We had a great time! Group of 6. My concern is mixing mostly finger food with continually using the public golf clubs. The handles should be cleaned after each group uses them and I wish they would put some handiwipes on the table.

TopGolf is always a killer destination and a great way to spend your night. This TopGolf is the first I’ve visited other than my hometown one in Hillsboro, OR. I’ve got to say I’m pretty pleased with the consistency and how similar each location appears to be. Identical gameplay, similar menus and drinks and a great way to spend a couple hours. My only complaint is the reservation fee. If you are wishing to make a reservation to be sure you have a bay when you want a bay they charge an additional $25 to do so. Do not be confused and think this $25 will apply towards your gameplay as it will not. It is an additional charge that simply give you a reservation. Each bay has heaters that you can control and helps ensure a comfortable experience no matter the weather. Prices are very fair and extremely affordable if a group of 4+ is splitting the bill. Rates are cheapest when they first open and gradually become more expensive later in the day/night. Food is great and can be served right to your bay or you can enjoy at the indoor restaurant. Fun for kids of all ages and there are plenty of other things available to keep non golfers happy (Xbox, Foosball, Pool etc.) Definitely a must visit place. P.S. Membership at one location works across all locations!

It's a fun place to just randomly golf. Definitely bring friends cause if it's a little pricey to golf then they can always split the time up however you want. There is a lot of options for food and they have a lot of local brews on tap. I highly recommend the sunrise burger, it's has just the right amount of salt, juiciness, and flavor packed in a burger that has an egg cooked just right, some thick pieces of bacon and a juicy flavorful burger patty.

Had a great time with family and friends last Sat. evening. We had a huge group that took-up three bays. The weather was ideal for the occcasion. Also, the waitstaff was very helpful/patient with us, in setting up the golf game-system. Thanks!

WOW, what a way to work on your game and have fun. Better than a golf range with a plus. Golf has grown up with this new type of atmosphere. More players can play with both sexes at equal strengths to make this the new top sports team or individual challenge game for all ages. Mix of bowling style (lanes) as you say. Only bad is upper level throws off your distance, but fair for all.

Went there around 830 on a Saturday night without reservations and got put on the waiting list to play on the second floor. Wait was less than 10 minutes before we were seated. Our server was great! There was a mistake on our order and due to the food taking longer than expected to deliver back to us, they comped it! That was a pleasant surprise. I also definitely recommend the BBQ Pork Sliders-- it had a nice zest but sweet flavor.

So much fun, and beautiful views. TopGolf is a great way to spend an afternoon or evening. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Food and drinks were delicious. This place gets busy during the evening/weekends, so you may want to make a reservation. But it is 100% worth it!

Horrible. Do not fly your family and your friends families out and get lied to for four hours and then give up because your kids are so exhausted from waiting that they are begging you to leave. Most miserable experience of my adult life. Total waste of money. They tell you 1 hour wait and then put you in a table where you spend tons of money trying to feed your kids to keep them entertained. Total joke.

Is was only OK. While the golf part was really fun. The foos ball table has broken players, the shuffle board table had no scoop to dress the table top, the pool tables were really dirty and look like old beat up biker bar tables. Again, enjoyed the driving range,but it seemed the other fun stuff is being neglected. Also, all the staff we interacted with were very professional; very nice people.

If you haven't been here yet, get moving. The entertainment value is rough to keep you busy, but the food will be why you return. Really creative menu for a chain operation, with service equal to the food. Everyone wad warm, engaged and took our experience seriously. The tableside service was especially great with our server, Luke, making sure w understood the tech, the menu and the golfing. This place truly has something for everyone

We went to this TopGolf on the company dime, so I am writting this from the vantage point of not having to pay for anything and a few hours of unlimited play. Our host showed us the ropes quickly and we started a low pressure match. I really enjoyed the casual setting, food, and conversations. Highly recommended for a business outing or friends that are looking for an evening out.

It was my first time at top golf. They place was very clean, the staff was really friendly and they walk you through everything you need to know if you have never been. It was super fun and my fiancé and I have a great time. Only complaint is that the food is over priced!!! 11.50 for 6 chicken wings is totally outrageous. I recommend going on Tuesdays since renting a lane is half the price it would be regularly. I would highly recommend. Just eat before you go!!!

Ive been to this location many times beforw and have always had a great time. I went on Sunday for my birthday, wait was under 20 minutes. Bar staff was very friendly. However, when we went to the bay our food order of nachos and guac never came out. Our waiter Val kept checking in with us and was so apologetic. The manager Chris Mitchel did a fantastic job of taking care of us to get the food out after our game. The service and compassion from these two and the bartender KC made a bad experience of no food irrelevant. They stepped up to make sure we had a great time. Will definitely be going back!

We were at topgolf Scottsdale on new year's day. We were amazed at how crowded it was. The kitchen was overwhelmed and understaffed. We waited an hour and a half for food.. We managed to get a bay and still no food:( Honestly we were ready to blow it off,but the staff and mgr came around and really made our visit special. They comp'd our food. They apologized for the kitchen and turned us back into raving fans Cheers topgolf.... well done

Good food, lots of fun. This is our third year having our crew''s holiday party here. The guys love it. The 50 of us occupy 8 stations. The poor staff have trouble keeping the food coming. Always have a good time, even if you don't golf.

