Ate the lunch special and it was fettuccine alfredo. It was dry and looked like it was old. And it was cold!!! Took home spaghetti and meatballs the meatballs were brought to the table before we wanted them to go for my husband . The meal to go was runny and the spaghetti was hard. Not to mention the waitress was more interested in telling stories about her children to another table rather than taking care of all her tables. This is a third bad meal here. I didn't have to pay for my fettuccine but went home hungry and had to cook something for my husband...... my mother in law ate soup can't screw that up@

My family and I showed up at 1115 on a Sunday. And there was already a 25 minute wait. As we were waiting to get seated you could see the servers showing up for work. It was almost like they didn't prepare for the after Church rush which was pretty comical to everyone that was waiting. Once we went to get seated we needed a high chair and the table they put us at was way to close to another table and so we had to move the table around to be able to get a high chair in. No big deal, just poor planning on their part. The server we had was wonderful, even with the rush and the number of people he was handed at the same time he made sure everyone was well taken care of. Because we were waiting for food for a little bit he brought out a free soup for my toddler which was amazing. We all thoroughly enjoyed our food and had plenty of left overs. The portion sizes were quite generous. Despite the amount of people that were there it was rather quiet and we could talk quietly at our table and still hear each other. All in all great food, great service, just need to work on some planning.

All the menu options I've selected, over the years, have surpass my expectations, last night was no exception. Hats off to the chef(s). Though the menu options are the focal point, in my opinion, what makes for an awesome n memorable dining experience is all that takes place and the many employees I come in contact with from the time I arrive to the time I leave. The atmosphere was comfortable and room temperature was just right. Which is very important to me, now a senior citizen. As soon as I was seated, enter Jacob. Welcoming me n my dinner guest with a smile as he introduced himself, I knew we had ourselves one awesome young man to serve us. He was very attentive to our needs (even before we knew them), and though this location was overflowing with customers, inside n out, Jacob made us feel relaxed n assured us he had time for us, especially since I have hearing difficulties that requires me to request for some verbal communications be be repeated (for which Jacob showed no signs of this annoying him). For the manager. on site at the time I arrived at this Pensacola, FL location, to the time I left, please give each member of your team KUDOS!

Great Service! It was my niece's birthday and the server was wonderful! Loved the food, drink and ambiance. The new Lasagna Mia was perfect and so delicious! The prices are all great too, for what you are getting! A must visit!

On a Monday night, had to wait for a table for 2. Hostess said she had to go find someone to "bus" a table. But saw the manager and an employee chatting in the bar doing nothing. Only 1 person at the bar. After being seated the waitress had no clue about the drinks or the menu when we asked questions. The hostess and waitress needs more training. Usually get better service from olive garden. Disappointed.

Good food, friendly staff. I personally witnessed a staff member show great customer service, and patience with a phone order. She was friendly, and answered each question with a smile for several minutes. Although it wasn't for me I can truly appreciate such professionalism. I was well pleased with my visit.

Had a party of 8, the waitress forgot to serve half of our table our soups. She also was too busy to refill our all you can eat salad, We spent over an hour just waiting for our dinner to come. Then, the cook handed out rancid food... the waitress offered us complimentary desserts, but then took forever to give it to us, when we explained that we were in a hurry and just wanted to leave. Normally this place is great... this time, not so much.

Usually the food is good here. But not today. I ordered chicken parmigiana and the chicken was so tough It was like it was tendon. The service was great and this was the only bad meal I ever got here. Also the restaurant is not clean. The bathroom did not have trash lying around but you could tell the urinals had not been cleaned in a while. At the table there was a lot of dust on the kiosk and the window sills and the table itself.

Got the braised beef bolognese and boy what a meal! I've never tried that plate before but it will be in my rotation now!! Might be my favourite after just one sitting! The service is always on point in the dining room, this time I say at the bar and was impressed by the service there as well.

This is your standard Olive Garden. The service was slightly slow when we went. It was a busy Sunday afternoon. I had the unlimited Pasta. I did not like the "new" Ziti pasta. The meatball and sausage was good. Overall you know what you are getting when you go to the Oliver Garden. O.K. Italian with a nice variety of American Italian dishes. I'm still looking for a great Italian Restaurant in Pensacola area.

