First time cheesecake factory goer. Main meal good but let's be honest, I was there for the cheesecake and it did not dissapoint! Actually feeling a bit ashamed with the amount of cheesecake I had, the portion was huge! I chose the red velvet and it was great. Waitress was really friendly and buzzing atmosphere.

I have visited the Cheesecake factory for the first time during my short visit in L.A last April. The food was delicious, the cheesecake was stunning and the staff was very kind and friendly too. I am definitely going to come back again if I have a chance :)

THE COOLEST CHEESECAKE FACTORY EVER! This Cheesecake Factory is a beautiful 2 story restaurant in the upscale Grove Shopping Center in Los Angeles. Despite the restaurant being very busy the night we visited, the service was excellent. Our server was Marvin, and he was friendly and efficient. Like always, the food was delicious. What sets this location apart from others is the opulent decor. When you arrive, there is a receptionist on the ground floor for check in. After your name is taken, you are directed towards the escalator that transports you to the second floor (see photo), where you check in with 2nd receptionist. There is seating both inside and outside patio sections. We had a very nice dining experience, and will definitely go back again.

The servers are super professional and nice. They are usually very crowded, so especially on weekends and during dinner, you may want to try and come before the rush. The food is amazing (and they have quite a few vegan/vegetarian options). Definitely go ahead and get a cheesecake too. Very worth it

We had the Breakfast Burrito and the Belgian Waffle with Chicken. As a Belgian resident, I can recommend the waffle, it was excellent! :) The Burrito was also supertasty, in all honesty, we have eaten a lot of good and bad stuff in the US during our trip but the Burrito was exceptionally delicious! We also had 2 milshakes, mine was the Oreo Milkshake and it was probably the best Milkshake with stuff in it that I've had worldwide! :O

Always a great experience. You can't go wrong with anything you order here. We stopped in for lunch after shopping. I had the lasagna verde and my husband had the fish and chips. The lasagna verde was delicious! So much flavor. Hubby enjoyed the fish and chips as well. Our waitress was attentive. Good service and good food.

Wasn't very pleased with this Cheesecake Factory especially to be at the location it's on. It took a while for seating and our food wasnt really as tasty as it is when we go to other Cheesecake Factory . I always get the same dish and I was able to taste the difference right away.

It was national cheese cake day & they were very busy. It took the server a while to get to the table. I only wanted one piece of cheesecake but they make me dine in to get it. It was half price but it seemed that it was half the size. So much for cheesecake factory gimmicks.

The Cheesecake Factory is always great! This one, in the Grove, is Super Fantastic with a Beautiful balcony overlooking the beautiful Grove area! The chicken salad sandwich is delicious! And very huge! It's cut into thirds and each section is as big as a full sandwich! It was delicious and I got to bring some home! Definitely try the Peach Bellini! So yummy! Yay Cheesecake Factory!

I checked in today around 8:30pm with a friend and was told by a girl @ the front desk it would only take 10-15 mins waiting time to seat. However, customers were being seated as they were coming in. So, I approached her again after 28mins waiting to ask if she had forgotten us. Took a look inside the restaurant lots of empty tables in patio and inside the restaurant but she keep saying I had to wait. I ended up leaving after 45mins and took my business some place else. Bad service and food is not the best. Pasadena location is the best!.

Boisterous restaurant where all strict diets come to die. The place gets lively (or noisy, depending on your personal liking) at night. You might have to wait and you can only do so standing because benches are not provided. The fittings are beautiful but not very well lit. A Factory Burger has up to 1750 calories (the recommended calorie intake for an adult is 2000 per day), too much for "gymers" like me. Complementary bread and butter are offered as starters. The food is made and served very quickly. Portions are big and there is good value for money. The staff are not as lavish with phrases like "thank you", "welcome" as their Americana at Brand counterparts. The music is nice and the furniture are clean. I recommend this restaurant to non-American tourists. It is more than a place to buy take-away cakes.

1. Completely screwed up an easy order...asked for pesto on the pasta because the pasta normally comes with pesto, and it came back with some extra oil on it, not pesto...chicken in the pasta was rubbery and not even hot...then was charged $25 for a SINGLE slice of cheesecake. 2. Extra waitress brought bread plates instead of normal plates for our entrees and after we asked for grated parmesan, we never saw her again. 3. Plates were thrown at us, not placed down. 4. Pathetic and unacceptable.

The wait times for this restaurant are absolutely horrible. For a party of two they’ll tell you it’s a 30 minute wait and then 45 minutes later you might get lucky and get a seat. Even worse, while the waiters are fantastic, the service is slow because they are so overwhelmed. Cheesecake Factory, PLEASE learn how to use demand-based surge pricing. Have a set of “Friday/Saturday night” menus with higher prices to lower demand. Or open up another restaurant. Do SOMETHING...it’s a shame that I’m giving a 1 star review for an otherwise great restaurant

I've been going to this place for years, mostly in the Marina. Glad we chose this location and arrived just before noon. The server was patient and accommodating. The food was good and so were my companions. If you like a big plate, this is the place to go...even the skinnylicious portions were big.

Great location, delicious food and our waitress Anna was wonderful; however, the disruptive table beside ours made this an unpleasant dining experience. I understand the restaurant does not have any control over who patronize their business, but I do believe that when you have customers that impedes upon your other customer's dining experiences they should be asked to leave. From the time they were seated three young children ran around freely, being extremely loud, putting salt and pepper shakers in their month. Going to empty tables and playing with the table utensils to throwing untensil. Meanwhile, the mom and her friend are laughing as if this behavior appropriate.

My wife and I always have dinner here during our annual Christmas season night at the Grove. On Friday the wait time was 1 hour 20 minutes! And this was including the balcony and seating area by the Pacific Theaters. We ended up getting a spot in the bar, but that was a struggle too. We started with the Avocado egg rolls. They came out fairly quickly, but one of the egg rolls was broken in half. Despite that, the flavor was still good. My meal consisted of a Shepherd's Pie. It was a nice hefty serving. I love the flavors of their Shepherd's Pie. My wife was happy with her go to Cheesecake Factory meal: Steak Diane. We ended the night with a Reese's Peanut Butter Chocolate Cheesecake. Super rich flavor peanut butter flavor. The black coffee we each had went really well with the cheesecake. Service was great, food was served in a timely manner. We will be back!

Ordered the chicken fettuccine with shrimp. For the price it wasnt worth it. Fettuccine was extremely dry and yet somehow greasy and tasted really bland. Barely any chicken or shrimp. I also ordered the crab dip, no crab, unless its shredded to death and blending in with the cheese. Definitely not worth what I paid.

