It took 20 minutes to get my food, there were 2 other people waiting also. There were only 2 workers & the manager working. I understand that it takes time to cook the food, especially when you are short of help. But 1 of the workers was on her cell phone constantly, while our food just sat there & got cold. Food was good, I don't live around here, so I want b back. But I do recommend this Krystal to travelers.

I ordered 34 krystals and a small fry. Did not get the fry and only 4 of the krystals were made correct. My husband is disabled with seizures daily. I called the store to let them know and after 25 mins they called me back and told me that they would only replace the krystals that were not eatten yet.... What was my family supposed to do...LOOK AT THE KRYSTALS..... I WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN!

For a quick bite Jack's is good. I met my husband there for lunch and still got back to my office before the 1 hr lunch break was done. The food was tasty. I got a burger and fries and ge got a chicken dinner. The menu has a variety of food to please everybody. I will eat there again. Yes, I would recommend.

Cleanliness is peace of mind. I ended a long travel day by going to one of my favorite places to eat while out of town. Since it was the end of the day, I opted to dine-in at the establishment's dining room. There wasnt many customers in the establishment, so getting a table should have been a doozy but this wasn't the case today. 2 tables were occupied by other patrons but the remaining un-occupied tables were all dirty. After being seated at a table only to realize it was all sticky, I ended up going back to the service counter to ask for a carry out bag because I no longer had a desire to eat in the filthy dining area. I asked a young lady behind the counter for a bag and she handed it to me with attitude because I was complaining to management. I could care less if she was angry because as a paying customer, I have a right to eat and enjoy my meal in a comfortable and clean environment. The food was good but the dining area left a bad taste for me.

And then were told we were waiting on the sunrisers (breakfast) all and all 34 minutes of waiting. Horrible customer service. Employee was on the phone and only one other working. She then got upset bc we were complaining and she was interrupted on her phone that was oh so important. Why be at work if your on the phone?

Jack's for lunch today one of my favorite places to get a good buger, today about 12:15 pm I I ordered from drive thru , so when I got my food , I opened my bag a the first thing that I saw was a long hair ,so I sent the bag back and pull down like the cashier ask , but I decided to quickly go inside the store or and watch. The lady that was making the buger unwrapped the buger that was sent back and proceeded to put the same buger in a different wrapped to send it back in the same bag. I was standing at the front counter watching and I told her that I didn't want that buger I wanted a fresh buger and fries. The thing that gets me is that the on duty manager Jessica S. never apologized , never said a word until I ask for a manager . I was already irritated about the situation and she mad it worse when she got loud and walked off.

I used to eat their breakfast a lot when I lived off campus. It's very good for the price. The managers and employees there rose about the rest of their nearby competitors. I can just speak about the breakfast. I rarely went there during the day or evening. I didn't go much after they built their new building, so I can't comment now. I just ate at the new Jack's on 69 South a few minutes ago. All was good.

We usually love Jack's! Today we had a terrible experience! The cashier was distracted. The manager was instructing an apparantly new cashier, not kindly. She seemed confused as the manager rambled on. Our buns were hard and the meat was overcooked and dry. The bathrooms, both male and female were dirty. I had to ask for paper towels to replenish the ladies room. This was our WORST experience at Jack's ever and it's one of our favorite restaurants! We were at 1200 Hackberry Lane Tuscaloosa Al 35401. First time I have even been in Jack's and got crappy service. The store was not busy at all, one person was ordering when I walked in, after his order I was never acknowledged and the employee walked off. I stood there for almost four minutes before someone came and took my order. At this point I had to wait seven minutes to get my bigger jack combo. Atleast my order was correct but the poor lady that ordered after me was still there waiting for her order, I had time to sit down, eat, and put my tray back up and was leaving and she was still standing there at the counter. Also while I was sitting down eating, several employees were fussing over what needed to be done and cooked. Overall this was my first bad experience with any Jack's but this will will keep me away from this location

Don’t expect them to have anything you want. I’ve been to jacks many times (only because it’s right next door) and they are always out of food, milkshakes, etc. Today I went and they told me they can’t make food that requires GREESE. It’s fast food that’s like everything on the menu. On top of always being out of food, the staff is extremely rude. They act annoyed when you have to ask for something new because they are sold out of what you want. I’ve ordered food before that came with mold on it. The food always tastes old and leftout or is just bad.

