They advertise oysters on the half shell on the website and I'm store menu. Parents drove 2 hours to come eat oysters here with me. We learn they have not served oysters in a year and a half after we had started eating our appetizer. I can understand if your just out. But, advertising a specialty that has been discontinued that long is misleading. I contacted the matter on the FB page and was ignored. They do not seem to care much about customer experience. The food we got was fine but we ended up paying for things we did not want.

Would not recommend. Service was awful. Ordered a drink 20 minutes later still no drink. I told waitress to cancel it. She said she just put it in! Really then she said sorry I had to close my three other tables. Food came out at the shelf it sat there about 4 minutes. Food and appetizers came out together. Just had water to drink and was almost afraid to drink it lol. But then she ask if I wanted manager I said yes. She came and just made things worst. Only thing she did was take the appetizer off. I wouldn't be surprised if this place last another year. You all have been warned!

During Super Bowl 2018, so take this for what it's worth...the service was HORRIBLE! I usually tip 20% plus and that's on the total including tax...if the service is even just good. This poor girl was a wreck and therefore only got $5 tip tops. The service was awful. The food however was hot and delicious. It took over an hour to get our food and the place wasn't full. No excuse for this low level of service. Enjoy the pretty girls (90% dark skin American woman). Just a casual observation.

With Hooters you expect to have good fun and somewhat ok food. However, this particular franchise location isn't really either. Last time we went it took almost 10 minutes before a waitress came to the table (I timed) and it was 1pm on a Thursday. When she showed up finally she told is it wasn't her fault. The food wasn't what we ordered and was a bit cold when we got it. Their chicken wings are almost the worst in Huntsville (about like most on any franchise's appetizer menu). If you want great wings in Huntsville AL try Baumhauers, Beauregard's, or Crickets. All are far better.

I’ve always loved Hooters love the beautiful girls and the food,but last night I did not like my food.I ordered phillycheese steak with onions rings and made it the Texas way and my sandwich was not steak it was ground-beef. It was nasty! If they ran out of steak they should’ve came out and told me I would’ve been happy to changed it to chicken giving the circumstances that it was late and they probably was tired and ready to go home.

I use to love Hooters. Maybe it's just this location but I found the wings and buffalo shrimp barely edible. On both occasions the original wings tasted oily and had enough sauce for 200 wings. I don't normally complain but I asked for ones that were lightly sauced and they brought back the same thing. I feel like I threw 100 bucks in the trash.

Mediocre. Been to better Hooters. Server was very distracted. She didnt even give us her name and when she took our drink order she was ready to take our food order. Barely saw her on the floor and she took forever to take our order, bring our drinks, and then at the end of the meal asked if I wanted a refill. Having hot wings, I kinda wanted a refill for my drink so I said sure and then that took forever.

Overpriced. I was told onion rings would be a $5 upcharge for 6 rings, not the tower. Had to ask for more ice for my drink cause it was warm. Had to wait for fries cause they were cold. Then they tried to charge for the chicken, fries and 3 mile sauce instead of the combo I got. Just a $5 differance.

Sat at the bar. Worst service I've ever had. Ordered a beer within a few minutes ordered a hamburger, 45 minutes later the hamburger never arrived. In that time I saw two bugs walk across the bar. It is only the second time in my life I haven't left a tip. Paid for the beer, spoke with the manager, and walked out.

The staff does the absolute bare minimum, when ordering was informed certain chicken wings were not available and items you can get at any other Hooters they would not allow You to order. The other Hooters in Tucson is outta buisness and unfortunately this one isnt far behind them.

In the last 2 years or so this place has declined during lunch service. On my last visit my boneless wings had been tossed in the wrong sauce and the wings and fries were cold. My drink was not refilled until the check came. This place used to have some of the best bar food, and best service in Huntsville. I used to go here once a week or so, but that is no longer the case.

I was disappointed with the service. They weren't busy when we got there. We were seated immediately. As soon as we were seated, an entire section cleared out and the crowd started lining up. Meanwhile they took our order and got our drinks. The tables were still not cleaned and the crowd was still stacking up. They brought our appetizer within 20 minutes of us being there. Tables still not cleaned people still lining up. It was one hour before we got our food and the tables were still not cleaned and no one was being seated...The wings I got were flavorless and the wrong sauce was on them. I ate 3 and we got out of there as they finally cleaned the tables and started seating people who weee, needless to say...Restless.

