If it is within the hour of closing, it's not worth the visit. I arrived at 8:55pm and reached the order speaker at the drive thru at 9:02pm. I attempted to order 3 different entrees and neither was "available". I was told that there was about 1 serving of sweet fire chicken left but I was making 3 orders. So there was no benefit to me trying to get dinner. This was not the first time I experienced this. Disappointing.

I have been visiting this location for several years. Every experience is awesome. The food is always cooked exactly how it should be, the service is always great and their prices are fair. This is the only Chinese restaurant I visit in Auburn. Love it!!!

The worker sweeping floor and serving people and not washing their hands I was observing of that while waiting on my teriyaki chicken to cook they fix my plate and set it there and it took like almost 12 minutes for the meat to cook had me to pay for my meal before getting my food I had to wait while the plate with fix when the the chicken got done then they put that on there I couldn't figure out why take my money Dick's all of the food knowing that I got to wait on a teriyaki chicken and cook instead they should have waiting until the chicken got done then fixed all my other plate and I got the large plate did not appreciate it would not go back

Why is it every time I come thru the drive thru, I'm sitting for at least 20-30 mins. You have no choice but to sit since there is no way out of there drive thru. Thus drives me absolutely crazy. But I love the food.

Food was decent, though I was expecting better. Ice machine want working. Card reader would not process orders over $25, so had to break up the ticket (not a big deal). TV was on but not working. It appears most of their business goes through the drive thru, which I would recommend.

They do not care how busy they are because they will not pick up their pace no matter how long I wait in line. Drive-through takes priority so if you really want it do not go into the store. You had better love onions because their food is loaded with thiem and not many onion free choices

Had Kungpao Chicken but it had less chicken and more celery. Hands down the best place to eat on Christmas eve. Everything else is closed. For the price the food is decent.

Visited this place today for the first time. My daughter and I were both disappointed. We got an order of General TSO'S and Sesame Chicken and it was a game of find the chicken in each piece of Crunchy Nugget full of crispy breading and should not even be called Chicken anything. Both dinners were like this and we were lucky to find a sliver of chicken. The fried rice was just okay but rather bland. I gave Panda 1 STAR because I could not give them a big fat ZERO. If you like no chicken and crunchy breading then you will love this place. Fortune cookies were stale and egg roll was like rubber from over cooking. Will not be visiting this place again.

Lady working at the counter is here but I am not sure she ever woke up this morning. Her sweet tea never got sugar added. The T.V. is on the continual loop on how to set parental controls and while I was the only person in line and I stood there for some time before she noticed I was there she tried to tell me the prices even though I had time to memorize the menu. Long line now!

I eat there frequently like almost every work night have been for over 2 years because there buffalo chicken wing plate with shrimp friend rice is pretty good. The owner who is really nice recently added a new crew and they are not pleasant at all very rude and always mess up your order. I ordered my food at 9:30 they said they closed at 10:30 I pulled up at 10:02 CLOSED no food for me!!!!! if you want the same great food speedy service NEW CHINA is where it's at!!!

Any battered chicken you order is one part chicken to six parts batter. All of the food is obviously frozen. Village wok right down the road is where you need to go. I can get the same stuff from walmart for less than half the price.

This is the worse “Chinese” food I’ve ever tasted even from a fast food chain. The chicken tasted old and it was cold and the soup was nasty. It was so disgusting. I got it delivered so I spent $13 on food I didn’t enjoy even a little. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to eat here. I even tried to take the soup off my order was I realized it was pork wontons and I was denied that opportunity. DO NOT EAT HERE UNLESS YOU DONT HAVE STANDARDS.

I love this place. If you want good American Chinese food this is the place to go in Auburn. The only reason I have not rated it 5 stars are because of the egg rolls. They used to have awesome egg rolls but recently they switched to these tiny things that aren’t very good, I love a good egg roll. I love the boneless spare ribs here, wanton soup, and fried dumplings. I come here at least a couple times a month.

I ordered crab rangoons and chow mein. Seems pretty hard to mess up. The rangoons were almost inedible. The crust was chewy and the filling was gross. The chow mein was edible but honestly lackluster.

Everything on the inside is ridiculously sticky every time I go in. 9/10 times when I go to the drive thru they don't have what I ordered, but they don't tell me that until after I have paid. I always order veggie spring rolls and never get sweet and sour sauce (that comes with it) even when I specifically ask. Forks are a rarity for the drive thru staff. & my last straw with this place was recently when the lady at the drive thru spilled the pitcher of sweet and sour sauce all over and into my bag, then proceeded to hand it to me. It got sweet and sour sauce all over me and all in my car. My car had to be detailed and my seats shampooed. I called to let the manager know because things like that definitely cost them business. The person I spoke with was not the manager, didn't offer to leave a message, and would not tell me a good time to call back but insisted I tell her. She literally laughed and asked me what I wanted her to do about it.

okay so FIRST of all the lady tried to complain about us having separate orders when we could have easily taken our business to cookout where they do not give a flying flip about separate orders. I went here yesterday for the first time in years. I used to tell people this was one of the best places to get Chinese food in auburn, but after my experience yesterday, I won't be returning and don't recommend it to anyone else. I ordered Mongolian Beef and which is supposed to be spicy. It was not spicy and had some other kind of meat in it that I did not recognize. The food did not taste good and was embarrassingly lower quality than the restaurant in the mall. My husband ordered fried chicken and it was fried way too hard. On top of that it took about 45 minutes to get our food. When they bagged it I noticed that my husband's food came straight from the back and my food came from a stack on the counter that had been sitting there for at least 15 minutes. I'm not sure if they cannot keep up with the business that they are getting or if they simply don't know what they are doing. It leads me to believe that it is owned and operated by someone other than they have had in the past.

