This a very affordable place to eat, and it's a lot of food. I usually get two delicious meals out of a two-entree box with noodles and rice for 6 dollars including tax. The workers are very efficient and are nice people when you engage with them in conversation. They're going to have order by phone real soon too.

Been to this place a few times but never again after this last time experience. I Decided to take my family out for lunch and at checkout I was going to use Samsung Pay which uses NFC (like Android Pay & Apple Pay) but also uses MST hardware which it works exactly like a paying with a card. So I place my phone to where I thought you slide your card and it didn't work. So the one employee told us it wouldn't work. We tried explaining to him it works with credit/debit card machine. He then start to raise his voice. So we just decided to give him my brother's card. With that they swipe it with another card machine. I know it works I tried it at a few places even at a place with an older systems (Design World across the street). But he the employee handled it was not right and really rude. It made me never want to eat there again. I am not upset about my phone not working but just how we we were treated.

The restaurant is filthy. So I started ordering out. The employee who answers the phone put me on hold then comes back and then on hold and back and then on hold yet again. They charged $2.00 for all white meat and still used all dark meat. They offer free items if you spend a certain amount and then conviently forget to include it with your delivery even if you remind them that you get a free item. Takes 80 mins to get delivery and it's not hot but like warm. Used to be really good but it has gone down hill big time. No one in charge to complain to so your forced to eat what they bring you... Don't chance It! Don't order from them. China Luck is much better and you get what you pay for!

Food is good 70% of the time and budget friendly. Food is 30% not good when not fresh. Staff are warm and friendly and the environment is not the cleaness in the world but it's good enough. On a scale of 1 to 10, I'll give jwok a 5

I usually like this place , but i called to speak with a manager about my service today and she refused to give me her name .my soup was cold and the dumpling sauce was loaded with crushed red pepper flakes, it was awful, i went back in and ask for the old sauce that they use to have only to receive the same sauce again! I dont think i will be going back!

The food was good but not the best variety on the buffet. All main entrees were chicken. If you want beef or seafood price rises dramatically. Most " menu" meals are $9.95 up while buffet was more modestly priced.

The food was delicious, the location is convenient to I-20, and they gave us lots of samples. Everything we sampled was great! It's not a buffet, but you can select items from the counter cafeteria-style, so it's quick. Prices were very reasonable, too!

I live for these crab rangoons. Fried rice has a funky aftertaste but yum-yum heals all and the hibachi is great for the price. I really like the spicy honey chicken as well.

I called for delivery was told to call back in 5 minutes when I call back in 5 minutes was told to call back again after I asked if anybody else was there to take my order they gave me to another man I placed my order it took them an hour and a half to get my order to me and the food is cold and taste horrible will not be ordering from here again

Don't order from here. Food Nasty and when requested my food to be replaced by owner he made me send him a pic then after I showed him the food wasnt touched he then argued why he not giving me my money back. Rip Off.

Straight no chaser. (Didn't know they delivered so I was excited for the experience, so keep in mind this was a delivery order) Phone experience 2/5 - not pleasant but I've ordered Chinese food long enough to know their time is money. Delivery 5/5 - fast and the young guy was very polite! Food steaming from the bag. Taste 10/5 - I ordered the lemon pepper wings, honey mustard wings, egg rolls, and a side salad. Tasted wonderful and had enough for left overs. Food Poison -10/5 - woke up near DEATH like I had walking pneumonia. Lucky for me I have experienced food poisoning before and know what I could get to cure it. So that's the fairest rating I can give. Taste was epic, the food poison prevent me from coming back. Play at your own risk!

They were out of most of the stuff I liked, limited the amount of crab you could get and didnt even have any. Mixed up my sisters order and we live too far to go down and fix it so i had to deal with her meltdown and couldn't enjoy my food. Food quality was sub par at best. Certainly gone down hill since the last time i ate there.

I spent over &25.00 on their honey chicken, veggie lo mein, and crab ragoons, the only decent thing out of the order were the ragoons! the honey chicken was barely coated in what looked like a sugar syrup concoction which had no flavor whats so ever, my veggie lo mien tasted as if it was boiled in nasty week old dish water. i really expected more from this establishment, seeing as i order from this place all the time.

Food was on par with what you can expect for food court style Chinese food. Some items were somewhat underseasoned. The big advantage of this place is the massive amount of food you get for the price. I'll definitely be back. I would rate higher except for the underseasoned items.

Price is right, food is typical Chinese style buffet. I cannot comment on the made to order. The food sits on the bar and, unless you visit during a busy time of day, isn't the freshest, or up to temp. Portion sizes are fair and I like that they'll allow you to get rice & noodles as your side.
