Late night menu great for a late dinner and even better when you want something small. It seems like everyone closes at 9pm in Homer, AK, which is kinda crazy being in the land of the midnight sun! We came across Alibi while looking for a light dinner after a very long day of driving and fishing. We found it easily with google and got a close parking spot. I am very sensitive to noise, light, and smells (daily migraine) and I recently had gastric bypass (weight loss surgery) so eating in bars and restaurants can be challenging. The music was loud, but not "instant throbbing head" loud, we found a table close to the kitchen where the volume wasn't as loud. No obnoxious smells, no flashing or bright lights. The late night menu is small compared to the dinner menu, but still offered some variety. I ordered a single chicken taco, waitress questioned my serving size choice, but not in a pushy way. As a gastric bypass patient, finding small healthy options is hard, especially when away from home. I didn't eat the shell that came with the taco, just the filling, and it was super tasty. My dinner companion ordered a ginger ale and a chicken quesadilla, he said it was a good size for a light dinner and also enjoyed the flavors. And my favorite part? The bill was just under $20 for my party. Granted, folks that don't have a surgically tiny tummy will eat more, it's still inexpensive, and will be on my short list of bariatric friendly places to eat. Definitely will go back next time I'm in Homer!

Probably wouldn't catch myself coming back to this place until I tried everywhere else. They were out of like 6 appetizers when we came in. Ended up ordering one of the dips and it had to be something they just pull out of the fridge and heat up in the microwave. nothing special about it. Also had the egg roles which had potential for good flavor but was overwhelmed by a weird taste like it wasn't fresh. Caligula wings and Halibut taco entrees were pretty good and the PBR was cold.

We reached Homer a little late in the day and feared that everything had closed down and McDonald's was our only option, but this place was open and offered food until midnight (I think?) so we opted to go here. This is primarily a bar so we didn't have much hopes for the food but we were all pleasantly surprised. The tacos were especially great. There were a lot of beers on tap and we liked the vibe of the bar. Would recommend, both as a drinking or eating kind of place.

Music was great. Prices were really weird thou. First round 4 drinks $23.50. Left to go to another bar. Came back 2 hours later. Ordered 2 more (same 2 drinks as before) $24. Something wasn't adding up and we tipped good both times. Didn't bother anybody had a great time on the Dance Floor.

Service is (mostly) great. Wings are amazing. Burger was delicious. I wanted a burger and offered to pay for 3 wings instead of fries....Wouldn't allow it. That's the reason for 4 stars. Could have told me 5 dollars for 3 wings and I would have paid it. Didn't know I was ordering off the happy meal menu.

Friendly staff, good bar food, decent beer selection. We enjoyed our visit here. I ate the Halibut Burrito which I thought was really good. My wife had the mix two tacos which one was halibut the other shrimp. She thought they were average for the area.

I was with a party of 6. 4 of which got either the baja burger or cheeseburger and none were impressed. Everyone said it was just okay. The other 2 got the garlic/parm wings and Asian wings. The wings were extremely fatty, oversauced and way too overbreaded. Despite the poor tasting food, the server was nice.

Went here specifically for the fish tacos. They have their very own special blend seasoning that you can purchase. Served with red cabbage, sauce and amazing. They also have several beers on tap and a full liquor license. Looks like the views are awe inspiring during daylight per the chalet style windows. Great service from Nelton. On point. Looking forward to going back.

My family visits this establishment at least once a month. We hit it early when it's more appropriate to take our 5 year old. Amazing tacos, fries, wings, po-boys at a reasonable price. Nelton and the staff are great. Never been there for the nightlife but I hear your chances of having fun and getting drunk are good.

Fantastic strawberry salad with really nicely candied walnuts. Gyro was tasty too, nice feta. And very very reasonable prices. Dont wait try it ASAP.

Might be the best wings in town. A great buy for your money, but maybe leave the kiddos at home! Update: You totally can bring the kids. We continue to love and enjoy this place. Awesome spot to come and watch a game. You can’t go wiring with this place from great fish tacos to mountains of nachos, they are HUGE! They even have great salads, still huge, and fry baskets. Those things are insane. You gotta give this place a shot. Update: Still killing it!!!!

Nice bar, decent views. Little hole in the wall bar with good service. A little hard to spot from the road as it’s tucked back a little, keep your eye out! GREAT tacos with simple and fresh ingredients.
