your own! Otherwise just go somewhere else and save your guys the trouble and heartache they're deceptiveness.

I had the spaghetti in meat sauce with sausage. It was better than average. The seafood platter my brother ordered, he shared with me, was awesome! Had tempura prawns and calamari for appetizers. The calamari was better than what we have typically in the Seattle, Washington area.

Don't waste your money. Food quality crashed since my last time here (4 yrs). Salad bar soups were all disgusting and looked like pasty blobs and the dressings tasted awful. Our server didn't give us four settings, she didn't come to our table for a good 15 minutes even if it was slow, and shrugged and said I don't eat that particilar aoup so I don't know, after we told her it was not spicy chicken tortilla soup and must be mislabeled. I'm good, you should be too.

Great Salad bar, pretty good foot, used to be Pizza Petes . But for being in Alaska for over 40 plus years, you think they would be able to make good clam chowder. Still I give it a 4 star, nice place ,it's worthwhile to eat there.

The bread sticks are one of the best reasons to come here. The garlic bread is pretty good too. The Prime Rib isn't bad, but the seasoning isn't memorable. The meat ravioli came from a bag. I was expecting hand made. I'm not sure where I got that idea. This restaurant is alright. Like most Soldotna restaurants, it's not extraordinary, but it's not bad either.

Great Place - Excellent Chef... and the number one reason why.... he will cook your fresh caught fish and serve it to you - and it doesn't have to be cleaned!!! Twice in one day we brought fish to him (Trout and Salmon) for lunch and dinner. He was able to prepare and serve a fantastic meal. If you are a tourist - with no gear for preparing the food then this is the place to go.. quick, simple and tasty!

This is a great restaurant for both Greek, and Italian foods. It's very clean, the service is excellent. I love to come here for their Sushi Bar, which is probably the absolute best on the Kenai Peninsula. Shu, the Sushi Chef is straight out of Japan, and makes some awesome dishes. I highly recommend this place.

Wow. Literally best pizza I've ever had. They weren't skimpy on toppings at all but not overboard. Crust was amazing, sauce was perfect, not overbearing, not too little not too much. Perfect. My salad was AMAZING. Ordered the Greek, perfect greek salad. Very fresh. The cali roll was clearly freshly rolled and great! Best delivery experience here so far and I come here frequently for work/appointments. Definitely my new go to. I am pretty particular, but I am highly impressed. Enough to review these guys delivery 5 stars! Delivery guy was cordial polite and timely

Salads are good. Been there a few times and ordered various dishes but it seems that they use ingredients bought in bulk for low price rather than selected. Not really the European taste you'd like from a place like this. Sushi bar seems to be the better part of this place.

We met up with our friends to have dinner at Froso's. I ordered Ahi taco, the ahi in the taco were previously frozen. The fish strips were cold and not fresh. Our waitress Capris was so nice to make my dinner right and brought it to cook. I didnt eat any of it. Also, when I went to pay for the dinner there were 4 workers gossiping about lady manager who wrote $2000.00 checks totally $10K. Not 1 worker asked how was our dinner. Took the left over and threw it in the trash can. Poor service.
