So good! We went on Nacho Wednesdays and had the brisket and pork nachos. Love the homemade hot BBQ sauce. The nachos had just the right amount of everything in them. Service was beyond wonderful, the owners are so engaging and welcoming, they made us feel like family. We enjoyed it so much we didn't want the experience to end haha, and even got some smoked chicken and Brussels sprouts hash to go for supper. We will be back.

A hidden gem in Fort Payne. The food is amazing. The staff is friendly and really knows their stuff. Everything is fresh and delicious. To top it off the atmosphere is so welcoming. Try the brisket. Don't sleep on the tangy vinegar. DO NOT MISS THIS ONE.

Excellent food and service! Came based on the reviews. I am not from this area. Had the bbq pork sandwich and mac and cheese. Bbq was excellent! Definitely worth trying if you are in the area.

We have been looking for a hip bbq joint with an innovative menu and awesome atmosphere and we hit a home-run with this one! LOVE the super friendly service, the large TVs playing our game, the selection of craft brews but the food alone is worth the visit! This place knows good food. Don’t like pork? Try their chicken! Or their salad!! Or their....just go. You can thank me later!

Really cool place. Classic rock was playing from vinyl and it looked like there was a nice selection of records. There are maybe 10 or fewer tables but there is some bar seating. The staff was very friendly and answered all my questions. The hot sauce does have heat but it wasn't intolerable. The original sauce is sweet, but not thick like many sweet sauces are. It had a nice sweet tomato and spicy (not hot) flavor. The brisket is not Texas style. It's chopped and not sliced but it is tasty. The pork was also chopped, not pulled as is typical of Alabama que. The meats were nice and smoky with some spice (not hot) flavor from the rub. The pork and brisket were very good

Such a delicious place - both food-wise and in atmosphere! The burgers, ribs, beans, and hot German potatoes are all amazing! Great spices and quality of food. There is fun for children and adults with board games, coloring books, a dart board, a fooseball table, and more! The staff is super sweet and helpful. All around, 11/10 would recommend to a friend!

It said on every site possible (google, yelp etc) that it was open until 7:00. Showed up at 5:00 and it was closed. Can’t give it any stars because I didn’t get to try it, don’t mean to bash with one star but making sure your online hours of operation are correct is a bit important. That’s a wasted drive and sadly I have to start over looking for somewhere to eat . Bummed out not to get to try their food.

They have the best BBQ in our area hands down. The brisket is my favorite but you gotta try it all. Justin and Greg are the nicest guys and you can't beat their customer service. Clean, great atmosphere. I highly recommend!

Being from Texas, by far the best in town!!! Love it!!! Ribs and the smoked chicken reminds me of the LONE STAR STATE!!!! Try a Muchaco Beer goes good with everything!!!

This was our first time to try Taco Tuesday! The tacos were amazing and so were the sides! Tyler helped me figure out what would be best to try and was amazing both taking my order by phone and at pick up! He definitely deserves to be acknowledged for his help! We will definitely be back!

OMG! Just dropped in on a whim and sat down to the tastiest and most thoughtful barbecue ever! We had all four side options and I could keep eating those brussel sprouts forever! Shrimp Po'boy, brisket, ribs, wings, you name it... it's all delicious!

We had the brisket sandwich and the German potato salad and brussel sprout hash. The sandwich was very good. The potato salad was ok, but I am spoiled. The brussel sprout hash was good but if you dont like brussel sprouts you definitely will not like it it. It was a good change of pace and will visit again but for the bbq and not the sides. Service was great and the price was very reasonable.

Food was delicious! Had the pulled pork sandwich and my husband had the smoked chicken. Sides were good as well. Had the green pepper chili which was equally delicious. A very relaxed place, friendly staff and very helpful. Will definitely go back!

The bbq is good, but I feel like they charge for greatness. Doesn't stack up to Moe's, Corky's, Shane's, Big Bob's or Dreamland. When they charge as much as those places. It's ok for Fort Payne, but just a small step up from the bbq place in quality with a large jump in price.

We were so impressed with the service and the food at this BBQ joint. We thought they had just opened because they were so thoughtful and accommodating. We came from Louisiana and hope to make it back one day! Food was DELICIOUS. We loved everything, especially the brussel sprout hash!

I grew up in this town and these guys have broken into and become a part of the community more-so than most restaurants in this town. Great people, excellent service, and most of all great food. I work for a company who has used them for catering on multiple occasions and they deliver with professionalism and premier service each time. I would recommend them for catering if you are in or around Dekalb County. I don't live in Fort Payne anymore, but they are a mandatory stop every time I come back into town for a visit. Make this place a part of your Fort Payne experience. They'll make it worth your while.

We stopped by Roadside ‘Que while passing through Ft. Payne. This is some of the best food I have had. The briquet sandwich is phenomenal. The ribs are great. Nice flavor and not smothered in sauce. Their homemade bbq sauce, the original, is very good. Nice for dipping ribs or sandwich in. The bourbonzola brisquet burger is one of the best burgers I have eaten. We will definitely make the drive back to Ft. Payne just to eat here.

Great service and sides. Tried the ribs and may have gotten them on a bad day but they were a little dry and tough. They were very helpful and offered me a full refund or a free meal the next time. Instead, I just had them bring samples of a couple other meats they offer, pulled pork and brisket. The pulled pork was juicy and a little more tender but low on flavor. The brisket was actually better than most brisket I have had in Alabama. A step down from most brisket you find in TX but that is their specialty. Their service and good sides is what keeps this at a 4 star, despite the mostly mediocre meat.

Some of the best smoked chicken that I have ever had in my life. I am very impressed with the care and attention to detail that went into my meal today. Perfectly seasoned no-gmo chicken. Paper straws, biodegradable to go cups. This place has it going on.
