Absolutely love this place for breakfast. We have never had a bad meal and if something wasn't right it is fixed immediately. Lunch is always great. Love the homecooked style meals. Great veggies daily.

Mother Mary's is a great place for breakfast. The portions are large and everything I've had there is good. Food is reasonably priced. The restaurant is small and can get crowded.

First time visit and will be the last. Very poor service. Waitress had bad attitude from the start. Delivered two Waters in her hand and had wife's Oj in her front pocket! Should have walked out then, but didn't! Big mistake! Breakfast was horrible! Rubbery hash browns, microwaved biscuits, omelets were terrible, at least the two bites I had! Grits were undercooked, OJ had brown tint with no exp date on bottle with dried pulp in bottom. No, I am not a constant complainer....only when food and service is the pits! Restaurant in poor shape, menus torn up, no straws for drinks, only put 1 star to leave a review! Just don't understand how anyone could leave those five star reviews! Go to Waffle House!

I have been coming to this lovely lil diner for about 3 yrs now. Was referred to by someone whom had been coming for over 20 yrs. Absolutely love it here, come 4 days a week for breakfast. My coffee is on the table before I even come thru the door. Mrs Jackie is a very good waitress. She's very much a people person, fun loving, great with the kids and actually genuine! Come here for a peaceful sit down or a good cutting up with Mrs Jackie. Enjoy your home cooked meal! You come here once you'll end up being a regular like me!

Omlete was great but service was very slow. I wanted to update my review. I have been there about 6 times now for breakfast and the food has always been great. I have added a star because the 1st day I was there must have been an off day for them. The service speed was normal the other times.

YUMMY! Down-home country cooking. Small restaurant, so sometimes there's a wait, but worth it! Breakfast is great, but you gotta try the works burger, i think its the monster burger.... unbelievable!

Finally decided to go in and try this morning. food was okay, pricing wasn't horrible but our waitress! Who in the world rolls their eyes when an elderly man is trying to joke with you? She wasn't friendly at all. When she brought us our plates she seriously sat them down walked away brought back our ticket within 60 seconds and never said a word. Not a, can I get you anything else? Is everything Ok? NOTHING!!!! NEXT time she approached the table was to get the plates then asked my father if he wanted more coffee (after we were done). She did however seem to take good care of her regulars. May try lunch one day but not anytime soon & definitely won't dine in.

I've had breakfast here twice in about five years. The second time around, I remembered why I had not been back, tough bacon, watery grits, bland everything. This experience reminded me of the food served as the complementary breakfasts at some cheap hotel/motel chains, but without the complementary bit. I also have to echo some of the complaints of others concerning poor service and how run down the place is. It's unpleasant smelling and dilapidated on the inside. It's hard for me to imagine why anyone would give this place five stars. I'll give it two stars. I didn't get sick from it and the utensils appeared to be clean.

For a place that is always busy my visit was a true disappointment. The service desires some major training. The restaurant was empty when we got there yet it took several minutes to be acknowledged. I ordered the special of the day chicken pot pie since the restaurant advertised home cooking. Once I got my food and can drink the waitress left the check, and that was the last time she came to my table. My food consisted of frozen vegetables, boxed mashed potatoes, and I'm pretty sure the gravy came from a packet. I hope the breakfast is better than the lunch, but I don't think I'll return to find out.