Its olive garden, breadsticks and pasta. This is the first time I have eaten there in 20years and my memories were fonder. The pasta was dry and flakey like it wasn't completely cooked and the breadsticks were ok. My wife liked her food so it could have been bad luck for mine I suppose

I called in a to go order for soup and bread sticks I got home to find the soup was missing kale completely hardly any sausage or potato mostly water. The next morning I call and speak to the manager who doesnt much seem to care.i stood at the counter for 5 min before a greeting. Someone finally brought the replacement souo and quickly disappeared no apologies. The last few times in it seems the staff hates their job and cant hide it anymore.

Was accidentally overcharged but it was taken care of promptly. The manager table touched which was nice and the all you want pasta bowls were delicious. Try a flavored tea too, so worth it. Yum.

I really love their shrimp Alfredo that they have here. The only thing I didn't like his when I walked in and asked for a menu from the hostess for to go order she would give me one she told me I needed to go to the bar to be able to place an order. I just wanted to give it a glance over and see if it's what I wanted. However I felt obligated once I got up there. I did not like that.

I feel like it's been 10 years since I last are at Olive Garden - and this visit was exactly the same. The decor and the same, the menu send the same. But then again, why change it? The food is consistent - I loved it and are way too much! The salad is just the best. And don't even get me started on the bread sticks! I think we went through a dozen baskets of bread sticks!

My family and I were in last night at about 5:30pm our server was Bryen. Bryen was very nice, as well as had a very good sense of humor! He was great through out the whole service, never letting our drinks sit for more than a minute or 2 before having a refill in front of us, if he let the drink be empty at all! He remembered our orders(never ending pasta) so that when he noticed our bowls getting low he had already had our second pastas already ordered. Checking in with us regularly to make sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our meal. If you go to this location I would definitely recommend asking for Bryen if possible!

Excellent service and food was quite good. Much better than anytime I have been in last 5 years. Spaghetti Carbonara and Angel hair Alfredo with grilled chicken very good. Salad was good as usual and bread sticks fine. We had the handcrafted strawberry passion fruit limenata and was very tasty and refreshing-highly recommend.

Service is great, food is good and the atmosphere is as expected from a big chain. The prices are completely outrageous especially when you have a family to feed. Every time I go the prices are higher. I would rather make it myself or visit a really fancy locally owned place with homemade pastas if I'm going to be paying $15 for a plate of spaghetti. Also, seriously- its time to upgrade those breadsticks!

My wife and I are musicians, tattooed and pierced, they stuck us in the very back of the restaurant hidden from the other customers so no one had to look at us I guess....? Server was nice enough!

Second time in a row that they have been out of multiple items that we wanted to order. Server Diego(?) Acted as though we were an inconvenience to him. Charged a 2 top for a large dipping sauce when only one of us was even having breadsticks and even if we both were, 2 top does not need large. Did not offer to correct after questioned. Let drinks sit empty; we had to ask for refills, etc. Multiple times. Walked past table multiple times during service without checking on us. Took 10+ minutes to get change at end of service. Food we did get was not at proper temp, overly salty and just cross. Horrible experience. Will not give them a 3rd try.

The food was okay. The service however was awful. We had to wait 15 minutes just for someone to come take our order. We both ordered some version of a “never ending” meal and we had to wait 20 minutes after the first one for our waitress to show up and take our second. The restaurant was almost empty and at one point we got up to go to the hostess station to see if they could find our waitress, she was up front chatting with the other girls while us and another table had been sitting for 25 minutes just to ask for some more breadsticks. I’ve never sat in a restaurant for some long without any food on the table ever. Won’t be coming back.

WOW!!! They mix up the payment kiosk on our table resulting in us paying the bill for another table. Now, we are being held hostage while they fix the problem, and playcate us by free drinks or dessert. All of this after mediocre spaghetti and meatballs, sausage pasta, and stuffed mushrooms. Comping our appetizer did nothing to fix the inconvenience. Will NOT be returning, so Macaroni Grill gets my business from now on.

We came during a shift change. The waitress who started us out was on top of things to the end of her shift, and I'm sure she used great communication skills with the waiter who took over for her. It was an easy transfer for us. The food was piping hot, with every ingredient cooked to perfection. We had a trio appetizer with Fried mazzarella Cheese, Stuffed Mushrooms, And calamary. The pasta, salad, and soup was amazing, there was so much food, our table ended up sharing a desert. I definitely suggest trying it, it was the lasagna cake... the waiter even cut it in 1/4 for us. In short, good service with great food at a decent price.

