They messed up on my order and were nice enough to refund my money but only after saying they were too busy to replace it. I waited to get the money refunded and when I checked my bank statement they shortchanged it. I called them and the lady on the phone complained saying I had to come in with proof and told her I was unable to come in because I am too far away now and have no transportation. She argued with me and said "Good luck" and hung up. She should have records of all the transactions we had but refused to work with me on it. This proves their greediness and they forever have lost my business.

I ordered 50$ worth of food and it was not a pleasant taste at all. fries were dried asf with just the batter around it. cheeseburger was drier then a damn orange peel & cold.. the mongolian beef plate I ordered had more onions in it then beef and it tasted over cooked

This is just an opinion, but Burger Cache has the best burgers in Anchorage and is one of my favorite places to eat. The family who owns it are very nice and cordial, and the food was delivered hot and in a timely manner. Absolutely delicious, I will gladly continue eating there. (Try the Hawaiian Burger, I get it every time)

Love this place. Owners are so nice and the food is great. Really big menu...from burgers to Asian food. They have a monthly $1000 drawing. When you buy food, you get a ticket to put in hopper. I recommend this place highly. My favorite burger is the Hawaiian Buger!

I usually like the fish sandwich from McDonald's. I just had the fish sandwich from Burger Cache for the first time. That was the BEST fish sandwich I've ever had. Deeeelicious. Excellent! When I do eat fast food on the run, it is a fish sandwich and now it will always be a Burger Cache fish sandwich.

Called to place an 7 orders for our office and was told they couldn't do it next time. I let them know at the beginning of the call I would be placing an order for a business. Woman on the phone was very rude and upset, I then spoke with a gentleman who said "next time" and then hung up. Will not recommend to other or ever return.

After many years of going to this restaurant and having good luck, today my coworker and I ordered delivery. I ordered a burger with no veggies and they came with onions. I ordered fries and got no fries. I called back asking them to correct the order for my coworker and he started yelling at me saying that I didn't tell them no onion and I didn't order fries. I explained that we order there almost weekly and if this is how i'm going to be treated then I don't need to order there anymore. The man hung up on me!

The Burger Cashe has some of the best Chinese and American food in Anchorage. Their prices are thrifty and affordable and their portions are larger than what you can find elsewhere for the same price range. My family loves to eat here at least once a month and we have never been disappointed with service. The staff is friendly and the establishment is clean. They also do a monthly drawing, using tickets you receive when paying for your order. They also offer free Wi-Fi for dine in and carry out guests. If you are looking for a family/budget friendly dinner option for yourself or your family, this is a great restaurant.

Do not waste your time! The owners or operators of this place are rude and nasty, They actually refused to take multiple orders. What business refuses money? Then they ran a friend's card immediately whilst in the middle of giving orders. I hope this "business" gets shut down. What a horrible experience.

Surprised to see the Chinese options when I entered, but thought "Hey, why not?" Ordered the Spicy Sesame Chicken special. The chicken was ok, tastes like Franks Hot sauce, but since I like that any way, not terrible. The rice was over cooked and tasted like burnt popcorn. Next time, I'll stick to burgers.

Great food! Great service! They make incredible burgers, I usually get The Europa Burger: roast beef, bacon, cheddar chz & avocado. They have salads, subs, hot dogs, burritos(another personal favorite & they're made fresh! Not premade frozen) chicken, seafood baskets, oriental & excellent milkshakes & malts! I honestly don't know how they fit it all in one building. . . . . .Oh yeah, and if all that great food isn't enough, they also hold a drawing every other month & give away $1,000! If you haven't eaten there, what're you waiting for???

First and last time I will order from here. I'm not sure how this place has a 4 star rating. The Mongolian beef and beef and broccoli I ordered had a very strong game taste and was just horrible I took a few bites and tossed both. This place has garbage food go elsewhere and spend your money.
