Tried to order online for second time. First time they didn't deliver because it was too close to the 1030 cutoff time. Made sure to order early, but it wouldn't go through. Called Applebee's and they said they only deliver through doordash even though I spent 30 minutes confirming my order online. So tried to sign up for doordash, by the time I was done I couldn't order. Bad experience, if they don't offer online ordering they shouldn't waste customers time with their website.

We were sat. Told our waitress would be right over. 30 minutes later we have someone show not introduce herself and ask us what we want. Not all of us got our drinks and we barely saw the waitress. We had to stop someone to ask for refills. When appetizer came the extra plates had dry food stuck on them. We waited for our waitress to get boxes she never came. We asked for silverware and it never came. We had to ask someone else if we could get boxes. To top it off we had fruit flies flying around us. Worse service I have ever had there. Will definitely never step foot in there again.

A bit of everything, so it's a good place to take a group of people that like different things - everyone can get something they like. Food is good enough, but it seems their portions have shrunk over the years (good and bad), their place is fairly clean. The biggest drawback is that if you don't sit in a booth, the seating is very tight, on top of your neighbors.

The food was pretty good, but I got food poisoning from the Four Cheese pasta dish and so did my little sister after she ate my left overs. I don’t know what went wrong with it, but everything else was fine and the waitress was extremely nice and helpful

got the meal for two for 30$ and a kids mac and cheese for 6.99. It was curb side takeaway and they charged us 40$ even, so the numbers never added up and we tipped regardless of not getting a receipt or anything from the kid working. Everything was soggy and cold once we got it, we came fifteen mins earlier then what they said to make sure we got it hot but as soon as we recieved the food it was all cold. Very unstatified with everything.

Too far too take it back and it was too rare for her to eat!!! $19 dollars spent on a meal she couldn't eat. I will say the wait staff was good though. I unfortunately feel pretty ripped off about the meal and have learned my lesson about this particular location!

Some of the worst food I've seen for lunch. They had clam chowder as a daily appetiser so I ordered it. It came out luke warm and lumpy, not what you want a seafood based app to look and taste like. So I sent it back. Next I ordered a Whiskey bacon burger with fries. Talk about greasy and bland, cardboard has more flavor. Finally, I went to pour some mayo from their squeeze jar on the fries and nothing came out even though it was full. Come to find out it was a new jar and no one had removed the safety liner. Strike three, you're out Applebees. No wonder the other Applebees in Anchorage closed down. You were lucky you got bought by the local IHOP. Hopefully they can turn you around, but more likely you'll infect them!

Apparently, the four employees at the table close to me thought it was more important to talk with each other than to work... at 3:30p in the afternoon! They should all be fired and hire a crew that actually cares about other people and their own jobs. No wonder why not many customers were there. Much better choices anywhere else nearby.

A nice place for dinner when I want to get out. I don't like how sweet everything on the menu tastes. We had some shredded beef tacos- they had a sweet bbq taste and an Asian crispy chicken salad. The iceburg lettuce was wilted and not very plentiful, but they tried to make up for it with lots of crunchy almonds and fried chowmein noodles the salad dressing was a bit too sweet as well, not tangy enough to balance it out.

I order online, come and park at curbside to go, wait 16 min past time I was told it would be ready (in online confirmation and in email sent- I did not pick my time I let Applebee’s tell me when it would be ready) nobody come to car, I call and ask if I need to come in, they come out and ask if all I ordered was my salads. Yes, it is. Go back in and bring my salads, I get to work and my Thai Shrimp salad is missing the shrimp!! This is the second time they were FAR beyond the time they say may order will be ready. If you don’t mind waiting or the fact that it will not be ready when they tell you then enjoy your curbside- I’m done.

We will not be going back any time in the near future. Worst birthday meal, dry as heck ribs, limp and soggy steamed broccoli and they almost forgot about the maple blondie. Allergen menu needs seriously updated as it shows inaccurate information on soy ingredients used which is a BIG allergen for one of my kids.

Never had a manager come up and try to directly confront me for a response as to my issues with the fact that I had my food in front of me with no silverware for five or more minutes. I came in for a quick beer. I was enjoying some time to myself to watch the playoffs. Out of nowhere this guy starts screaming across the bar at the bartender. He had to be an employee because he was wearing the uniform. He was so loud and obnoxious. I left my cash on the bar and left. Won’t be back. When I come into a restaurant I want chill and be taken care of. Not listen to the staff bicker. Hire professional management or just close your doors. Zero stars if I could.

They weren't full at all only a handful of tables enough space to give people a buffer between them. Bartender was so nice food was good i wish i remembered her name she did very good and knowing when to stay away and when to bring things. Overall good experience.

The food looks great on the menu, but I think the burgers and sandwiches are the safest bet. I tried the BBQ Brisket Tacos and it was on par with cheap, salty, dive bar food. The Boneless Wings were very tasty, so I definitely suggest ordering them for a spicy taste. The waitress was great and honestly I think she deserves a raise for handling so many tables at once. I think I'll stick with the chicken.

Bad. I ordered 2 appetizer and and 4 meals. I did not receive any of those appetizer also one meal was cold and the burger I order which is triple BACON burger plus bacon but they forget to put bacon on it. I waited for the waiters to come back and I raise my hand multiple times and the waiter never came back to assist me. I am very disappointed. Then before we leave I ask him for a to go box and never recieve it, we had to grab it ourself in the table that was emty. Very poor custumer service. Not recommended!

Service was ok, food was not. My daughter and I had to send our food back because it was not what we had ordered. When I did get my steak the entire plate was swimming in steak juice and butter...like at least a 1/4 inch worth I kid you not. I just sighed and used 5 napkins to soak everything up so I could try and salvage a little bit of the pasta. The "Loaded" mashed potatoes had like 1/2 a cup or more of sour cream, couldn't really even see the potatoes. Was only able to eat a little bit of the meal. I just politely asked for a discount on the meal and we left. But hey, now I know where not to eat. Just gonna go to TGI fridays across the street. Better food and service for sure.

Only give it 5 stars and will suggest, if you sit at the bar, only go when papi is working. The rest of the bar staff is not good and they are rude. PAPI YOU ARE AMAZING, KEEP IT UP.