I would go here again. My kids love being able to just pretend to crush it! there is music playing in the whole area and you can play different games with the gold balls. We went here on a Saturday afternoon, it was really busy, so table service was slow, but the food was decent. We were given a third level area to golf from which did not have a couch. We spend two hours here and paid about $200 for appetizers for six of us. If I were to go again I would reserve a booth/stall that has a couch. We did not make reservations which is likely why no couch for us.

I can't hit a golf ball to save my life but I love coming here! We drive from the 303 and Northern Pkwy (Surprise) to come to this location because it is fun. It's not a cheap date but you really can't ask for more. Sometimes the staff gets a little testy at the counter when you check in but it's is busy so I'm sure they put up with alot! As a Colorado native, I was so happy to get to go to Top golf for brunch and skip over to the Rockies field for the games during spring training.

I really don't golf but I always have so much fun at Topgolf. The Scottsdale location has beautiful vistas of the nearby mountains, and the neighboring property, The Talking Stick Resort. If you've never golfed, no worries. This is not an intimidating environment filled with experienced golfers. Between the good food, the bar, great customer service, you'll have fun driving or chipping balls out into the field where you can hopefully score some points.

One of the places on a weekend to hangout with friends and family. Ticket is bit pricey, worth the money. Need to try the Moscow mules and should try the cheese fries. Food is great. Ideal time to visit on Saturday or Sunday 4-6 pm in between.

A very decent place to hang out with friends. Accommodates up to 8 people per bay. Pricing is decent as long as you don't play by yourself. Food is pretty good, I especially liked the classic burger they offer. However stay away from the flat bread. It's tiny and definitely not worth the price. Top golf provides heating above its bays. Super convenient in case you feel a bit chilly.

The service was extremely slow. We waited and waited to get service and it took at least 20 minutes for our server to take our order. Upon putting our drink order another 15-20 minutes went by before getting our drinks. Overall not a good experience.

A great place for parties or get togethers. The game is ingenious with many different modes to hit golf balls into huge holes, but that's the fun of it. Expect to wait for a couple hours if you go on Friday or Saturday night, but there is a bar to pass the time. The food and drinks are great! I recommend their wings. Max players per bay is 6, but can seat a bit more if others aren't playing. It can be pricey if you just do a couples date, 45 dollars an hour but you'll probably get your fill of hitting golf balls in that time. If you want to just experience hitting the ball, try going in the morning or afternoon as it is 25 and 35 dollars an hour respectively. I do highly recommend it at night though, it's just so much more lively and the lighting and backdrop is very nice.

We had a great experience here. I came here for a work event in Oct 2017 and we had a great time. For weeks after people were talking about it. It's easy to get to, plenty of parking, the staff was really helpful. It has a cool vibe, way cooler than I normally go. I've never played golf and I have no desire to, so obviously I was terrible. But it didn't matter, the added element of trying to score points with the nets out in the field was cool and kept someone like me engaged.

We went to this location tonight and had a blast. Unfortunately one of our party members left a phone on the table and there is no number to call to get it back. For two days I called to try and speak with someone and got the same automated message that no associates were available to answer the phone. Wasn't a huge problem until we lost a phone. Any business should be reachable by phone.

Really enjoyed my first Topgolf experience! The price is set depending on when you go. Open (9am everyday but 8am Saturdays) until noon is $25/hr, noon until 5 is $35/hr and 5 to close is $45-$50/hr depending on the day. I happened to hit the $35/hr time slot and was there for an hour with one other person. It's fun because it's a little competitive but it's still very enjoyable and carefree. I didn't order any food but there seems to be a decent menu. The waitress would come around frequently to see if we needed anything such as refills. The only thing I'd say that was more on the negative side other than the price is that a lot of the games seem to be geared for the longer hitters. Accuracy for the closer targets was not given as many points as shots in the farther shots. Additionally, sometimes the game would not recognize a ball and give 0 points.

I have been to Topgolf several times, and I brought my family from out of town so they could have some fun, they have never been before. I receive a promotional coupon for half off of a game play, we got set up and the waitress helped us and told us we could put our coupon in at the end of the game and we also could split our tab. We asked her was she sure several times and she said yes you can put it in at the end. We played our two games and at the end our waitress came back and said a manger would have to help us with our coupon. A manager came by and simply said she was sorry but we could not use our coupon because we did not put it in the screen at the beginning of our game like we were going to do but our waitress told us that we did not have to. The manager was very rude. My brother in law asked for someone else and Robin the main manager was just as rude threatened to ban us over a coupon and did nothing to compensate not our mistake but an employees. Robin Grimes said she could not doing anything but after a back and forth conversation and saying she would ban my brother in law discounted our game play. We were so disappointed, we had such a great time and was so unhappy with the customer service of the staff. I hate that their first experience was horrible!

Pricied fairly high for me personally. $45 per hour to hit golf balls, $5new member fee, food was good but$65 for two children and two adults, $50 for adult beverages 5xdrinks. Very crowded game is very similarly compared to bowling on the screen. Had a good time with friends

The actually activity is fun, but the place is staffed by high school kids, or so it seems. Some of the staff are helpful, and some less do. So, it is what is it. What Top Golf is NOT is a substitute for a driving range. Fun to hang out, though. Kind of like bowling is (but not on a bowling league night).

