System was down when I attempted to order. Was not given any other information or ETA for it to be resolved. So I waited and tried the app. Demetrius was delivering to the car next to me and was able to explain the situation and assured me that he would get me taken care of soon as possible and did very quickly. He was polite and very professional. He deserves a raise!

There were 3 groups of us that went to sonic. We sit at the outside tables and ordered. The group that was first to order was last to get food. Sonic had taken their food to another station that no one was at. Instead of trying to find out who the ordered belonged to they took in back inside so our group was still waiting. I did inquire about the food and why others after us was getting their food first. They said it could be what we ordered was taking longer. After a long while management finally located what happened. They had to re cook our order and all they did was up size it. I felt like we shouldn't had to pay or at least got it for half price.

We ordered the crispy chicken sandwich combo, the chicken was very thin & was cooked so hard that you could hardly bite into it. Did not receive my drink. Also ordered onion rings which had no breading & were cooked to the point of almost being black. Service was really slow! Overall bad experience. We got our food to go, therefore did not open food while at restaurant.

My order came out pretty quickly. No complaints about the time the prep time. The burger however does not look like the advertisement. It's a lot smaller a little bit bigger than the size of a biscuit. Is cheesy the tomato is seemingly fresh. I asked for no mayo but ketchup and mustard instead thank goodness they did not put mayo on it but nor did I get the ketchup and mustard. The sandwich tastes good it's just so small for the price. I'm glad that I got it on special I would not order it regular price.

Admittedly, I'm an ice-head. I love eating crushed ice and I stopped by here for a medium cup of goodness. It was sooooo good. Not all Sonic's give you the soft ice but this one did. Fast, friendly service.

Its January 17 2019 at 4:16 we ordered a sunday and paid for extra cherries. Food gets there is no cherries. I asked guy working for cherries I paid for. Guy goes in for 7 to 10 min comes back out with a cup of cherry juice with a fingernail in it and starts laughing(girl inside laughing and watching out the window) will not be going back.

Liz is always friendly, but some of the quality of the food sucks.. and the poor way it's prepared don't help the enticement. As for service with a smile and great deserts Sonic has it.. but the meals can be better.

Worst Sonic I have ever been to. Ordered 2 lg TT with chili and cheese and it was not hot and had very little chili and cheese. Called to get hot ones and the girl was very rude so I just left. Will not be going back.

Servive has always been 50/50 with me. Some orders they get right then the next visit we take, they mess up enormously and cause lots of unneccessary hassle that should not have to take place. Once I ordered the pretzel with melted cheese and was given a cold pack of cheese that wasnt finished being thawed out. I asked the waiter isnt it supposed to be warm since its called a hot pretzel with cheese. She shrugged and said yeeeesssss it is then went back sighing as she had to go warm up the cheese for me. Basically, she got lazy and thought she could pull it off but unfortunately her plan didnt work on me. Its become expected of something to go wrong or get delayed when we go that it now hardly bothers anyone.