Although our server was great and the food was ok, the managers response to their error was insulting and unfair. We received $50 in gift certificates from our local church. We decided to have an early dinner there for my husbands bday and use the certificates. I asked the young lady at the front could we use the $50 certificates for our meals. She looked and said yes as long as they are not expired you all are good. After our meal and it's time to pay, the managers come over and says Who did you speak to because she thought I call in with the question. I told her no, I asked the young lady up front before we sat down. They continue to talk as if we did something wrong. Your employee that represents your company made a mistake and you should have taken care of it. Not blame us. I even showed the server before we ordered and nothing was said until after the meal. People make mistakes so I am not angry with the hostess or the server. It's the management and the rude way they approached us without making it right for us not the restaurant. I am a manager in a Corporate environment and I would have taken care of that meal because my employee missed up. Then I would have talked to them about the error and informed all team members how to handle going forward. Disappointed in managers.

I want to thank this location for accommodating our party of 25 with only 2 days notice. We had spoken to another restaurant who'd said "That many orders coming out at once would, in essence, shut our kitchen down". This Olive Garden said Yes without hesitation! When we arrived, the tables were all set together and in our own section. We had a main server, Bailey, who received assistance when needed from Chris. They were both stupendous!!! Bailey had a GREAT personality and just the right sense of humor for the people in our party. He was courteous and beyond efficient. He and Chris made sure no glass was EVER empty and they were so patient answering questions about items on the menu. I could go on and on about Bailey and Chris; any restaurant would benefit from employees such as them. All of our food came out at the same time and there were no mistakes. All dishes were delicious! Most of our party were in town from out of state to celebrate a special occasion. We would like to thank the staff at this location for helping us have an enjoyable evening.

kinda bummed to have to say anything negative about this olive garden, because it’s usually so consistently good. our waitress was super nice, but she never asked us if our food was okay. my lasagna frita was too crunchy to eat, the ricotta cheese was even too hard. my boyfriend’s pasta was over cooked, even the noodles. i know how it is at work after a long day, but all the staff were yelling at each other (jovially) across the restaurant and we were surrounded by dirty tables. we went in at 9pm, and that other guy wasn’t lying, probably don’t go to olive garden after 8:30.

Told hostess we didn't want to sit in back in a corner, guess where she tried to seat us. Ordered Mojitos, they were not muddled and tasted like simple syrup. Our waiter was good. Food was served quickly and was tasty, chocolate cake was amazing. Disappointed that the breadsticks were wrapped in a paper napkin, as they got cold a lot faster. Stuffed mushrooms are not what they use to be, had 3 the size of a dime. It is what it is.

Not a good experience. To start, my husband is healing from 2 knee replacements, he doesn’t walk well yet. The hostess took us to the farthest part of the restaurant. I ordered the new mushroom ravioli. Could only eat about half of it. Way too salty. Server kept trying to “encourage” us to get dessert in a juvenile way. The payment “tablet” at the table takes up too much room and didn’t work correctly. It wasn’t a good experience.

My most FAVE place to eat! My husband and daughter took me for my birthday. While I have what I always have, Chicken Parmigiana, I always look forward to a meal from here, no matter if we're celebrating or just out shopping!! I actually tried a new dessert this time. Chocolate Lasagna. Very good....VERY good!! I usually like their cheesecake but I saw this and thought I would try it. AND my husband had them sing Happy Birthday to me, which I usually say no to. They had put my dessert on a platter of sorts and written in chocolate Happy Birthday!! It really was a nice afternoon....the restaurant is always clean and our waitress, I can't remember her name, was very nice and kept our glasses full as well as the bread basket! The garlic bread sticks are a hit with all of us! Their salad is wonderful but I'm the only one who eats it, so more for me! LOL. My husband loves their Pasta Fajioli soup, with bread sticks, of course! Love it every time we have an occasion to go there so I sort of try to make it an occasion so we can go there more often!!

