Was once a good experience. Server never offered the bread and after a while returned to tell us there was no ribs left, all this after a mix up with the pager waiting on a table and the server at the front desk never even replied when we asked her about our table. The manager never even came around the tables asking how things were. We used to visit 2-3 times during our stay. We wont be back.

I've eaten at plenty of steakhouses, and I usually avoid chain restaurants if I can, but this was a fantastic steak! I don't often finish my entire steak, but I certainly did this time. The appetizer and the sides we're perfectly done and delicious as well. Our server was awesome too. She was very attentive without hovering and also extremely pleasant. My husband and I very much enjoyed our meal.

My husband and I stopped in for lunch while waiting on mother to have surgery. My husband had a hair in his salad. The waitress didn't act like she cared. Spoke to the manager he didn't act like he cared too much either. Steak was kinda bland. Salmon was ok. Waitress didn't show any personality...and I'm a server I know what a good one is like. I am really disappointed with this choice and feel kinda cheated out of my money...

We had an excellent meal here. Our server was new, but great. She had worked at other chain restaurants previously. I have a roller walker and need to sit at a table. We asked the hostess for a table and she acted as if it was a big inconveniences to set up a table for two people. Except for the hostess, our experience was very nice.

My steak came out cold and tough. Manager came and apologised. I ordered a different cut but by the time it came my fam was ready to go. Not a good experience. A $25 ribeye should not be tough and cold. The place appeared dirty. We won't be returning.

Unfortunately today was the worse experience in this place , as i sat on the bar the bartender name Jordan R make me want to leave this place , horrible bad attitude towards me and others. Never offer refills, never clean up the bar counter , roll her eyes when i ask for water ... Totally carried the name of the company to the floor . Valerie Foster never check on us . Great atmosphere. Very friendly staff. Our server, Karey, was awesome. She was very welcoming as if we were guests in her home and not customers at all. She checked on us often, so we were never left to need anything during our meal. Our meals were delicious at a great value. My husband had the Longhorn steak, my son had the NY strip steak, and I had the salmon. We enjoyed fancy steakhouse meals without the fancy steakhouse pricing. We will definitely return and request to be seated back in Karey's section.

Wow. Great food and great service. We arrived without making a reservation but only had a 5 minute wait even though it was busy. The T Bone steak was fantastic. Being British, I don't like giving tips unless for exceptional service but this was exceptional service. Our drinks were always topped up, the bill came quickly and we were generally looked after.

I've never had a problem with this place. Staff is very nice. Never had a bad meal. Food has always come in a good timely manner, never had to wait too long after ordering. Orders are always cooked the way we ask for. The wait can be long sometimes but it all depends on the time that you go. Parking sometimes can be a hassle but again it all depends on the time that you go. Bar is nice too. Chairs are quite comfortable. They will change games if something you are wanting to watch isn't currently on. Overall, very good experience every single time I come and will continue to come in the future.

We didn't enjoy our last few visits here and give it several months in between before we try again, hoping things have improved. Our biggest issue is they don't ever get our steaks cooked right. They're never how we ask. Well, we decided to try again mid week and grab a quick bite off the lunch menu, thinking service would be fast since people need to eat quickly so they can get back to work. That wasn't the case, even thought there were only a few tables occupied. Our waitress was extremely slow, and we waited about 10 minutes before she came to greet us. She was surprised that we were ready to order everything, but we did have 10 minutes to look over the menu. We all ordered some form of chicken. After our food arrived, we didn't see her again until we were almost done eating, no 2 bite/2 minute follow up like many restaurants do to see how the meals came out. It's too bad because we would have let her know that all of the chicken was very dry. After another lengthy delay, we finally got the bill, but she never came back to take our money. We ended up having to go get her from the bar area, where she had been standing for several minutes. We finally paid and left.

Their Prime Rib that supposedly is fabulous was horrendous. Medium rare which normally is very tender was hard as a rock. The sweet potato was a disaster, burnt and all but was eatable. We asked for soup and it never came. The glass of wine was old wine, several days opened bottle. And the waitress was a disaster that told us she only worked there 1 day a week, like telling us the restaurant was no good. What a disappointment! Do not recommend.

