Good Asian food and friendly service. They have a gluten free menu available. Now if they would not start pouring horrible smelling vinegar laden sauces on your table as soon as you are seated without asking. The shrimp dishes are part enjoyable and well prepared, my favorite by far. I like the way that they combine shrimp with fruit flavors such as orange peel etc. Good beer selections too including a few essentially gluten free beers.

Enjoyed the honey shrimp. This dish has a slight vinegary taste that keeps the honey in check. I chose to eat it with white rice so there wouldn't be any competing flavors. The shrimp were perfectly cooked in a golden brown shell that was crunchy and lite. The rice was plain, but cooked well. Dessert was a blueberry cheesecake mini, that has a hint of a lemon taste. Yummy and just enough to finish the meal. If you like sweet drinks, try the BlackBerry martini. Delicious, although I let mine get warm. Great service and food. Can't go wrong for a date night or friendly get together.

This has always been a go to restaurant when in Birmingham, they have my business, have been visiting this restaurant for about 15 years now. They have a full menu that’s Gluten Free. The waiter actually knew what Celiac is. Highly recommended.

Ordered take out and to my surprise when I got home 2hrs away, got ready to eat my food tasted everything and it was dry and over cooked. Looked like leftovers, very disappointed. If I did not live 2hrs away I would have RETURNED everything, that was a total waste of time and money. I have had better quality food there before.

Nice variety of exemplary Chinese dishes. Even something as ordinary as fried rice is extraordinary! Cocktails are original, made with fresh ingredients, and exquisite! Prices are reasonable considering the high quality and large portions. Atmosphere is cozy. Great place to take a date. Friendly service.

The service was decent and it didn’t take long for them to prepare our food... The staff was attentive to the customers... the food is horrible! I order egg drop soup and it was not egg drop soup! It tasted of dish water and it had a horrible smell. It made me nauseous to the point I could not bare to sit at the table with the cup of soup. I also ordered dumplings and they were not good. The inside had pork and they were slightly cold... they even had a eweord smell to them. My friend ordered egg rolls and they were burnt! You could tatste it... I paid no more than $15.00 for sour lemonade water, egg drop soup, and dumplings. This place was very pretty but it was not tasteful... I will more than likely not return to this establishment... highly disappointed!

The service was excellent but the food was a little bland. I don't fault this location, we tried a PF Chang's in Dallas about a month ago and it just seems like they have gone down hill on the whole the past few years. The chicken lettuce wraps aren't what they used to be and the menu feels like they put more effort into being able to recycle / assembly line dishes more than create distinct flavorful dishes. I used to consider Chang's a higher end chain but I have to put them in league with an Applebee's or Chillies anymore.

Usually love Chang's but very disappointed today when I drove to the one in mobile. They were out of a very popular appetizer. Also for the amount of money you pay the amount of food is getting smaller especially for dinner. Huge dissapointment! Too bad this chain is going down hill.

My 2 daughters and I just left PF Chang's in Bel-Air mall Mobile, AL. First off our waitress Mel (Melissa) was awesome. Our food was delicious and served in a timely manner. We all ordered something different and tasted each other's. All three meals was exceptional.

This was the worst experience we have ever had at a PF Chang's. We were not greeted for over 5 minutes and had to wait 45 minutes to get our meal. And it was wrong! The lettuce wraps tasted so gross! The server talked bad about the kitchen staff. Just an over all bad experience. They were not even busy.

My experience at PF Chang’s was great! Some friends and I went for lunch on a workday, and the service was excellent and speedy. Our waitress was very friendly and worked diligently to ensure we had a great time and helped us avoid food allergies. I ordered one of the noodle bowls and was surprised at just how delicious it was. It was also a large serving. I had enough for lunch and took some home for dinner. Splitting the check was no problem and my water glass was always full.

We had dinner at this location today, everything was just okay. This is a chain restaurant and it really shows. The quality and quantity of food is not worth the price. They upcharge $3 for fried rice which is fine but the fried rice looks and tasted like regular rice straight out of the freezer.

We had a wonderful date night here recently. It's a large restaurant, so we didn't have to wait long even though they were busy and were promptly greeted by a friendly server. We enjoyed some wine and soup while we waited for our food, I ordered a veggie bowl of sorts and he ordered Ginger Salmon. Even though my husband's meal was a bit delayed, they immediately came to explain the trouble and told us it would only be a moment. Once he received his food, it was piping hot and delicious and the manager even made us an extra side and took care of his meal even though we weren't upset. We haven't had service this excellent at a sit-down restaurant in Birmingham in a little while, so it was really nice to feel as though a restaurant still cares what their customers think. Thanks for a great night!