Tried to set up a reservation for my birthday, were told couldn't set it up until a week before. Then se were told by a different employee we could reserve 3 weeks out. One employee told us 10 people were fine per bay. Then we were told that we can only have 8 people to a bay when we got there, but after one employee told us we could have the bay beside us, the manager told us we couldnt have that bay after we moved some of our group to it. Manager was rude and dismissive of us. It seems that nobody there knows what rules to actually follow, management either doesnt care or is selectively enforcing rules. If you have a decent size party I would recommend finding somewhere else or just waiting for Dave&Busters to open. We left as soon as the time we initially paid for was up.

Top golf seemed to have a very cool vibe going on!! The people that were there when I went were most "ALL HAVING A GOOD TIME!!" Employees/Customers/Security.. Clean place, they offer Valet Parking..or a golf cart ride to the main building, even the golf cart driver was helpful! The food was A+. I had the nachos, (best nachos in Huntsville, Alabama ) try them. The smokehouse burger hit the spot also!! They have actually put effort into "quality food" in my opinion! It was different for sure!! We had a very kind server, wish I remembered her name... Tameka maybe.. A&M student... future teacher. The best food service that I have had in Huntsville, Alabama in several years.

I went here having never attempted to play golf so I figured I wouldn't like it but I was so wrong, I love this, it's not golf in the traditional sense but it's so much fun, I actually won the game we played, I also ordered the nachos appetizer and I rate them a 10 out of 10. The price is split among the group so it's actually cheaper than you think. Love this place!! Also went a second time while it was cold outside but to my surprise they have heaters blowing down on you and it felt great in the bay.

The facility is clean, comfortable and the service was great. Our complaint was the inaccuracies in the scoring in the green flag area. Several times our balls went in and no points were scored. Upon reporting this to our attendant, her response was “yea, we have had problems.” Well, if you offer less than the service we are paying $40 for, then you should fix the problem or give a discount. Bad business management. Makes you wonder what else are they doing wrong? Maybe the lack of concern carries over to the low reviews of food and service. Hope they read this and make improvements. We traveled 65 miles to come here with our soldier son who treated us to this experience and went away very frustrated.

If you want to get a reservation and then wait 30 mins then go for it. For a traveling construction crew, not no but hell no . The mgr said we're gonna give you free bar tab (while we waited) and free group time). Then we found out we didn't get extra time, or beer). Sounds right yeah? Not to me sorry Not making plans for our gang to do that again. We travel, we do things to promote cohesion, but that is much too irritating. Not me Never again.

We had a corporate event here and we all had a blast! The service was fantastic and the food was surprisingly delicious. Expected chicken fingers and hotdogs, but instead they served brisket and Nashville hot chicken. Will definitely be coming back with friends.

Our host showed us the ropes quickly and we started a low pressure match. I really enjoyed the casual setting, food, and conversations. Highly recommended for a business outing or friends that are looking for an evening out.

It was my first time at top golf. They place was very clean, the staff was really friendly and they walk you through everything you need to know if you have never been. It was super fun and my fiancé and I have a great time. Only complaint is that the food is over priced!!! 11.50 for 6 chicken wings is totally outrageous. I recommend going on Tuesdays since renting a lane is half the price it would be regularly. I would highly recommend. Just eat before you go!!!

Great way to spend an afternoon! This is great experience for the whole family as well as an awesome place to grab a drink with some friends. The game is very fun even for inexperienced players like my self. The game rewards points for hitting the giant targets in the middle of the field. It's actually a lot easier than it looks. The games are timed but you can extend them for an extra fee. Now on to the food. It's delicious. I had bacon Mac and cheese spring rolls as an appetizer and a burger as the main course. The spring rolls were amazing and the burger was outstanding. I will definitely be returning soon and I will be bringing the entire family!

I have been to this TopGolf location three times and have had a blast every time. I have not experienced the unreasonable wait times or the bad customer service that I have read about in some of the other reviews.....I think folks just need to realize TopGolf is ALWAYS busy and they are doing the best they can to accommodate everyone. We did have to wait around 30 minutes on one of the trips, but it was on a Saturday night at 8 o’clock and we did not have a reservation. My friends and I just chilled at the bar till we got the text that the bay was ready.

We were at topgolf Scottsdale on new year's day. We were amazed at how crowded it was. The kitchen was overwhelmed and understaffed. We waited an hour and a half for food.. We managed to get a bay and still no food:( Honestly we were ready to blow it off,but the staff and mgr came around and really made our visit special. They comp'd our food. I would go here again. My kids love being able to just pretend to crush it! there is music playing in the whole area and you can play different games with the gold balls. We went here on a Saturday afternoon, it was really busy, so table service was slow, but the food was decent. We were given a third level area to golf from which did not have a couch. We spend two hours here and paid about $200 for appetizers for six of us. If I were to go again I would reserve a booth/stall that has a couch. We did not make reservations which is likely why no couch for us.

I really don't golf but I always have so much fun at Topgolf. The Scottsdale location has beautiful vistas of the nearby mountains, and the neighboring property, The Talking Stick Resort. If you've never golfed, no worries. This is not an intimidating environment filled with experienced golfers. Between the good food, the bar, great customer service, you'll have fun driving or chipping balls out into the field where you can hopefully score some points.

