Unlimited games that still give tickets? I got such a dopamine rush from 30 minutes unlimited Harpoon Lagoon, which would easy cost $50 at Dave and Buster's in Phoenix... the kids won 4k tickets in 2 hours and got a bunch ofnsugat as prizes. The pizza was good. The staff was friendly and patient. Love it.

Pizza wasn't like I use to know it. We ordered all regular bread pizza & they all were really just too flat on all 3 pizzas we ordered. Taste good great place for kids just wasn't impressed by the flat bread pizzas. Remember now we ordered "regular" breaded pizzas, so watch for it. Might wanna get there stuffed crust

I had more fun than I did as a kid here!! Great place to get good food and have a blast with your kiddos. We happen to go on Wednesday , which was awesome because they do unlimited play for 14.99 an hour. All you do is swipe a card and play, play, play. You get one "pause", to eat and/or use the bathroom. Can't wait to go back!

Depending on your age group please adjust your expectations. For a 40 old dad I need to mentally return to the age of 5. In this case it is amazing! Soooo much fun. Can't wait to go back. As a 41 year old, it's dirty, employees look unhealthy, chuck E Cheese needs a vacation badly and the food looked positively unsafe. But then again, this place isn't for adults. Kids had a blast and we ate elsewhere. Apparently we will be back..... FML

I used to frequent this place when I was younger and could have maybe given it 4 or maybe even 5 stars. It felt like a fun arcade with fun ticket prizes. The whole place has downgraded into a worse Dave and Busters now since they're scared of competition. All the fun games were taken out for ones that allowed their new incredibly flawed card system. It a always packed full of people that let their children run around aimlessly like it's a daycare and the employees do nothing to stop it. Everyone there used to be happy and cheery, but now all the workers or people they hire don't even hide the fact they hate working there. It feels like a crappy off brand place you would see in something like Invader Zim and if you've ever seen that show you'll know how gross they make everything look as a joke. This place is a huge joke now and that hurts to say as someone who really used to enjoy the place. Even the food is awful. I ate 4 pieces of pizza last time I was there and it made my stomach hurt. I didn't overeat, their pizza is just literally that bad. It tastes like the cardboard that pizza comes on. I don't have any pictures of this place, but I'm sure others do. It looks awful inside and it won't be getting better anytime soon.

Place is hit and miss in rwgards to the pizza..the crust, sauce and toppings are pretty good...the amount of cheese they put on determines the overall quality of pizza.. Have had half the time was right amount and other half where way toi much cheese.. The games are ok but its goid enough to entertain the kiddos..

The good: the arcade games are great for toddlers and young kids. I like how the have many smaller versions of traditional arcade games. The bad: prizes/toys are given for the exchange of tickets which are won att each game however, the games aren't always stocked with tickets which then becomes frustrating to explain to your child and almost impossible to get help for. Add to that the tickets equivalent prices and it makes you wonder why they even offer tickets and prizes.

I have always been a fan of Chuck E. Cheese's since I was a child, ever since Chuck. E used to wear a suit and bow tie instead of what he wears now, ha ha...I recently went to Alaska to visit a friend for a week and he took his son to this establishment and I walked in expecting what I would think all people would expect when they go to Chuck e. Cheeses....pizza and unbathed children running around, ha ha ha...well as I guessed it, thats what it smelled like. But, aside from that, the staff was decent, the food was up to par with any Chuck e. cheeses, and the general manager greeted my friend and I with much respect. I don't know whens the next time I'll come and visit my friend, but I highly recommend for any family thats local or even on vacation out here and just want to take the kids somewhere to have some fun for a little while without breaking your pockets so much, then this is the place to go.

I've heard some pretty bad reviews but took my 3 grandkids today and had a great time. Pizza was good, salad bar was good and the staff very friendly. Get the time card. I got one for 90mins unlimited play and you can pause it to eat or use the restroom ect. whenever you like. The kids had a blast and their all worn out and napping, now. I will surely go back.