Probably the most unassuming location for a great restaurant - in an industrial park, but definitely worth finding. The dining room is limited in seating and reservations are a must. We started with the Bistro salad and the crab & corn chowder...both great and the chowder is a specialty of the house. Our waiter, Ashton,was knowledgeable about the menu and recommended a good wine for dinner.

Visited around noon today. I’ve never been to a jack’s before, but I was visiting a friend in the hospital and it was right down the road. So I figured I give it a try. I got 2 pieces of chicken and a biscuit, and let me tell ya, it was the best chicken I’ve ever had. The biscuit was moist and tasted fresh out of the oven. Jack’s chicken put KFC’s chicken to shame. The staff was very helpful in suggesting what to try, and explaining different menu items to me. This establishment had an almost Chick-fil-a customer service atmosphere to it. Keep up the good work jack’s in Opelika.

And the manager was talking badd about the night shift She said " Those kids work at night shift are lazy a** They can't do sh** right". I'm assuming he was the Manager as he was walking around checking on tables, but what stood out to me was that an elderly man was having trouble carrying his coffee to his tables, without hesitation, the manager hurried over to assist. If I could go below one star it would be my vote. Absolutely horrible from the first words uttered by the drive through attendant to the 27 minute wait for the food. Only one person was working in the back while the other individual had a lovely conversation on her phone. Then when told to help she carelessly throws her phone onto the food preparation area. I will never go back to this establishment.

The rudest front counter person ever! She messed up orders and took food off another guests tray and put it on ours, then got mad when I said can I please have something that didn't come off someone else's tray that they touched!? She got mad and said "all these customers have attitudes today." And continued to cuss and talk about guests out loud for the whole restaurant to here over and over. Won't be back. The manager didn't even say anything just agreed with her and continued to talk about guests with her. These people should be fired! This was around 12:30-1:18pm Tuesday October 1st. Our church usually goes to the Odenville Jack's on Sunday night. We went in ordered and got our food within a reasonable time, however our pastor stood in line approximately 15-20 minutes with no services others in line left because line did not move at all, another member left went thru drive window came back in to set at table and the line inside was still at same people while member left went through drive thru and came back in. The older gentleman said he would not be back. I also ate there after morning church . when I know it's a lot more people eating and the crew does a good job, but this is ridiculous at night when it's not so crowded. I think the manager (Ms.Looney)has an attitude of not caring if she serves her customers. Also, want to give a shout out to Ms. MARY. She is so sweet! You've got a gem of an employee there if everyone did their job like her you would have the most successful Jack's in Alabama!

Wow! To our surprise, the chick nuggets and chicken sandwiches are very tasty. We never eat at Krystal's, mybhusband received coupons in the mail and decided to try the nuggets. O tried them as well and they have a really good taste; different from any other nuggets we've tried. We went back again today to try the chick sandwich and got 4 nuggets. My husband thought the sandwiches were tasty amd filling. He loved the vanilla milkshake as well. He is planning to use the other coupons.

Ok so I had to rewrite this review because of a horrible experience today. So, we sat in the drive through for 30 mins, but I guess that can be attributed to crowds. However, the customers waited 10 or so minutes to be served at the drive through but it gets worse. We ordered 2 large combos and got small fries, we came back to point this out where the woman INSISTED these were "large" (they weren't, picture attached!) And swapped them for a noticeably colder (like ice cold) more stale order of the same small fries. Went to Moody location and got fries there, the pic comparison was of the small (red) fries we got in Odenville vs ACTUAL lg fries we got in Moody. We still got charged for (pic of receipt attatched also) large combos though. Service inside was also super slow and the employees didn't seem to care or listen. Won't be back for a while, awful.