This was our first time dining @ PF’s, and our experience was phenomenal. Our server and the manager were very involved and made sure we were good to go. A sushi order got skewed but they fixed it immediately, and our main meal was perfect. Definitely will be back with my family.

After picking up my nephew from the airport we went to PF Chang's because we were in Birmingham. Will never go back to that location. The hostesses did great and had us seated within 10 minutes as well as 2 other parties. Our waiter failed big time, he was very overwhelmed with a busy dinning room so he didn't even acknowledge us or take out drink order for 10 minutes. At which time I was sure to give him our complete order this is the 20 minute mark. An appetizer and 3 main courses, since he was very busy I thought this would help him out and we were on a time crunch and had to a 3 hour drive home. 10 more minutes go by and then he comes with our drinks. We tried to be very understanding but it has been over 30 minutes since we walked into the restaurant and our waiter was no where to be found. Groups we were sat with now have their meals and we didn't even have our starter. 45 minutes into dinner we finally got our appetizer. The waiter notices we need refills he says I will be right back with those.....he passes us several times. I flag him down and ask for refills. He says sure I will be right back with those...... several times he passes us taking checks to other tables hands completely empty while asking other tables if they are okay or need anything and finally I'm like hey I'm sorry but this is not okay. 1 hour into this and no main course and no refills. Others that were seated with us are now done and left. More people get sat next to us had the same appetizer as us with 10 minutes of being seated. I finally said I need a manager. The manager comes over and tells us the kitchen only had our order 20 minutes, that he thinks the waiter was staggering our order because most people don't want all their food at the same time. I told him we order everything at the same time so we could eat it all at the same time. We have a 3 hour drive and it is now 8pm. He said they can box our food and give us an employee discount, I thought that he was trying to make it right.... this was not making it right! Their employee discount was pathetic, we ended up paying $65 for 3 entrees to take home to eat. They didn't even put utensils in the bag or soy sauce. We will never go back, I really hope that the waiter was not purposefully giving us bad service cause my husband is in the military. I really think that the waiter forgot to put the order in when we gave it to him and then he went on break and found it at some point and put it in when he did remember. NOT COOL!!!!!

This was my first time going to a P.F Chang's and I was extremely excited since the review is amazingly good but this will probably be my first and last time going. I only graded this place a three due to it's atmosphere, which was quite nice. But the service was ok, but they were busy so I didn't mind the wait. The two main reasons I did not care for them was the food and cleanliness. The honey chicken was bland and pretty dry; the rice tasted extremely cheap and poorly made. The cleanliness of the restaurant was poor. I had to ask for a new plate due to crusty residue and food particles left on it. The floors were littered with leftovers from the previous people who sat at the table, the entire time I kept examining my tableware to make sure it was clean. with that said I will not be going back to P.F Chang's, and I usually give every restaurant a second chance but I can't with this one. I strongly believe that I could've received better tasting food, service, and a cleaner environment from my local Chinese food restaurant for more than half the cost

Just had lunch there with my parents, brother, and 2 year old niece. The food was fairly good, but the reason I am giving it a 5 star review is because of our server, Ava (I hope I spelled her name right). To preface this, I have to say I am a chef at a local fine dining restaurant, and Ava wasn't aware of that fact nor did I let her know. Her attitude was fantastic, I could feel her enthusiasm for her job and the restaurant. She was very knowledgeable and attentive to details, great personality, and really made us feel welcome. If you go there, ask for her by name. Trust me, you will get a fantastic server! Management better keep her around, she's a little jewel!

Stopped by to pick up takeout on my way to visit my MIL at a Birminham assisted living facility. They were nice enough to let us in a few minutes early and take our to-go order. We are never disappointed when we go here. Like any restaurant, the wait can get long depending on what time of the day you go or if there is some kind of event going on nearby if you don’t have a reservation—We just walk over to the Barnes and Noble across the parking lot to kill time. The food is always good so it’s worth the 20 minute average wait time. Our usual order consists of Kung Pao Chicken (with no peanuts), Chang’s Spicy Chicken (which is the closest thing they have to orange chicken—the kids love it and it’s really not that spicy), Combo Rice (no pork), Lettuce Wraps, and Kung Poa Chicken or Dragon roll (if you like sushi). The service once you get to the table is great. The staff/management is consistently friendly and accommodating—Great job guys! I would like to see them bring out their “special sauce” without having to ask (like they used to) but that’s not enough of a reason to take a star off. All in all, go here for good fresh and flavorful food.