A bit slow, a lot of upsaling(more than necessary) and forgot to bring our take home order. Had to run back in with the receipt to get it. Than disappointed cause just spaghetti and meat sauce and very cold. The buy one bring one home is not worth the extra $2-$3 it costs. But other than that it was okay. Server was friendly. We ate in the restaurant and had a to-go order as well. When we got home we realized they'd forgotten breadsticks and soup for the to-go order. I spoke with the manager and they offered to make it right. Definitely would recommend!

Started off with a bad experience, but the server made up for it with great service. I almost walked out because after giving them my name and waiting nearly 20 minutes for what was assured to us would be "just a couple of minutes" we watched another couple who came in after us get seated before us. My husband quickly asked the host why others were being seated before us, to which the host admitted that my name somehow got crossed off the list. Needless to say, I was instantly upset. (I've actually had this happen to me before at another restaurant.) It was enough for me to walk out the restaurant fuming, since i waited much longer than anticipated to begin with. However, once the host realized what happened, they seated us immediately, and my husband started walking toward the table, so I followed. The waitress was really friendly. She was humourous, and she made the meal very enjoyable. Ultimately, I understand sometimes things happen. Though I don't understand how my name got crossed off the list, I'm willing to forgive and forget thanks to the service provided by our waitress!

Really enjoyed the food and the kindness of our server. We had a group of 6 for lunch during the week and most of us ordered Soup & Salad or another lunch meal. Overall, it was a good experience aside from how long everything took, from breadsticks to ordering and food coming out, though it was hot. Our server may have been new, so we weren't upset, it's just something that could be worked on so that people on lunch can get in and out more quickly.

Last time I went I had order chicken on my Alfredo noodles and literally got a plate of noodles with no chicken I advised my server and he walked away and got a manger I only asked for him to get me the chicken I ordered the manager then said she was going to fix it and it took so long we literally just said forget it and left. I happen to love pasta dishes, so I ordered their chicken scampi! I loved it! Make sure you ask for extra sauce, to keep your pasta moist enough. It comes with a creamy sauce, bell peppers, onions, and of course chicken pieces. The chicken could be more crispy for my taste. However, overall, it's a great dish which is well flavored! Staff was very friendly too! My sister in law had the mushroom stuffed ravioli! It also comes with a delicious creamy sauce. She loved hers as well! We sure had a good time!

Was not impressed. The Chicken and Gnocchi soup had a strong earthy carrot flavor. The rasberry lemonade was watered down. Each refill was more watered down than the previous. The bread came out after we got all of our food. The waiter was friendly but often acted confused. We had to ask the hostess to have someone clean the table better. The waiter was nice and did a decent job we were disappointed in the quality of the food. The so called endless salad was very small and we were never asked if we wanted more. We sat without breadsticks and had to ask for more. The food was more bland then we remember and our pasta sauce was runny. We ordered dishes with shrimp and the tails were still on. For a “fine” restaurant there should not be tails on the shrimp. We also thought the price of food had gone up since last time. It was $22 for lasagna! I think next time we want something fancy we will choose to go to a local place where the food is fresh and made with care.

Ask for a refill on my soup never got it and my son-in-law had to ask for a refill on his pasta it was never offered. We came in at 7 and couldn't leave till after 8:30 waited for the bill and then the waiter to take the bill. When you spend $80 on a male you expect more I get better service at Denny's.

The Trussville Olive Garden is number 1 in my book. I had gone to the Hoover location the week prior, and it was like night and day. The customer service and attention to detail at Trussville is outstanding. The management is always walking around, engaging with customers, ensuring that everything is handled. To-Go was a NO-NO. First time doing OG To-Go and was not happy with my experience. Walked up to the counter and it was 15min before anyone even acknowledged I was even standing there and waiting. During this 15min, there was a stack of 6 salads on the counter and 2 other to-go orders. When the cashier came up, she had the attitude that I was bothering her to even be there. Gave her my pick up time and she told me that being there (5min early) that it would not be ready. The other 2 orders on the counter were also both marked for the same pick up time, and were both already complete. She walked away from the counter, then 5min later, came back , and finally set the salads in the fridge behind the counter. (It now being 15 min they had been sitting out), with not only me at the counter, but a guy, who managed to be coughing all over the place. At which point I noted the 2 metal containers of silverware sitting on the counter in front of the dude, who did not cover his mouth when he was coughing. When my order was finally bought out, it was dropped into a bag and handed over to me. I had to stop in the door way and set my bag on a couch , to even see if all of my order was there. At which point a different girl walked up and hand to hand me the rest of my order. While standing there for the whole 30 min. I had only 1 person inquire if anyone had talked to me, and he looked like a busboy. The "manager" passed by me several times, but not once asked if anything was okay. Oh, and fyi, their health rating has gone from a 97 to a 90. Once we got the food home, both of our dishes were cold. Not "they had been in the car for 5min cold" they were fresh out of the freezer cold. The mashed potatoes still had ice in the middle of them and my husbands pasta was still hard and also cold. Our order, that we asked items to be left out, was also looked over, and mushrooms and olives were included in dishes we asked not to be. Never again.