If I could give it 0 stars, I would! Went there to eat 2 days ago for my twins 3rd birthday and they've got food poisoning! I had to take them to the ER since they both were throwing up and couldn't stop it. Had over 101 fever and poor kids were crying and always say "mommy, help me!" and "au" cuz they were in pain. Me and my husband had diarrhea all day! The food looked and tastes horrible and looked like it was premade, just heat it up and give it to us. We didnt even finished it because of this. I just didnt want to make a scene cuz of the special day of my kids and wanted them to feel no anger or stress. Never going to this or any if the cheesecake factory restaurant to eat again!

Drove 2 hrs to eat here for my daughters birthday. Had to wait to an hour for our table. We were a party of 8 and the sat us in two differences booths, that were back to back. So she didn't get to enjoy all her guests. The food was okay definitely not worth a 2 hr drive. No one ever told us that we were being seperated, or apologized. Wont be going back, just disappointed.

We had a great server. The other 3 people's food was prepared correctly and they said they were happy with the taste. Unfortunately my salad was not made as ordered 2 times. But once it was right, it was delicious. The manager came to our table and apologized for my food not being prepared correctly and he not only comped my desert but my son's as well which was an unexpected surprise. Our server also gave me and my son drinks in to go cups. Great job Cheesecake Factory. We will definitely come back!

Food, service and view from the restaurant were great !! Each item on the menu have plenty of food and they are all delicious. Only problem was we had to wait around 40 minutes to get a chair, but it is understandable since restaurant is literally in the center of the city

Very busy, expect a wait. Ordered the Thanksgiving sandwhich, 40 minutes later I was told they were out of turkey. Had it with chicken instead, fine but 50 minutes waiting for a sandwhich is ludicrous.. super cheesecake though!!!!

They took my favorite salad off the menu! So sad... Nice atmosphere, food was good. I had the crispy brussel sprouts which could have been a bit hotter when served and the chicken potstickers which were quite tasty! My husband had a ribeye which for $30 was a bit lacking on the seasoning. The Godiva Chocolate Cheesecake was amazing! Great place for a special occasion or to take out of town guests.

It wouldn’t be an issue with it constantly being crowded but you feel it in the service. The Avocado egg rolls are great but let’s be real...its guacamole egg rolls. I ordered some shrimp pasta but it was super forgetful and I didn’t bother eating the leftovers.

When ever we go to Cheesecake factory, its ALWAYS been great. But I wanted to take the time to single out our waiter who went the extra mile and provided top notch service today! It made today's meal a truly enjoyable dining experience. We had Nolan, and although it was quite busy in the restaurant and in his section, my husband and I felt like we were his one and only table. Drinks refilled before we even got to the bottom of the glass, bread refilled right away, food came out perfect, fast and evenly spaced. He didnt forget one of the 3 condiments I asked for. At the end of our meal, check came right away. We didnt have to sit there waiting for anything. He was right on the ball. Im 9 months pregnant right now so Its fair to say I expect certain things done the right away. (Especially since I've worked in the restaurant business before). Nolan was everything an efficient waiter needs to be. He even got me a to go water right before we left since it's over 100 degrees right now in tucson. If any of the managers read this, make sure to reinforce his work ethic. My husband and I were VERY pleased with everything today and its solely because our waiter made it that way. Will be back!!!

The Cheesecake Factory offers so many delicious choices that it's usually extremely popular at all the locations. I stopped at this one for a quick dinner and I was fortunately seated right away even though there was a lot of large parties waiting for tables. My service was quick and efficient.

They serve huge plates of food. I ordered roasted chicken, garlic potatoes, and sauteed carrots. My beverage was Jasmine hot green tea with honey. The banana cheesecake was delicious , natural, and light. Very comfortable seating with an endless menu. The meal was very tasty and delicious. Great place to dine.

Food is decent and was our go to cheese cake in the Bay Area. But the service is terrible. The wait staff is not attentive. They rather stand around and gossip with colleagues than serve those sitting at a table waiting to order. Will not be coming back

Stopped by with my family today during happy hour there’s a total of eight people Dustin Warren the manager told us that he absolutely refuses to seat us together and there was plenty of room he told us the only way we can be seated is at two separate tables Me my husband was not happy about it but we said OK our children really wanted to eat here so we were just trying to do the best we could . After ordering our meals came out separately it was about a 10 minute gap in between each The buffalo blasts appetizer specifically my 11-year-old son was eating one and has he took a bite and long strand of black hair came out of it he said mom Eww look our waiter immediately took it in the back and said he was going to bring back another one we said OK About five minutes later a manager came by his name was David Virgil after the waiter threw them in the trash he said that he looked in the trash and couldn’t find any hair which sounded ridiculous My 11-year-old son was explaining to him when he took a bite there was a strand of hair he said he was going to go back and look again after giving us a really hard time he said he was going to do us a favor and replace The buffalo blasts and he also said he wasn’t going to charge me for the other one which is absolutely ridiculous why would I pay for food with Hair in it Honestly both of these managers need an attitude check you can’t treat customers like that my family felt very offended Worst service ever we could’ve did better at McDonald’s I highly do not recommend these two managers

We went for a birthday, Every meal that came to our table looked as tho they were sitting under a heat lamp for 30-40 minutes. The salads were wilted. The hot wings dry, The pasta was dried out They didn't have anymore pumpernickel bread, so we got very hard sour dough. The service was very slow. This was our orders 2 house salads 2 cheesecakes 1 Asian salad. 1 three cheese pasta platter 1 order of hotwings 1 kid pasta This all took 40 minutes to be served The food was cold and all bad, Unlike The Cheesecake Factory. We paid We left Never to return to the Chandler location. No we didn't return anything No we didn't eat anything Except bread and butter 2 people ate the cheesecakes Birthday ruined. We enjoyed each other's company.

I tried the semi new Lasagna Verde, wow. I was actually pretty impressed. The dish wasnt as big as most of the other Cheesecake Factory dishes, but it was still big enough. It tasted super cheesy, which i love, and the pasta had a nice chewy texture.

Haven't been in a few years. Food very good. Server nice and friendly. Menu is rather extensive so go knowing what toy feel like eating. Portions are large also keep that in mind. It was busy (Sunday night) with lots of families and birthdays so it was a bit loud. Good place to go if you are hungry.

Tonight we went in with 6 people, they got one of our orders wrong, chicken Parmesan instead of a chicken sandwich, no big deal they brought the right food out about 20 minutes later.. another at our table got a burger when they took a bite the burger that was supposed to be medium was RARE. Literally it had only been browned on both sides, the waiter was kind and took it back. They didn’t get another burger for 40 minutes. The waiter offered to get them a salad or soup in the meantime, but they declined. Then the manager came over and offered the same thing, they declined. She insinuated it was a miscommunication about the chicken... and then went on to tell us that it was the waiter’s fault he didn’t explain the food temperature at the Cheesecake Factory medium hamburger actually means raw just browned on both sides.... our waiter was great. Stephanie, the manager did not apologize once, she made it out to be anyone else’s fault. They didn’t offer to take anything off, we had to complain and she continued to argue with us about the raw hamburger temperature. She said the waiter would have to be retrained, in reality the cook needs be retrained on what medium is, and Stephanie the manager needs to be retrained on what customer service is. I have been a manager in a restaurant, and the customer was always right. If something went wrong we made it right and APOLOGIZED!!! NOT BLAME THE CUSTOMER AND THE WAITER FOR HER BEING RUDE. Worst manager ever, literally anyone could do her job better than her. It was 2 of our birthdays, and the manager argues with us about her screw ups. I feel so sorry for that waiter.

