Food is good but they are out growing thier building. They need a larger space, they also need to come up w a better method of order when they r busy. People want to sit down and relax while waiting for there for not standing in a line to pay. I suggest a tablet where customers can swipe amd pay in line. And a table number system so food can be brought out to the customer when its done.

I thought it was average at best. The server was friendly, however the cashier seemed to treat my Fiancé and I rudely and the next people in line with more respect, I suspect prejudice. The grill cook was yelling out orders and bossing customers around, which made the experience VERY unpleasant. The cutlery was not very clean. Finally, to the food. I ordered a classic cheese burger with a salad. The onions were great, and so was the patty, however the lettuce was browning and soggy in both the burger and the salad, the pickles were soft and soggy, and the plate size left me wanting more. I had high expectations due to the rating on Google Maps. I was disappointed to say the least. I've had a better burger, better service, and an overall better experience at the Monderosa in Nenana, which I would say is slightly above average, but still better. I don't think that I would come back or recommend this place to my friends. Perhaps I came in on a bad day, but I was disappointed.

From the entrance to the exit was exactly as they say come as a guest and leave as a friend their smiles and attention is there intention, they are sincere, the food is very fresh and that makes it very important. The owner came out from the counter to offer All guests,at least ten,a sweet treat from a basket she was holding. It includes mints to Dove chocolate and more. A sweet place with, great fresh food,and excellent staff. Thanks my pleasure.

AMAZING service!! The nicest people. Got referred here from our Enterprise lady, Sharon, and was not disappointed! They were even nice enough to refer us to some restaurants to grab a drink on a patio this evening. Seriously the sweetest people in the world. AND amazing food!!! Had the biscuits and gravy with eggs and bacon, everything was done perfectly. Tasted like breakfast at grandmas.

Fast,friendly, and tasty! Everytime I go there I find something better to say about the establishment. The size of the restaurant could be larger internally so more people could enjoy the great service and food but regardless if you decide to eat in or out the staff make you feel welcome. I would have to say that the size, taste, and apperance of their hamburgers is by far one of if not the best in Fairbanks. They have an incentive program for continued patronage and even after only two visits I 40% complete in earning a free meal.

Nice welcoming atmosphere, beautiful relaxed interior and delicious food!! Best chicken ceasar wrap in town and the tatter tots were a great side. Their fried pickles are out of this world! A must go and I will recommend to all!

Stopped by with my family at their new location off post where they moved. The food was great and affordable, and parking was great. The staff was very friendly and remember some of my family from previous visits. Only down side was that it's so out of the way the only way I knew of the place was through word of mouth, and it was all positive.

We have been in Fairbanks for 5 years now and have just now been able to try their food. We have both lunch and breakfast and really enjoyed them both. For lunch we had the lunch special, a roast beef gouda chipotle and it was amazing. For breakfast the burritos have to be my favorite. I just wish they were open on the weekends

Met up with 7 other mamas and babies here and the staff was so accommodating and attentive! The food was excellent! I had a jalapeño burger that came with a generous portion of fresh toppings and onion rings. YUM! Atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and had great Alaskan decorations. Bathrooms were clean, well stocked, and baby friendly! Highly recommend the food and can't wait to return :-)

DW Grill & Catering is not just another average restaurant in our town, it stands out from the majority both in service and food. When you walk into this restaurant you’re immediately greeted by one of the owners or staff members. The atmosphere is spot on and accommodates for both dine in or ordering something fast and fresh to go. I prefer their famous cob chicken salad: Grilled chicken, fresh mixed greens, hard boiled eggs, bell peppers, onions, tomatoes, croutons, bacon, and cheese. With my favorite dressing raspberry vinaigrette. All the meals that are ordered are prepared right up front, this giving the customer the availability to see their food prepared. Their work stations and grills are always clean and tidy as well as the seating areas and floors. I recently also used DW Grill & Catering for a work luncheon. DW Grill & Catering made this task extremely simple, by allowing us to place our order ahead of time and providing them with a pick-up time. The food was ready on time and is was fresh and hot for all the employees attending our luncheon.

1st time here and was greatly impressed with the super friendly atmosphere with great service. The burgers were handmade and cooked to perfection. The restaurant is cozy and very busy so show up a little early and enjoy a great meal. My brother commented they even served breakfast. Prices were fair but parking is tight. Will definitely be a returning customer. Second day we brought another person and all had a great time. I had the catfish and fries. Excellent. Even bought a few gift cards to get some friends of my dad to go sometime in the future.

Great place for American food. Service is wonderful. A burger is a burger is a burger anywhere in the country. Buns. Beef patty. Veggies and condiments. What sets DW apart from other American eateries in the area (lazy, incompetent) is that they behave like they want your business, and they definitely deserve it. The burger came out faster and tasted better. The place just has a good, professional energy to it.

My jalapeno burger was solid, generously heaped with jalapenos and bacon, and the sauce on it was a great compliment to the burger lverall. The curly fries were crisp but not too crunchy. Staff was very friendly and helpful and the space itself was cute and enjoyable. Definitely would recommend coming here, well worth the time.

In all my years living in Fairbanks (and it's been a lot haha) I have never stepped into a restaurant and felt they really appreciated me there, that all changed when I made my first trip to DW GRILL, so due to that, and with that feeling you are loved & part of the family I try to go once a week if not more. DW Grill is a bit tricky to find, not too far off the Mitchell Expressway and south cushman, but well worth the trip. Everything is made fresh, no packaged veggies or potato salad here. My mom had the catfish and it was the best I’ve ever tasted. The chicken bacon ranch wrap was fantastic as was the bacon ranch potato salad that went with it.