This place desperately needs to seat parties with toddlers/babies in a separate area. It is not nice when you spend 30 dollars for a meal and get seated next to a screaming toddler for the entire duration of the meal. This has happened more than once. If I had a screaming toddler I would have enough sense to get up and take them out of the building so that other people wouldn't have their meals ruined.

Food is great, but the past two times my boyfriend and I have visited have been very awkward. The staff does not seem to know what they’re doing. My boyfriend asked our server to suggest an entree and he told us that the chicken alfredo is “kinda good”. Okay... The most recent time that we went our server was even more frustrating. I asked her about a menu item that Olive Garden serves regularly and she did not know what I was talking about. She insisted that they did not have it. Come on, guys. The food is always hot and tasty, but the atmosphere is very lacking and the servers are awful. I am not sure if better training or new management is needed. Unfortunately, we will be visiting other Italian restaurants in Baldwin County with better service.

We are Olive Garden fans. This location, however was a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT. We walked in and were taken to a table. We asked for a booth. They were right across the aisle. Hostess said they didn't have any one working that row. Next couple that came on was seated in the section we asked about. Took 10 minutes, literally 10 minutes to take our drink order.. Right after they brought the drinks, I went up front and expressed my dissatisfaction being seated at a table. Both my wife and I have back issues. This hostess was not the one who seated us and just looked at me. So I TOLD her we are sitting at the booth across from where we were seated. I got the soup with my meal. When I asked for another bowl, I was told it would be a little bit, that they had to WARM some more up. Brought my next bowl right in front of the entree. Had to keep waving the server down when we needed refills. Very lackluster environment. The server was polite when he was addressing us, just had to get his attention to get him to come to the table. The tea was old and cloudy. If I hadn't looked over the bill well, I would had been out over $7. They charged me for a desert that wasn't suppose to be charged.(birthday pie). I'll go back to Decatur. This one really let us down.

The food is always good. The only problem was we asked for a booth when we first entered. They said none were available. When they sat us at a table there were 2 open right next to us. Then they immediately sat someone at one. We brought that to the attention of a couple of people. The manager came to talk us. We did get moved to the booth as we first requested. The front people need to understand the guests should get what they ask for and not have to fight for it.

Usually we love Olive Gardens. Today (Mothers day) it was a complete disappointment. Starting with no bread, then the stuff mushrooms appetizer... not cooked well, dry, no flavor. To the dinner, chicken alfredo.... pasta not cooked well, not enough sauce to chicken kinda gummy, chicken/shrimp carbonara, pasta not cooked, no flavor. It was really disappointment all around. Maybe they were overwhelmed with customers.

The manager here is amazing. We had them cater to our wedding and everything went off without a hitch! All the food was fresh and hot. We had everything you could think of. Lemons, cheese, croutons, we didn't need a thing they provided everything. And the presentation for everything was very clean and extremely well put together. Nothing was messy.. Tonight, my boyfriend convinced me to sit at the bar. I am usually against sitting at the bar, I figured the service would be subpar. WRONG. I was very WRONG. Tyler & Ashia (I hope that's correct!) are INCREDIBLE bar staff & waiters. Both of them were very attentive and friendly, we enjoyed watching them mix drinks while we ate, the food was incredible, and they were saying it was very busy tonight, but they were killing it. Tyler gave great drink recommendations, as well! We will be back at the bar! Thank you Tyler & Ashia (again, I hope that's correct!) for great service. Keep up the incredible work!