My girls and I went to Jack's for lunch before their cheer camp. Their service was great!!! Food was great and very hot! I was getting all of our drinks and Mrs. Betty seen I was struggling and came to help me, also she checked on every table to make sure the food was good and to see if anyone needed sauces or a drink refill. She had the most positive attitude and really helped calmed me down bc I was worried about leaving my girls for cheer camp for a week in a different town. All the staff ware very friendly and quick to get our orders out. The place was packed with cheerleaders, moms, coaches, and regular customers but the staff handled it beautifully. Mrs. Betty deserves a raise and some kind of award for being so sweet, kind, and her positivity spread on to everyone else. The other moms with me noticed as well and we all agreed shes a very special lady and needs to be recognized for her great attitude and great customer service! Thank you Mrs. Betty!!!

The staff at this location were very courteous and kind. The service was fast and prompt. Items on their morning menu, for what they are, tasted good, though they unsurprisingly felt a tad oily. This specific location has an easily navigable parking lot, and the entrance and exit to the premise is ample large.

Jack's has tasty meal options at pretty cheap prices. You can get an entire meal including grits, eggs, gravy, bacon and biscuits all for under 5 bucks. I've had a few instances where my food was not in the bag and I had to either return or forfeit it. And when I tried to call them (about 6 times) no one would answer. Its not enough for me to give up on it but it was just frustrating. But the prices and heartyness is why they are getting 4 stars

It's the southern version of White Castle and the chili cheese fries are amazing. The miniature onions on the burgers melt in your mouth and if you show up wasted and puke on the floor in the middle of the night you don't even get a second look from the employees because it happens at least 3 times before sunrise.

This location has always been unkempt, bordering on rude service, and always takes triple time to get "warm" food. Although I did appreciate the fresh fries, the overall experience of this location hasnt improved in over 5 years. I'm not going back.

Good food at good quality! The cheeseburger was fresh. Coleslaw was perfect and so was the chicken. Wasn't dried out and very juicy and the batter was amazing. Reminded me of good home cooked fried chicken strips. The shakes we're to die for. Greated with smiled and we'll taken care of! Great atmosphere, also.

We buy lunch there about once a week, and occasionally breakfast if we are passing through. I like the breakfast special, lot of food for cheap. Good side parking lots if you have a RV big truck or pick up with trailer. Small restroom. This store is very busy on Sunday morning, traffic wrapped around the building and sometimes backed up into hwy 411. Also a lot of churches buy large orders in the afternoon and evening, so if you want chicken in the evening on Sunday call ahead and order or you will have to wait. This store usually is well staffed . And seems to have pretty good management. The ranch dressing is awesome here .

Service was amazing...I had to wait on tenders. But the young man Josh brought my food out apologize and was very polite. I ask him was he a manager he said yes sir. I told him to keep up the good work. He stated our number goal is to please our customer. He is truly a people person an he really made my day. He ask How was our day? We told him great. I ask him how long have he been in management he told me over 15+ years total not with Jacks. I told him to keep up the good work here and we will see him next season for football. Thanks Josh.... This Jack's is in a convenient location for both locals & travelers to stop in for a quick bite to eat. During our most recent drive thru visit we experienced a problem with our order. The menu item was replaced quickly, however, we were not refunded for the additional charge that was incorrectly added to our bill. I would recommend that you are sure to check your order & promptly bring any issues to the attention of the staff.

It was excessively busy when we came in just a little after 8pm, so we expected a bit of a wait for our order. While we were waiting in line, we couldn't help but notice the irate, angry stares from the cooks in the back that clearly said they didn't want us there. Our server, Paige, tried her best to get our order right but was very quiet and obviously flustered by the rush. Ericka the manager seemed to be the only one moving with any real purpose, which is why we didn't have to wait terribly long... but when we received our two large iced coffees, one mocha, one caramel, they tasted basically the same: like brown ice water. The chicken sandwiches that we had were fine, but the two big jacks (both pictured) were filled with hatred and malice. Puddles of mayo and ketchup everywhere, a tiny strip of lettuce, onions flopping everywhere, and pickles crushed into a tiny pile. So, out of everything we paid for (four sandwiches altogether, large fry and two large iced coffees) only two sandwiches and the fries were actually edible... pretty steep for $22, which they failed to give us a receipt for.

They took 30 mins to get my meal ready. We ordered 12 krystals and 2 fries. Then after the order got to me, the fries were cold. I would recommend driving across to the other krystals in town.