I always order the chicken Madeira and potstickers the pot stickers are the best I ever tasted in the chicken Madeira is also the best I've ever tasted I tried a few cheesecakes and so far the red velvet is my favorite. We usually put our names in for a table but find a spot at the bar which is open seating before we get called for a table.

It baffles me how they can have so many different things on the menu; yet I've never had a meal here that wasn't excellent. The service is always great. It takes a minute to get the food, but the warm bread and butter and quick drinks keep you occupied. Just plan on having pre-food conversation and you will have a great time.

The food was excellent. However, the wait was a little longer than expected. The restaurant was packed so I can't blame too much. I still don't understand why no one has Pepsi. The burger was reasonably proportional and was very juicy. The burger was well done, just like I asked. The design of the restaurant is stunning. Going into the restaurant is like walking into a small museum. The paintings and architecture are very well crafted. The restaurant and menu and everything else make you feel like you are in a wealthy restaurant without being wealthy. Very good restaurant indeed.

Really good food! The lemon and herb chicken wasn't dry at all and was really tasty and the Tuna Poke was amazing. Both portions weren't too large either which was good (although some of the other dishes diners were eating looked a lot bigger!) Then there is the cheesecakes......these really are something else. Had their 30th anniversary one today and it was perfect

Service was good, but everyone's food was cold. Pasta dish seemed like it had sat under a heat lamp and was very chewy and dry. Wife had a rice side dish and it was stone cold. Beans had sat for a while, there was a skin over the top of them. Kids fries were room temp. Very sub par in relation to previous visits.

Always busy here due to Disney being so close. Servers are spread too thin, but still have awkward conversations at the registers. Food tasted good, but came out warm at most. Make sure to get parking validated cause the structure is terrible. Girl at the greeter desk was snappy and rude when we tried to ask a simple question, didn't even let us finish our sentence.

Both times visiting this location I ordered the gluten free version of the Farfalle with chicken and roasted garlic. The flavor is on point! It was delicious and made for a great lunch the next day. Ordered cheesecake to go and as always, exceeded expectations. Great service! I understand the atmosphere, but the restaurant is very dimly lit so if you want to see, I recommend bringing night vision goggles because they do not supply them. Great food! However our hostess service wasn't pleasent at all... We called and requested a wait time for a party of 8 to which the response was 20 minutes.. 20 minutes later we are met by a baffled hostess who insists we were not told these wait times and the wait time would be an hour! Making the best of the situation we decided to go for a walk until our table was ready. 15 minutes later we got buzzed (good thing we didn't go too far) our waitress was brilliant however and made for a pleasent remainder to the evening

Food is always good here, but I usually stick to their skinnylicious menu - I can't fathom eating as much calories in one meal as you should in a whole day! Veggie burger is good. Chicken with penne is good. Cheesecake cant be beat if you like the super indulgent kind! Be ready for a waitlist on fridays, into the weekend. People here are usually very friendly and super helpful.

It's been 20 years since I've last been to a cheese cake factory and my girlfriend said they've gotten so much better. I promise you, they have not. Food and service was abysmal. Came in for dinner with my large family for my birthday, kids in tow exhausted from their day at Disneyland and Tucker was our server. I am a server as well back here at home and from one server to another I have to say I was very impressed as was the rest of my table with Tucker and his high quality service, personality, flexibility and attentiveness to our group. The food was amazing and hit the spot and prices are very fair but tucker and his service is what made the experience. I have mentioned him several times since being back probably because it takes a lot to earn respect from another server. ❤️ Thank you tucker for making my birthday. My husband and family and I all truly appreciated your efforts and we sure do love that Godiva chocolate cheesecake missing it already!

The servers are super professional and nice. They are usually very crowded, so especially on weekends and during dinner, you may want to try and come before the rush. The food is amazing (and they have quite a few vegan/vegetarian options). Definitely go ahead and get a cheesecake too. Very worth it

Do yourself a favor and visit here if you have not. I do not live anywhere close to this location or any of them but I was in the area and used the excuse to treat myself. There is no way that you can bring someone here and not find something on the menu that makes them happy. So we have a unique experience, wonderful choice list over several food categories, very nice table service, clean location and the prices are a little higher but you get full package. On my visit we had perfect weather to sit outside on the patio - How nice. Of course to top off this special visit I just had to spoil myself with a beautiful slice of cheesecake.

We been to the other locations in Atlanta and always enjoy our experience. Today we decided to stop by since we had a two hour wait for the Apple Store and the Cheesecake Factory has a well rounded menu. Usually a good place to go if you have picky eaters since they have a little of everything. The service at this location is slow. The food came out cold and we barely seen our waitress. The floor was very slippery especially by the bathroom area. If you have kids I recommend you use the bathroom in the main mail because the bathroom is small I think with only 2 or 3 stalls. I'm not sure if it was because our food was cold but the meal,didn't seem to have its usual flavor. I recommend going to one of their other locations

Came here for dinner one night on our vacation and it was great. The menu is HUGE. There are options for everyone, vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, etc. The even have a "healthier" menu which is lighter versions of dishes on their regular menu. The staff were very friendly and the place was beautiful inside. Prices were decent too.

LOVE Cheesecake Factory But not this location. We went for my birthday, and the service was TERRIBLE. I ordered chicken tacos, and after waiting a super long time, I was brought cold fish tacos. The waitress took them back, and I had to wait another 30 minutes for my chicken tacos while everyone else waited. We then ordered cheesecake and waited another 30 minutes for that to arrive, would definitely not recommend this location!

Called in to ask for bags to be stapled shut so i could know.that food was delivered without tamper instead the manager darren told me he would and didnt when my food arrived pizza was missing and he refused to correct the order not only was there food missing but what did arrive was burned and gressy and a HOT A$$ MESS! He was even called by the door dasher himself and he hung up in his face when HE asked him to allow him to just return and fix the food ...i will NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN I SHOULD HAVE TOOK THE GNAT THAT WAS IN MY WATER AT THE TABLE AS HINT NOT TO COME BACK LAST MONTH....TRUST ME DUNWOODY AREA U HAVE BEEN WARNED !