Called at noon today and they told me they dont take reservations but they have a waiting list. Party was for 7 people and we got here at 7:15 and waited an hour before being sitting. We asked the manger how much longer and he told us that they were cleaning a table from a party that called at 8am. What happened to no reservations??? Manger brought out some starters for us and the food turned out great. Betty was our server and she was awesome, very sweet.

This restaurant offers an extensive Gluten Free Menu, and advertises they can make anything from the menu GF. The waiter was nice, the place clean, the food was good, but definitely cross contamination occurred in the kitchen with my food. If you have Celiac or Gluten sensitive, be aware they don’t have a dedicated GF cooking space.

It was a pretty good dinner. My husband and I ordered the smokehouse wings and Texas onion petals for apps. For dinner he had the firehouse steak and I had lamb. We both enjoyed his steak and the lamb was so so. The lamb was covered in the sauce it comes with which I had known I would have told them to put it on the side. My lamb was swimming in it. Server was nice but was seriously lacking. No refills unless asked for, no check back on food satisfaction. The resturant floor was digusting with paper and various other things laying all around. Half of our food came a good 10+ minutes before the other half. Had to get my medium steak recooked because it was way over done, dry, and chewy. Looks like it sat in the heat window for a long time. 10 minutes after the server tossed my replacement steak (which was way under medium)on the table in a rush with no apology or anything another server brought my actual recooked steak only to see I had been given the wrong replacement steak. Probably someone else's order. Server never came back to check if the replacement was cooked right either so I ended up just eating the few parts that weren't completely bloody. :( Very bad experience. The whole table was disappointed especially since we were celebrating a special event. I used to work for Darden and this is not even up to their standards at all and I will not be back.

Super slow service, and food was brought out cold.... I asked if onion peels could be a side with my steak and was told yes but then charged an additional $4. I don't mind if there is an upcharge it would just be nice to be told, also the onion peels were cold when they came out so that didn't help. I did ~really~ the long pouraragrita, it was a great value (basically enough for 4-5 margaritas). The bread was also delicious and different than I had at Longhorn previously.

I was skeptical about going since it was my friend’s idea but man! What a day well spent. She had steak with mashed potato and macaroni which I shared and I ordered lamb chops that came with spinach and mashed potato. The pricing was very fair. The place itself is pretty nice,cozy,dim lights and the service was super fast. I sure will go again.

The ambience of the restaurant is brilliant. The menu choices are superb. We went on line for vouchers and got a free appetiser when one main meal was ordered. The pork chops are enough for two people with the app it ion of one side. This made the value for money extremely good. The staff and service were great.

My first time at this location. Longhorn usually does well but today they were off their game. We both ordered the chicken strawberry salad (and soup with mine) and when they came out a good while later there were toppings missing, no dressing, and no spoon for my soup. The service itself was excellent (thank you, Crystal) so maybe it was that the cooks hadn't had their coffee yet. The food was good once we received our dressing.

Horrible experience. First asked for a table and the hostess put us in the bar at a booth. Our wait person was the bartender who had enough to do making drinks for the entire restaurant. SHE WAS EXCELLENT. The food was terrible. It took forever to get and the steak was so salty it wasn't edible. The chicken wraps were awful. Maybe it was an off night so we ended up just leaving with food uneaten. The bartender was concerned but she doesn't cook the food. It would have taken longer to fix so we just left as we had already been there an hour and a half. Hi

This was our first visit and it was a success. We were seated and our server was soon at the table. That was a good sign as the place was very busy. We ordered drinks and they were prepared and brought to us with little wait time. We both enjoyed them. After placing our food orders we relaxed a bit ans soon the steaks were placed on our table. My NY strip was cooked to my medium well perfectly. It was tender and juicy. I was quite pleased. My wife was just as pleased with her ribeye. The salad was very good and we liked the warn bread loaf. We enjoyed the meal and will return.

Our waitress seemed uninterested in serving us but was very bubbly towards the other guest that were sitting down. The food was actually not that great for the price. While I understand this is a corporate chain something can be altered when it comes to the customer service given by the waitresses. I work in customer service myself and tonight was poor service to say the least. This place would be great if they could work on the service and the taste of the food.

I placed a to go order at the Manchester location. I drove from Windsor with three children who had all managed to fall asleep on the ride. To go orders are to be picked up at the bar, I called in and explained this and they graciously brought the food out to me. Did u mention it’s Saturday and clearly a FULL house! Very pleased with the level of customer service I received.