I wanted PF Chang”s pretty bad, arrived greeter stated let me check to see is they still accepting orders it was 20 minutes to closing, I drove 27 miles to and from only to get home and opened a plate of old food. I ordered x-shrimp received old chicken and shrimp, chicken was so old it looked like dog food. My total was 16.45, I received a gift card for 15.00 so my time, travel and going to bed hungry didn’t mean nothing to David Mullins. I still waiting on my other gift card for all my inconvenience.

The quality of service and food seemed to have diminished! I was treating guests to P.F. Chang's as a special meal...a couple of our plates weren't clean, the waitress was not very inviting...she helped but no enthusiasm. She struggled to get the drink order correct; not "alcoholic drinks" but, tea, water and sprite. I still believe in P.F. Chang's, but may not visit this location again.

Great experience! This P.F. Chang's location has raised the bar for customer service. I ordered an item that is apparently no longer on the menu (I seen it at another table and it looked good) and they willingly prepared it. When I received it, it was decent, but not quite as good as I had hoped. Although I didn't complain, the dish obviously didn't meet the manager's expectation either. Not only did he personally came to our table to explain he was having another dish prepared, he also told me he was having the plate taken off the ticket. Talk about having pride in good work! Great customer service is hard to find, but this P.F. Chang's has it figured out. Bravo! P.S. The banana spring rolls were amazing!

The manager kept us notified per timing of seating. Our waitress was welcoming, friendly, went above and beyond to meet our party of 8 needs expeditiously. The overall presence of our meals on the natural toned plates were delightful. When I took the first bite of my meal, my palette sang a soothing song. The salmons intense pink color, mushrooms like tiny trees, semi crunchy celery, brown rice bowl and seasonings was magnificent. P F Changs isnt a chop, this is a restaurant that sticks at the top.

To preface this, I have to say I am a chef at a local fine dining restaurant, and Ava wasn't aware of that fact nor did I let her know. Her attitude was fantastic, I could feel her enthusiasm for her job and the restaurant. She was very knowledgeable and attentive to details, great personality, and really made us feel welcome. If you go there, ask for her by name. Trust me, you will get a fantastic server! Management better keep her around, she's a little jewel!

I was advised by Calvin that they would just void out the purchase. Unsurprisingly, the next day I was charged. I called the location several times and was told that a manager would call me back; it NEVER HAPPENED. On my final call I spoke to a gentleman who told me that online orders are processed through a call center in Denver,CO . He said that he would contact them and I would receive my refund within 72 hours. It has been OVER A MONTH and nothing has happened. I ended up reporting them to the BBB and my next steps will be to write a letter to corporate. This is so ridiculous!! They actually stole money from me and will not do anything about it. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM THIS RESTAURANT!!!!!!!!

My wife and I went to PF Changs last night because we had gift cards. We rarely go but have liked the restaurant. My wife ordered Pepper steak which was not marked as being hot. The pepper steak was so how she could barely eat it. It was even to hot for me. This morning her mouth still hurts. When we mentioned it to the server the response was "I guess they were a little heavy handed" and offered a glass of water. Will we go back? Yes, but only because we have another gift card.

First, they told us they ran out of lettuce wraps so we got a different appetizer and ten minutes later all the tables around us had lettuce wraps. Mongolian beef was very thin and had no juice, rice was extremely dry. Everything else was alright. Not the best experience but will probably be back.

Was with a group of 6 during which time there was a fire in the kitchen which prompted the fire department to arrive with the smoke we were told that they would be closing so we quickly finished our meal and we paid the bill but asked to speak to the manager... our experience was Tolly inconvenienced by having to rush to our food due to the fire ....the manager reluctantly responded by giving us 2 coupons for free appetizers to split among 6 people... absolutely terrible and unacceptable hence it will be a long time before I return and while I'm writing this I'm literally sitting at a PF Changs in New Jersey but refuse to go to the one that I live less than 10 minutes away from in mobile Alabama...

I must give it five stars because this is really good food. I had the Chicken Pad Thai and my boyfriend had the Orange Peel Chicken with brown rice. They encourage family style dining where they bring you extra plates and you can get the food from any dish. I told him he was probably going to eat all the orange peel chicken because I am not a fan of oranges. The Chicken Pad Thai was my favorite, but I would definitely order the orange peel chicken if it came down to it. There is only a hint of an orange taste and mostly you taste the chili sauce. But wow! The chicken pad thai is awesome. Rice noodles with crushed peanuts, green onions, tofu, and julienned carrots all mixed with a little spice. I feel like I could eat that every day. I cannot wait to make it back to PF Chang's.