Fun, but horrific service! Showed up about 11pm or so on a Saturday. Took about 15-20 mins for a bay which isn't too bad, so we waited at the bar but it took 10 minutes before we were noticed and served. Eventually got our bay then we had to wait an additional 20 minutes for a host to show up and gets us cards to start out game. The game went well and was fun, but with 4 people we barely finished in an hour, because the graphics take too long between players. About 30 minutes I ordered a pitcher for our group with didn't show up until we had 3 minutes left, I tried to find our server to cancel it after so long but didn't have any luck. After the game finished it took 45 minutes to get out checks and then after we got them (and they were wrong) it took an additional 20 minutes to get them back and pay. That is just ridiculous. Plus they walk around with tablets but I still had to go back downstairs and close my bar tab - I know servers want the tips they've earned, but seriously, the systems are linked so that I can just get 2 receipts at my bay and don't have to go somewhere else to close out. Don't ever plan on going back until the drink prices go down a little and I hear that the service is much improved. 8/15/18 Update: I ended up reaching out to the email address provided by Top Golf, I emailed them around noon and had a response just a few hours later. They wanted to know what specific issues and concerns I had so they could pass it on to their Operations Team. They are also offering me 2 free hours for up to 5 people on a date of my choice. The free game is very nice and I would like to try it again. Will update after trying Top Golf again sometime in the somewhat near future. 8/18/18 Update: Used my free 2 hours with a group totaling 4 people. The staff at Top Golf was very accommodating for my group. A manager knew we were coming and walked us to our bay, another manager greeted us at our bay and immediately asked if we needed anything. Robin was the manger who greeted us when we went to walk in and she was very polite and professional. Our server was also over immediately. Everything we ordered came correctly and promptly, our server regularly checked on us. This experience was immensely better than my initial one; although I would not consider this a true experience because the manager knew we were using comp time provided by the company. As I said this experience was much better, but with maybe a few extra servers on each level they could give everyone this quality of service.

Food is pretty good, I especially liked the classic burger they offer. However stay away from the flat bread. It's tiny and definitely not worth the price. Top golf provides heating above its bays. Super convenient in case you feel a bit chilly.

Typical of any TopGolf and I love them all! Wait times can be long if you don't have a reservation but great food and a great atmosphere. The 2 stars this particular location is missing are for poor F&B service. It doesn't appear to be the individuals working as much as it is the lack of staff. I've now been 6 times and our bay service is terrible each time. Extremely slow to get food and drinks out and sometimes never arrive. I recommend eating before you play and try to get your drinks directly from the bar. ***8-22-18 update*** Our bay service for two bays and 13 people was fantastic. Alex did an exceptional job and far exceeded our expectations! The young lady who checked us in was awesome, secured us the two bays together and even checked on us before she left for the night. I look forward to this same experience during our September company outing.

At first we were getting a little frustrated because they told us to go to a spot and then said the bay was being maintenanced. They redirected us to a different bay just to be told it was assigned to someone else already and we would have to wait because someone forgot to put us on list. I was not rude or upset but expressed I was a little irritated with the situation. I assume he was a manager by how he handled himself but man name Cory calmly asked what was going on and immediately got us into a bay and paid for our first two hours for the inconvenience. We really appreciated his understanding and unexpected help with the bill.

Atmosphere is fun. However, we had to wait for a bay so we tried to eat by the bar. We sat for 30 minutes and no server ever came to our table. When we arrived at our bay, we promptly ordered drinks and food. The drinks arrived fairly quickly, but the food took an hour. It was also not very good. The salad I ordered came with wilted and brown lettuce. The boiled eggs were crusted over and the cheese was hard as if it had all been sitting out for a long time. Not something you want to pay $12 for. The waitress was nice enough. We will probably return, but will eat before we come next time so we avoid the wait and poor quality food.

Really enjoyed my first Topgolf experience! The price is set depending on when you go. Open (9am everyday but 8am Saturdays) until noon is $25/hr, noon until 5 is $35/hr and 5 to close is $45-$50/hr depending on the day. I happened to hit the $35/hr time slot and was there for an hour with one other person. It's fun because it's a little competitive but it's still very enjoyable and carefree. I didn't order any food but there seems to be a decent menu. The waitress would come around frequently to see if we needed anything such as refills. The only thing I'd say that was more on the negative side other than the price is that a lot of the games seem to be geared for the longer hitters. Accuracy for the closer targets was not given as many points as shots in the farther shots. Additionally, sometimes the game would not recognize a ball and give 0 points.

You can eat and drink while you practice your swing, and the heaters keep the temperature where you wanted even when it's cold and chilly out. Definitely recommend!

Twice in one week visiting for a conference. Great on Sunday afternoon during ball games! A buddy and I relaxed with a a meal and hit a bunch of rounds. I had never been to one. About 25,35 or 50$ per hour depending on time of day. Also there was a five dollar member card which we didn’t really to pay for. Each level had a bar and different games to play if you wanted to keep having fun at the venue without having a table. We went also with a large group of thirty people. A pro helped some in the group improve their swing and food was good. This was a great experience. When time is up at the end of your hour, the staff is prompt to clean up and encourage you to make space for next guests.

First off we had a great time they said the wait time was going to be about an hour we only waited about 30 minutes... I guess if we would have signed up a few days before we wouldn't have waited at all. Our server was really good laid-back enjoyable atmosphere. My one complaint is that I brought a few friends with me and they charged us on top of the hour fee a $5 fee to put each person's name in the computer they say it's a one time fee to become a member I don't think people should have to pay for a membership if they don't want one and there should be a way to put them in the game without paying for it if you're paying for the hour for the booth, and you cannot avoid giving them a phone number and email address for each person.