We came in with a party of 12 after a long day of the theme parks. The food was perfect and quick!! I could not explain to you how great full we was because we were starving!! Julia and Heather did a great job and worked very well together. The filet was not overly seasoned which I have this happen at a prior location. We were quite pleased :)

Food is very good here - visited this place three times. Staff are a bit hit and miss, one waitress was appalling literally throwing the plates at us then when the bill was given to us could not have been nicer - probably due to wanting a tip. Yet two other waitresses we had were fantastic - despite our one bad waitress the food is so good so all is forgiven.

Don't usually rate but make the exception for here. 4 people crammed onto a table for 2. No cutlery when mains arrived. No space on table and one of our beers spilled onto a meal. Pointed this out to the waitress, she asked did we wanna order more beer??, no help cleaning up or replacing anything. We left and settled the bill and nobody asked did we enjoy etc. Don't waste your time queing here. The steaks, the ones that beer didn't spill on were very salty into the bargain.

The longest part of this was the wait. My daughter and enjoyed fast delivery of our appetizer and meal. We were not expecting the portions to be so large, however everything was very good and hot. The service was excellent, until we wanted a bag, then all of the staff was busy. All in all, it was a very nice meal.

04/23/19 Was there this evening the waiter young Hispanic Male black hair I would say good looking was on it! He gave us excellent advise on many menu items that were delicious. Before we could ask for a refill or anything he already was on it. The manager also came by the table to check how everything was so that is always nice to see. The ribeye is delicious so give it a try. All around a great experience from the Manager to the Chef to the waiter good job.

I celebrated my 27 anniversary with my wife Mary last night at Longhorn steakhouse in Montgomery, and what made it so special to me was, my 18 ounce ribeye was cooked to perfection but my wife's was not prepared like she asked, and without hesitation or knowing that it was our special day, the manager instantly had another steak dinner cooked and prepared for Mary, and this time hers was perfect. Throughout this ,the entire staff was professional, respectful,and courteous. Thanks again for everything.

I just finished having dinner here for the first time. I wasn’t sure what to expect and was nervous to order steak because i’d never ordered it before. I like my food well done but really didn't want a dry chewy steak. I asked my waitress Ingrid for a recommendation and it was the most delicious meal ever, it was well done but still very juicy! Filet was tough on first attempt, they replaced it with a better cut of meat cooked correctly. Unfortunately that meant one person eating after everyone else was done. Fantastic steaks seasoned flavorfully but can be done light if you ask. Broccoli was delicious in the lemon butter well cooked, stuffed mushrooms are delicious for mushroom lovers. It is a steak house and you can get up to 22 ounce cuts, so the cost can be expensive but for three drinks and an appetizer came about $100.

Not your typical longhorn. I watched the hostess walk away from people multiple times confused why people were not following her. Maybe greeting people first would help? The server did not fully understand the menu and had a difficult time explaining the offerings. The server also didn’t understand what “medium rare” is. For the first time in 100+ longhorn visits, I had to send something back. The manager brought the steak back out and both parts of the side and the steak were missing. I understand this a busy tourist location and they don’t need to focus on service as much since most of their customers won’t return but even for that mentality, this was extremely poor service.

Well prepared steak and lots of options. They had an excellent allergen menu. I have a few food allergies, so it can be difficult to eat out sometimes. The server said they use different pans and utensils to prepare food for people with allergies that are color coded to identify the allergy. Takes a lot of the stress out of eating out when you know that your meal won't make you sick.

From the moment we entered the Longhorn Steakhouse on W 192, Kissimmee, FL our visit was exceptional. Greeter was friendly, waiter was So great & food couldn't have been better. Very disappointing, we ordered four meals, each meal had something wrong from missing food to being cooked incorrectly. All steaks were either cooked wrong or completely burnt on the outside tasting like charcoal! One of our meals we had ordered mash potatoes and the mash was cold... I must say, I had a great experience. this was my first time coming here to LongHorn steakhouse. I can honestly say that experience walking in the door was very pleasant. the hostess was very courteous, she guided me to where I needed to be for my to-go order. I proceeded to the bar where by a gentleman told me he'll be right with me,. He came with my order within less than 5 minutes greeted me again and I was on my way. I paid with a gift card that was given to me on my birthday last year I finally used it lol

