We were paying through the area and Raising Cane's was recommended to us. We arrived to be greeted by a friendly worker. The menu is straightforward and uncomplicated with few options. Prices were reasonable and good was delicious. My only complaint was the lack of options for dipping sauce. We just stopped at a store and brought our own. Honestly the place reminder me off Zaxbys.

Worst experience of my LIFE. THE FOOD WAS DIGUSTING AND THE WORKERS HAD TERRIBLE ATTITUDES. THE INSIDE OF THE BUILDING WAS SO NASTY THEY HAD ROACHES ON THE WALLSTREET AND THE FLOOR WAS SO DIRTY. TO SUM IT ALL UP IT WAS A ROACH IN MY FOOD!!!!!

My husband and I was here a few days ago while we were on a vacation. First time ever eating at a Raising Canes and I have to say the food was absolutely amazing! The place was very clean, the employee's were super nice. Our order did not take long to get. Will most definitely be going back next time. Will recommend to anyone.

Love Canes!! Best chicken in the industry. I am a complete and total Caniac! Restaurant is clean, parking lot is well maintained, and overall in good condition. Kelsea was very pleasant and professional when she took our order. I only did 4 stars though, because the music was too loud. It was the middle of lunch rush, and the restaurant was already loud from the guests; the music just added to the chaos. Other than that, great restaurant!

Refused to clear a table for me to eat the lunch I just bought. I've had better customer service at the dmv!!! On 5/15 I was contacted by the store manager in response to my complaint. He stated that they were holding those tables for person not currently in the restaurant. He did not say why I was not told there wouldn't be a table available after I specifically asked for them to bus one of those tables before placing an order. I've never heard of a fast food restaurant holding tables for people not in the restaurant.

If I'm ever in the Alabama/Louisiana area I am going to Raising Canes. They have the best bread and honestly the best chicken. It's huge. This particular location always has a bit of a crowd but they manage everybody and get the food out quickly. Always have a great experience here.

A wonderful New Orleans chain making great chicken across the Gulf Coast. No other chicken place serves tenders as plump and juicy as Cane's with thin crispy fries and crunchy toast to boot. Round it off with some great Southern sweet tea and Cane's has a lot to offer.

I went there today and was not happy after leaving. First off they charged me for water and honey mustard for 35 cents (very very small container). I didn't look in the box until after I drove off. The size off the tenders were really small I couldn't believe what I just bought. I wont be going back

Great food, great drinks, and the staff was very friendly. It can be busy during the week at lunch time but I was able to order, get my food, and finish eating all within 15 minutes. Plus, it's a good place to do some lunchtime reading or computer work (but no wifi that I could find). Hard to find a better lunch around Airport and I-65

The service is absolutely fantastic! I had a rough day at work today, so I went to Raising Cain’s in Mobile after work for a pick me up. I have a dairy allergy so I have to order my chicken naked. I know perfectly well that it takes some time to make my order correctly and I don’t mind the wait. The waitress asked if I had received my order 2 minutes of waiting and I politely told her no and she went straight into checking for it in the back. I had another waitress come up to me a few minutes later apologizing for the wait, in which I said it’s fine. I’m in no hurry. I got my order a few minutes after that, waiting maybe about 8 minutes total for my meal (which to me is awesome). It was exactly what I ordered and delicious as usual. Another waitress came out giving me a free box combo card for my next visit. My rough day is diminished from the happy, friendly, caring service over at Raising Cain’s. I absolutely impressed and satisfied with my care. Will be coming back very soon! Continue the great work!

What a great business model! Fried chicken, only fried chicken, and good fried chicken at that. For a fast food joint, you can't go wrong with Cane's. The interior atmosphere is terriffic, the employees polite, and the chicken always fresh. Here's a tip: ask for your Texas Toast with "butter on both sides" next time you go. You won't order it any other way after.
