I have been here many times. Time after time, the service is horrible and so is the food! The alcoholic drinks are good and the games are fun, but be prepared to spend money as the 'points' don't get you very far. I would suggest improving the attentiveness of the servers and the quality of the food.

The food was not to bad. The caramel churro was incredible! The staff was quick. The actual good was a little dry and the prices are decent. As for the games; I enjoyed the amount of games there and the variety was great but the prices are RIDICULOUSLY high. I will stick to the game places in the valley, not worth driving to Anchorage for.

I like this place. Overall it's great. It gets a star knocked down because their "Unlimited Wings and Games" is disappointing. They slowed down their wing service after my 5th basket, then the "Unlimited games" are just for a select few games. The food is average to slightly above average. They should get credit for trying different menu items though. Game selection is awesome. You'll have a fantastic time if you come with medium-low expectations for food quality, but the games are super fun.

Top 10 worst dining experiences I have ever had, manager made it right but was still a terrible waste of good night. Was with a group of people, we were given one waiter who we found out later she was "new". She forgot about our table entirely, when we reminded the seater again the waiter came and took care of clearing the tables beside us instead of getting our drinks in motion. Finally me and my buddy ordered a beer tube, went outside for prob 15-20 min and it still wasn't there when we came back... When we did get it it had been sitting up for awhile (it was flat).... Just all around bad experience super ridiculous wait times for everything, orders forgotten, brought out appetizers with food... 10/10 would not recommend lol

I know the area is meant for people to play games and enjoy their food with the family, but I certainly wasn’t happy with the service. The service was rather rushed and the server would always leave before I get to say anything. I had to stop another server to get their attention on what I’d like to order or change. The food was at the most ghastly. Cold and the picture was better than the final product. I will say the manager was rather kind, but even I believe the chef or chefs must be slacking on the potential of their food. Their food could be so much better and the service. Thank you however for the meal.

My family and I planned on going to D&B on Wednesday evening as it was a dreary day and the kids were anxious to get out of the house. My significant other and I both called to inquire about a Groupon that stated 25 dollars for two unlimited passes. We noticed on the Groupon that it could only be used for certain games which was our primary reason for the calls. I was sure to tell the staff member that assisted on my call that my family and I planned on coming in that day to use the coupon and that we were very excited after having gone to some D&B's while living in Texas. We arrived around 6PM only to be told that D&B does not accept any forms of coupons/discounts on Wednesdays as games are already half off. This was extremely frustrating as I spent over an hour gathering all of our neices and nephews to take them out for a night of fun. After being told that no coupons would be accepted I promptly asked to speak with a manager. Sharonda I believe was the managers names that responded. After explaining that we called multiple times inquiring and speaking to different staff members only to be told not over the phone but in person once we arrived that the coupons wouldn't be accepted was very frustrating. I asked the manager if there is anyway I'm which she can help saying that I have 10 children that I can't afford to pay for regardless to if it is half off day or not. The half off savings does not equal what would've been saved with the Groupon. The manager was not very helpful and didn't seem to care too much about rather I was satisfied or not. She offered to take off the 3 dollar activation fee for each card I would instead have to purchase. The kids love D&B and I hope not to have to take them to Chuckie E Cheese instead with my hard earned money due to employees not having the courtesy to inform a customer that their coupon WOULD NOT be accepted that particular day they said they were coming in. Please beware

haven't eaten there in a while but when my family and i did. we were not disappointed. but i went there last night and my nephew got this bop it hammer that makes sounds like a dog toy and i said "is this a new item? i haven't seen it there?" my cousin said it was in a very small wrapper and thst you had to blow it up or read the package to see what it was. i went there when they first opened and never noticed it, they should advertise it better for this specific toy

Very loud, maybe have a sensory day? I felt overwhelmed with the lights and every game sound trying to fight with every other. I know that's the point, just not my thing. Staff seemed happy enough and extremely busy, hopefully they have some down time. I only saw one group of employees who seemed to be going about something with ease and taking their time. Food was passable. Definitely getting near chain fast food level. The bang bang chicken in particular stuck out at me. Not sure if it was prepared correctly, but the sauces used felt conflicting and not pleasing to the mouth. The game concept was interesting to say the least. Lots of games i have never seen before and many more i hadn't expected to see. Some of them seem buggy or a pain to try and play with a friend, example being the basketball connect 4. Both of us ended up playing against the computer when trying to play together. I am still not sure what games to play in the selection if you want to go about getting prizes, many of them seem more of a "thanks for playing, insert credit to play again". For the sonic Olympics it would be nice if the arcade record was posted. I was told i got third overall, but was not given a lineup. Just that i had first in my round.