The service and food was excellent! The wait was terrible; an hour and a half. And that was after we had been called them the day before to ask what we could do to reduce our wait time as we had a large group attending (12). Apparently another group had come in 45 minutes before us and stayed almost 3 hours (over $600.00 in food and drink and left $11.00 in tips. Totally rude on the patron's party which has become well known in some quarters.) Still not to be seated as many others came in after us were seated (albeit small gross of 2 to 6) when we had called the day before and arrived 15 minutes before they specified was not desirable. As a result of that experience we will not go again as a "large" group. The manager was very gracious and even provided free appetizers to our group to help with our delay. The waitress was professional and very kind. Other than the wait the experience was wonderful!

When the change came I got the incorrect change & I ask the waitress to correct it & she told me it was correct when it was only five dollars i was missing. We eat there regularly as this place is 5 minutes from our home. Usually, there is less than 10 minutes waiting time. Service is generally friendly, but not always the fastest. The usuals (steaks) aren’t always the same quality, however I would call the food quality overall good. The few minor drawbacks are tolerable in my opinion. Generally, I would still recommend that place for having a dinner, just not the finest dinner or a first date or whatever...

I placed an online to go order and when I arrived to pick it up there were a few items left out of my order. Unfortunately, because the waitress went down the itemized list while loading my bag, I didn't pay close enough attention and didn't realize until I'd gotten home that I was missing half of one of my meals. I called and spoke to a manager, who was not only apologetic and took full responsibility for the mistake, he replaced the missing food with freshly made food, and offered gift certificates for our next visit. Mistakes happen, it's how the staff/management handles them that makes all the difference and they exceeded my expectations. 5/5 would recommend.

The last few times I ate here the food was not that good. My filet mignon was tough and it was cooked Medium which is how I like it. My salad was full of brown lettuce. My Mom ordered a drink which was never brought to her. The server could use some additional training. The front receiptionist is rude. The people that work there seem really unhappy...no one smiles. I don't think I'm going back for awhile

Many of these revues complain of over seasoning, when I complained of the same on my steak I was told by the very rude manager, that “if I did not like seasoning I should have mentioned it!!” The Medium steak was covered in a salty crust, burnt and completely inedible. The wait for a new one was over 20 minutes, after which I could wait no more,I left hungry. On a brighter note the waitress was extremely professional and apologetic for the initial wait for meal and then the issues. My food was removed from my party’s bill.

Arrived typical wait about 40 minutes. We got seated by a nice server. A bit rushy, but considering how busy they were I could understand. Party of five order food. Two of the orders came out first mine appeared nice, but chicken very dry. My broccoli took awhile to get to me. I had finished eating. All but two orders were correct. Two of orders sent back because the steaks were not hot. Also, bacon added to potato when asked no bacon. Our group knew exactly what they wanted so we ordered everything up front. Manager came out apologized for the mess up, took the 2 dinners off bill. Manager also said she was going to deduct off all bills, but did not. Although we did appreciate the birthday song. My cousins left dissapointed and hungry because all they eat was a salad.

I went during lunch time, when they were not as busy. Nonetheless, I took my wife to LongHorn Steakhouse because she love their Ribeye steaks. There was no wait and we were seated as soon as we walked in the door. Our waitress name was Jennifer and she was great. I never got to the bottom of my glass because she was there with a fresh glass of tea. When our food was ready she was busy and another waiter brought out our food and as soon as she was free Jennifer was right back to check on us. I have never been to LongHorn Steakhouse but because of Jennifer I will go back. This is is just my opinion but if you want a great LongHorn experience ask for Jennifer.

Was recommended to this steak house for our last meal in Orlando .We had a warm welcome ordered our food and drinks, the salads were lovely the low point of our meal and what spoilt it for me was my prime rib medium cooked steak was served cold they took it away to put it on the grill it returned Luke warm one end and still cold the other it was again taken away and seared hot and medium .We had desserts which we where told would be complimentary but were charged for them once we had a word with the waitress she returned with an amended bill .I would think twice about going back

My husband and I go to this location occasionally and it never disappoints. We were seated immediately and our order was taken. My husband got a HUGE ribeye and I got a 6 oz. sirloin. Both were cooked perfectly. Our salads were tasty and we both got asparagus with our steaks. The food and service were both great!