This place is awesome! All of the staff is super helpful. There were several games and ticket giveaways. I was surprised to find that they have a tunnel climbing section toward the back. I thought all of those had been removed from Chuck E Cheese stores everywhere. I highly highly recommend this place for your little ones play time and parties!!!!

Majority of the games were either broken or out of service. My family and myself was there during lunch time and there were no fresh pizza nor dessert. Tables were also dirty AND to top it all the elder lady who help redeem the prizes for our kids was rushing and failed to check our wrists to make sure the kids were OUR kids.

Waaaaayyy to long of lines and the food orders as well. 30 minutes the first time and almost an hour for the second. Not to mention they're a pricey. And to add...most of the games were either broken or out of tickets. To make things worse... The ticket counting machine was a fraud. Put in tickets and no count... Poorly managed and staffed.

With the new play card points system, it's a significant increase in the cost per play. Also, the poor teenage employees had no idea how to ring up a tickets+cash prize payment, got flustered and had to find the manager. Kids had a great time, though!

Kid ohs ALWAYS have a blast at Chuckee Cheese! I do wish the games have more tickets or the prizes required less tickets to purchase. As going to Chuckee Cheese ends up being a pretty expensive day when it’s all said and done, between loading and food. We end up spending at LEAST 60$ which gets you mediocre pizza and a few hours of play time, for the kid ohs. At least if they got to pick out a decent prize at the end rather than getting the option of some random candy and/ortiny prizes which tends to be all we can get with our tickets, after buying the highest game package. I guess I would feel better about the expense if this was the case. Like I said though my kid ohs absolutely LOVE coming here, regardless of my feelings on the issue. :)

Good place to take the kids to unwind and have a good time. Do not have to worry about your child leaving the premises, because there are door watchers and they use blue light stamps so that your child will have to march up with an adult in order to leave.

Definetly not the same Chuck E. Cheese as when I grew up in 80-90s. At least kids had fun. Little bit dirty but food was good. Bathrooms were clean considering how packed it was. Kids wanted to see animated characters singing like at birthday parties, but we wasn't in a birthday party. BIRTHDAY PARTY PACKAGES NEED BETTER PRICING & MINIMUM KIDS ALLOWED. $15 a kid at least 4 kids, only getting 2 slices of small pizza a few credits for games 3 balloons and a video dj on t.v. (Not worth it for a family of 3, of course. - my poor kids.) It was good consumption of time for family fun. AT LEAST THE STAFF MAKES SURE THAT KIDS LEAVE WITH PARENTS OR THE ADULTS THEY ARRIVED WITH. All in all, a good family environment for kids to have fun. Salad bar was good & clean & PLENTIFUL. Definitely worth it for a family. I miss the old Chuck E. Cheese :'-( THE BLACK PEOPLE HERE ARE SO RUDE. NOT WATCHING THEIR OWN KIDS. DUMPING THEIR KIDS ON THE BIRTHDAY PARTY KIDS WHO DON'T KNOW THEM, & THEIR KIDS ARE STEALING PURSES FOOD AND TOYS. NOT GOING BACK.....EVER!!!!

I've been going to Chuck E Cheese since I was a kid. I love that I have my own children to bring now and the good memories we make together. The customer service is always amazing, even when it's a full house. I think the tables could be cleaned more often, especially during the slow hours but overall I am extremely pleased and will definitely return again.

Very run down. Guy ignored me when I asked for plates with our pizza. The table we sat at was dirty but the cleanest of all the tables. Not one employee has tried to clean or wipe tables down since we've been here. We got here around 530 pm it is now 7 pm. The same tables remain empty and unclean.

This location is definitely in need of some remodeling. Everything is pretty old; the carpet is really gross and smells badly. Very badly. The salad buffet is tiny and doesn't offer very many options. The manager was friendly, though, as were all the staff. And the pizza we ordered was good.

