Here with family for my son birthday. It’s seem that they care more about the gratuity charge than the actual quality of service and food. Our table was not waited properly no silverware. We waited over a hour before our order was even taken.I don’t mind paying gratuity if it’s well deserved but the food was horrible and the customer service was unacceptable. Tips are for the servers with a excellent service. Not a business just screaming it’s a 18% gratuity for a party of 8 or more infants or whoever. I will not be coming back and I will let everyone know about my experience here.

I had a server this morning named Samantha real sweet girl she told us it would be just a moment before she came by again as she was cashing out a customer as soon as she came back she apologized even though it wasn’t a long wait one of my children tried to order and endless appitzer to share with the other and she let us know that we weren’t allowed to do that and explained why there was a good bit of us and she never once showed she was annoyed or frustrated WILL BE BACK SOON!

When we got there there was a 30 minute wait after getting our dinner we had the ribs they were tough and over-cooked talked with the manager he gave us more ribs they were slightly better but still to tough not as dry the manager did try but in my opinion Friday needs to get out of the rib business they were playing music Extremely Loud barely could hear the waitress she could barely hear me. Not a good experience with TGI Friday again the manager did try so it wasn't the worst

I am Giving a 2 star only because I have had previous visits which were good. On this visit I realized how limited the menu is. It was discouraging to know that the only fish, which we ordered was out. They did have shrimp but no other seafood at all. So we went to Wintzell's. Really need to add to the menu. Waitresses were really nice.

Absolutely awful night. Service was fine. The waitress seemed a little over saturated with a 6 person table. She couldn't handle more than one order at a time. When trying to order a beer no one knew the sections on hand. Even we got up to look what was available and they ended up being out of about everything. Once we got a beer the smell of sourness like vinegar was in the cup and the beer had a tinge. Kinda nervous about getting the Hershey squirt's today. Took almost an hour and a half to get our meals. Cant complain too much about them expect the meat was almost cold. But everything on top was scorched. So all in all a waste of night last night. Hope they tighten it up for the future but I will not be back.

If I could give zero stars I would. Uncaring staff and non-existent service. They lied about what they didn't have when it was clearly advertised. People who had just arrived received their food and we were still waiting almost at the hour mark. We left and patronized another restaurant who were more than welcome and treated all of their customers wonderfully. First and last time EVER going to a TGI Fridays!

I placed an order was told give them 10 to 15 minutes before my order would be ready I left 15 minutes after I placed the order and it took me another 15 minutes to make it to them totaling 30 minutes and my order still wasn't ready. The guy at the bar was rude and to top it off the ribs were just bones no meat on them and burnt!!!!! I was very disappointed I normally have a great experience with them.

Food is aways great, service is well over done and dry. Waited 45 plus mins for a hamburger and didnt get drink refill for another 30mins after the waitress passed the table multiple times and saw the cups stacked up on the edge of the table. Also never really had many friends to eat with but now I do, and I felt the service and food seriously got so much better all because of my mans! So thanks, queen!!! Service was okayish. Took forever to get the food even though we were 1 of 3 people seated. Bar was deserted and one of the cooks was chatting up the hostess when we walked in. Food portion is SO NOT WORTH the price! A piece of salmon not even the size of a credit card and the size of the over cooked steak was disappointing. The food was cold when it hit the table too. First and last time eating here.

Our waiter was very friendly his name is Russ as he reminded us, "with the ponytail". The food came out in a timely fashion and the presentation was wonderful. The food was really good and the music helped set the tone for the atmosphere. It wasn't crowded at all. We hit it at the perfect time lunch on the Friday afternoon. I would definitely go back again.

When we sat down we had no silverware or napkins. We noticed several tables hadn’t been cleaned (5+ tables with dirty dishes). Our food took 30-40 minutes to arrive. Someone at my table ordered the “all you can eat shrimp” and received 6 shrimp. I’m giving 3 stars because almost all of these things could be fixed with more employees. I don’t think I want to go back.

I am a regular at tgif but this time I decided to order online so i wouldnt have to wait long. My attire was lounge clothing but still suitable for the public and I realized on the way they didn't have curbside pickup. So I didn't want to wait long. Well of course my wait was extensive. I waited 20 minutes past the time the order was ready for pickup. In addition, the order was incorrect. I requested chicken pasta but no shrimp. Instead I received shrimp pasta but no chicken! The receipt from the cashier stated NO SHRIMP exactly as I ordered it!!! By then it was too late & I was home. Pasta noodles were not completely done. I was very dissapointed with the overall service. If u ever go there to pickup just call it in.... don't order online!!!

Everytime I come in the bartenders are smiling, well informed on the menu, and prompt. I genuinely feel welcomed and never leave without being eager for the next visit. Attentive, collected, and personal, even management is outgoing and concerned for our satisfaction. Todd is normally managing when my coworkers and I stop by to destress after work, and we truly feel at home. Working in the service industry, it's second nature to pinpoint true charm and personality, and they're constantly serving it up! 10/10 recommend.

Against city ordinance, this restaurant permits smoking on its property, in its outdoor dining area. When this was mentioned to the manager she was rude and stated that it was private property and they could allow it. They allowed what seemed to be a non customer (friend of someone, maybe the manager) sit out near our family and smoke while we were eating.

Worst managed restaurant I've ever seen and I worked in the industry for 10 yrs. Service was horrible all the way around and half the tables were covered glasses and dishes. Then they were out of their "signature" burgers. I watched the manager get called to two different tables and he seem not to care. Would not recommend.