I asked specifically for no avocado and no nuts because I'm allergic but they still proceeded to bring me avocado on my plate. I told the manager, because I had an allergic reaction in the restaurant and they didn't bat an eye. They acted like it didn't happen, if I was the kind of person to hold a grudge, I would have done much worse than leave a bad review. Never go there if you have an allergy because they don't let the whole kitchen know.

Menu is huge! Food is very good and pretty reasonably priced. Decor is nice and it was kinda dimly lit when we went, which made the ambience that much better. Server was very nice and attentive. Will eat here every time I'm in town, just like King's Fish House. Parking was a bit of a thing in the parkade, but Cheesecake Factory validated it, which was definitely awesome and appreciated. Go there, you'll like it.

We didnt know and didnt have a plan B.... next time we will plan more for during the week. Te food was good though. Avoid the overpriced fast food at the Disney park, come have a nice sit down dinner at the air conditioned restaurant of the Cheesecake Factory. Full bar available to calm your nerves of chasing your kids all day. Sports on the TV to catch up on a ballgame. But make sure you bring the kids color books, as the restaurant has nothing available to keep them occupied while you indulge in food and drinks.

We had dinner on a Wednesday evening at this Cheesecake Factory location. We wound up ordering from their skinny licious menu which had a great selection of items at reasonable prices. The serving staff was great, the food was very good and we really enjoyed ourselves. We will be eating there again in the future.

This was our first time visiting The Cheesecake Factory. The restaurant was very busy, we were seated in a reasonable amount of time, but the food took over an hour. Wait staff was very helpful and friendly, the food runners were extremely rude. 2/3 food orders were incorrect and the $17 bar drink was incorrect. Over priced food for quality. My sons spaghetti was not fully cooked, it tasted like leftovers. Glazed beet and avocado salad did not have avocados OR glazed beets, also they added radishes (not one of the ingredients), veggie burger was supposed to be only cheese and pickle, it came out with lettuce and no pickles. The food runner told me "I can either bring you pickles and you take the lettuce off yourself or you can wait another 30 min on a new burger". The manager, David, was very nice, the incorrect meals were comped. Only one person ended up getting a meal by the time everything was taken care of it was past time we needed to leave, since we were visiting from out of town and it takes 3 hours to get home. Very disappointed in our visit. I definitely will not be going back to this one, or any others, just to be safe.

Happy Hour at this place is amazing. I had a Cosmopolitan and the calories were low on the drink. I tried a different type of dish. It was the Skinnyloucious Chicken Pot Pie. The calories for that was 590. Saving so much on the calories I had the banana cream pie cheesecake with no whip. I was in Heaven people. We ate at the bar and the bartender was a complete joy. Must go when you are in Anaheim.

With our hotel being basically attached to the Garden Walk mall this was an easy choice for a couple meals during our stay at Disneyland. This place is awesome, we loved everything we had. What I will warn about is the portion sizes. They are HUGE. Like feed your entire family massively. But this is not a complaint! The prices are quite fair for the quality of food, service and atmosphere. However just keep in mind that if you’re staying in a hotel, leftovers are a bit of a logistical problem unless you have a fridge and microwave. It also means if you’re not careful, you’ll be too full to enjoy the cheesecake! (Which are also comically huge pieces)

Very poor service, perhaps bordering on racism, as i am Aboriginal American Indian. Our waiter had a very poor attitude. We asked for water with lemon. He brought water with no lemon, asked again for lemon and with the nastiest of attitudes he stated we did mot have to remind him, then he stormed off. Asked for medium cooked steak; He brought extremely charred and dried steak. It was completely inedible. When asked to speak with the manager to state my grievances; she only addressed my friend (European) and not me. The manager had another wait staff remove the over cooked steak. Then the original rude waiter came and snatched my entire plate as i was eating the remaining food, which took over 30min just to receive initially. There were no apologies, no comps, just bad attitudes and poor sevice. Can not recommend this Cheese cake factory:(...Very Sad

We eat at Cheesecake Factory whenever we travel because the chain is very good with food allergies. This San Mateo location was the best one we've ever been to (both coasts and everywhere in-between). The manager on duty the night we were there, a gentleman with a mustache, is obviously talented at what he does because everything, from start to finish was perfect. All of the employees were exceptional and seemed happy to be there. Most importantly, the manager was fantastic at handling our child's allergies. We appreciate the whole staff being so terrific and especially the manager who went above and beyond.

Reliable chain with an enormous menu. They do most everything well, but nothing is great. I haven't had a bad dish there ever, but I've never had a great one either. But it is very consistent. The staff is always friendly and the service is good no matter how busy. Well, about that not great comment above, they do one thing great, and that is the cheesecake. Don't skip the cheesecake.

My first and only visit in a cheesecake factory restaurant so far. I knew it just as "the place where Penny is working" and expected something else. i was surprised in many good ways. The menu has sooo many options, the quality of food was great. The location itself with a balcony to look over union square is great. there was only one little disappointment: the cheesecake i ordered as dessert - i think i make better ones myself.

Very disappointed with this location. I have constantly experienced poor service here. The bartender, Kevin, is disrespectful and not trained properly. He made a milkshake very thin and when asked to remake it, he simply added ice to the same milkshake and started to blend. When we told him to remake another one he told us to pay for another milkshake. Then he threw the cup away in the trash very aggressively. He handed us the new milkshake without a straw and the lid off. He slammed the milkshake on the table and walked away. The entire staff needs to be reevaluated as I have had multiple bad experiences at this location. It is embarrassing to treat my family here because of the lack of good customer service. Will not be returning here unless management changes.

The food was hot and delicious. Most of the wait of 15 minutes wasn't unpleasant for a Saturday evening in a popular restaurant and neighborhood. Our server Kayla anticipated our drink refills and kept us informed on wait times for appetizers and meals. She was friendly and smiled. I ordered the bang bang chicken and shrimp for the first time. It’s in a very nice location. Parking is in the structure nearby which you can get validated in the restaurant, which is great. The food is amazing!! I always get the shrimp scampi and practically inhale it. I love the bread they offer before every meal. It’s goes well with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. The ambiance is also very nice with low lighting and a not too loud crowd.

Its a building with cheesecake. I don't think you really need more than that. The location is clean, the staff are great, and the cheesecake is hard to beat. If you are at the mall anyway, why not get a treat? It is less crowded than the food court too. Even if only just.

Had a great experience here. My favorite thing is that brown/sourdoe bread that they bring. It's really good, has a unique taste. I lovet he stuffed mushrooms too. Waited for about 3 hours outside when there are plenty of vacant tables inside. When they finally called us to seat, waiter advised food will take longer than usual to prepare. Unsure if these people were short handed or what, but never will my family or I return.

Everything was fine until it was time to pay the bill. I paid with cash and didn’t leave a tip because I wanted to tip our waiter separately from the check. The cashier booth was next to us and I can see how the waiter just makes eyes contact with me and mouth “where’s the tip” like if I was required to leave a tip so I mouth back I have it for you when you come back with our receipt and change. Not only he didn’t come back with our receipt and change but, told me “I believe I can take that from you” and takes the tip out of my hand but no receipt nor change. I could care less about the change it was like 60 cents or something but where’s my receipt like what’s up? So disappointed! Not coming back ever again.