I have been eating at this restaurant for years and never had an experience like this one...the server that my family and i had never looked us in the face she didnt make any suggestions and she rudely and abruptly walked away from our ordering when she had seen someone that she knew she went over and seated them..and came back to us we were already upset being seated for about 30 - 40 minutes already when in fact the individuals she had seated she braught there food to their table his steak had to be cooked 3 different times first one overcooked second one overcooked third one he said that he could deal with it...my wife called the manager over and explained the manager was very respectful and highly concerned about our feelings of the experience that we were having she went to the back and said our order was ready we had been there over an hour so i was quite hungry and upset...however the manager was very helpful and she remedied the situation...Thanks..for hiring a manager whom was a professional people person......however the server is not very well in the customer service area...trying to protect the servers job i only focussed on some key thoughts and not sharing my whole experience.....

Me and my mother went to this location around 3pm. Was pretty empty. Waiters just kept passing by no hello. No look or I’ll be with you. Just kept passing by. After 20 mins of just sitting there we decided to leave. On top of the fact that my booth was really dirty. I’m talking about pieces of steak . BBQ sauce all over the chair. A really bad look for longhorn. 2nd time I’ve tried coming to this location. You won’t ever catch me at that spot again.

This is a very unique Longhorn steakhouse. The food is always similar to all the others in the chain but the staff is always different. They have never been rude but also never top notch either. It looks and feels like you are in Longhorn and maybe Waffle House at the same time. The better cuts of steak are fine here but stay away from the sirloin. It always is tough and barely edible. Other steak restaurants in town have a much better sirloin. I presume this is because the back of the house staff is similar to workers out in the front of the house. I have had good and bad meals here. When it is bad, you will get a cursory apology but nothing else. Haven't seen a manager on any of several visits. They always ask if I need a drink refill rather than simply bringing a refill when it is noticed that I need one. They act like they are wanting me to say no each time I ask.

Giving Longhorn a "5" star rating is unusual for us because we've been to the Waterford, CT restaurant and the most we could give was 2 stars. Today was a wonderful and delicious experience. Our waiter (Josh) was attentive and knowledgeable...the food was delivered hot, (I know that should be a given but wasn't at the Waterford restaurant) and absolutely delicious. We had prime rib (perfectly cooked) and the Grilled Chicken sandwich was so good! Such a wonderful dining experience. Thank you to the chefs/cooks and the wait staff.

It's been forever since I have eaten at Longhorns. Never make it to that side of town. Had a gift card and decided to go. We had a choice of Longhorns or Olive Garden. We made the right decision. Service was great. Our server Brittany was terrific. The food was delicious. Nothing fancy. Ordered chicken fingers, hamburger and the parmesan crusted chicken. Everything was cooked the way we ordered and served hot the way we like it. Will definitely go back

Went 10/01/2019 around 6pm with my fiance for our 6th anniversary after reading the great reviews & they did not disappoint. Had to wait a bit to be seated but they were not overly crowded but our server, Brittany, immediately came over & greeted us & took our drinks & appetizer orders. I had Flo's filet & he had the prime rib. Both were perfectly FABULOUS!!! Brittany was VERY attentive to her entire section! She's awesome! We could only afford to tip her the minimum but she deserved the max plus some. This is our 'place' now. We shall return!

Tonight I wanted 2 Outlaw Ribeyes with onions and baked potato. Outlaw steaks were sold out. No green onions for the baked potato. No bread available. The cauliflower au gratin was a crunchy mess and it was cold on the bottom. You probably need to revisit the cauliflower recipe to make it more appetizing.

However, I guess that with the change of staff', so does the change of service. For the past two weeks', our orders wetre wrong. The manoger did, however, compensate us for our inconvenieces both times . We will still patronize Longhorn because it is a fine restaurant. .