I am absolutely appalled and disappointed in this place. We just got home after having my son's 4th birthday here. There was literally not a thing more they could have done to make this night worse. Our party was supposed to be from 4-6pm. We got there at 3:45pm like we were supposed to and they didn't even know which table would be ours. They didn't have a dedicated hosting for us, but we had to share with other parties for a host. They didn't even have a table ready till nearly 5pm. I had ordered the food with our host around 4:15pm and we were not served any food till almost 5:40pm. We only got two pizzas at this time even though I'd ordered 4. Took another 15-20mins for the adult pizzas. They had to keep asking me what my son's name was because the hosts were switching. One of them had to nerve to tell me that the party would still run smoothly and that we'd still get out on time because she wanted to leave for home right after the party. I'm sorry, but I'm paying for two hours, so I'd like my two hours. The bathrooms weren't even use able. Even single stall was absolutely filthy. (I have pics of every single one if upper management would like to see the deplorable condition this place is in.) The party stage was littered with supplies and looked terrible. It was 6:30pm before they even asked my son to do the ticket blaster. He didn't get a cape like the other four parties because they ran out... so my son who was talking about being a super hero at this place all week got a 'medallion' instead. They never gave us any silverware for cake and we had to rummage through the boxes on the front stage for forks for the cake and salad bars. They never even brought the cups for the adults at the party and we all had to share with the kids. After all this I spoke to the manager several times and she refused to even discount the party because she was allowing us to stay as long as we wanted... like we wanted to be there was long as we were because of that service. The 'hostess' that wanted to get out on time so badly only gave me a $4 discount because that's all she could do and she couldn't find a manager. We paid $200 for some of the worst service I've ever had and I honestly don't even think that should have been paid. I'm so livid beyond belief. My son's birthday was absolutely ruined. The stress free night of doing his party at this establishment was anything but.

Food to 47 mins to be delivered, one person worked the register and the line to redeem tickets so that was a hassle. Cashier did not add play points to all cards paid for and when i went to complain about it manager and worker kept saying it was invalid.. of course its invalid idiot she didnt put the 60min unlimited play on the card. I shouldn't have to keep explaining that. customer service can definitely improve

Website says it had a veterans day promo code, but was told by staff that they had no such thing today. Staff should be properly trained on promos going on. I liked the security at the entrance and bathrooms were clean. Very busy location and ended up without cashing in tickets due to 15 minute line with one person staffing it. Increase staffing so that there is an improved customer experience and let staff know about any current promos or events going on. Seems like poor management from the top down...

This place is okay. It's got some mileage on it and it shows in a lot of places. Most of the machines are quarter munchers with little entertainment for grownups or teenagers. For little kids? It's a blast. My kids love it as long as I have enough money for tokens. The upstairs seems to have better games but there are still plenty of old ones that will take your token without giving a play. They also don't serve alcohol here anymore. Patrons can sometimes be a little sketchy. Parking lot often doesn't feel safe. Visits during peak hours should be the best times to visit.

This isn't a bad place to take your kids for a little fun, but that's also because there's not many options in Dublin. I was disappointed in the games they had, as they were different from other Chuck e cheese locations I've been to before. Much of the floor is taken up by the stage and the tables in front of it, which is a waste in my opinion. The salad bar didn't look too appetizing, but they do have cheap pizza that looks decent. My two year old had a good time, but they need more stuff for the smaller kids like her.

Do not patronize the Dublin Chuck E Cheese. Take your kids to Concord if you want to be treated with respect. I took my 3 year old son and Mother to the Dublin location and we were treated with an extremely negative atttiude by Ajaya. Her comments were as follows when I asked her for help: “I’m busy right now” “We are closed anyway” I told her that I was sorry for the inconvenience. She then proceeded to tear up our ticket receipt and refused to help us. I then mentioned to Ajaya that I would be reporting the way she was treating us. I then asked for help from another employee and as I was speaking to her, Ajaya walks over and says “he said he was going to report me” in a sarcastic tone of voice, she chuckles and walks away. We were helped by a different employee and left. I told Ajaya that she does not belong working with the public as we left. Attitude is the number predictor of success. The team members working directly with your customers, have the ability to make or break the business. When you have team members that have negative attitudes serving your customers, this shows a lack of leadership and care for the brand. I will not be returning to Chuck E Cheese in Dublin and will be reposting this on every social media site I have to ensure that everyone I know, friends, family, and connections don’t spend their money at the Dublin Chuck E Cheese.