We go to this location 2 to 3 times a month Service and the food has always been excellent. On this visit from the greeter to the guy that sat us at our booth did not feel welcome or friendly maybe they had an off day going to a place like this to eat and spend a little extra money I expect the friendliness. The food was good I'd like to have a hot breakfast instead of a warm breakfast I should never have to ask for water or the bread that they give you so yeah it was a little disappointing this time. The stuffed cheeseburger was delicious (and I'm very critical of burgers) but the service was poor, and their drink menu is a cruel joke. They only list about 5 drinks (no beers) and they don't show the prices. Wouldn't have ordered a mojito if I knew it was going to be $14 (!!) Oh, and after we saw the calories on their "skinny" menu were averaging 600 we had to check their regular menu -- my burger and fries was 1200, and the portion was no bigger than your average fast food joint. No wonder it tasted so good but damn! Their entrance area is also awkward. It's big and they give you a buzzer so you know when they're ready for you, but there's very minimal seating so you just kind of have to stand around in the middle of the walkway or doorways, getting in everyone's way. Lastly, their floors were slippery and dirty. Oh, and the people next to us got bread but we didn't?? Judging by the other reviews, that should have been included.

Visiting from out of town and decided to have dinner with our kids tonight at the 4400 Dunwoody location. Horrible experience. Arrived at 7:05 pm and was told 20-30 mi Ute wait. We were seated at 8 pm but I didn’t say anything, it’s a Saturday. We are seated and someone comes and takes our drink order and makes it clear their not our waiter. The waiter arrives and doesn’t tell us her name and honestly seemed as if she didn’t wanna be there. We were waiting on bread for 22 minutes, appetizers came out before bread. The waitress wasn’t very apologetic at all. Our booth was right next to the kitchen so the whole time we can hear employee conversations and see employees literally running back and forth and goofing off. Once our food arrives the waitress doesn’t ask if we want Parmesan on all 4 of our pastas or anything. I see a manager and let him know how the experience has been terrible, bread took 22 minutes, I don’t even know the waitress name bc she never offered it, and the location we were sat at us awful. I explained hearing the employees conversations and seeing them goof off isn’t a pleasant experience for my family which includes two kids. The manager said he apologized but couldn’t “build a wall,” to block the employees and actually it’s door dash picking up and he can’t really control them bc they’re not his employees . I said sir I understand you can’t build a wall and I’m not requesting that I’m simply letting you know my experience hasn’t been pleasant and why. You can tell the employees lead by example.... the manager was worse than our waitress. Add insult to injury the food was DISGUSTING. We took a few bites and asked for the check, paid and left. I never write reviews but I’m truly shocked by this and can’t believe the manager was worse than the waitress. What a waste of my time and money. I’m truly shocked that a leader would respond to guest in that manner, extremely offensive. Obviously I would not recommend this location nor will I return.

This restaurant was fantastic! I recognize that it is a chain, but it surpassed any expectations that I had. I ordered the Shepard's Pie, which was delicious! I went with my significant other on Valentine's Day, and they were super busy. They were upfront about the time it would take to get seated, and we actually got seated before we expected, though not without a little bit of a wait. The waitress was attentive and kind. They made great timing, all things considered. I am docking one star off, because the spaghetti noodles my boyfriend received were very undercooked, though still edible. The excellent Oreo cheesecake and great service more than made up for some undercooked pasta. I was thinking about docking another star because I saw a hostess make a rude gesture at a couple of guests as they were walking out, but I figured I must have misread the situation, and it was insanely busy anyway, so everyone deserves a break. Overall, this is a great place and the atmosphere is incredible!

We had an amazing experience there this past Sunday on Mother's Day. I have dairy & gluten allergies and ordered the roasted chicken but was told that it might be dry due to my allergies. I was about to change my order when the manager, Mary, approached our table and said that the chef felt so bad about the dry chicken that he was going to make my meal from scratch. It wasn't going to be a half chicken but he was going to make sure it was flavorful. I almost cried and I have to tell you, it was the best damn chicken I've ever had!! 10 stars for going above and beyond!

Last night we had a dinner for my sister Marissas birthday. It started out very terribly. We understand reservations are not allowed but we were told a party of 12 at 8:30 shouldn’t be a problem. Upon arrival we were told 2 hours to wait. That was a problem. Despite the mix up, the staff worked very hard to accommodate us the best they could. We ended up waiting a little over an hour. I spoke with the manager Brad last night and this morning and felt the sincerity in wanting to understand not only what happened from our perspective, but the positive intentions from his. Not many big businesses can do that. The food and drinks were amazing. The staff that waited on us was friendly. Thank you for making the night memorable for my baby sister who turned 25 years old!

We went to the counter to reserve our table and we were handed a buzzer and told to wait 10 minutes for a table outside. 2:00pm we went back inside and was told that our buzzer died. Go here on lunch sometimes cuz it’s easy and I regret it every time. First time I got the chicken tenders and the fries that came with it were completely cold and hard. Then I tried to the spaghetti and meatballs and it was on par with cafeteria food from middle school. It was replaced by mac and cheese but (besides one manager that was kind about the exchange) the experience wasn’t awesome. They got my coworkers order wrong and I had to go back for her order - after this I expected the small meal to be comped or something and that didn’t happen at all. Won’t be going back.

Absolutely amazing!! I had my birthday party with a group of friends on a Tuesday night. We ordered taquitos, and crab balls for appetizer. The brown bread is amazing!!! All 8 of us had amazing, delicious meals! . I had the shrimp scampi which was the best shrimp scampi I ever had and my husband had the Jamaican shrimp and chicken meal with plantains and rice!! So delicious!! Then at the end we all shared a regular flavored cheese cake. I'm not the biggest cheese cake fan, but this cheese cake was absolutely amazing. It was creamy not too Rich and the crust was delightful!! I will be going back for another special night!! I recommend this place if your looking for a nice night out, that's delicious!!!

I would give this location zero stars if it would allow me to. My husbands burger was pretty rare considering he asked for it medium well, they didn't have fries and his burger had bacon on it that was just fatty and gross. I had cheeseburger spring rolls that were so greasy that I couldn't eat them. We will not be back to the cheesecake factory. If you plan on spending$50+ for lunch for two it should be edible. This was such a disappointment all the way around.

Went for Mother's Day lunch, of course it was incredibly busy, but our waitress was prompt, all our drink and food orders were correct and delicious despite the throngs of people, and we got our bill promptly as well. I have been going to different locations across 3 states since I was a kid with my mom and we always order the same thing and the quality of service and food and drink has always been amazing. Highly recommend the Chicken Chipotle Pasta, Fried Macaroni and cheese, and the Blood Orange Margarita!