When people say this place is an updated Chuck E Cheese, they're not kidding! Kids everywhere, running around completely un-supervised. Their slogan ought to be "Eat, Play, Kids". Unless you have kids, it's a tough place to enjoy yourself.

It's nice and clean. Games are awesome except the stuff toys claw machine! The claw works and pick up toys, but it will lift up the claw and then open and drops the toy before it gets to the hole!

We had the worst waiter ever, would only allow us to have 1 beer at a time, so he waited until my bottle of beer was COMPLETELY empty (every drop) until he went to the bar to order another single beer. Then he’d come back to tell me that my beer has been ordered, then go back to wait for the beer, then he’d bring the single bottle of beer to me. This always took 10 minutes. Constant waiting for a beer and even water was ridiculous. He said that there’s cameras everywhere and they’re watching everyone’s every move...food was good tho, but with a jackass server like that, I won’t be back...

Some people act like restaurants are the only business where it’s unacceptable to be busy and running behind a bit. They’ll wait 30+ minutes past their appt time at a doctors office when it’s busy but if a restaurant is in the same situation people lose their minds. I’ve been here many times, on busy nights and slow nights, and never ever had to wait a crazy amount of time for service. Drinks are a bit sugary and seem like they were made for kids who just turned 21, but the food menu is huge and has some awesome entrees. The chicken waffle sliders are my jam. People: you get busy at your jobs, so lighten up when another business gets busy. I’d personally rather go somewhere busy all the time than somewhere constantly empty.

This place is great for adults and children. The only thing I didn't like was that the pool tables are restricted to 21 and older. I would have really enjoyed playing some pool with my 20 year old nephew while there.

I’ll probably never ever come here again and we don’t have too many fun things to do in this town. 1st. My food always takes forever and it’s cold. 2nd. Their bartender stole money from me and I can’t get in contact w anyone. I’m usually a good tipper and the SERVICE AND FOOD WAS GARBAGE. My bill was 10 dollars more than what I was charged. I never put a tip on my card. I always leave cash and he TOOK 10 more dollars for garbage food and service ? Yea I’m ok.

Lots of fun! It's a great place to unwind. I love to come on Wednesdays for half off games. I want to see them bring in the giant Rock 'Em Sock 'Em robots to this location. I also think turning down the volume would make it easier for some of the co-op games.

Went on a slow Saturday night, got seated right away. Server was nice but was very slow to bring drinks and take our order. She then only brought half our appetizer order and didn’t bring more waters after asking multiple times for the kiddos. After waiting over 45 mins for our food, it came out cold, all 7 meals were cool to the touch. Had to send back our sons Burger because the bun was rock hard and the meat and cheese looked like it was cooked the day before. After we had our dinners she brought out our second appetizer that was also cold. Needless to the say the food was the worst food I have been served in years in any anchorage restraunt. No big deal we were there for the kids to let them have fun right! Well they did, they had a blast and the games were great for them although when we go to check out, of the three cards they had one didn’t register any tickets or show it had any return for the games they had played. They other two had close to a thousand but our sons didn’t redeem any so we asked if something was wrong with it or if they could do anything for all the games he had played and won and was informed they could do nothing and it was all for not. So, not only was his burger terrible, now I had to explain to him that he couldn’t get a toy because their cards didn’t keep track of his tickets. I usually don’t take to do these types of reviews but we had the worst experience and it was almost laughable the service food and outcome to what was suppose to a fun night out for two families. We have been here before and had what I thought was good service with decent food, fun and actually recommended it, I’m sad to say I won’t do that again.

Loud Dear Dave and Busters, I didn't mean to come off in a bad way. My grandchildren love the fun center, a.k.a. Dave & Busters. I successfully spent 43 dollars in 14 mins. With grandkids record speed playing skills. I only stated loud because my initial feeling or impression was it was loud. They, grandsons, couldn't hear me or they probably tuned me out cause of its loudness. Lots of fun for any couple or family! Only warning is you can drop quite a bit of dough here. Service is usually awesome, food is great, wide variety of games to play, fair amount of tokens vs tickets won, bathrooms are clean, etc. Would definitely reccomend for a date night, birthday party or any celebration.