We came for a birthday party for my five-year-old niece. I’ve been here many times before since I have five kids it is a common place for me. It’s been for five years since I’ve been to this Chucky cheese. It’s nice to see they have new games, new attractions, and one low price for all the games which is one token. Birthday party went off without a hitch and the kids had a great time. I have to admit I had a good time playing ski ball myself. My 15-year-old son came to the five-year-old birthday party and even had fun so really what are your 15 or 55 you can have a good time at Chucky cheese.. The pizza is surprisingly good. Obviously it’s a frozen crust pizza but they prepare in a way that makes you feel like you’re eating a freshly made pizza. The prices for the pizzas and entrées are surprisingly reasonable. I suppose it makes sense to have a fairly priced meal so you can come and spend money in the arcade. We made our birthday reservation a few weeks ahead and had no problem getting a table. Staff is nice but facilities are clean and there are plenty of games for the crowd of kids. Even the bathrooms are clean, and that’s saying something when you’re dealing with hundreds and hundreds of children.

It was a nice day out for the grandson, about 2hrs of games and some 5000 tickets later the day was over. I really do wish they would change up their combo menu to include some of their menu choices such as single salads, soup or sandwiches. Sometimes the adults don't always want pizza.

I went there for a birthday party and they were very helpful. the bathroom was clean. the only thing I was a little bummed about was the games give out tickets now and you'd have to put them in the count machine to find out how many tickets you had. the last time I went there they used cards for tokens and to see how many tickets you accumulated.

Can be way too loud, not even with people inside. Staff seem so worn most of the time. Games can be pretty fun and the pizza is better than i had anticipated. The ticket counting is antiquated and not sure why they aren't just measured anymore. What is the point to shredding them, are they recycled and the shredding just taking that step out to help with their reuse?

As many times we have been here they are finally finding better ways for the kids to enjoy themselves. We purchase the 1hr all you can play pass and it was worth it. My 11 month old enjoyed the train located in the small kids zone. My 6yr old was all over the place. Food was okay, we had the salad bar which was fresh and a stuff crust sausage pizza. I don't care for the pizza but the kids loved it. Money was well spent. We spent 50 bucks so the coupons do come in handy!

We came here for a birthday party for a 5 yr old. The pizza's were good and the Chuck e cheese show was great, judging by how captivated the kids were towards the characters. The kids (toddlers to early teens) all had a great time playing the variety of games. The game cards that allowed them to play as many games as they would like for 2 hours is a great idea. They get tickets for how well they do after a game. The little prizes they can buy with the tickets is just icing on the cake! I gave it 4 stars and the kids a 5 so I gave the review a 5. Who cares what I think!

Love how they have made so many improvements to the overall building, games, food and way the kids play the games using a card they swipe with points on it. It comes with a coiled band for the it wrists so they don't lose the card too. The functionality of tall is superb IMO!

We celebrated our daughter's birthday party here. Overall experience was good and kids enjoyed the "Super Mega Star" unlimited games package. But beware, the online package offers may vary from store package. I had booked it online on 6th Jan and upgraded to Super Mega Star on 25th Jan - both done online. When upgrading it showed me that the package includes 9 helium baloons but manager denied saying the parties booked after 8th Jan will get the baloons. I felt cheated because when I upgraded it online on 25th, it showed me the helium baloons listed in it. Manager could have simply honored it to keep things simple but she politely denied since the party was booked on 6th Jan. I would suggest to go to the store and ask them to give it written about their offerings as email doesn't contain any details. Hope it helps!

Chuck e cheese is a good activity zone for the little kids on a rainy day. My 4 year old had a blast and she could be entertained for hours with less than $20. However, the facility is old so it was a little smelly, like dirty carpet and some of the games are broken. Little ones don't seem to mind so I would still take them back. Costco sells discounted gift cards too.