Always a great place to eat, they have everything. This place is the only correct answer to the age old question " if you could only eat at one place for the rest of your life, where would it be?". You could never get bored. The cheesecake is exquisite, rich and decadent. I would highly recommend it. The restaurant is charmingly decorated and the staff are so professional and service minded it's hard not to feel welcome! We also liked how all the cheesecakes' calory amounts were clearly stated. The desserts were fresh and delicious and the coffees nice. We sat on the balcony from where we had a lovely view. The interior was quite dark however. Cake and coffee may have been the price of a warm meal elsewhere but this was definitely a lovely place to catch up with friends!

My daughter and I were there you for lunch. We've been there plenty of times in the past with the rest of the family. But I never paid attn to a small detail until today. They always want to sit us outside. (Is it because we are Latino?) But because I asked not to be sitted outside, we had to wait longer. To the point that our hostess forgot about us. Once sitted no one came to service us, I had to flag down someone down for the menu. The service was less than satisfactory. We got 3 slices of bread when everyone else around out table had 4 slices. My kid ordered a burger with no onion, it came with onion. I asked for strawberry lemonade with light ice, it came with lots of ice. Then I ordered 3 slices of cheesecakes (all different), to be placed on a separate check, it was all added and placed on one check.

My party and I arrived in time at 11:30PM, asked for a table, and ordered MORE food on top of our pre-ordered food. I kindly asked the receptionist "Where can I pick up my food?" and she snobbishly replied "You can pick it up at the Bakery Counter but you can't eat your food at a table!" I was thrown off by this statement because there were plenty of tables open (it was already 11:45PM, no people coming in), we reserved a table & ordered additional plates, and I spent over $150 plus a 20% tip for the service. The food was amazing but the night time receptionist needs to be more professional and welcoming.

So, we waited like 30 minutes to get our call. The overall ambience of this place was comforting and nice. We ordered Fettuccini Alfredo and Louisiana Chicken Pasta. The food was good as usual. We went to your restaurant the night before last because we had a long day and there was work going on at the house. The food was not prepared well at all. The chicken on my wife's Caesar salad was very hard and completely dry, some of the pasta on my dish was clumped together about the size of my thumb, and my little girl's tomato sauce tasted like nothing except tomato paste with stewed tomatoes. We asked for another chicken breast for the salad, and while it was a bit better, it was not by much. I sent back my dish. It was among my worst restaurant experiences, and definitely the worst one this year. I went to culinary art school and worked in restaurants for 10 years. Clearly, the kitchen staff at that location needs better direction. The highlight was our server. We tipped her (including the dish I sent back) according to her good service, not the terrible food.

Have been here several times. Usually we go in the eve when you have to wait an hour or two. This time we went around 2:30pm, was less busy. Took them about 5-7 mins to seat us. Food was good as usual. They start you off with some delicious bread while you wait. The menu has so many great options to choose from. The wait staff is usually always friendly. They're very attentive and are happy to help if anything is wrong with your orders. The prices are kind of steep, but you get what you pay for. To finish off the meal dessert is a must. The cheesecake is scrumptious! Our family loves Cheesecake Factory for sure.

Poor customer service. And I rarely complain about restaurants. We ordered two of the same salads—The California Guacamole Salad—one salad without radishes and one with extra avocados. We ordered them to be delivered to our hotel room. When they arrived they arrived without utensils, without the bread that the menu says came with them, and with no extra avocados and no radishes in either salad. And the chips were stale and soggy. Upon calling the Cheesecake Factory, I was put on hold for over half an hour. No one ever did answer, so I called again and eventually got the manager. She told us they couldn’t do anything about it because the delivery service we used, Door Dash, probably didn’t submit the order properly. Never mind that all orders should come with utensils, and all orders were supposed to come with the bread. It didn’t occur to us to double check before the delivery man left, because the Cheesecake Factory is a reputable business. But not this one. Regardless, the Cheesecake Factory should have honored the problem and dealt with Door Dash themselves. That would have been excellent customer service. But they didn’t, and that’s just poor service. We are seriously unsatisfied customers, and I will not patronize this establishment again. At least not in Birmingham Alabama, where they can’t even get salad orders straight.

If u are not that hungry u can share a main dish between 2 people, specially if u get an appetizer u get kinda full by the time they bring your main dishes! My best friend from years ago was about to celebrate a milestone Birthday and we were able to have our party of about 25 all seated together so that this could be a real surprise for her. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, incompetent management. Stopped in for dinner with my son on a Thursday evening around 7. Not a particularly busy time. We walked up to the hostess desk and stood there while 3 employees talked to each other (including the manager). We waited. Another party of 2 walked up, and they were greeted immediately and given a pager. It was only then that we were recognized. So, of course, the next open table for 2 went to the party who arrived after us. They were s ewww ated quickly, with no problem. We waited another 5 minutes before our pager went off, and had to wait for our hostess to have a personal conversation with the manager before taking us to our table, which was the SAME table they had just seated the party before us at. So we went back to the front, hostess was told another table number, and we walked halfway through the restaurant to discover this table was already occupied as well. BACK to the front AGAIN, to be received by the manager with a snarky remark. Third attempt: the manager takes us CLEAR across the restaurant to a section that doesnt have a server (stated by the manager). I expressed concern over the seating issues and whether we would have service, only to be met with even more sarcasm and attitude by the manager. At this point, it didn't matter what level of service the waitstaff provided, or that the food was only mediocre. The tone was set by the manager, and it wasn't a good one. There are many other places to eat around Chandler Mall... we will go to any/all of them before we go back to Cheesecake Factory.

She was rude, disrespectful, unprofessional. 3 people ahead of me got seated before me and i asked her why she just roller her eyes and ignored me. Went for lunch on a Sunday afternoon. It was busy but we were seated pretty quickly. We waited about 15 minutes before a waiter even approached us. After that, we waited another 15 minutes for our drinks. We asked for bread several times, and were told it was being made. We watched them bring some out to all the tables around us, but we still did not get any until AFTER we got our food. Once we ordered we waited an hour (yes, an hour) for our food (it was only 3 dishes). One of the pasta dishes came out cold and dry. We asked for more sauce, and by the time it came it was another 20 minutes. By this time the food was completely chilled. No apologies from the waiter or staff, no explanation on the wait. We had also asked if our heater could be turned on, and the host “joked” saying “oh come on, it’s not that cold! What do you want, a sauna?! Ask your server, I’m too short to turn it up.” So disappointed and insulted by the service. Hard to enjoy good food (normally we love Cheesecake Factory!) with such bad taste in service. UPDATE: The owner replied asking for me to contact them regarding this post. Once I sent them my information, I never heard back.