This was fun. It was super loud when walking in. The restaurant was a quiet area. They do charge extra for the virtual ride which is fine it is only 5 dollars and a few tokens. It makes me wonder if the employees get a decent pay. Every register you go to they ask for a tip. I understand the restaurant and the bar, but the tokens counter and virtual station...that is weird.

Decent food, Great Entertainment center fun for young adults, Great Sport's Bar section, also wonderful area for parents supervised children youth entertainment activities areas, well designed private party room areas for small or large parties with catering. Professional and friendly staffing, even though staffing need more training on being More attentive and knowing all areas of Dave & Buster's,not just one section of where employee are stationed at. Overall ok, but the food wasn’t great, and was ridiculously expensive for what it was. Also, our server couldn’t even tell me how much drinks cost (the prices weren’t on the menu). I asked about a specific drink and she said it was “somewhere between $8 and $14”. I asked if there were different sizes or something and she said no, she just didn’t know how much it cost. She didn’t offer to check how much it actually was, she just stared at me.

We had a birthday party for my 2 daughters this past Saturday and I have to say that I was extremely impressed. We were in a private room with one other party, which was fantastic for the parents who did not want to be around the loud noise of the game room. We also had a huge TV that we got to choose to watch whatever we wanted, which was a nice perk. As soon as we arrived, we were shown to our room that was nicely decorated and had a sign wishing my daughters happy birthday. The event organizer/party planner greeted us immediately and stated that he would be here for whatever we needed. He asked what time we wanted the food and I told him as soon as possible, and within 20 minutes the food arrived. We also were allowed 3 soda towers with unlimited refills for everyone at the party. Throughout the event I asked our personal server to bring more food, drinks, a knife for the cake, etc and she was prompt and extremely helpful. Our party even ran 15 minutes longer than our two hour limit, and we never felt rushed. The party was for 12 kids, plus two birthday girls, and all members of the party had $20 of game play, and the birthday girls had $30 plus unlimited play on all of the non ticket games. All in all, the total came to $380, which included an adult platter as well. Though this is spendy, I felt it was comparable to everywhere else we have had a party in town (chuck e cheese, h2oasis, ice skating rink, etc) and I felt we got great service and the kids were fully entertained for 2 hours. I would highly recommend Dave & Busters as a birthday/party venue. Quick tip- the platters for the kids are huge, and the Mac & Cheese platter was barely touched. I would recommend the mini cheeseburgers and the chicken strips. The adult all American platter was a great choice as well

D&B has really surpassed my expectations. The food and drinks are reasonably priced, the TV setup is the best in town and they change out the games more than I imagined they would. The bartenders have been pretty good as they've hired a few I like from around town.

D&b what to say lol. This place is fun for all ages. The staff is always very friendly and kind. If you have any issues they always seem to be able to help one way or another. It's a bit pricey however if you take advantage of the app and various discounts it's pretty easy to save alot of scratch. The food is above average bar food. Drinks are always yummy. Anti 2a due to the mall setting.

I’ll revise my review next time I go because I know they’re just opening. Waitress was excellent, food was very very slow, one burger was barely cooked and cold. Salad was good but very small. I would have given it 4 stars because they messed up on my order. I ordered a pork dish and got chicken instead. But I didn't say anything and just ate it anyways. It was still good. I'm pretty sure if I did say something they would have fixed it right a way but I'm always afraid the servers or cooks will do something to my food. This is for any restaurant. Other then that everyone was super nice and our server was great. I wish I remembered his name cause he was pretty awesome and polite. Great with my kids.

It's pretty much what you expect from a Dave and Busters. The food and drinks were good and the games were fun. Until 10pm rolls around you have to stay in the dining and bar areas with your alcoholic beverages but after that you can run around and play all the games with your booze.

It's okay if you have kids. I'm kinda missing the point of having an adult alcohol vendue with the amount of midway style games. Why aren't there more actual arcade games? Food is okay. My sister liked the veggie option for burgers. I had a thai rice noodle with chicken. The pasta was better than the chicken, and I think the sauce pulled it together really well. I've had salads here before too, but they reminded me of something I could get at Applebee's. So when in doubt try the thai pasta!

It's not as expensive as you'd think. We had a blast playing all different types of games and all of them appeared to be in service. Played about 3 games of pool for under $8 and ate some fantastic food in the restaurant for a reasonable price. Service was average in the restaurant and if you like watching the game there's TV's at a glance from every seat. Alcohol is served at the bar and they also offer an alcohol free side of the restaurant for random younger crowds. I'll definitely visit more frequently during our winter months.