Rude about making me tip, just pointed at the tip on the receipt and wouldn't call my order until I wrote a tip down. But at least the food was good, until I found a long ass hair in it. I can't believe I have to do this to Panda. I never complain, especially when it comes to food service. I know it gets frustrating or difficult to deal to deal with disgruntled customers, but DANG. I ordered a regular shrimp with broccoli with extra shrimp for myself and steamed dumplings for my sister. I should've checked before I left, but it was a simple order, so I figured they would've gotten it right. Cut to an hour later at home and we open our containers. FOUR tiny (or overcooked) pieces of shrimp and 6 or 7 semi withered florets of broccoli... and an unnecessary amount of rice. The dumplings were too doughy, like they weren't fully cooked. We live 30 minutes away, so there was no taking it back. After staring at our plates for a while, we just tossed it out for the stray cats. Any reason for any other complaints I've had, I attributed to them being super busy.I understand mistakes are made. That being said, this isn't the first time I've been dissatisfied with Panda. They used to be my favorite spot in Auburn. I don't know what's been going on with them lately, but Panda needs to get it together. $16+ wasted today.

Even though the food is good some of the employees are rude and have a very poor command of the English language, which results in customers getting the wrong order. I give them three stars because the food is delicious but if I get the wrong order 2 out of 4 times I eat there, which is exactly what happened to me, that's not good. I know what many people are thinking, "this guy is a racist, poor Chinese people". But wait until it happens to you. It's easy to adopt a liberal all-ecompassing mindset until the problem strikes you. I'm Hispanic myself, I know how hard the English language is to learn, but if you take down customers' orders wrong, you will lose a lot of them. Luckily for them they compensate for it with their cheap prices, otherwise they'd already be out of business.

Ordered takeout on the phone, but when I got to the restaurant, I had to wait in a long line of people while my food sat on a table getting cold. Make it so when you order on the phone, you pay on the phone so you can get your food and leave, not wait in line. The taste of the food was fine, and an okay value for the price.

BEWARE I rarely eat fast food but tonight had a craving. Wife picked up Sweet Fire Chicken, fried rice and egg rolls. She had to wait due to Sweet Fire being out and them making a fresh batch. Thought because of that if would be great because it would be fresh. Well, we ate and it tasted fine at first but as it cooled it had a very strong deep fat fryer taste. I tree half of it away. Now to my point, and not to be gross, I HAVE BEEN ON THE TOILET FOR 3 HOURS.. Within 5 minutes of finishing my stomach was boiling and I've had diarrhea since. I am literally writing this while sitting on the pot. BEWARE

I like the last few had to play find the meat in the pile of onions and bell peppers. and then I was all excited about the doughnuts that I tried one before I left the parking lot fully(which mean I had just gotten them) they were tough, chewy, and just plain hard to eat like reheated bread. This is the the second time they have failed me. I won't returning to what used to be my favorite Chinese food in Auburn. They have become very cheap.

Absolutely love this place! I have ordered from here for the past 5 years! I've tried other places in town but this one is the best. Their sesame chicken is my favorite! Get the combo with lo mein instead of rice, so so good! And a great price! Portions are great on the combos.

usually i get the mongolian beef lite veggies because they put so many onions in the food and steamed rice.the fried rice is horrible and so is the sesame chicken. about the service they give me different portions everytime . the girl that works there have her kid there with her and she is very rude at times.

They do not understand English good at all. I called in the order and had to repeat myself several times and she kept cutting me off like she knew what I was saying, but she misunderstood. I ordered Kung Pao shrimp and was disappointed to say the least. It was cheaply made with big chunks of celery and carrots as the only vegetable and chocked full of peanuts. I've had much better quality Kung Pao shrimp from places like MKs which came with broccoli, carrots, water chestnuts, etc. and it was much more tasty. My husband ordered sesame chicken and some other chicken and it was fried so hard that he couldn't eat it. He called and they did replace his food the next day it was much fresher but it was still very "bready" and not good. I wouldn't recommend it.

Staffing problem? Or maybe just management...not sure what's going on here, but we left the other day when we were told it would be at least a half hour wait for chow mein. We always love the food and the staff used to be friendly. Whatever's going on, I hope they fix it soon!!!

Love the food go there all the time. Love the service as well. Very clean and organized. Some nights i go in they are out of alot of dishes and other nights stuff is mixed in other food. Like shrimp accidentally fell in the rice and we didnt want rice at this point because of an allergy to shelfish. It was an accident and most of these incedents are at night. But during the day always on point.

I got General Tsoa chicken combination plate. There was no chicken in most of the fried chicken. Most of it was puffed up bread. The only thing that keeps this a three star was the steamed dumplings I got as well. They were great.