DE-FREAKING-LICIOUS!!! Everything here was top quality and well worth the $. I actuaought it would be more expensive. It was a 5 minute wait to be seated. I don't normally leave bad reviews. However, I went on a date at this location at the request of the girl i was interested in at the time. When we first walked in everything seemed nice and clean. We asked for a table and was escorted to our location. When we got there our eating utensils were on the table without a cloth underneath them! My first thought was "are you serious?" I was so enraged at the site of all the germs my fork, knife and spoon had been gathering. And to top it off, they didn't even look clean. Not that they were anymore at that point. And I could see crumbs from where the table had not been wiped clean. The site of it is so vivid in my mind that it is agitating me as I type this. My suggestion for our date was Applebees. Everytime I've gone to Applebees I've always received clean utensils and tables. And the food was always good. But, my date did not want to go because it was in a "bad neighborhood." And she was a little bouje i guess. I'm sure you guys can decipher that one lol. Anyway, I ordered some food right? I decided to get the teriyaki chicken breast. Everytime I've order teriyaki chicken anything in my life it has always come boneless. However, when I got my order the breast had bones in them. I'm thinking to myself "what the **** is going on"!? Needless to say. I will never visit a cheesecake factory again. I do not like how they do things. This one bad reflection was enough for me to think they all do this at each location. I will stick to Applebees. The food is better and they're both pretty much the same price. The only difference is the area. Applebees doesn't mind serving in the urban areas and the cheescake the opposite. The food is not better.

Few places, if any, can rival the extensive menu of this restaurant. Steaks, chops, salads, soups, Mexican, you practically name it. It all starts with a good selection of warm breads and ends with your favorite slice of cheesecake. Beautiful decor, very friendly staff, quick service, fair prices and just good food. i know it's probably an overstated fact that this menu is too long but DAMN! this menu is too long! i, by preference, have avoided visiting the cheesecake factory for probably 8 years now. mostly i don't like chains, but this review is about the food. i ordered an impossible burger, requesting it be pink on the inside (as impossible foods themselves recommend). i was told by my waiter and a manager that this wasn't possible but they "would try." what i received was an overcooked dry piece of rubber. i know that the impossible burger doesn't have to be an overcooked piece of dry rubber, so i feel fair faulting the cheesecake factory for this sorry excuse for a meal. the tuna tar tar, on the other hand, was fantastic. definitely worth some stars. the ambiance, staff, fellow diners, menu length, and quality of the impossible burger are worth about negative 8 stars, which i think says a lot about the tuna tartar. i guess that makes the tuna tartar about 10 stars, which is quite impressive, really, even though it was a bit small. fyi, i wouldn't go to another the cheesecake factory, even for the

I went as a party of three just as the restaurant opened at 11:00, so we got nice seats and service was quick and good. The server was very polite. The food, however... not that great compared to the Cheesecake Factory I typically go to, the one at Valley Fair. The pastas were all salty and dry, and one of them tasted so bad we sent it back. The other pasta, one with chicken, had a hair inside the chicken. Overall, I left the restaurant full but disappointed. Will probably not return again.

I'd give it a half star if I could. They refuse to give us silverware. I had to ask 5 people to give us silverware smh. And 45 min later we received it and of course our food got cold. And the worst part they wouldn't give us half off. These folks deserve less than 2.13 an hour. In fact they deserve a penny an hour since they don't do much. See this is I don't tip. The cheesecake is also consistantly awesome There is a ton of seating so the wait time is minimal. They also have outdoor seating with heat lamps if it's cold! Actually if possible I would like to give 3.5 stars. The flavors are good however I have not tried all of them. I found the following were good - Key lime, Mango key lime, Vanilla bean, dulce de leche, original cheesecake. Try with a cup of black coffee. I never tried the chocolate or Oreo ones. I have had cheesecake at other places and have found the crust at the cake's base to be crisper than the ones cheesecake factory ones.

The menu has a wide variety, and everything I've tried is delicious. Of course the dessert is why you come (though everything else is delicious too), and it's to die for. The Chocolate Tower Cake is for a whole table of chocaholics to share, or else take home and have it for dessert for the next several days. A single piece is probably close to a foot tall. Keep in mind, this place is usually very busy and you'll probably have to wait for a table. On a weekend evening, you may have to wait upwards of 45 min.

I had the pot stickers which were overcooked and did not look appetizing at all. And then when I took a bite, it was soft only on the bottom and hard on the top. Then they are expensive for absolutely no reason. I got an small plate of loaded tater tots for $10. I was expecting a bowl of 15-30 tots. Nope, there was like 8 individual tots in a pan. They were fine but not worth the price. Then it took over an hour to get our entrees. The waiter came over multiple times saying our food would be out soon but it never was. We have tried to eat here so many times but there is always at least a 40 minute wait even when you can clearly see open tables just outside. We actually got seated on a Saturday afternoon within about 25 minutes. The food was great but our waitress seemed entirely concerned with the tables behind us never asking if we wanted bread or butter or a refill. She then disappeared completely for 15 minutes when we were finished. We had to go flag down another waitress across the restaurant to get our check and some boxes. As we were paying the check the waitress appears out of nowhere saying nothing but asking if we want boxes. Thinking is the second time we have eaten here. The first time they entirely forgot my order and we sat for almost an hour before they realized it after we complained. Awful awful service here.

This is my absolute most favorite place to eat ever. There food is not only terrific but there cheesecake is by far the most creative and deliciously tasteful. The one in Anaheim by Disney land is my favorite. Although the one in San Francisco is in deed delightful as well. You cannot go wrong here for any occasion. It's comfortable enough to come dressed in shorts and a tee shirt or you can qear a suit and tie and come here for your anniversary. It's that kind of place.

I arrived on a Sunday around 2 p.m. I was packed to say the least.. so my review is of the initial experience BEFORE food. The hostess was inviting yet overwhelmed with the abundance of people waiting to be seated. I decided to float over to the bar which was a bit busy also but there was an available seat. I decided in a mojito and some bread awaiting the party of 12 I was to meet. The mojito was excellent. I asked for bread as I didnt want to have the drink on a totally empty stomach and it arrived in exactly 79 seconds. I timed it. WOW Dave fixed my drink and Garrett was the first to greet me with a smile.. Kudos to the bar.. Let's see what the food brings on such a busy day.

Every trip to The Cheesecake Factory is a true treat for me. The bread with soft butter brought before your meal is fresh and delicious. The servings of food are ample, no matter what you decide on, and for me it is always a hard decision. The menu is extensive, so there is something for even the choosiest eater. I never have room for cheesecake, but have had a few kinds in the past. So many choices, so hard to choose. Every one simply delicious. CF has always been one of my very favorite restaurants.