I have been disappointed both times I have gone in here. The first time was for my daughters second birthday. We took her to play games which went amazing. We sat down to eat took 20 minutes to get anyone over with menus. Ordered bar drinks and an appetizer. A different server brought us our bar drinks. We sat there for 30 MINUTES every server ignored us so we finally got up an left after waiting an hour and not even getting an order taken. The second time we were just trying to find a bathroom for my POTTY TRAINING TODDLER we had just got coffees and were going to duck in and ask where the closest bathroom was. Before I could get the first word of my sentence out the two at the desk and a security guy jumped on us about no outside drinks while my daughter was begging for a bathroom. I have been fed up with the poor quality of the staff here they are rude, disrespectful, and have no common decency for people. I refuse to go back ever.

As far as atmosphere and presentation goes it was good. Food was maybe a 7 out of 10, but service seemed stressed and understaffed. Our waitress was always out of breath and frazzled. We didnt get our drink orders till after we got our appetizer. The waitress kept saying everything was backed up. We weren't in a hurry to go anywhere so it wasnt a big deal at first. Later my husband received the wrong food and when we let the guy know(a different waitress than ours brought it out) we thought it meant he was on the way to get the right food started, but our waitress showed up 15 mins later to let us know she would go let the chef know what we needed and that my husband told her something different. He is a very picky eater. There's no way he accidentally ordered the amount of veggies on that plate. She seemed annoyed with us and was short tempered even though we had been understanding and calm with her about the situation. By the end of our meal we had to go find someone to cash us out at the front of the restaurant. They looked at us strange when we did so but since our waitress hadn't been back for a long time we honestly thought it was how they did it there. They made a comment, "I guess we can do that here" We might have just caught them at a bad day but we're usually both very slow to frustration since both of us have had experience in the food industry but after a while we couldn't help but be a little annoyed with the situation. We probably wont return for the restaurant.

Went on a Thursday to do unlimited wings and unlimited games. Unlimited games means only the ones that are driving and shooting games. The rest, including the fighting games oh, you had to pay extra and monetarily for. When I sat down I told the waiter I wanted to start off by playing games and I will come back and order wings later which was ignored. He ordered Wings immediately for me and my son and the second they were set down at the table he ordered another round without me asking. That man by the time I was done playing my first round of games I had two orders of wings sitting on my table cold. Not only that but the wings were completely layered and smother in Buffalo sauce instead of being pan tossed as it should have been. The wings are inedible and honestly was not even close to worth spending 30 plus dollars per person that I did in order to play the games. Not worth it. If anything go on Wednesday when it's half price games use the coupon to get $10 Plus on recharging your card and walk out of there without spending any money on food.

Great server in restaurant. I would recommend ordering a small amount of food to see if your server is acceptable, then order more. Food was lukewarm to the point that I wonder if it was safe to eat. High end drinks were very sweet. If you don't like your mixed drinks crazy sweet, don't order cocktails.

It's a modern arcade with a full restaurant and bar. You can play classics like skee-ball, ring toss, and air hockey alongside arcade adaptations of Halo, Tomb Raider, and Ghost Busters. Before 10 pm it's open to all ages, but after 10 it's 21 and older and you can bring alcoholic beverages out into the gaming area. Highly recommended.

1st experience appetizers and salad came after our cold entrees. Waitress kept forgetting us and served three larger groups before my husband and I, who had been sitting 20 minutes before the larger groups came in. Tried to talk to a manager but our waitress said he was too busy for us. We called the manager to inform him maybe he should look into some of the staff and told him our 0 star experience. We gave this location another chance considering it is a newer location and the 1st D&B in Alaska. Our experience was much better the 2nd time and our entrees were not cold and appetizers came very very shortly before Entrees.

Playland for adults, and very nice staff. I took one of my individuals with disabilities there to watch some sports on one of the many TVs. Easy access for the wheelchair and staff were okay with us just hanging out for a while.

