I placed an online order, after almost 2 hours later I called the store and they said that my delivery was next- when the driver returned. The site could stand to have an expected wait time or deliver only within a certain radius to expedite getting orders out timely. When I arrived to pick up the food, I was told that the food was fresh and hadn't been sitting up front the whole time. I'm not sure about that. It may not have been there all along, but it was not hot...warm at best. I don't guess again about online ordering. The order was for another household member, who said it tasted ok.

I'm giving this 2 stars ONLY because the sauce on the wings was awesome. The wings were old. You could taste the OLD. Please dont be fooled by the "cheese fries". These are literally fries with shredded cheese warmed up on them. Not even melted. Warmed up. Waste of 12$.

Hopefully I get an answer from corporate why they can't deliver in the same neighborhood that the store is located. My disabled mother babysits at my home while I'm in class. She ordered her food and paid over the phone. After waiting 30 min she called and was told that the driver went to the wrong address and would not deliver to her after clarification that my house was literally a minute away from the store, "because they don't deliver there" ???? Then refused to refund her !So she had to get a neighbor to go pick up the food she had already paid for.... Horrible service not to mention she didn't get all of her order after having to send someone!!! And makes no sense why they deliver to her when she is at her own home that is 10 min away and not in the same neighborhood where the store is located??? Could it be a discrimination thing because of being in a predominantly minority neighborhood??? Smh!

Our earliest pick up according to online was 10:45, however the store itself didn't even unlock their door until 11, THEN we STILL WAITED until 11:15 for our order! Very disappointing!!! 30 minutes late! That is completely unacceptable. At least the manager did say, "sorry," I guess. Not impressed by the lack of make up for such a long wait.

First... grandfathers should not have all 4 grandchildren! Went to try the new whataburger and the line was extremely long. Saw wing zone across the street and did not look busy. We order ahead during football season and it's always good. Decided to try take out with 4 grandchildren in tow. Needless to say one had to have a meltdown and didn't like anything on menu. The owner offered her a grilled cheese and she was absolutely thrilled. I asked him to wave at us when food was done and I'd send one of the boys in to get food. 10 minutes or a little more and the young tall cook brought us our food. Baby girl was so excited about a grilled cheese!!! Thank you

The delivery driver himself was nice, but whoever manages this place is seriously lacking. Decided to try this place again after two experiences of them getting my order wrong. This time, they got it wrong again. I called in to report the change and was not given a straight answer on whether I could be credited, refunded, or have my food remade/exchanged. When you spend almost $20 on a single portion of food to be delivered, I would expect more professionalism. My burger arrived only as a bun and slab of meat with no sauce and no toppings. My fries were cold and undercooked. The website charged me for a drink that was supposed to be a part of the combo. Total waste of money. Do not order from here. $5 food experience for $20 and some change. Absolutely ridiculous.

3 orders in a row the food took over 45 mins from the time it left the store until it got to my house. That meant my fries were soggy from the steam inside the box, along with being room temperature. The wings were also cold. Finally, they forgot my ranch. I had to call 3 times just to get someone to answer and was promptly placed on hold for 10 minutes. I will eat stale bread and crackers before I order wing zone again. I will walk a mile to the grocery store and cook before I order wing zone again. Stay away! Worst wing place in Birmingham and I've been to all of them.

Need to update their menu online. I placed an order for a 5 pc shrimp basket then a five pc wing basket. Only to learn that they dont offer shrimp BASKETS. And have to order 10 shrimp at a time. Wings come in 6 pc now. Thought i was gonna be spending about 12 bucks. Ended up being over 18. Ridiculous

Three days later I find that my card had been charged twice. I call and speak with the manager and he tells me that I had to bring some kind of statement showing that my card had been charged twice. Accountability thrown in the trash like the chicken's neck and back...I used to work for this business in Birmingham, AL when $20.00 wasn't play money. When my family and I moved to Tuscaloosa, AL I hyped them up on the great food this chain serves. We ordered dinner from this establishment almost every night. As time passed, so did their customer service. We received an order that had many errors and instead of fixing the order, the store refunded the total price. We attempted to order again the next night, and found that the store blocked our phone number. We then began to order under another phone number and experienced more errors, and we aren't talking about missing napkins. They did not prepare the food the way were requested it, and charged us for condiments that were not delivered with our order. We then began to order through Grubhub. Low and behold, the burger delivered was severely burned, although we asked for medium well. The wings delivered were undone and were all flats, although we paid extra for all drums. Grubhub compensated us for the unsatisfactory order when we forwarded the pictures of the food. We ordered again through Grubhub expecting better food, and were contacted 30 minutes after the order was placed advising Wingzone banned us from ordering through Grubhub. Their website is published with complete lies advising if the order was incorrect, they will replace it, no questions asked. That's a total joke. They may replace the food if you are the same race they are. This is definitely not the company I used to work for.

Wing Zone took almost an hour and a half to deliver to me, and they got my order wrong (we got a bunch of fries and no wings ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ ), but they were quick to deliver our correct order with even more fries. Please take these fries, there's too many! Our driver was incredibly kind and understanding when we pointed out the error. She was great even though she was obviously having a rough night, and kept us from getting upset about the error. Customer service done right after a human error.

The wings had a funky taste and I requested a replacement. 20 minutes later I was sick and two hours later I could barely function. I requested and received a refund. However the delivery girl, who we got twice was rude, talked on her cellphone both times without saying a word to anyone and shoved the food towards us with the receipt. The second time when she was not tipped, she rolled her eyes and said, 'Whatever.' When I called to speak to the manager this wonderful delivery person was the one I received on the phone. I know this because when I explained the situation and how we were upset with her service she said, 'You should've tipped me. I ain't letting you talk to noone.' Besides the poor grammar I was shocked by the actions and attitude of a restaurant allowing someone with such an attitude work for them. While I do not have her name, I would hope and pray no one gets the very thin African American girl with the cell phone attached directly to her ear. The rating is because the food is indeed good, delivery service is awful and should be avoided at all cost.

Have been here before and received fair service but the experience was different this time. I receive no dressing with my salad and was handed my order as if I had a disease or because I was African American but whatever the case if you don't like dealing with different people find another job and also when I went back for the salad dressing no one would come to the front to serve me.