I am not a golfer. That being said, this was amazingly fun. You are given a private bay with a set of men's or women's clubs. Left handed clubs can also be provided and you can also bring in your own personal clubs. Every shot is calculated by a computer and assigned points based on the game you are playing and where the ball lands. I played the standard Top Golf game which was amazingly fun. Food and beverages are also available by an employee who periodically stops by. I would recommend this to anyone who enjoys the standard driving range. It definitely ramps up that type of experience. Also great for parties of all varieties.

I went to topgolf around 9pm with a friend and after we check in and we go to our number a worker approached us and asked us how old we were I am 17 and he is 20. we were told “you can not come to top golf if you aren’t with a person that is 21 years old, because we are concidered a Bar”. First and foremost I went just to play some golf I had no intentions of buying alcohol and I have a membership with you guys and I have come here many times before usually around the same time as well and it has never been a problem. We were then escorted out of the building and it just makes no sense I’ve been here hundreds of time with people under 21 and it has never been a problem until now, we just wanted to play! Overall Never coming back again they don’t deserve my money personally.

Nice place for a business and the game. They have a pretty big conference rooms that a comfortable for a large audience and you can play a game right outside of the conference room. This is not your average driving range. Golf games are hard and interesting, you can have healthy competition going on. Full bar and food helps as well.

It's fun to hangout with your friends here for couple of hours where you can drink and eat your food while playing golf on the drive range. I feel the selection of golf games is pretty small and I always find myself getting bored after two/three games. Note that I am a beginner and not much into golfing. I do have good fun in the first few games though. They also have pool table and other games on the lower floor which is available for free and first come first serve. The Friday and Sat nights can get really crowded and have huge waits.

Im not a golfer at all, which makes this place amazing. You can be a novice or pro and still have fun. The tvs and fans at your private spot is great. You also get a server too. Drinks are a bit pricey, but its the experience you pay for. I love this place. It is a fabulous environment with lots to do. Pool tables down stairs. Of course the main attraction is the golf (driving range). The food is tasty and mostly priced to match. Be prepared for a pricy night full of fun. The bar is large and trendy with friendly, fun bartenders, making it a great spot to wait for a bay. I suggest trying the Mac and Cheese egg rolls!

Whether you want to use the driving range or just get food in the restaurant this place can accommodate those needs. The food is excellent and the quality of service is top notch. This place does tend to get packed, especially during golf tournaments so it is recommended to choose wise times to visit. Additionally, at night there are lights out on the driving range that really make hitting golf balls even more fun. Go on out and enjoy some beers, golf, and some good food.

One of my favorite activities to do in Phoenix! Best atmosphere, great food, good drinks as well, all around a fun place to be with any kind of group! It seems kinda spendy at first but they also have a ton of other activities beside golf as well, ddr, shuffle board, ping pong, pool, fire places, multiple bars amd seating areas and all of this is free to play... just need a beer and its the best. One downside is don't call the number it is useless, you cannot talk to a person its all automated and all of the information is online and it will tell you that for any of the options you select.

When we left we were presented with a bag full of various Top Golf items.. sunglasses, lip balms, phone charger, golf balls, ice cubers and more! Worst possible service imaginable sat in booth for 45 minutes waiting for server and waiving down server only to have people sit down next to us and get immediate service talked to manager he said was not his fault and walked away... Was told wait time for lane was 30 minutes and 45 minutes later asked front desk they said we still had to wait 2 hours for a lane and decided to argue with me about telling me she had said 2 and a half hours and that I had to deal with it so I left... I would never recommend this place to anyone and will tell everyone of my horrible experience ..

Had such an amazing time here. Although it was soooo busy for a Sunday there was enough space for everyone and I was able to get a bay on the top floor quickly. The view was gorgeous and I had so much fun. The food and drinks were perfect and I had no problems. Wanted to thank you guys personally for having a baby high chair available and a baby changing table in the bathroom. Everyone treated me well and having a young baby there was not a problem! 1st time. Not super crowded for a Friday evening(10:30p) From open -noon it's $25/hr. Noon-5p it's $35/hr. 5p-close it $45/hr. The ladies bathroom was clean. Dining area clean lots of tv's. Check-in person was very helpful in explaining everything. Oh & prices above don't include $5 per person play card that u can use @ANY top golf. Great place for family, friends, date night. If bringing a gaggle of people ask for reservations to save money! Didn't order any food, wasn't hungry- but the menu looked good & the water was delicious!

Twice in one week visiting for a conference. Great on Sunday afternoon during ball games! A buddy and I relaxed with a a meal and hit a bunch of rounds. I had never been to one. About 25,35 or 50$ per hour depending on time of day. Also there was a five dollar member card which we didn’t really to pay for. Each level had a bar and different games to play if you wanted to keep having fun at the venue without having a table. We went also with a large group of thirty people. A pro helped some in the group improve their swing and food was good. This was a great experience. When time is up at the end of your hour, the staff is prompt to clean up and encourage you to make space for next guests.

First off we had a great time they said the wait time was going to be about an hour we only waited about 30 minutes... I guess if we would have signed up a few days before we wouldn't have waited at all. Our server was really good laid-back enjoyable atmosphere. My one complaint is that I brought a few friends with me and they charged us on top of the hour fee a $5 fee to put each person's name in the computer they say it's a one time fee to become a member I don't think people should have to pay for a membership if they don't want one and there should be a way to put them in the game without paying for it if you're paying for the hour for the booth, and you cannot avoid giving them a phone number and email address for each person.