I knew I should have asked if there was a separate charge but she said it in a way that insinuated that it came with a side. Anyway, when the bill came I found out the hard way. The longest time to receive our food. We watched as tables were seated after us started eating before we received our food. The manager Rico was very unapologetic!!! We have a hour lunch. I work 5 minutes away. We paid cash, did not receive a receipt and did not get compensated as promised by Rico. If I could give a negative I would!!! This Hooters (Huntsville) is what it is I guess. It has had a cleanliness problem for as long as I can remember. I do think this management appears to be trying to address it. But because it wasn't for so long, it is likely hard to get it where it needs to be. They need to rip that building down and build new. Then before anything else, teach every employee how to clean. Now the good ... the smoked wings are amazing!

It was very noisy at 4 in the afternoon. Our waitress was quick in taking our order. We ordered wings, nachos, and a burger with ice tea to drink. Drinks came promptly. Food was a different story. We waited 45 minutes for our order. Our waitress stopped by once to refill drinks, and came back later to let us know that it would "only" be a few more minutes. I love Hooter wings, but this is the second lousy experience at this particular location. I won't be going back. I only gave it a 3 because the food was good when we finally got it!

The food took nearly 40 minutes, and the beer took 15 minutes because they had to wash cups. Calvin who was the manager on duty was just sitting around talking to the girls doing absolutely nothing. That is not how a manager should run things. The only reason I gave this Hooters 2 stars is because our server, Maci, was very sweet and hard working. Edit:Let me start off by saying I came here last year and they were out of smoked wings and fries. I come back a year later and they were out of French fries and tots. The manager is doing the girls here a disservice by not having these things stocked. When Kristy/Christy, the manager, came to our table she blamed the person ordering the food. YOU ARE THE MANAGER. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY. She discounted us 10% and that was it. No comps. Totally unacceptable. A manager should never blame other staff when it is their responsibility.

Amazing fried pickles! I got the buffalo chicken burger and it was AMAZING. The waiter was nice as well, although the name was on a napkin the whole time, I can't seem to remember her name, I want to say Hannah? Extra ranch with no charge as well, which is always nice. My dad got 10 wings and snapped those up quick, he says the wings are the best! He got lemon pepper and garlic parmesan wings, 2 of his favorite. I would highly recommend it for friends, but of course, be aware of the outfits if you aren't comfortable with females wearing less than normal. Sports were obviously on, including bowling, basketball, hockey, tennis, and some epic fails from Fail Army today! It's always a good time and good food! You get sooo many fried pickles for the price of around $8, to what my dad recalls. The pictures attached are less than half the amount we started with! They arrive straight out of the fryer, so be careful you don't burn your mouth!

The food is sports bar mainstays, such as burgers and chicken, served in large portions, so large you will find it hard to finish. But the ambiance: several big screen TVs with volume maxed out makes it hard to hold a conversation or communicate with your waitress unless you shout at the top of your lungs. A bomb blast from a movie trailer is so loud you are almost ready to dive under the table. For this reason alone, I give it a 2.

Immediately I got attention and a discounted ticket but only $9.00, about 25 percent. Every other time I've been there, the service was exceptional. The bartender seemed more interested in conversation and attention from a certain type of clientele which I won't describe. Bottom line, 1 of 15 visits sucked the rest we're great!

Ordered food to go, had a pickup time of 6:15. Waited for over an hour, then was told they couldn't do the smoked wings, so we left with half the order, after ordering 2 hours in advance and waiting for an hour at the restaurant. They didn't include the sauces, that we paid extra for and weren't refunded and kept the tip we left for the total amount after refunding the part of the order they "couldn't" make. Super disappointed and will be finding another wing place to get food from in the future.

Had dinner here tonight with my family. Out waitress Kristen was very good! Never had to wait for a refill and she was overall very good. However there was a mixup with our food and another tables food. We had both ordered shrimp and their shrimp was brought to our table us having ordered shrimp also didn’t question it and started eating. After a few minutes we were very rudely approached by a dark waitress with straight black hair and highlights. She was rude and upset at us for her mistake. I am a waitress in a well respected restaurant so I know how things should be handled. She said we had the wrong food and that she could add it to our ticket or take it away. We said just add it to the ticket and we were then approached by our waitress (Kristen) and another waitress with blonde curly hair asking nicely if it was okay too add to our ticket because we received an extra item. All was well after that but the way we were approached was not appropriate, action needs to be taken and she needs to learn how to handle her mistakes and speak with respect. She brought the food to the wrong table and that’s that, it was her mishap and no one else’s. It was also not her place to approach us the way she did. And if she is reading this my family and I have a tip for you, learn to better.