Our waiter, Casey, was wonderful. The food was good and plentiful. The only reason i put 4 stars instead of 5 is because we witnessed a petulant little fit by a waitress named Mariah, where she didn't receive a tip. It was a terrible display in front of customers. I then witnessed how she treated her other table and was not surprised by her "no tip" issue. She should perhaps get a refresher course in courtesy and customer service.

The server actually brought me stuffed mushrooms with the largest mushroom cap empty of all stuffing. I had to ask for another serving which came to me undercooked. The new party seated next to me were brought breadsticks right away, before they even ordered anything. I had to ask for breadsticks. I felt bad, and I left.

This review is for the location in Alabaster, Alabama, and mot for the location in Hoover. The location in Hoover would not score as high of a review. The Alabaster location has excellent and timely food service. Each time we have visited the food has been very fresh and hot. We never have to wait for drink refills and salad and bread refills. The servers are always courteous and knowledgeable about the menu. We actually live closer to Hoover but drive to Alabaster to eat at this location in order to avoid the Riverchase Hoover location.

Hands down the absolute BEST dining experience I have ever had!!! Our server (John was his name I think) was utterly amazing! Very attentive but not pushy or annoyingly present and extremely friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. It's a side of Italian Sausage (1 or 2) in marinara sauce. With 2 bread sticks (which are usually no charge) you have a meal. Add pasta and/or salad at home and you have an even bigger meal. Find a-la-cart or side dishes in your favorite restaurants and make a meal.

I hadn't been at an Olive Garden in over 10 years. Got curious to revisit when l ran into their website. I was impressed by the technology used. Check it out yourself! Ron and I really enjoyed the food there. I had a seafood linguine, he had a chicken parmesan, both were served promptly too. I live the easy check out! A stand alone pad on our table let's us order food, check our bill and pay without a waiter. This features speeds the process and guarantees our credit card isn't copied. There are trivia games on the pad too, pretty entertaining!

It's always hard to sensibly review from a chain, but I rate this as a ove the average for Olive Garden and I like Olive Garden. Service is better than average. Parking, including handicap access, is excellent. Food is a bit above average, and the building is also better than average. I tried a new dish, Zoodles Primavera, which proved to be worth it. All in all worth the 5 stars.

The lady and I love Olive Garden. This one is just like many others around the nation. Experienced no issues whatsoever and plan to have them cater our upcoming wedding. Prices are higher than what you'd pay in the lower 48, but that is the same story for just about everything in Anchorage.

This is an always good and consistent place to go. You know exactly what you are getting when you go there. I'm having to watch what I eat, so the soup and salad is great. And it's a meal because they keep bringing it. There were several dairy free options for my daughter. There are several imaginative drinks. They have a full bar and beer and wine. I opted for the long island ice tea. They didn't seem to mind using an alternative ingredient for me either.

The service here is amazing! Hector was our server. He was upbeat, friendly and served us quickly. The restaurant was very very busy but I heard one server say to another "teamwork makes the dream work!" It reminded me of my own work and how hectic things can get. This is a nice Olive Garden location overall - clean, friendly employees, good service and decent enough food. However, and this isn't the fault of the restaurant itself but the chain, make sure that you aren't being charged extra for games at your table. Our receipt showed an extra charge for games on our terminal, it turns out that some people/kids will tap the tablets as they pass by and activate a charge. Just double check and you'll be good!

Came in and was seated promptly. Table and area was clean. Bathrooms were clean. Server was knowledgeable and nice. My 2yo was being a 2yo and wanted my coke as opposed to his Sprite so without being asked, she brought him a coke. Food was delicious. I was sad they no longer offer the steak gorgonzola but they are now offering a sirloin and alfredo instead which was delicious! Husband got the seafood dish with veggie noodles. It also was delicious. Wish we had tried the buy one, take one deal but didn't see the advertisement until after we had ordered. Will return!

It had been a while since we visited an Olive Garden and it was a bit disappointing. Didn't quite understand how a zucchini pasta was more expensive than a regular pasta dish. The bread sticks were a hit or miss sometimes hard as if they had been sitting out for a while. Their Get One Take One was about the only positive thing they had going on.