We came in a few weeeks ago, Olivia is hands the best waitress I've ever had. We ordered the spinach dip, delicious, and the salsa that came with was awesome! One of the managers (I believe his name was Todd) was even seen going by and speaking to tables and guest at the bar. We decided to have dinner here during our vacation. Service was slow. Took a long time for someone to come and take our orders. Keep in mind there wasn't many people there. I ordered a burger with jalapenos. When it came out the burger only had (3) of the smallest jalapenos. We ordered a specialty drink that was supposed to come with a shaker on the side. It didn't. When my sister asked about it the waitress was unsure and had the Manager come to the table. He explained that State of Alabama doesn't allow anyone under 21 to serve a shaker cup with alcohol. Legal age under 21 to serve alcohol is 19 & 20. If she was under that age or even if law was no one under 21...she shouldn't have been serving us drinks at all. That's concerning. When it was time to pay our checks the waitress never came back to pick it up. We sat there for a while and eventually had to wave done the Manager for him to take our payments. My food was delicious, but service was slow. I gave it 3 stars because of the food...but it should have been 2 stars or even 1.5 for the service. It totally could have been a one off.

Went here for dinner and drinks last night the staff is lazy and very unprofessional, everyone’s appearance was sloppy and disheveled. We were sat in an area that no one told the hostess was closed. We waited over 15mins just for them to decide who was going to take the table it wasn’t even busy we could’ve just been sat somewhere else. Waited another 15mins for drinks and 20 mins to place our order no one could properly wait on us however someone could come over and tell my husband whom was laying on me that he wouldn’t be able to have another drink because he wasn’t sitting up which was funny because he hadn’t drank his 1st and only drink yet... Long story short we did not eat, because either the cook forgot about our order or he went out the side door to smoke with rest of the employees who were out instead of working .. so we paid for our drinks and left. Waste of time and money I have 0 plans on ever returning

The absolute worst experience ever. My pasta had melted plastic mixed in it. My husband ordered a rare steak which came out over cooked so his remake was cold as ice. We had to ask another sever for napkins, didn’t receive silverware until after our food came out. And the chicken nachos appetizer was a joke, nearly $12 for an appetizer that didn’t even have but a little meat on it. First and last time ever visiting a TGI Friday’s.

Worst experience ever. I was so excited to take my significant other here. We were sat at 1:15 and left at 2. For 45 mins our presence wasn’t acknowledged. Our drink order wasn’t even taken. The service was awful. I can only imagine we were discriminated against based on our sexual orientation.

TGIFridays use to be my favorite restaurant but their service has went down hill. I was there for a baby shower and the server was very polite. However, it took forever for the appetizers to come out and over an hour for the main courses. Our orders were incorrect and we had to wait long periods of time to get the correct dish. The food was tasty but the service wasn't up to pare. And I don't understand why we only had one server for a large party.

Came in with my family the other night and I had a waitress named Samantha it was me my husband and son and to my surprise when she got our drink order she offered that if I needed my bottle cleaned out and some warm water she’d be more than willing to help out although I had my own water she went and cleaned out the bottle for me I’ve never had such a sweet waitress she truly cares about her customers more than just getting a tip WILL BE BACK!

My husband and I took our 10 year old daughter to lunch and it was horrible. We were not greated when we walked in. The hostess simply got menus and seated us. The "iced tea" hardly cool as there was very little ice in it. They brought out my husband's and daughter's meals but they burnt part of mine so the waitress had them do it over. She was great. But they both had shrimp and it was no good. He said it tasted like they threw frozen shrimp in hot water to thaw it then cooked it. We left and went to O'Charley's.

Been to this location while traveling several times. I’ve always gotten good service, great food and great adult beverages. They keep it clean and tidy which is nice. Staff is super friendly and conversational. It can get busy with the amount of people flowing through the airport but they usually find you a seat in a jiffy. I definitely recommend this location.

This is the WORST Friday’s in the United States. I kid you not they are slower than 2 left shoes. My friends and I sat for 56 minutes before we got our food (on a slow night). To make matters worse the food was colder than the Arctic Ocean. The server messed up our drinks and then the manager had the audacity to demand that we pay for them (even though they were not what we ordered). I wouldn’t DARE step foot in this place again.

Placed a to go order and I asked the waitress for plastic utensils and her response was we ran out. I thought to myself no big deal the hotel will have some! I walk back over to my hotel and ask kindly for a fork to which the front desk receptionist responded TGI Fridays didn't have any did they? I responded with no they didn't and the front desk was telling me this has been going on for months. A lady who was also staying in the hotel overheard our conversation and said she asked for a to go lid for her drink which they didn't have either. It's clear to see management doesn't care either with all the negative reviews also left unaddressed.

Monday April 22nd, my airflight was cancelled so I was offered a meal voucher. Once i arrived the manager who assisted me was helpful but the seafood pasta I ordered looked dry so I asked for more Alfredo sauce once we made it home and I ate it I was glad I put in for more sauce because now it taste dry.. wish had gone with the ribs

They're kinda bad at making drinks, but there are lots of options! The food is great almost no matter what you get, although they tend to burn their beyond meat burger. It is a bit pricier than I'd like but overall it's pretty worth it. The servers have always been kind and courteous too.

My husband and I used to love coming here. It's sad that their menu has changed. Also, their management is not very helpful. We came to dine and someone in our party couldn't eat something and asked to substitute and the response was managmebt doesn't allow us to do it. It made it really hard for that person to enjoy the rest of our time there.

I called in a order to I think Hana it took me 30 minutes to get there because I had to call back because I thought it was before Hillcrest but when I go there I waited 10 minutes before a team lead came out and ask what I ordered that the phone person didn't call it out or write it but my cheese cake was ready but she was expoditing it? I waited 40 minutes for a call in order if I was lighter meaning white this would have never happened u can't judge who's on the phone they new they were wrong and gave the meal free .I was so late for a church function