I am not a golfer. That being said, this was amazingly fun. You are given a private bay with a set of men's or women's clubs. Left handed clubs can also be provided and you can also bring in your own personal clubs. Every shot is calculated by a computer and assigned points based on the game you are playing and where the ball lands. I played the standard Top Golf game which was amazingly fun. Food and beverages are also available by an employee who periodically stops by. I would recommend this to anyone who enjoys the standard driving range. It definitely ramps up that type of experience. Also great for parties of all varieties.

I went to topgolf around 9pm with a friend and after we check in and we go to our number a worker approached us and asked us how old we were I am 17 and he is 20. we were told “you can not come to top golf if you aren’t with a person that is 21 years old, because we are concidered a Bar”. First and foremost I went just to play some golf I had no intentions of buying alcohol and I have a membership with you guys and I have come here many times before usually around the same time as well and it has never been a problem. We were then escorted out of the building and it just makes no sense I’ve been here hundreds of time with people under 21 and it has never been a problem until now, we just wanted to play! Overall Never coming back again they don’t deserve my money personally.

Nice place for a business and the game. They have a pretty big conference rooms that a comfortable for a large audience and you can play a game right outside of the conference room. This is not your average driving range. Golf games are hard and interesting, you can have healthy competition going on. Full bar and food helps as well.

We had a blast! Had a guys day, stayed for a little over three hours and had a few drinks.... And an appetizer and it was under $100 a piece. Well worth it, they really do a good job with everything. The food and drinks were great and the games were so much fun. I would definitely go back! It is really slow in the morning and starts picking up around noon. There were a lot of couples and groups and everybody was having a great time!

Very fun to play with friends the more people in the bay the cheaper, so good for a group of four to 6. The food is okay but a little pricey. They offer a pool table, ping pong table, and some other free things to do if you have to wait to golf. There is a restaurant onsite but I think it serves the same food. Good food and was fun, note for other people, Tuesday night is Top Golf league night so the whole 2nd level was blocked off apparently. We got there at 5:15 and did not get a bay till around 6:30 (on a Tuesday). Make a reservation for sure or do not go on a Tuesday if you think you won't have a wait. Sat in the bar for over an hour as 4 or 5 bays right outside sat empty for the league play. Would have spent more money on range time but didn't have the time. Servers were good, also stood in line for 20 minutes with only 3 people in front of us to sign up for the top golf membership card, not sure if their network was down or might have been training new employees.

The burger I had was overcooked and dry. I've had better burgers from Burger King. It was that bad. The only thing worse is the drinks. I ordered a margarita, just to venture away from the safe beer bet. It was the worst margarita I've had in memory. I'm not a margarita connoisseur, it was just that bad. The bartender should be ashamed of putting out something like that. Pretzel bites taste like frozen grocery store appetizers, but the sauces they came with are pretty good. Will I come again? Absolutely. I'll just make sure I'm well fed beforehand, and bring a flask of my favorite. You know, like real golf.

Top golf provides a fun and safe environment for kids and adults alike.Very nice facility and friendly staff. It was my second time attending Top golf. I came with 4 other people and my 3 year old daughter couple days ago we had a blast. We did have a little rocky start in the beginning. Our wait was 1 hour, we had ordered food which took 30 minutes and was never received. We asked our server what was the wait he stated he forgot to put our order in. We proceeded to our bay when we received a text. We told our server Unique with an E which is how she introduced herself what was going on. She was very full of energy and even bonded with my daughter Haley and told us she will take care of it. A manager I believe his name was James came and gave us extra 15mins time to play. We placed our order with unique, our food came out and we enjoyed ourselves. We ran our bill kind of high faster then we thought. Top golf is an extremely nice place to attend and little expensive. The food is delicious and the hummus is my favorite. Managers are fantastic! It does get a little crowded on the weekends so I do recommend to make an reservation. Better service in the common area. Over all great experience! My family and I will definitely be coming back.

Thank you to all the staff Saturday for making my son 16th birthday and amazing day for him, his friends and his father and I. I did not reserve enough bays and they immediately reserved another bay next to the one I had already reserved they were very accommodating. The server/host was amazing she was friendly, respectful and constantly check on us. She handle about eight 16 to 17 yr old boys very well. It was my first time and definitely won’t be my last, second time for my bf, he had been there before with the company he works for. The service was great, friendly staff, and clean environment. We had gone after nine pm on a Tuesday night and it wasn’t too busy, though the ground level bay didn’t have any openings. I didn’t even notice the wait time on our food while playing, I had ordered The Smokehouse burger and my bf the Cheesy Macaroni Bites, both were amazing quality and tasty. The Cheesy Macaroni Bites have a bit of a kick to them and as someone who doesn’t like spicy stuff they were pretty good. Also I had taken the other half of my burger and what was left of my fries home, their fries were still pretty good after being nuked, which can’t be said with some other places. They have different gameplay options, though we stuck with the basic get it into any hole. The computer kept up pretty good when we were doing speed rounds before our time was up. For it being my first time and being nervous about playing at the start, I ended up winning all the games we played and most of my balls went into the green hole. I would highly recommend Topgolf to those looking for something to do or take family when they visit.

