We love Shanes. I'm partial, but, good food is good food. They have the best Chicken Tenders around. We love the slaw, too. So you wait for a fresh cooked burger. That's the better way if you ask me!

I ordered online and the process was great. My husband went and picked up the order and brought it home. Apparently the person who put together the order cant read because my honey mustard for my chicken tenders wasn't in the bag. If I am spending $70 expect my order to be correct!!!

The food is excellent. The service is even better. However, I don't care for the Thin Blue Line t-shirts the staff wears. I did eat lunch there a couple times a week. Now, I'll generally find somewhere else to go.

I went to Shane’s Rib Shack and the waitress tried to give me old wings that were dry and brittle. I didn’t start an argument but I stated to the waitress that I refuse to eat the wing. I asked for the same order and they re-fried the same wings, the waitress stated they could not give me fresh food and I could not be pleased. Isn’t that about a blip.

Wonderful bbq sandwich, fries, okra, and peach cobbler! There will usually be about a 10 minute wait when picking up a to-go order or when waiting to be seated but it's worth it. Prepare to spend at least $10-$15 for a meal.

Awesome place to eat lunch or dinner. I had the Cowboy burger and my Wife had the BBQ chicken. The Cowboy burger was messy but I would not expect anything less from a burger called The Cowboy. The service was excellent also. Update 6-9-2019: The Shaniac Burger is very good also. It has a beef patty, pulled pork, and coleslaw. It is pictured below.

This place is phenomenal! They have some of the best boneless wings in Montgomery (the teriyaki boneless wings are amazing). They also have delicious sides! The burgers and BBQ are also amazing! You get huge servings and the quality is great. You also get excellent customer service and the prices are very reasonable.

All employees were on break at the table behind us. Waited forever on our food and the ribs were extremely dry. We have eaten at many other Shacks and this is by far the worst. Had to eventually get our own togo box and lid for our macaroni.

Pulled pork is about all I'd recommend. Ribs regularly disappoint. I keep wanting them to be good but they keep turning out dry. How do you dry out ribs? They find a way to do it.

Staff very nice. Sides were good but ribs were tough, could hardly chew the meat. Got a slab but 1/2 very tough other 1/2 semi tough. Had other food there before that was good. Will go back but no more ribs.

On our way to the beach, we wanted to stop and try something new. Shane’s Rib Shack was great! My mom got the ribs, and I got the wings & bbq pork. Everything was amazing. I really enjoyed the peach tea! Everyone was so nice, even the other people eating there! Highly recommend. Wish we had one close to home!

Ate supper on a fairly busy Friday night (after 8pm). The ordering process was pretty fast, and food delivery was very fast. Ordered the Big Daddy Sandwich (regular fries & sweet potato fries), along with fried chicken tenders. The chicken was good, but the BBQ meat on the sandwiches was a little too greasy for my liking, but had a good flavor... After the meal, we had banana pudding (need to use name brand Nilla Wafers, not the cheap ones!!) and homemade brownie that served cold. The brownie tasted very good! Give it a try for yourself!

I just love Shane's Ribshack! They have some of the best BBQ in Montgomery! You want to try a little of everything try the Sampler plate, for $20, this's what you get! Ribs, chicken tenders, shredded chicken or pork, and two heaping sides! The brisket there is incredible it is literally melts in your mouth! The salads the hot dogs, hamburgers, the barbecue sauce alone! You got to love Shane's Rib Shack it's the best Miss Tina continue to do a great job at Shane's I love you sayings!

I think people rate it high because its new but not because its good bbq. I've had Shane's other places and I know its not real bbq but this place just dries the baby back out and they are charred. I have only been twice but it's the same every time. I really hate i spent money on those ribs because honestly I wouldn't eat them for free. 2 times a fail and never again.

I visited this place today , while working out of my City. I was excited to try something new. I ordered a hamburger with bacon& cheese, sweet potatoes fries and mac&cheese. Now the mac&cheese advertised on the pic of their menu is not what I recieved. I will insert a pic below of what I recieved. I took it back stating it didn't taste good and I just wanted to exchange it for something else. Well the manager on duty CAYLA( dark hair, nasty attitude) , said "she could not exchange it just because, I didn't like it." That there has to be something wrong with it." I asked for her manager, to which she said wasn't there. This is why my review is a 1. DON'T EAT ANYWHERE, WHERE THERE PRIORITY IS NOT TO MAKE YOU HAPPY AS A CUSTOMER! I didn't ask for my money back, I asked for an even exchange...I was baffled to think, that I had to have hair in my food or even worse, for a MANAGER...to consider fixing the problem. Ratings include SERVICE. MAKE IT COUNT!

I'm not a big fan of barbeque but I really like Shane's. They are near our house so we order to go a lot, and we dine in occasionally. If you aren't a big fan of barbeque, they have a really good cheeseburger. Their onion rings are also very good. We like the smothered pork sandwich. The service is really good and everyone is nice.

Used to work here and literally everyone there became my best friends. The owner of the store; Mrs. Tina was always right there ready to help with any issues that were brought up. It's clean it's closing and they're always playing good music. if you go there and it's not how I described it please be willing to give them another chance. This was our 1st time eating at Shane's. We had the ribs, chicken, pork and chicken tenders with sides of baked beans, Brunswick stew, coleslaw and French fries. Everything was cooked to perfection and everything tasted great. We have been looking for a good BBQ place and now have found it. If your looking for a great place to eat, make the stop it is well worth the visit.

Best ribs and pulled pork in town. Service is prompt unless you order a burger. They don't cook them until they are ordered, so takes a bit. They are big and thick, but lack a good flavor. Don't get the onion rings, they are the frozen type and greasy. Most sides are OK, but the STAR is definitely the ribs - plump, meaty and worth the price. Haven't tried the chicken.

I absolutely love lean barbeque and that's what I've gotten every time at Shane's Rib Shack. The Big Dad Plate is a generous serving and flat out delicious. The only warning I would offer relative to Shane's is the limited parking. Best to come early or late...show up at noon and you may be walking a ways.

I am fanatical about BBQ and like most Southerners, I take it seriously. Shanes is over the top with the quality of their food. The ribs are as good as you can find and their smoked wings are unbelievable. Bring an appetite with you because their pulled pork sandwiches are incredible and are packed with more meat than any place I have ever eaten. As for their chicken......AWESOME.

First time there. Customer service was ok, glad that they offer a military discount. Got the 2 meat plate, ribs and wings, baked beans and Mac n cheese. The ribs weren’t all that great and neither was the Mac and cheese; very bland and you can tell it’s not home made. Wings were flavorful, but abnormal big and the beans were good. If I do go back it will be for the wings and baked beans. Also they asked for an ID because the order was over $50, not knowing if we were paying cash or using a credit card. I have never heard of any restaurant that does this.