I am recanting my initial review with five stars. The girls they have now are beautiful and rock their sections by juggling tables and all the while keep a positive attitude. I come here once a month with my family and for a while there I thought this location was slacking when it came to beauty standards. And considering how busy they were everything seemed so effortless for our waitress who is a master in the realm of serving. These women are clearly hard workers and know what they are doing. My only beef is that a small handful didn't go the extra mile with makeup and hair. I like getting pictures taken and I want to see full faces and hair done. All natural women are still beautiful but just don't have that same glowing, polished look. This is a fixable problem for the managers so 5/5 anyway.

The food wasnt bad, but you could tell they weren't running on all cylinders. Our waitress was kind, but seemed a little too interested in a table behind us with someone she seemed to know. The wings were definitely not drained properly when tossed, as the breading and sauce seemed a little more congealed than normal. All in all, the location seemed clean and properly managed, but definitely seemed to be understaffed in the kitchen and needed some more attention paid to their wait staff. Will definitely return as food was still great and service was not terrible.

Wednesday AYCE wings night...1 hour and 30 mins got initial serving and 2nd round...watched as others were seated and working on 3 or 4 rounds to our 1-2 and orders were within mins of each other....10% discount? Beautiful young women scantily clad serving me beer and wings did INFLUENCE my rating, but so did the attitude of the servers...super friendly, super accommodating, funny, fast, and personable , if thy had all been nuns serving porridge, I’d still give ‘em 5 Stars. Are they the best wings ever? Nah. But looking at the face of a 14 year old surrounded by Hooters girls just makes ‘em taste that much better. So if you’re avoiding this place ‘cause of the Hooters, get over it and come experience awesome service, reasonable prices, and a fun atmosphere. And Bri. Bri is awesome!! Thanks for being amazing!

I placed a call in order at 8:25pm and was told that it will take 15 minutes. Got to the location at 9:30pm and order is not ready. No one checked on order and I have already paid. Very poor service

Terrible service seems to be the going thing here. As we waited at the door for 20min not even being acknowledged we just started joking with the other 20 people standing around in the same shoes as us to learn 2 of them ended up waiting over an hour past the pick up time for a to go order. Once finally seated by some young man from the back we ordered to receive our entree fairly quick but our appetizer and fries come out finally once we were finished. Poor management at its finest here people. The servers don’t even look like they care to be there. Lazy and just clueless.

I can NOT say enough good things about Hooters! My fiancé and I just love going here! If you’ve never been, you should totally try it! We’ve had several different waitresses and every one of them were just delightful. One of them even hula hooped with our youngest. Lol. If I had to pick dishes that you shouldn’t miss, I’d say the cheddar beer pretzels and boneless wings for appetizers, and the burgers or Philly cheese steak sandwich for a meal. The portions are giant! You will be so stuffed you won’t know what to do with yourself! Probably hands down one of my favorite places to eat!

First of all there was a truck parked in handicapped with no placard so had to walk a long distance, not cool. Secondly sat at bar for 12 minutes without any recognition at all. I left having had no service. Your food and and beer selection isn't that good to be ignored . Never ever again.

When calling no one knew the questions such as HH and prices. False ad on Google which we showed the manager. Said he'd correct it. Waitresses spilling food or dropped glass but not cleaning it up or half way. Place was dirty. If I lived there I'd never go back.

Wonderful place! I always like going to this restaurant chain because the food is great and the customer service has always been excellent no matter which Hooters I go to! I definitely recommend this place... I also recommend to take a picture with the waitresses as they would be absolutely delighted to!

They needs to train there severs for one. You order hot coffee or hot tea. Looking for a glass cup or form cup. You get a thumbler. The servers act as if they or doing you a favor by beening there. We hated the food but hated the service the most. Will never go back there.

Don’t order from them if you are using any of the delivery services like Waitr. Food comes cold and no one wants to take accountability. Waitr nor Hooters! Just try ordering from someone else.