I booked a table for my mothers birthday. We arrived at the time of our reservation and preceded to wait for another half hour before we were seated. There were people who had arrived just before me, that I was behind in line, and they were told about the wait as they had no reservations and were seated before us. Isn't the point of having a reservation so I don't have to wait and can be seated BEFORE the people who are walk-ins? When I spoke to the hostess about it, her excuse was that they had no polished silverware and therefore could not seat us.... In a very angry frustrated tone told me "we're doing the best we can" and this was said with no apology afterwards. That doesn't mean you can't seat me, let me order drinks, and perhaps get an order for appetizers in with the kitchen. It was a poor excuse and I was very angry about the situation. The only saving grace was the waiter who was very nice and funny. I spent 200$ on this trip alone but will not be back.

I secured a reservation at 7pm on a Friday. We got there at five 'til. We weren't seated until 7:30, which was about 10 minutes sooner than someone who just showed up at the door at the same time we did, and parties our size who were on the waiting list (not with reservations) were given tables while we waited. It was irritating--the whole point of making a reservation is to ensure there's a table for you so you don't stand around for half an hour. I'm pretty sure we were only seated after a 35-minute wait because we asked why it was taking so long. The response was an excuse, but not a minute later, we were led to our table. I suspect we were punished for our insolence because they seated us with a waiter who was either high or one of their most incompetent. Orders were wrong, she was easily confused and made a scene about ripping off a page of her notepad when she messed up our drinks and appetizers (there were only five of us, too, so it's not like we were a crazy loud party of 10 making complicated and fussy orders), and she seemed out of it the entire evening. We won't be back to this location. The food was fantastic, but it wasn't worth the lackluster treatment we received. An extra star than they really deserve for the food and for one of the hostesses being nice about taking a photo of us before we left.

P.F. Chang's has been around a while, and I'm guessing most people who eat here know what they're getting. The problem I have is that the prices keep going up, up, up. I know prices change, but wow, P.F. Chang's seems to think it's a bit fancier than it really is. The service was good, but I had to ask for everything (sauces, etc.). So, the service is more like casual dining, but the prices are headed toward upscale.

I’ve been here quite many times, I visit my mom every other month here in Alabama and when I get a chance this is where I take here. I live in Florida and usually go to the one there. I’ve even had rented the whole restaurant at the PF Chang’s in our area for my wedding reception. It’s hard to find a good Chinese (American) restaurant, the only place I find that does a good job is Pf Chang’s. So yesterday I went here with my mom and brother who happens to be here for his Army reserve drill week. We ordered Mongolian beef, shrimp fried and crab wonton. Crab wonton was a little dried like usual but with the sauce it was perfect. Our beef came out good but our fried rice looks a little unusual, I always take pictures of what eat, to show off on social media lol, the rice looked plain, I couldn’t pin point what I was missing, it was bean sprouts lol. I asked our server really nice server if they ran out or they forgot. He said they did run out but should have it in stock by now. He said hang on he’ll bring us out a new one, we said it was okay no worries, we’re full anyways. He went ahead and made us one and put it in a to go box for us for the drive home. He was so sweet and apologetic. Overall wonderful service and delicious Chinese American restaurant.

For an Asian fusion restaurant, this one really left me scratching my head. Appetisers were great (lettuce wraps, tempura green beans), but it was downhill from there. I ordered Ma Po Tofu since it was the only authentic Chinese dish, but it came out neither spicy nor authentic; more like teriyaki grilled tofu with steamed broccoli. Others in my party ordered other entrees, which were better. The dumplings and walnut shrimp were better, but the “Asian Mac n cheese” had ginger or something in it? Strange combination, and ultimately not to my taste. The staff and management were very friendly. However, on a Tuesday evening our food took very long to prepare, which indicates to me that they were understaffed. Furthermore, the wait to be seated was also around 30 minutes. Cocktails were good, but very expensive. My final judgment is that if you have enjoyed PF Chang’s in the past, you’ll like it here. But for myself, I can’t justify waiting so long and paying so much for such mediocre recipes.