Everyone else keeps saying it's too small and too overcrowded on the weekends but no one forced you to go there on a weekend. Also what do you expect? That is when most parents are off of work and can take there children somewhere. As for it being too small, if you have a problem with its size then why don't you donate some money to expand it. If you have a problem with that, then stop complaining about menial things. And the "feet smell" comment? Tell your fellow patrons to not allow their children to run rampant without footwear. The staff here is hard-working, friendly and patient. The restaurant is adequate size and this is a great place to play some games and eat some pizza. If you are expecting anything more go someplace else.

Normally, not a fan of Chuck-E-Cheese, for all the obvious reasons (loud, busy, expensive). HOWEVER, I booked a party online and when the day came, my husband and I went in to talk about what exactly we should order pizza wise for our group size. THANK GOD we went in, cause had we shown up for our party at 5pm, nothing would have been set up. I BOOKED THE PARTY ONLINE FOR THE WRONG DAY! I had accidently booked it for the following Monday. The store manager and manager of operations were absolutely amazing and made us feel like it was no big deal. They dealt with getting everything switched over, helped us figure out how much pizza we would need (we had exactly what we needed!), and when I was so embarrassed, were kind. When we walked in a few hours later, it was like it was planned weeks ago. They didn't skip a beat. Our server for the evening was amazing. She went on break towards the end of the party, but came back to look me in the eyes and thank me for her tip. I'm not a fan of Chuck-e-cheese on the weekends, but on a Monday night (we are not amateurs at party planning lol) it was perfect! Not busy, not as loud and we were able to keep track of all the kids in our party without stress. 100% would go back and support this business and the people in it.

I met some friends here who wanted to bring their kids to this place. Half the games are what you’d expect, the other half are just mediocre. You swipe your game pass and push a button to see a ball fall in a hole for 2 tickets. No real entertainment in that. The kids were bored fast, which is unusual considering how they like to play games. Food was ok at best. Reminded me of carnival food. Several people working on game machines while little kids are running around them. Doesn’t seem like a good idea to me. Not impressed with the facility at all. No cleaning underneath anything. I would never take any children there.

All the good games are sadly retired, and the place is in desperate need of a deep cleaning. I would not really recommend it with places like extreme fun center and Dave and Buster's in the vicinity. The only reason it got 2 stars is it's very cheap fun.

A great place to bring the kids on a weekend. There were some machines which were not dispensing tickets or not giving out tokens, but the service attendant quickly resolved the issue and giving us extra tokens and tickets. Food is just ok, but service is great.

My daughter loves this place, so I do my best to tolerate it. She has fun playing the games and redeeming her tickets. The major issue is that they are always severely understaffed. One person is often taking orders, passing out plates/cups AND working the prize redemtion counter. Hire a few more people and it might make tolerable into fun

Pros: Pizza was excellent. Facility was reasonable clean. Staff were nice. Cons: Three of the game machines were broken. Skeeball didn't all have multiple balls in them. And there's no air hockey table which us adults we're looking forward to while kids played the other stuff.

My son loved it! Don't put more than 45 minutes on the play card. My 8 year old was done playing with 2 minutes to spare. We would have stayed to eat but I couldn't get a cold beer with my pizza so we went elsewhere. The website said they served beer. Good fun!

My kid had a ton of fun. Relatively inexpensive play time for 20 bucks for an hour and he brought a few friends. It was pretty clean and all the games worked, which most arcade type places seem to not. Its been a long time since i last went, but they added a pause feature so you wouldnt waste the hour time limit when you needed to eat or take a break.

I don't want to leave even one star i was very disappointed in the service given at the party i attended one of the worker's screamed to the top of her lungs at my 2 year old son to " GET OUT" when the young lady who hosted the party went to the costume room to get chucky and the other worker thought it was hilarious until they noticed I was standing right there no apologies was given by either girl only from the one who facilitated the party that i was at because she knew that i was bad and ut could have been a ugly situation if i was i more hostile type of parent they complained about the kids spilling dipping dots on the floor that is sold there I've never experienced such behavior in an establishment that cater to children im definitely not done with this situation

My son has a blast here on a monthly basis. There are tons of games and your kid will not get bored. I recommend buying the "All you can play pass" for $15. Gets your kid an hour of unlimited play. My only complaint is that it's not as clean as a parent would hope.