Got some serious food poisoning from this place. Waitress was great, hostess was okay but i don't know what went on in that kitchen. My husband and i went out last night to this place to eat together for the first time in 24hrs. Left went to bed and woke up seriously sick. My husband was vomiting violently cause him to throw up blood. Me as his pregnant wife got sent to labor and deliver for fluids and to stop my contractions being caused from my stomach trying to empty. We didnt see each other all day and only had one meal together at olive garden. The next day were both in the hospital for food poisoning instead of in church.

Went on last night to celebrate my husband born day the wait was 45 min to an hour. I know it was a busy night night due to prom and other celebrations which was fine! I order wheat pasta like always but a different sauce i order 3 cheese marinara. When we got our my order was wrong the waitress came back to check on us a few minutes later I asked her did she write down the right order she told me what she wrote down. I told her I order the wheat pasta she apologized and offered to get it remade. I told her it was fine the wait was already lengthy enough and to top it off the sauce was horrible it lack seasoning! The salad had a lot more dressing than usual which was very disappointing because that's the main highlight to ME

I personally had a bad experience I got mac&cheese it came out cold I asked them for a new one cause it was as cold as my drink and they microwaved it and gave it back. That's sad like they screwed up and wouldn't just give me a new one but reuse a mistake?! How much they charge they should NEVER use a microwave.

Usually I love Olive Garden and really enjoy going, this time it was different. The young kids cleaning the tables were messing around and not doing there job. My chair and our table was still dirty. The girls at the reception, were talking to each other and forgot to tell my company that I was already seated, when he came out of the restroom and it wasn't even bussy. Our server and service was good, given that it was his third day and nobody was there to assist him on a Friday night. The soup was tasteless, the appetizer was overdone. The rest was ok. The pay machine at table was not working at all, we had to wait around on the waiter after we were finished. Might not visit this location again. It's sad used to be the first location I ever visited.

My wife and I love Olive Garden. But this visit want one of our best. The service was good and I feel we got a good value for our money, but there was a big mistake. I would expect a restaurant that mainly serves pasta to know how to cook it properly. I ordered ravioli and several of them were undercooked. They were still hard and difficult to cut. The sauce and fillings were great, but a hard ravioli rounds the dish. I will still continue to go, but I hope next time my food is cooked properly.

Last night Feb 11,2019 I had a wonderful experience. However I am disturbed by the lack of support team members received by the manager (perceived as being absent). The waitor Devon served about 50 customers singlehandedly. Where was the manager? She didn't even tell us they ran out of ravioli until I spoke to her about how well Devon did his job. He did tell us but while we were waiting on our food. I'm traumatized that a manager and one in a leadership position was never even seen unless asked for. Food is always amazing. Thanks Devon you truly are a rock star. Leadership is perceived as being lacking.

The restaurant was not busy and we recieved the worst service I believe I have ever gotten anywhere. We sat near the bar with our 1 year old and waited about 12 minutes to even be greeted. At this point, we were ready to order, but the server only took our drink and appetizer order. He came back with appetizer and no drinks. Then the bar brought us our drinks (just a coke and water) but there was a fruit fly in my water. Took another 7 minutes for the server to come back and get our food order. At this point I asked for a new water and for my husband a refill. He went back to put our order back and bring out our stuff. 10 minutes later we get our bread and salad. No drinks. I am very thirsy at this point and we try to flag down anyone in the restaurant but everyone was too busy in the corner talking to the bartender. We waited another 20-25 minutes. No one came to our table, there was no manager in sight and they were ignoring our table. It was awful. We are from restaurants and know how things can be, but everyone in the restaurant turned a blind eye to us. And the breadsticks were hard. My 1 year old didn't even want to eat them.

Sat there for 10 minutes waiting for our waiter to take our order. Finally comes back brings us dirty plates takes our orders, brings us a bowl of salad, still have no plate, no silverware either. We get our drinks, we have no straws, still have no silverware or plate. Salad just sitting there. After about another 10 minutes we finally get bread sticks. We get our food and my wife potatoes were warm at best, my tour of Italy chicken was crunchy. After we finally ate everything, we asked for to go drinks, he took our bread sticks and never came back. I waited over 5 minutes with an unhappy 1 year old until I finally just got up and left. I definitely won't be going back to this location anymore

I was trying to get help from her since another manager, Patrick, recommended I call her at a certain hour the next day so she can help me. Wow...just wow. I have never in my life been so talked down to in my life. I'm definitely not someone who demands the utmost respect but this manager was just downright awful. She repeatedly kept telling me the same information multiple times like I was 5 years old all while not listening to what I have to say AND talking over me. By the end of the call my problem was NOT solved and she hung up the call on me (I was being extremely patient, unlike her). It took me awhile to believe that what actually happened...happened.