Too Golf is a great time! Many different types of games for all experience levels. Everyone can have fun. They provide clubs, but no gloves. You can bring your clubs if you want, though. Also there is full service for each lane. All the servers were nice. Renting a lane is easy, but not cheap. You also have to sign up to be a member to book it.

Was a very fun experience. Went out around noon and they were easily able to get us in. Our server was very helpful and got us started with not only food, but explaining how the scoring works for a few of the "modes" that are offered. We spent about 2 hours here and there was a moment where the power went out and backup generators likely came on, but we had just gotten our delicious "Mushi" appetizer that was more-or-less Mexican Sushi that held up and then some! It was pretty hot (106F) that day, but they had plenty of mister fans running and we kept pumping out balls trying to hit our targets which was great because it gave me a variety of targets to aim for. Would go again, if a bit pricey, but you won't get an experience like this elsewhere! If not up for playing, they have a nice bar area where you can watch any good going on with at least 5-8 TVs posted around the room!

This was my first experience at Top Golf. The website says $15 Per person if you want to go Monday-Fri 0900-1200. The lady at the front didn’t know what my best friend was talking about. But was nice and said she would find out. We went upstairs to our bay and asked our server and he had to go ask as well. He came back and said Yes! So we spent 3 hours there having drinks & a snack! He even taught us how to play, and gave us a lesson! His name was Jordan and he was SO FUN and SO NICE!! everyone go to this top golf and get Jordan !!

She was running her behind off and was still meeting our needs and then apologized for not being there more. She was so sweet and really went out of her way to make our time great. Make reservations! This place can get packed! This was my first time going to a driving range of this caliber. You walk in and they have a huge bar, check in area, and stairs leading to the ranges. It was freezing cold when we went, but the heating system they have is top notch! It was nice and warm all around. The driving range is very smart! There are different competitive game modes to play, multiple types of clubs, drinks, food, everything! Wish they had this near me in California! Drinks, only reason why I did not give 5 stars is because they were completely out of a few different craft beers like Porter. The food is excellent though. I ordered traditional wings with buffalo sauce. The wings were excellent! Overall excelent place to relax, drink, eat, and have fun! Prices are not bad either for more of a upscale driving range. Playable in all weather conditions.

I recommend this place! My friends and I recently attended for a quasi-bachelor party. Boy did we pick correctly! As far as service goes, our waitress, Leah, was very accommodating and personable. The gentleman who brought us our drinks is also worth mentioning. He brought us waters and told us a great joke in the process. "How come the Amish don't water ski? Because the horses would drown." I regret not getting his name. He was a taller, pudgy gentleman. Great staff!! The only real downside I found was when our game was wrapping up, employees were lingering around our table, seemingly to clear it off. There are so many reason why you should go here. Last time I went there were two bachorlette parties and one bachelor party. There are golfing lessons if you want them. The best part is just acting like you know how to swing. If you need left handed clubs, just ask at the front desk and they will be readily available. My daughter wanted to go here for her Birthday. It was so much fun! We went during the day. We got there at ten and it was not busy at all. Got our membership and bay very quickly. What a great addition to Huntsville! There is still a lot that needs to be done in this area, but this was the perfect addition for the Huntsville casual hang out scene. There aren't a ton of places to go hang out, especially with activities, and this place combines both. For our visit, we were greeted quickly and were seated shortly after. Sometimes there might be a wait, but usually you can go to the bar or get a table and snack while you wait. We've visited one on these in Atlanta and one in Tampa and everything is consistent with the brand! If you want to bring your own clubs, you can, or you can borrow some of theirs. They have a variety. Once you are seated you will have a server that can help you with drinks and food as well! There are multiple games you can play, and you can play with lots of friends, so that helps make things fun too! They have 4 levels which is fun, as you can shoot from different heights. It was raining when we visited, but that didn't stop us from a good time. Will definitely be back.

I didn't know quite what to expect at Topgolf for my 1st visit. I expected an indoor video game type place. It's actually is a multi tiered driving range set up with various practice games that you can play with friends in your party. They serve great food and drinks right at your table. I got a great practice in. It was a lot of fun with practice-orientated games where results are shown on a monitor at the table.

This was my second TopGolf experience (after Vegas). I was disappointed with the fact that the scoring system doesn’t work well at this location. We had to manually input our scores several times because it didn’t automatically score. So many practice balls were dispensed which leads me to believe it does it when it can’t “read” the chip inside the ball. If I played again in the Phoenix area, I’d definitely be trying a different location.

It's a decent place to have some fun and practice some swings. You don't have to worry about picking up the balls as more balls are fed to you via the machine. The food is also very tasty. I'm sure the lighting from the Talking Stick resort would look pretty cool at night (closed due to flood damage from severe monsoon storm). I want to love this place - I really do. But it’s not to be. The golfing concept is really cool but the food is flat-out not good and the place is consistently dirty. Salad had way too much dressing. Chicken was a dried mess that was clearly fried somewhere else. Cocktails were skimpy. Staff is hit or miss. Some are very enthusiastic and helpful. Others don’t want to be bothered. This entire review is based on coming here 4 different times. I may come back for the golfing entertainment alone - if friends or family force my hand. But I will never eat their food again. Just too many disappointments.