I am still in awe about what occurred last night. My boyfriend and I were extremely stoked to have a Dave and Busters date night, so we decided to come in on a Saturday (prepared for the service to be slower because of high traffic), but were still excited to have dinner and play games. We walked up to the restaurant and the sign told us that the hostess would seat us. We stood for maybe ten minutes, looking around, and finally decided maybe it’d be best to seat ourselves since it was somewhat busy. We sat for around twenty minutes, and then decided to move to a table closer to the bar, so maybe we’d be more visible to the servers. We sat for another fifteen minutes, glanced around, while servers walked past our empty table and continued to serve other patrons. Finally, my boyfriend stood up and grabbed a servers attention to ask if we were supposed to seat ourselves, and she quickly snapped that it was open seating, and walked away without asking if we wanted drinks or menus. After sitting for another ten minutes, we decided to sit at the bar so maybe the bartenders would serve us quicker. After raising my hand at five different workers, trying to gain their attention, and have the bartender ignore us, we finally had to call it quits, and leave the establishment. I have never had such terrible service. As someone who has worked in the food and beverage industry, it is completely normal to help patrons with drinks and menus if their table is empty and they are waiting on a server. If customers are looking around aimlessly, you should automatically assume they haven’t been helped, and give them menus and assure them they will be helped soon. If I had actually felt that the workers were overwhelmed, and saw them working fast, I probably would’ve never left this review.

The manager was very informative very polite and nice especially thanking my wife for being in the military. I forgot his name but he was bald and a long beard. Very awesome dude I apologize for forgetting the name. The food/bar is why I gave them 2 half stars. Waited about 45 min to receive 3 appetizers. Noticed one family got up and left because of the wait. although our waitress did her best on checking up with us. The pizza rolls came out warm the dough seemed a little cold. The cheese and tots same way. Very disappointed in the food. Drinks are on point, strawberry watermelon margarita tasted like heaven thank you for that. Lay out of the games are very clean and nice. Very well put. I wish there were a better selection in games I can see this place getting old fast. The billiards section is very small so that really sucks. I figure they’d make it a lot bigger due to the fact you can’t drink alcoholic beverages while playing games, But as long as they are willing to update D&Bs They should do just fine.

It is fun place.. Like having Vegas in Alaska with games, food and drinks. Little too loud, level was over 80db so table conversations were not that fun. Getting table and food took a while and I understand they were short on staff. Food is good value if you buy token card with the meal. We had fun and will come again... but we may have a meal somewhere else.

Games are awesome as always. This was my second trip to this business since it opened. Due to the games we were here for 3 hours. We started by ordering the huge app platter that was $26. Everything on it was cold except the quesadilla. My friend runs his own restaurant for reference. We figured that they just didn't time everything right so some stuff got cold. Neither of us drinks alcohol so we were completely sober. We go on playing games then decide we want to order food. We both get burgers. I get a side of mac n cheese my friend gets fries. Holy hell was the food bad. The bread was stale. They forgot my mac and cheese. It took me 10 minutes to wave the waiter down then another 10 to get the food order correct. The food was cold to start but 25 minutes after it got to the table i finally got to eat. The bottom slice of bread was so stale i tried to make a half sandwich from the top part of the bun but that didn't work. So i ate into it with a fork and knife. It was cold the cheese wasn't melted, the bacon was raw and the avocado had chunks of something in it neither of us could figure out. And my friend runs his own kitchen. When i got the waiter to tell him the food was bad he argued with us. I showed him the stale bun he said it was toasted. So my friend grabs a piece of break off another table and says that's toasted this is stale. This whole time we are saying we will pay in full we just wanted the manager aware the kitchen was putting out bad food. Sometimes back of house and front of house staff don't get along. But this waiter was standing up for the kitchen. His excuse was no one else complained. I point out its 10pm half the people in here are drunk or don't care. Anyway it was a bad food experience. Next time i go here I'll eat before we show up. Considering we blew $200 in games and another $100 on food/desert/drinks I thought maybe we would be listened to. Might be our fault for expecting too much. I will definitely never eat here again.

My teens had a blast here! There was a good variety of your standard arcade games there. FYI: they don't allow any outside food, so you're coming in from the mall, they can hold your leftovers for you, just remember to get them before you leave.

First time coming. It was on a Wednesday 10/10/18 4:30pm. Took my daughter for her birthday. The food and service at restaurant part was absolutely terrible. My burger was way undercooked (pink) and all our food came out cold. Waitress did not check on our drinks. I received my side of mayo after meal was done ( had to wait 6 minutes to even ask for mayo). However, the Arcade side was wonderful. The kids played for hours at a very reasonable price. I will definitely visit arcade but not the restaurant. Suggestions: more training on customer service and pay cooks decent so the food comes out cooked. Customer service is very important for business success.