I visited P F Chang's in Ft. Lauderdale, FL Galeria location, on 02/02/19. Let me start by saying P F Chang's is one of my favorite places to eat, but not so much this time! It was NOT the food, it was the poor service. Mike definitely did not live up the standards I'm accustomed to receiving when dining at this restaurant. He made several mistakes early on, (I'll use the word mistakes for lack of a better word), he missed an appetizer order, even though it was verbally given to him, one person he just completely overlooked her, never asked her directly if she wanted to order an appetizer. He never read the orders back to us for clarification, just walked away. There were 10 of us in our party. We asked for extra lemon, he brought six slices, when I asked for more, he said "there's lots of lemon in there, but if you want more", I simply said "yes please". He took our dinner orders after our appetizers were brought to us. The meal came out timely and was good. Mike later returned with our bill, all orders on one ticket (we were never asked how we wanted our checks). That's when the fight started! I asked if he could separate the orders, he said he could, but it would take a long time because of separating it in the computer. I said, we'll wait and I said that we could help him by letting him know who had what. He replied, "I know what you had, it'll just take a while to get it separated". I still said we'd prefer to wait. Needless to say, he made a mess of the orders, taking four times to get two of the orders corrected. By now he's very short and tired of us! Almost all of us in the group are seasoned travelers, accustomed to tipping well. Not this time, some in the group left 10%, others left no tip. He took his tip away by providing such poor service and his not so good attitude! I spoke with the manager on duty after we had taken care of our bill, he apologised for the poor service and said he'd speak with Mike, i certainly hope he did. If I'm ever in this restaurant again, I will definitely not want Mike as my servant

When I got there, we got seated pretty quickly during lunch time. I ordered the Poke Bowl as my entre. It wasn't what I expected. I didn't know you had to eat it with fried wonton like chips. It wasn't too bad but wish the portions were a little bit bigger. I think everything here has smaller portions. The quality of service isn't too bad and the food taste good.

The best thing about this place was the super nice staff. I got two pork egg rolls and chicken lo mein. They absolutely were not worth the price taste-wise. There were literal puddles of oil under each thing. I'm not one to shy away from greasy food, but I wouldn't take a straw to the deep fryer either. I will not be returning and will not recommend. However, the tables were very close together. The ceilings are high, but all of the structures are large expanses of hard surfaces that reflect sound instead of absorbing it. It had been a long time since I had been there and I was excited about going back for my birthday. How disappointing. The service was good and flavor of the Mongolian Beef was good, but the meat itself was like leather. It was so hard to chew. I don't know if they had a different supplier or what, but it was definitely sub standard. Very disappointed.

had lunch here last week and it was divine! I had the 'Ginger Chicken with Broccoli' and Crab Wontons....yummy! They were very busy but my order was delivered in a timely manner. I definitely recommend you to try them out.

They have the best food, we drive an hour and half just to come here, service has always been excellent and food is always fresh, we had a problem one time but they took great care of us here thank you for the excellent dining experience

The Rewards Program SUCK! I have added points to my account and they are not updating. I even emailed them and they have not responded. PF CHANG..stop telling people that they can get points towards a free meal when we really cannot. I spend too much money here, not to get my rewards. You need to check with Zoe's because their reward program is AWESOME!

My food was pretty good. Another diner in my party only received 7 pieces of chicken in her sweet and sour chicken and our server was not very attentive to us at all. All of our complaints were fixable but she never came by to check on us, neither could we flag down the manager. Overall the experience was sub par and I don't see myself returning soon

I had the Ma Po Tofu and my friend substituted tofu in their chicken Pad Thai. Both dishes were excellent and arrived in a timely fashion. The waiter was courteous and took good care of my friend and myself. I left my debit card behind on accident and the waiter took it to the manager who held it in a safe for me until I was able to come back the next evening and pick it back up. Great food and hospitality.

Go visit this clean, beautiful place and realize what it is. Farm to wok, high quality, no cutting corners and Mobile is lucky to have it. Consistent, fresh food and very good service. They do a focused menu very well and not 1000 diversified offerings. Waitress on our holiday visit was sensitive to letting a friend and I talk and dine at a leisurely pace (even if she left w/out saying goodbye and we're not sure if she got the tip). Kitchen got order wrong again on vegetarian lettuce wraps instead of chicken, and there was a hassle bc their special on these required special permission from a manager, even though the emailed offer does not exclude the vegetarian version, but it worked out fine. This is a corporate issue that needs to be fixed, and not the customer's problem. There is a Zen vibe here, with these stunning red-orange flowers paintings on glass panels and nagouchi-inspired lighting. Nice outdoor seating out front.

Manager David went over, above, and beyond anything we could have expected. We merely asked our server why the lettuce wraps seemed smaller than in the past. We didn't complain or ask for anything, but Manager David sent us a replacement etruce wrap appetizer with larger lettuce pieces and then personally came to our table to make sure it met our expectations. That is amazing aervice!