My girlfriend and I went to this location this evening and had an amazing time. The food was bomb as always and our server, Marisa Z, was out of this world. She was on the ball without smothering us one bite. We learned shes only been with the company for 3 weeks and it's her first serving job. The place was also packed. I was a server for a couple of years and it would've been my guess that she had at least as much experience as me from her service and welcoming presence. I'd you guys come here do yourselves a favor and ask for her. She deserves a raise I think

I was quite disappointed with the meal my granddaughter and I had the other day at Olive Garden for lunch. The prices were quite high for lunch as well as the kids meal. I was also unimpressed with my pasta, as this spaghetti was quite Bland. My granddaughter was not impressed with her meal either. We will not be returning to Olive Garden. If you want Italian food go to a real Italian restaurant!

Most of our food was good. After 15 minutes a couple came in ordered got their food and was almost done eating before we got ours. The zucchini primavera was uncooked the broccoli was as tough as ice and the zucchini was extremely crunchy. Did not receive our kids meal that we ordered they came out pretty quickly with a full order of chicken alfredo which was good but not what we ordered. We were offered one free piece of cake for all our inconvenience. By far the worst experience we have ever had.

Tonight I'm going to have to go with the three star. The Manager Sean stepped in to make a bad situation better. Sean recognized that his new employee Matthew learning the ropes during the rush may not have been a great idea. Could Matthew have done a better job, I don't know. He was overwhelmed and over his head. With time I'm sure he will get better, the potential to do so is there. He was apologetic and continue to offer polite customer service. The waitress offering him assistance may have made things worse. There are times when we may need assistance but by doing it on our own we learn quicker to right the wrongs of our mistakes made. This was my first time visit maybe I'll go during the week when there's less of a crowd.

We were able to sit in the bar area as it was a very busy night. The all you can eat pasta my son ordered was over cooked. My steak was virtually raw when I asked for medium. They took the steak back and brought it back completely murdered. It was now a very well done steak. The manager comes over and apologizes then insists on remaking it but it comes out as raw as my first one. By now the rest of my dinner is cold and I'm mad. They comped the meal an2f sent me home with yet another remade steak. I've never been so disappointed in Olive Garden. I won't be going back here for a while!

Several staple items have been removed from the menu. If you always order the same thing and haven't been lately, better check first. The mushroom sauce that took the place of the sundried tomato sauce (Ravioli Portabella is no longer offered) is ridiculously salty. Had to send it back. The bread was hard also.

I’m usually not too impressed with the food at The Olive Garden. It is slightly above average, and this location was not different. However, what really sets the location apart is the atmosphere and service. It was mellow spot with the typical Olive Garden decor with a few upgrades that gave it a little more sophistication. The servers were great. In fact, one server named Melanie was exceptional. She went over and beyond while helping us with 2 or 3 separate situations. I left out feeling good about my dining experience. Usually when I leave The Olive Garden I have an indifferent attitude. I felt different about this location.

This is an always good and consistent place to go. You know exactly what you are getting when you go there. I'm having to watch what I eat, so the soup and salad is great. And it's a meal because they keep bringing it. There were several dairy free options for my daughter. There are several imaginative drinks. They have a full bar and beer and wine. I opted for the long island ice tea. They didn't seem to mind using an alternative ingredient for me either.

Ever since Fazolis shut down it's really the only place to go get a decent chicken marinara, Fettuccine Alfredo, or any of the other popular Italian a dishes that we enjoy here in America. Tried calling to make reservations a week ahead of time, was told they dont take reservations only call ins the day of, then I call 3 times the day of and Im told I cannot call in ahead of time and I have to show up and wait. We order online most of the time. I always get the salmon...and it is seriously the best salmon I have ever had. No other places that cook salmon compare in Tucson. Not even Red Lobster. I like how it is consistently good, too. Also, considering we mostly order online e and pickup, the order is always right.