First off our server was amazing so this has nothing to do with customer service. My friend and I come here many times for the happy hour and we usually always get the same things: Buffalo blast and nachos. We have always had a great experience until today. First buffalo blast: there was more gooey dough then there was chicken. But we dealt with it and just picked off the dough and ate the chicken Now the nachos: the first platter we got the chips were great, but the shredded cheese was all clumped in the middle and barley melted. So we asked for another one. The second platter - half the chips were burnt black and the other half were undercooked and the chips when bitten were “pulley” they didn’t break like normal chips. And guess what. This time there was one a little shredded cheese on about three chips. Thankfully the manager had no issues with taking that off our bill. However the quality has declined quite a bit, and my friend and i are currently looking for a new happy hour spot.

Where do I begin....well let me first start off by saying the Perimeter Mall location is usually the best location to my husband and I. They've never failed us until this past Sunday. When we arrived (5:30pm), they had quite a few people waiting to be seated. We went and told them the number of our party (2) and checked in. We were told there was a 10 minute wait. We stood there for maybe about 10-15 mins before our names were called to be seated. Not bad at all!!! So when they called us to seat us, we both noticed them walking us to the far left-side of the building near the kitchen area. At that time it was a lot of opened tables for both large and small parties to be seated. We looked around at the patrons awaiting a meal and they looked frustrated. We noticed why after waiting 15-20 minutes for someone to even acknowledge us. The waiters were just casually strolling around as if no one needed serving while sitting at the tables. The waiter that chose to help us took our beverage order and apologized for no one assisting us. Next, the waiter brings our beverages back...my husband tried the new "Cucumber Lemonade" (that's so refreshing and delicious)

A couple of months ago, I ordered Chicken Madeira, and found tiny pieces of broken china, I’m assuming from a dish that must have broken, mixed in with the sauce. I reported it to management, they apologized, and didn’t charge for my meal...asked me if I wanted another one...um, no thanks. They said they would have someone call me the next day, but no one ever did. Decided I wouldn’t be going back. Today, I decided I would give them another chance. I called to place a takeout order, and was asked if I could hold...sure thing. Five minutes passes, no one picks up the phone. I call back, let them know I was just on hold for five minutes waiting for someone to take my order, can someone please take my order? Yes, just one moment...five minutes later, no one picked up. Called back, and asked to speak to a manager...sure, please hold. Three minutes later, someone did pick up, but they were not a manager. Explained my frustration, so they said they would get a manager for me. Guess what? That’s right, I held for another few minutes, and no one picked up. No more chances...get your act together Cheesecake Factory.

Great cheesecake, always excellent. I would give 5 stars but I never understand their pre-order process. The purpose of calling ahead in establishing a pickup time for an order is to avoid having to wait. Showing up and waiting 30 minutes for them to box your order and get it ready to go defeats the purpose entirely. Otherwise, great staff, super clean establishment and it's excellent cheesecake.

I ordered food on Phone. I stood 1 hour in line for pickup and they could not find my order. I respectfully asked them if they can reorder. They said I need to wait for 20-30 more minutes if I re-order. I have other errands to take care of and cannot wait for 30 more minutes. Definitely has gone down. 1.) After the bartender gave me my drink she never came back. (The bar is very small I literally could still see her) 2.) My waiter was new (the manager who was everywhere) told us and unfortunately it showed. He took a while to come back and kept forgetting things. 3.) There were 4 or us at the table and our orders came out at different times (but my friends steak and shrimp came out before my Turkey sandwich) but we were pretty sure the waiter hadn't checked on our order. 4.) We got 4 cheesecakes and noticed they were all of varying sizes. My sister had strawberry and it was super small. Someone else got something (not very popular) and hers was large. For $9 the cheesecake needs to be large and consistent in size. I love this restaurant but they need to do better.

After waiting 30 minutes for a table which was fair enough we were taken to our table and told our server would be with us soon to take our order. After 15 minutes we were still waiting so we asked someone if we could order and they said our server will be with us soon so waited another 5 minutes and again no one came so asked again and again but no one seemed to care. Finally after 35 minutes our server arrived and he was most apologetic but unfortunately that's not good enough. Sorry Cheesecake Factory we won't be coming back.

Location was nice, I guess regal might be the term to use for the decor. Our server, Jessica, was very friendly and awesome. She did her best, but I can't help but feel they were possibly understaffed for the lunch rush, as it sometimes took some time for her to come around. My Cuban sandwich was delicious. My guests' pasta dishes were apparently just ok, nothing special. Desert, as expected, was also very good. However, the whole thing also seems a bit overpriced for what you get.

Whenever I want to over indulge I come here. I came with a party of 8 and we waited for an hr (it was a busy Saturday and they don’t take reservations after 5pm). However, once seated our server was attentive and the food came out fast and fresh. Drinks we’re strong, bread was warm and everyone left satisfied. I would highly recommend for large groups b/c the menu is extensive and the portions are large. My only con is that parking can be a pain if you come during a busy time.

I have been to different locations of Cheesecake Factory without issue. This was the worst experience I have ever had at a Cheesecake Factory. We are seated immediately after we arrive. Our server was so busy with a large party that we didn’t have utensils, water, or bread for 20 mins. By the time we put our order in we were waiting for a long time for the food to arrive. It took an hour for two entrees to arrive after complaining to the manager. Then the third entree arrives 10 mins later and then the fourth a while after that. We were all eating at different times. We were trying to celebrate a birthday and couldn’t even do that because they were about to close. We complain to the manager about how unacceptable the service and wait has been and his response was infuriating. He states, “I’ll pay for everything ma’am. How’s that?” No apology no explanation nothing. He was insincere and comping our meal was all he can do. We came well prepared to pay for our meals, we wanted to celebrate, have a good time, and feel like we were actually being treated well and fairly at a restaurant. But, he couldn’t even apologize! Baffled

We celebrated my nieces birthday here and the service was excellent!!! Dan met our every care and need (dining with small children can be challenging and very demanding). Regardless of what was needed, sauce, extra milk, extra bread etc., Dan smiled and was more than accommodating to our needs. His service is genuine. Not a fake smile or canned response was ever felt during our visit. I would come back just for his service. Thank you Dan for your flawless service. They are lucky to have you! Two stars are for the food, which was really nice, sadly the waiter was incredibly surly and we had to wait a long time (30 minutes) for our food. Worst of all were the toilets, which were absolutely horrific; my young son visited the gents and quickly returned due to the mess, my wife took him to the ladies but that wasn't much better; a local lady apologised for the condition of the toilets as they were in such a state. Really disappointing as it could have been great.

Very long waiting time to get seated. When finally seated, service wasn't very quick either. The food was very good, but only half of our meals arrived, apparently something went wrong in the kitchen. The manager came to explain this and he offered a free appetizer/side/dessert. I would love to give cheesecake a five star but unfortunately the quality has gone down. They got rid of snickers cheesecake which is one of my favorites. It’s a hit or miss honestly I came for breakfast one weekend and it was awful but came for Super Bowl Sunday and the food was pretty good.