The majority of the games are simple "feed tokens in hopes of getting the jackpot". Way too few arcade games and games that actually engage instead of encourage you to just mindlessly feed your cup of tokens into them. Pizza is average.

Staff is pleasant most of the time and kids generally love it here no matter what. Food choice is what you might expect, there will be zero awards for best pizza and zero awards for the salad bar either. Games are adequate enough and could stand for me routine maintenance now and again. All this to say, it's worth the money to spend time with your children here and simply take a break from all the seriousness life brings our way. I would recommend this place for the kids, the environment, and usually pleasant staff.

Everywhere was sticky and gross. It was loud and chaotic Half of the machines were broken. The ticket counter machine was absolutely rediculous, having to individually put all them in there manually was a freaking joke. Then the food took forever to come out and then pizza was probably the worst pizza I have ever eaten not to mention it gave me a terrible stomach ache. Then it took Chuck a half an hour to come out after the video (that was seemily made in 1990) played like 10 times. Chuck E Cheese's glory days have long past.

Who doesn't love Chuck E. Cheese?? I usually love Chuck E. Cheese but this particular visit there was a game machine stuck making a really annoying loud noise that didn't do a thing for my migraine. They said they were trying to fix it. Unplug it or something pppllleeaasse Anyways, the salad bar was good, the pizza was good. The employees could have been a little more fun, after all its Chuck E. Cheese! It could have been a little cleaner but one employee was stocking the salad bar on her break so they are probably understaffed. Chuck and his band only played once which was dissapointing. I'm sure I will return again.

I loved it because it wasn't crowded like the location on Shackleford! It was clean and the employees were very helpful. The meat lovers pizza was pretty good..the only thing I didn't like was the salad bar..it just wasn't as fresh as it could've been in my opinion but it seemed like everybody else liked it. Go on a Monday afternoon and it shouldn't be crowded. :-)

Went here for a birthday party. Tons of problems to report. 1. They ran out of Pizza dough, so guests went hungry 2. Only 2 out of 8 redeem machines worked 3. Rude staff and a horrible customer service, including their manager. When other hosts complaint, they said complaint anywhere you want, we don't care! 4. My friend's kid had 74 points left to redeem, he asked for an item with 75 points and the lady said that you run short with one!!!!! So they got another ticket luckily for that point/penny to get that stuff for the kid!!! That lady on the counter kept on making grumpy sounds and faces like Ahhh grr ... And what not.. in front of her manager. Seems they weren't getting paid and forced to work. 5. The guy at the exit, was calling us to move out as it was closed, very rude, as if we were Happy figuring out that single cent with the lady at the counter!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. GOOGLE SHOULD HAVE ALLOWED GIVING THEM 0 POINTS UNFORTUNATELY ONE STAR IS THE LEAST OPTION

Staff were very inattentive, with people working at the main order counter simply ignoring customers who were trying to get their attention. The soda area was gross, floors covered in sticky soda goo. Most of the machines were working, surprisingly. Too few announcements were made for the various parties going on, making it impossible to make sure attendees were present for blowing out birthday candles and singing.

I'm used to run down CC with only 1/4 of the games working and horrible staff but this location is exactly what I remember CC is supposed to be. It's clean, good pizza, all the games worked and the one that didn't was fixed within 5 minutes of mentioning it. The staff was great and they had plenty of team members to deal with 3 seperate birthday parties and still managed to make our group feel special. Best CC we've been to in decades.

Paradise, family fun center not only for kids but for adults as well. Week days are not always full, we came here one time on a Saturday, it was too crowded! Hint: better come here on weekdays, but weekdays are always busy for school and work, but if you have the chance better come here on weekdays. Sure it doesn’t get crowded. Parking is available for free. Best value and experience for kids to enjoy. Parties for kids are available, good idea! No fuss preparing at home. Just bring the celebrant and guests here and everything is worth it! Food is great, pizza is always made fresh!