Great way to spend time with family and friends. Driving ranges are next to each other so excellent space for parties for all ages. Bring your own golf bag or use the clubs provided which are labeled for what type of club it is and how far you would range with that particular club. They also can provide left handed clubs or children's clubs all at no extra charge. Good selection of food and beverages to choose from. We had the quesadillas and the habanero mango chicken bites, both where tasty. Servers where right on, they come around often to see if there is anything else you need. My only issue is sometimes when the ball goes in the net area, it counts the ball as being hit but will not calculate the points. Other than that, definitely recommend spending a couple hours of fun times hitting golf balls.

It had been suggested to us that it would be a great place to bring our 1 year old while we share some drinks with friends. It definitely seemed like a great place when we arrived, but on the patio there was lots of broken glass and construction screws that my husband and I tried to clean up ourselves so our child could walk around without getting hurt. The patio became too crowded and the inside was just too noisy for us. On the plus side, there was a cute, little nursing room that was private and semi quiet. Food was good and drinks were good.

It's actually is a multi tiered driving range set up with various practice games that you can play with friends in your party. They serve great food and drinks right at your table. It's a decent place to have some fun and practice some swings. You don't have to worry about picking up the balls as more balls are fed to you via the machine. The food is also very tasty. Only complaint is that my bay host could not be found for a lot of our visit. We had to ask someone else to help us so we could order more food. She didn't bring the dipping sauce I asked for either, and didn't really want to do anything extra except put the food order in. It would be better if you could just order your food from the screen.

For instance, Allyson M. made sure to explain the games and how the controls for everything work so we didn't have to figure things out and potentially not get the full enjoyment out of our time there. She even came back by mid-game to make sure we were still doing good. This is the type of team member that every company strives to have. This would be a great place for a business outing, date night, lunch, stress relief session, etc. Top Golf is great for seasoned pros to practice their swing or complete novices to have a fun night. No one is going to make fun of you if you swing-and-a-miss. Everyone is here to have just a really good time. All the equipment was in top working order. The only thing I would suggest.. maybe have a half-priced night mid-week? This is a valuable asset to the growing community around Huntsville and I will be back - soon.

This was my second time going bringing a group of friends to play, because the first time we had a blast. The food was very good both times, but we had a mistake on 2 of our tickets and it took several attempts to correct it. For the time it took to get our receipts fixed, we lost our reservation from a good spot and got bumped down to the very end of the row. We continued to play until we ran out of our intial hour but we wanted to keep playing so we extended our time, but the machine just stopped dispensing balls. We waited for a little more than 15 mins for it to be fixed but our time kept depleting. We asked to have our time added back and we were told it was added back so we could continue to play. Still waiting and expecting to continue playing, the waitress came back and told us some of our game time was refunded back to our card and we were not able to continue playing. No one really gave us options and we just had to leave, we were having fun but it had to come to an abrupt end and we weren't allowed to continue. Very disappointed that the staff didn't try and allow us to continue playing, or even ask if we wanted to start a new session after what had happened.

We were understanding it was busy tonight, so we decided to go to the bar on the main level. The girls behind the bar were awful. Never checked on us, no napkins, waved one down for a glass of water and she said okay. 20 minutes later nothing. Pat (Patrick) behind the bar was the saving grace of the bar. Bring your own golf bag or use the clubs provided which are labeled for what type of club it is and how far you would range with that particular club. They also can provide left handed clubs or children's clubs all at no extra charge. Good selection of food and beverages to choose from. We had the quesadillas and the habanero mango chicken bites, both where tasty. Servers where right on, they come around often to see if there is anything else you need. My only issue is sometimes when the ball goes in the net area, it counts the ball as being hit but will not calculate the points. Other than that, definitely recommend spending a couple hours of fun times hitting golf balls.

Such a fun activity for a group of friends or family. Relatively cheap during the day ($25 for 1 bay that can hold 6 people) and gets more expensive as the day goes on. I would recommend only playing with 4 or less people so you have more time to shoot balls. With 6 people, 1 hour is barely enough time to shoot 20 balls each!

Loud, energetic, and lots of people. If that's what you're looking for, then this place is perfect. It had been suggested to us that it would be a great place to bring our 1 year old while we share some drinks with friends. It definitely seemed like a great place when we arrived, but on the patio there was lots of broken glass and construction screws that my husband and I tried to clean up ourselves so our child could walk around without getting hurt. The patio became too crowded and the inside was just too noisy for us. On the plus side, there was a cute, little nursing room that was private and semi quiet. Food was good and drinks were good.

Super Fun experience! Cold outside mixes well with heat lamps above you and super soft warm couches. I suggest you dress warm in layers if it's cold outside. Food & Beverages ~ everything was very tasty.

It's a great place to have fun and hangout.. Just a thought though.. It would be nice if there was a way to divide the booths.. Not everyone wants to see every detail of what's going on next to them

Overpaid 45 Dollas at the kiosk and they only would give me credit. Not happy after having a great time with family. Was told the credit would stay on my membership card. That is not good for me it's my money. You get a three for being unwilling to help your customer.

The service is aweful. Waiter did not take our food order until my wife had to track him down. Food took over an hour to get served and the appitizer was cold and came out five minutes before the main meal. Definitely don't come to this place if you plan on eating a meal.

I was there this past weekend with my friends and family and it was the worst top golf I’ve ever been staff was rude and far from customer service friendly. Two of the employees had the nastiest attitude I’ve ever encountered in a establishment. Now don’t get Me started with the food that stuff was gross cold and stale had it sent back and it was the same stuff lol just gross. If I could give this no stars it would be great