Not a good experience this time around. The waitress seemed to be very rushed. Churrasco steak was extremely greasy and undercooked (first time) and overcooked after I asked for it to be seared a bit more. The sweet plantains that the dish included were really bad (gummy like). In Orlando for conference and decided to eat here since I had a gift card. My co-worker and I are both glad we did. We went around 630pm during summer so there was a wait. It wasn't too bad, maybe 15 minutes. Shay was our server and she did a great job. We had the White Cheddar Stuffed Mushrooms--so good. I had the Flat Iron Steak cooked to perfection and my friend had a half rack of ribs which he thoroughly enjoyed. He also loved his baked sweet potato. Could not have been happier. Saw a manager on the floor making sure things ran smoothly. Thumbs way up

Went on Christmas eve for an order pickup, that was probably a mistake as the place was super packed and literally no one paid attention to me after the hostess sent me to the bar..(to be fair, they had more customers they could possibly handle that night, so, i was just one more face in that sea of people.. they deserve some slack) although I literally had to go in the waiters area in the back to alert someone that my to go order was getting cold by the bar... other then that, food was good! Will definitely go back, just not during holiday season.

My overall experience wasn't great. I took my daughter's out for a birthday dinner and although there food was great my food was not. My ribeye steak was cold, tough and dry. They forgot the grilled onions and mushrooms that were supposed to be on top of my steak. The waitress tried to overage charge me for drinks. I wasn't even offered dessert before my check was dropped off at my table. The best part of it for me was the perfect margarita long pour. So apparently You can fake steak cause I wasted my money I didn't even eat it. It was so tough and dry I couldn't make myself chew it long enough to swallow

Well, it started rough because we're a party of seven and we had to wait about thirty minutes. When we finally arrived at our table, our waitress approached. She was very unfriendly and threw the paper coasters at each one of us. I just looked at her! My dad, a navy veteran, complained to the manager. The food was great! We still gave her a tip! We didn't let negativity spoil our trip.

Its been 6 months since this incidence yet I am still UPSET about how this went down. I took my family of 8 to dinner. Called at 5 to see if we could get a reservation for 6. The Hostess said they had an hour wait time but could probably seat us around 6. So I packed everyone up and made our way over. Saw the hostess at 5:45. She says we will need to wait until 6:30 so we said, thats fine, its a busy night and we are already here. 6:30 rolls around and she says, okay, the tables are really not moving so Im thinking more about 715. At this point we are all starving and said, its okay, we will just order at the bar. So we order 8 meals at the bar. We get our food at 8pm an hour later. And a table actually opens up as we are leaving. There is no one else waiting for a table so we ask if we could eat our meal at the open table since we couldnt eat at the bar (baby in tow). Hostess says NO, because we already ordered and paid at the bar and the table is for dine in guest. Worst service ever!! We got back to the hotel and ate our meal. Three of our meals were missing something whether it was a baked potato or fries. Just a complete mess.

In Orlando for conference and decided to eat here since I had a gift card. My co-worker and I are both glad we did. We went around 630pm during summer so there was a wait. It wasn't too bad, maybe 15 minutes. Shay was our server and she did a great job. We had the White Cheddar Stuffed Mushrooms--so good. I had the Flat Iron Steak cooked to perfection and my friend had a half rack of ribs which he thoroughly enjoyed. He also loved his baked sweet potato. Could not have been happier. Saw a manager on the floor making sure things ran smoothly. Thumbs way up

Perfect margarita was anything but perfect. Guess they forgot to add the tequila...Wife had the berry sangria and even that was well below par. So nope, no on the drinks there, sticking to water. Appetizers was the firecracker something which was pretty good and served pretty quick. Server was nice and attentive for the most part. Main dish took a bit to come out. Thought it would be quicker since coming close to closing time..wrong..however once the food did come out it wasn't bad

I always enjoy Longhorn! I suggest the strawberry salad that you can have as a side to your meal for a small upcharge. I also discovered that this location does accept reservations, which can save you a long wait.

It took us several attempts to try this place because, each time we would go, the wait was over an hour even earlier in the evenings and we would leave. We lucked up and got in last week. We both ordered New York strips and they were seasoned and cooked perfectly and served hot. The sides were delicious as well. Our server was attentive and took great care of us. A great experience! We will definitely watch for the parking lot to be less crowded again to stop in. It is obvious why they are always busy.

We had a rough start, our order was very similar to another table and we were shorted items and given a way wrong steak. However, without hesitation, the staff made every possible gesture to ensure our happiness, including cooking a new steak and providing a shareable desert for my wife and I on the house. It was the greatest comeback since the Patriots vs. Falcons Superbowl
