Today I went in with a friend and ordered two cheeseburgers with fries. I waited an hour as my waiter kept coming by to tell me it would be a few more minutes about 6 times. I watched as several tables who came in 15 to 20 minutes after me were served their meals. This marks the last time I visit IHOP.

I ordered the egg white veggie omelette and a Belgian waffle, my husband ordered French toast and an hamburger omelette. Everything was delicious! We topped our waffle and French toast with some delicious pecan syrup! The service was ok, we were seated and waited 20 min for someone to come and take our order. We ended up getting up and sitting in another area because the waitress in our original area ignored us multiple times.

I was pleasantly surprised how fast the service was considering how busy they were. try the crepes they are wonderful. they have a choice of chicken Florentine,strawberries and cream,nutella and bananas and traditional that has bacon,ham,egg and cheese in it.

The place was really empty for a Saturday morning being an IHOP. The service was a little slow. but I'm guessing since its in Alaska that they don't get big groups like us very often if any at all. The servers were fast and very polite. Overall I think this was one of the better IHOPs.

IHOP was hopping!! I ordered the philly cheesesteak with fries and my companion had the big steak omelet with those delicious buttermilk pancakes! Every thing was delicious, we topped the pancakes with butter pecan and strawberry syrup... Our waitress was nice and attentive but not over bearing. The wait time to be seated was approximately 5 minutes. They were really busy, especially on Sunday morning. Once we were seated our orders seemed to come so fast I'm not sure how long it took. I would definitely recommend.

The host, Jeff and my server Joseph A. were awesome, attentive, courteous and accomodating. As for the food...it took forever and I don't care how far in the weeds you are, I should not have had to re-assemble and try to keep intact, my (cold) cheese burger with 7" romaine leaves (stem end) that had black rot in the middle!!!

We waited a while to be seated. Once we were seated, we waited again for a server, who didn't identify herself, to take our drink orders. After waiting again, we received our orders in pieces over a span of approximately 12 to 15 minutes. We had issues with cold food and never got refills. After we finished, we waited another bit of time before the server appeared to ask for to-go boxes and checks. The food was great once it was corrected, so we enjoyed that, but not so much the service itself.

Great customer service! When asked about the never-ending stack of pancakes, was told we just missed it by a week, but that they offer this feature among others often. Decent coffee with a variety of creamer flavors and automatic pancake condiments & lunch condiments on the table. Was seated quickly to a clean table. One breakfast, one lunch ordered at brunch hour with dessert & all three were reasonably priced, prepared in a timely manner, & tasty.

This is the only surviving location for miles around. The store is always crowded, pretty much around three clock, but the food and service has yet to suffer during my visits. I have had brought multiple friends and family to eat here. None of which have had anything bad to say about the food or service. I will continue dining here as long as I am in the area.

Each time that we have gone to this location of IHOP we have received excellent service. The waitress that we had the last time would check the level of our beverages quite often. We tend to empty our glasses several times during a meal but yet we never had to ask her for refills, she had a refill for us before our glass was empty! The food is consistently well prepared. I do not remember a time that any of our orders had a mistake or was sub par.

Ordering using the app, which sent my order to a location clear across town. Braved rush hour to get there (took an hour) and it still wasn’t ready. Pancakes were missing, and the whole meal was disgusting and cold. I’m 35, and that was probably the worst meal I’ve had in 10 years. Complaints to the app and through email were ignored.

The last time I'd been to the TC IHOP was several years back and I swore I would not go back. Well, they remodeled and it is MUCH cleaner. The service was attentive and fast too. I got pancakes w eggs, bacon, and hashbrowns. Aside from my "over medium" eggs being very well done, everything was cooked perfectly and tasted delicious. I went for the kiddos but wasn't disappointed.

Went in on 4-18-19 ordered a Southwest scramble and a side of hash browns, I received a plate with a half portion of hash browns (I know this because they brought my wife an actual side of hash browns) and some scrambled eggs with cheese and ice cold sub par salsa dumped on it, the menus says that that dish comes with potatoes,onions,and bell pepper. I asked the server what happened they gave me some song about how since I ordered hash browns they didn't put any of the stuff into my dish. I was charged 11.99 for a plate with three egss and a tablespoon of cheese then? They said they would have them make the part that was missing by the time I got the rest of the ingredients the dish was supposed to have the eggs were ice cold, the food was inedible. Absolutely garbage experience I left there hungry and angry. It's not like I expected AAA grade from IHOP, but I would at least like to receive what I ordered in a timely manner.

Worst resturant i have ever been to in my life! Only one server in the whole restaurant, She was also the one answering the phone for to go orders. The three Cooks in the back took a good 30 minutes to "cook" my burger and forget the bacon. I put the quotation marks on cook because it was completely pink on the inside! took another 15 minutes to get the waiters attention. Buy the time I got my food back my whole family had finished eating. Completely unacceptable i will never return to any I hop.

Steel wheel laundry cart is mandatory for use too & THEY push it up & down most days! Water is hot for showers & a.c. cold. NO place to eat breakfast close by but place is good for the money!

I will say the staff is great. Here for a week for work and every morning I ate here. Food was great prices are higher but that is Alaska. The only thing you have to watch for is the big water puddles in parking lot. But then again that is a Alaska thing they are in everyone's parking lots.

My dining companion was upset that she'd found hair in her meal twice. The her food was replaced and the meal comped. I said my pancakes were perfect and was willing to pay, but the staff would not hear of it. We were very well taken care of for such a small issue and the waiter was unbelievably gracious. IHOB is a well known franchise around America. Serving the best burgers in town, they not only provide great service but they also have juicy burgers filled with flavor. The line up of burgers doesn't stop there though. Providing a huge variety of toppings and ingredients, IHOB has truly shown their colors on how to make a wonderful burger. Food was great but are server was not on her game and very forgetful of what we were asking for. One of the young other servers was very informative about the city and sights to go see. We usually like IHOP but i wish i could remember our waitresses name as she made it hard to enjoy the meal due to waiting for her to bring things at wrong times and wrong orders waiting for utensils and butter while waiting our food got cold.

We had breakfast at ihop in Mobile Alabama and were treated so well. We were seated right away although it was crowed. Everything was great. Everything was plated nicely and the coffee kept on coming. Kudos to the gentleman who served our table. He was kind and very patient.

IHOB? When I'm looking for breakfast I'm looking for the International House of Pancakes! The BreakFAST Sampler is perfect if you want a little of many items for breakfast. Got the special 2 pork chops 3 scrambled and 3 pancakes and well my pork chops were undercooked had to ask for the sides I ordered which was grits and bacon the pile of butter they put in middle of pancakes wore a hole down to my second pancake which made them soggy my grits were not soft and fluffy they were rather hard textured we also ordered a burger plain with bacon and burger got sent back because they added cheese so evening shift cooks on Monday night need to pay attention my waiter was attentive!

Any time I’m on this part of Airport Boulevard, and I have the time, I’ll bounce in and order a stack of pancakes. Always a treat. They can be quite busy, so you may have to wait for a table. I’ve been eating at this one for almost 20 years. Never disappointed.
